We booked the Range Rover limousine for a birthday celebration, and it was absolutely perfect! From start to finish, the experience was top notch. . The sound system and lighting set the party vibe, and our driver was professional, friendly, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Communication from the office was clear and easy too. We had the 32 passenger black party bus and had the best time ever. The bus is huge, and the sound system is one of a kind. We are getting married next month and are renting one of their luxury Mercedes limousines. We cannot wait!

We used Second Nature Limousines Audi limousine for my bachelorette party and the Hummer limousine for our wedding day, and it was perfect both times! The cars were spotless and super comfortable — the A/C was amazing, which made a huge difference with a full bridal party. We booked Second Nature Limousines for our wedding day, and it was one of the best decisions we made! The party bus was absolutely perfect, clean, spacious, and felt like a celebration on wheels. During the day, the A/C was amazing. At the end of the evening, the heat was pumping, which made the bus very comfortable with October weather.
Our driver was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. 10/10

I meant to leave this review back in September, but life got busy with our overseas honeymoon! We rented the 30-passenger party bus from Second Nature Limousine, and they weren’t kidding when they said it’s like a “Las Vegas nightclub on wheels.” The bus was incredible, spacious, stylish, and perfect for our group. The A/C kept us cool even in 100-degree weather, which was so impressive for such a large vehicle. We loved it so much that we booked it again for our wine tour last weekend. Highly recommend Second Nature Limousine for any event!

Guest wedding shuttle on wedding day
We booked two of Second Nature Limousine’s shuttles for our big wedding, and everything went perfectly! Every shuttle time and trip was executed exactly as planned, and the communication throughout the day was excellent. One of the drivers even returned to the venue after their scheduled time was over just to make sure no one was left behind — such amazing service! Best man’s surprise Bachelors party
My best man surprised us with a petty bus for our bar hop/casino tour. The party bus we had, was literally like a nightclub on wheels. Our driver Denise had a personality that was contagious.

Halloween Wedding
We hired Second Nature for our spooky halloween wedding! Our driver reached out a day before our wedding, to go over our itinerary. We also received a text message when Ryan was on his way, since we weren't able to answer. The Black party bus was super nice and clean. You literally feel like you are in a Las Vegas nightclub!

We hired second nature for our bridal party, as well as our guest. We rented the 28 passenger party bus, which was over the top, along with the 41 shuttle bus for our guests.
The representative was very helpful with setting up both of the reservations. Dispatch team reached out a week before our wedding (my apologies I don’t remember the lady’s name) was super helpful with setting up pick up times from the hotel. We don’t realize how important were the times set!
Don’t hesitate to hire this company, if you want everything to go well with transportation.

We hired this company for our guests transportation on our wedding day. Being that we were all out of town, we had a very large group of guests. Maya from the office got ahold me us 1 week before the wedding, to go over shuttle pick up times. We didn’t really think we needed times, but was she right! It made the wedding transportation so smooth and efficient, everyone got to the venue at the exact time as planned. As well as the evening back to the hotels.
I am writing this review to help other brides, because we wouldn’t have it any other way than with second nature limousines!

Second Nature Limousince was so easy to work with for our wedding. We rented the Black Hummer Limo for our bridal party of 18 and it was such a blast and the limo was so nice. I’m going to keep this short and sweet. We had a limo booked with another company. They call us 3 hours before my wedding telling me “we have to cancel because the driver is sick and we will give your deposit back” they didn’t even try to figure something out for us!!! Mind you, we are all from out of town and have no personal transportation!!! As I’m bawling my eyes out, my mother starts making calls. She gets ahold of second nature limo. Moses I believe was his name told us that luckily, there is a party bus that finishes soon in our area, that the party bus can come afterwards. Not only the driver was running early, the bus was super cleaned, and stocked with beet and champagne!!! We rented the lincoln town car limousine for a winery event. The day of the event, we were told that the limousine was having difficulties with the heat. Our beautiful NYE Wedding!
We got married on NYE. It's the little things that make our days. I was having such a difficult time finding transportation for my wedding because of how unprofessional everyone seemed. Until I called Second Nature Limousines. They were so professional, so explanatory, and I had a request for them to call me the day of, to make sure we were all set. Not only did they call, they send us the drivers info a day before, gave the driver a wedding card, to wish us a Happy New year and to congratulate us! The next day I forgot my phone inside the bus. One of the employees drove an hour away to deliver the phone, so we dont miss our flight. They DID NOT HAVE TO DO THAT. But they did!! I am so grateful for them and I will use their services for very many years to come!

Excellent Service and Very Clean
Our driver was RYAN and he is top-notch!!! He helped us load coolers on the bus and always held a hand out for all 17 of us ladies as we stepped off the party bus...a true gentleman. We always use Second Nature for our party bus needs (wine/brewery tours, wedding, birthdays).

Second Nature Limousine did an excellent job for an excellent price! I needed a 23 person bus to shuttle my wedding party to a few locations for pictures between the ceremony and reception. Everything went off without a hitch - the driver arrived at the chapel promptly and was very professional, courteous, and fun to work with!!

Perfect Wine Tour Experience
We booked Second Nature Limousine for a wine tour in Southwest Michigan, and it was amazing! The vehicle was spotless, and our driver was knowledgeable about the best wineries. It made the whole experience unforgettable. Can’t wait to book again for another tour!

Average experience for wedding
we used second nature limousine for our wedding and overall I thought it was average . the driver was on time and took us to all requested destinations, however, our photographer had to point him in the right direction. What was super frustrating was that the sound system was horrible, it kept going in and out. Also, we were told we would have beer wine and champagne on the bus but we only had beer and champagne. Plus we had to stop at a liquor store because they really only had one drink per person. The limo did its job as needed but overall just average

We hired Second Nature for transportation between our hotel and our venue before and after our wedding. I have no complaints about the office, booking and the actual bus- all were easy and clean. The issue I had only came towards the end of the night. Our hotels were located an 8 minute drive from our venue- so should not take long to go back and forth. We had hired the shuttle to continuously run. There were some family members that waited an hour to get onto a shuttle. This is unacceptable. The guests called the hotel to see if she was there- which she was- so the hotel sent someone out to the parking lot to tell her to come back to the venue. When the driver was called to come back- she did but not without excuses. The driver originally had told us that she is allowed a break and took it- (not acceptable again when we are paying to shuttle guests back), she then also proceeded to tell our guests that it did not take her an hour - that she returns every 8 minutes (again not true). The final excuse that she told the bride is that she had to go to the bathroom- ok a bathroom break is fine but it still shouldn't equate to people waiting an hour. It was also in poor form to tell the bride at the end of the night about all these issues (I had no idea that this even happened). When I got on the shuttle, I was immediately told that guests were yelling at her and that she took a bathroom break which is just not something that you want to end your perfect day with. I would highly recommend a different service for your transportation needs if possible.

Hope you're not going anywhere fancy!
I don't think the air conditioning even worked on our party bus. We had 15 people and we arrived at the concert soaked in our own sweat. We paid over a grand for a bus with little to no air conditioning. Will NEVER use this service again.

Look for a different Limo/Party Bus service
I choose Second Nature for my wedding. We had asked specifically that the Air Conditioning is included and will work before sign the contract.
The day of the wedding comes and I've never been in a hotter vehicle. I've been to India and Africa and compared to both places this bus was so hot. With our outfits on, my wife, the Bride, was sweating in her dress.
Second Nature Limo sent us their broken party bus on our wedding day! When I asked for them to reimburse a little bit for the inconveniences, they ghosted me. Image buy an iphone and the screen doesn't work, but Apple won't fix it nor reply back to you. Second Nature took my money and ran!
They are a scam and I won't recommend you get them. I know people have good things to say but the quality has definitely dropped.

Two hours late for pick up
We booked second nature long in advance and we signed a contract. On the day of the event we received a text saying they were on the way to pick us up. But they never came. After reaching out to and getting in touch with “Maya” who claimed she was the owner of the company, she told us that we could either wait two more hours until she could get a new driver or she could just cancel us and we would be responsible for our transportation. No refund, no discount, no sorry, and then the company told us that we were lucky that another car in their fleet could even pick us up two hours later, like that was doing us a favor.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY DO NOT CARE WHETHER THEY DO WHAT YOU PAY THEM FOR OR NOT. THERE ARE WEDDING PICTURES WITHOUT THE PARENTS OF THE BRIDE OR GROOM BECAUSE THE 2 LIMOS SHOWED UP 17 MINUTES LATE AND 1 HOUR LATE RESPECTIVELY, WITH NO CALLS OR WARNING, AND A BOGUS EXCUSE, NEITHER DRIVER REALLY CARED AT ALL. WAITED FOR A APOLOGY THAT NEVER CAME, SO THEY GET THIS REVIEW. I USE LIMO SERVICES OFTEN FOR BUSINESS, I WOULD HIRE A YELLOW TAXI BEFORE THIS COMPANY. DOUG J.
