We had an elopement on the beach .
We live in the UK so had this to organise from afar. Christine was very supporting with the information we needed .
On the big day Christine made it special in how she delivered the ceremony, it felt very calm .
She was a big part of our day and we thank her for that .

Christine made our experience memorable by adding a personal touch that made the wedding our special day. By speaking with Christine, she knew we loved wine/wine tasting so for the ceremony she had the lovely idea of including a personalized wine box with a special bottle of wine and notes for me and my husband to read in a few years to remember our special day. Marriage Officiant
Christine was so sweet and kind. We needed to find an officiant sorta last minute, and she came through big time for us.
She even suggested some ways to make the ceremony more fun, such as sand bonding and taking a first “shot” of alcohol. These suggestions made the ceremony more fun as we would have never thought of that on our own.

Christine is such a pleasant, positive person to work with. She officiated our wedding this past April, 2025. She made the planning so easy. She had great ideas, asked lots of questions and really helped us to personalize our ceremony. She is the type of person who cann connect with you and make you wedding unique. On the day of the wedding we had a lot of last minute issues to deal with and Christine was cool and positive at all times and was key in pulling the ceremony all together and making it a great romantic experience and great memory for us. Christine was referred to me by a great friend of mine and let me tell you, she is a Godsend from heaven. She is very welcoming and her tone of voice is so angelic. She took the stress away from my now Husband and I. Christine guided us every step of the way and gave us options to help customize our wedding to make it the most memorable and personable event. Christine is very prompt in answering any questions and makes sure everything is in line. In her own words, she would say, “ I don’t want you guys to worry about anything the day of the ceremony, just focus on getting ready and arriving to the venue on time.” When consulting with Christine, she was happy that I decided to not go to the court to have a 2 min wedding, where it is not personable and just very rushed. She is all about making memories that will last a life time.

Christine went above and beyond the call of duty. She helped us pick the style of ceremony and when we picked one she hadn't done in a while, tying the knot, she jumped on it and figured it out. She helped us design the entire script and flow of the ceremony. Her and her "comadre", Marcy, helped us even choreograph some of the steps like walking down the aisle, handing off, and more. She was ready to answer any question we had and was super flexible if we wanted to change anything. Down to the day off, I have no doubt she would've worked with us to change anything we didn't want. In the end, their team didn't feel like someone who had just been hired to do a job, they felt like friends who wanted to make sure our day was perfect. And it was, thanks a lot to their help.

Our experience with Christine was a 10/10! She goes above and beyond to make sure your wedding ceremony is spectacular. We chose to do a love letter in a wine box (which we had never seen or heard of until Christine) and loved how we were able to customize everything about the ceremony, as well as having it officiated in both English and Spanish. She has a great way about her and is both gentle and firm (when wedding party members need to be reigned it). We would recommend her to anyone!

My wife and I could not have ask for a better officiant than Christine De La Rosa. From start to finish she embraced us and was with us every step of the way. She really gives her heart and soul into every ceremony. My beautiful wife and I got married on September 24th 2016 and this past September we renewed our vows on our wedding anniversary. Christine was very helpful and responsive. What really helped us was her flexibility due to my hectic work schedule. She gave us great ideas, which we utilized for our ceremony. Christine was a pleasure to work with! She let us be creative with our ceremony and offered ideas and suggestions we wouldn’t have thought of otherwise.
We were able to include a “seaglass ceremony” (like a rock ceremony) and she made the logistics of it very easy. We would recommend her to anyone wanting a personalized ceremony that will create memories!

Picture Perfect
Christine was such a pleasure to work with! I had asked my wedding planner for any recommendations on bilingual officiants, and she said that Christine was the best. She was not wrong! As soon as I contacted Christine, she wanted to meet my fiancé at the time, and I before our wedding. Since we live in the Bay Area, she was flexible enough to Skype with us and we knew she was a perfect fit! Her experience and knowledge she has acquired over the years, really made our ceremony feel personalized. She made the wedding rehearsal such a piece of cake, and made sure everyone was paying attention and knew their roles. (We had 36 people total with bridesmaids/groomsmen,godparents,etc.) A huge part that stuck out to me (as a photographer myself) was that she made sure we were turned enough in order to get great pictures. She is so great! Thanks for everything Christine!

Dream Wedding.
Christine from the get go was such a friendly person and a joy to be around. She was very attentive to what my wife and I wanted for our ceremony and made it her mission to make sure all questions and desires we had were met. We had nothing but great compliments from our family and guests at how special our ceremony was it was a dream come true. I highly recommend you hire Christine. She gave us some pointers that we had no idea about such as holding each other’s hands while the ceremony. Our pictures looked perfect thanks to that idea.

I was referred to Christine by a family member and let me just say, right off the bat, my now Husband (eek!), and I felt so comfortable talking and working with Christine! Planning a wedding, you talk to SO many people and vendors and after talking to that many people, you are able to tell who is just talking to you go get a sale and who genuinely wants to get to know their customers/clients. She took the time to get to know us and our back story and really wanted to find out what was important for us to have during our ceremony. She provided me with great suggestions on the layout of the wedding ceremony and was more than happy to add things in the ceremony that were not on her list. Our wedding was made perfect by Christine! She was friendly, professional and attentive to our needs. She has a wide variety of ceremonies to choose from, she explained everything thoroughly and was available any time we had questions or concerns. Our ceremony and vows were beautiful, she acknowledged my grandmother and my husband's uncle who both passed away shortly before our wedding, and we also did a beautiful sand ceremony which included our children. It was beautiful and unique, and many of our guests were in awe of the whole thing! I am getting teary-eyed just writing about it! She acted as a wedding coordinator, which was nice and unexpected! She helped everyone find their seats and got us all lined up in order. After the ceremony, she had our witnesses sign the marriage license right away and helped clean/straighten up the venue. She also filed our license the following Monday and we were able to pick up off marriage certificate 4 days after our wedding! I highly recommend her to anyone and everyone, she is simply the best!

Christine was such a great choice to go with. When we first met, I knew I would go with her for the ceremony. She is very involved and I loved that she made me feel comfortable. She brought a bunch of referrals for venues, and also tons of examples of ceremonies. This made our job so much easier, and we got to pick a ceremony that was perfect for us. As it got closer to our ceremony she kept in contact, checked in and once we got the ceremony ideas down she puts it all together. Come rehearsal she helped out so much and I had a huge wedding party so she was patient with that. She also helped get them in line and it went so fast. Come wedding day she arrived early, looked very professional, and arranged guests and all. I would totally recommend her. Thank you Christine for everything!!

Christine showed up to our 1st meeting with a booklet of several different sample ceremonies. This was so helpful. We originally were going to write our own vows but it got to be way too stressful. We had a wine ceremony and a ceremony of the mothers. I suggest both! Thank you Christine for making our day so special.

Christine was honestly the most wonderful officiant. She went the extra mile when it came to creating a personal, meaningful ceremony. She was also sincere, genuine, and knowledgeable in every interaction. It's obvious that she loves her job, and loves weddings.
From the first phone call to signing the marriage license, Christine was warm and helpful. The first in-person meeting was a little rocky, since an emergency kept her from meeting with us or contacting us until we had driven an hour and a half out to meet her and had been waiting a while. This almost scared us off, but we're SO GLAD it didn't!! What happened ended up being totally understandable but if you don't live close, maybe do the first meeting over video call. Once we did meet her in person, it was totally WORTH IT!! She did an excellent job listening to what we wanted, and made the extra effort to get to know us as people. She also provided us with an array of possible ceremony templates that we could choose from and customize or to give us ideas to write our own. This was a sharp contrast to another officiant we met with, who really had his own set way of doing things. Christine customized our ceremony for us, and we were able to use what traditions were meaningful, as well as incorporate our own. She educated us on an array of possibilities, even conducting a meeting with us over Google Hangouts when we couldn't meet in person to finalize our details.
During the rehearsal and the day of the wedding was when Christine's professionalism really shone. While still warm and empathetic, she was also clearly in command of the event, seeing to each detail and delivering the level of service she promised. To top it off, I later found out she had come to the wedding and delivered this expert service in spite of a family emergency that had happened that very day -- but she didn't let it interfere or throw anything off. We are extremely touched and grateful for Christine's expert officiant services.

We had a small intimate ceremony and we had Christine De La Rosa as our officiant. She was unbelievably helpful, advising on all sorts of details to make our setting what we wanted. Christine went to our wedding rehearsal and made everyone feel comfortable. She made sure everyone was aware of the process and went through a walk-through of our wedding day. She is super nice and sweet. She also starts you off with a sample ceremony packet if you don't want to write up your own but she allows you to write up your own if you'd like. Christine was Amazing!! From the day my fiancé and I met her I knew she was going to be the one to marry us. She was quick in respoding to my emails and if she was busy with another event she made sure to let me know that she would be responding to my emails as soon as she was available. She gave us samples of ceremonies so that my fiancé and I would make it our own and had no problem making either traditional or non-traditional. It was important that my fiancé and I had our ceremony to the way we wanted it to be because it was our day and Christine had no problem in doing so. I really appreciate the fact that she was able to put up with the wedding coordinator from hell at my venue....so sorry Christine. Christine kept reminding me that it was my wedding and if I didn’t like the way the coordinator was arranging things to make sure I say something. Thank you for being very patient, I really appreciate that. The day of the wedding I had a minor last minute change and she had no problem with that. I gave her the names of the witnesses and she took care of that and even took my marriage license to the county which was a huge relief for us. If you are looking for a minister I would highly recommend Christine she was amazing. Thank you again!

Christine was such a pleaduse to work with. She was attentive to all our needs. Every time I needed to reach her on the phone, she was available. After the wedding the registrars office sent us a letter saying that they hadn't received our marriage license so I phoned Christine right away. She made all the proper phone calls to their office and found out that our marriage license was on its way and that the letter was a mistake. That was truly a relief. I would recommend her as your wedding officiant 100%!

My wedding in April 2007 was Christine's first ceremony conducted but you would never know it! She was so professional while at the same time very personable and friendly. She helped me during the whole planning process with suggestions and with calming my nerves. Although our wedding was over 5 years ago, my husband and I are still asked for the name of the Officiant at our wedding. Christine was wonderful! She provided us with samples of prior ceremonies she performed for us to design our own ceremony. It was about my husband and I, not read from a script. She also helped coordinate our wedding in regards to directing the guests to the ceremony site (our wedding was held at a beach/park, the park area is where the guests first assembled). She has great ideas and suggestions and has vendors to refer you to. Most important though, she cares!

Very easy to work with. Christine made it very clear from day one that she was flexible and would taylor the ceremony to meet our needs. Christine always arrived early for appointments and helped greet guest prior to the start of the wedding. Avoid the Officiants with the fancy websites who want to talk more about themselves and call Christine @ "Weddings by Christine", She will make sure its all about the two of you.

took the time to get to know me and my now husband. She customized our ceremony to include important aspects and traditions we needed. From the moment I met Christine, I knew she was the right person to perform our ceremony. She was warm, helpful, and shared our vision from the very begining. She was able to give us ideas to make the ceremony perfect and also unique. She provided us with sample ceremonies from which we were able to put together a ceremony that worked for us. On the evening of the rehearsal she was early (perfect!) and had no problem inplementing our last minute requests. After the ceremony, the guests had nothing but positive things to say. They called her delivery "sincere and heart felt". She also included a moment of acknowledgement of my father (no longer with us) and both my mother and step mother thought it was done with grace and beautifully said. I can't recommend Christine enough...it was a perfect ceremony!

I needed an early AM surprise vow renewal ceremony on a Wednesday and from the moment that I contacted her until the end of the ceremony; Christine was professional, interested, excited and motivated to help me pull the surprise off perfectly. I had no idea what the vows would be other than a few parameters but she effortlessly put together some text and emailed it to me that perfectly stated the feelings and emotions that I wanted to express. She is a wonderful officiant and I would highly recommend that you take advantage of any opportunity that you might have to utilize her services. You will feel a connection to her on your special day!

Christine was a wonderful officiant. She took the time to meet with us once before we decided to hire her as our minister, and she showed us all her sample ceremonies and talked us through how the day would go. As soon as we met with her we both knew we wanted to hire her! She was very warm and friendly, and open to what we both wanted.
She came to the rehearsal which was very nice, it really helped calm our nerves to see how the ceremony would really go with her being there.
She arrived early to both the rehearsal and wedding day, and she hand delivered our marriage license forms to the court for us. We didn't have to worry about anything!
Overall we had an excellent experience with her (and for a very fair price), and I will recommend her to anyone I know getting married in Ventura County!

Christine is wonderful! The first time I spoke with her, she made me feel very comfortable. After she visited us for the first time we felt as we had known her for a long time. She was willing to help with a variety of things. She gave us samples of vows to view, which we used some, and changed some to make it more "us". We wanted to mention the blending of our families, along with our son. She was quick to take what I gave her, and send it back to us all completed.
At rehearsal, and at the ceremony she was very helpful. She helped the men put their boutonnieres on. She also gave great suggestions on poses to take for wedding pictures.
I wanted someone that would be a part of our wedding, not someone we just "hired" to perform our ceremony. Andy, and I both agreed she "shared" our day with us, and she is truly amazing. I highly recommend her!!!!

If you want your wedding to be all that you ever wanted Christine would have to be the best of the Officiate around. Christine helps to make things go so smoothly. We really enjoyed her and really appreciate all that she did. She was so flexible and helpful with the vows. We really enjoyed doing the sand ceremony. I was really nervous and at the rehearsal she made those last minute jitters disappear. My wedding party made so many comments of how Christine made it feel so special. Caring and professional Officiant
We hired Christine for the vow renewal ceremony, in celebration of our parents' Golden (50th) Wedding Anniversary. She was such a pleasure to work with, especially given that I had to do all planning and prep with her remotely (I live in a different state). Over the phone/email/FaceTime, we talked through a number of ideas and incorporated some personal touches into our ceremony. Christine was very interactive with our parents and made sure they were at ease throughout the ceremony, which my family very much appreciates. I would highly recommend Christine's services for your special event; she's truly a pleasure to work with.

I found christine in an ad on Craigslist. I emailed her and got a very quick response and was able to meet her the next week. She was very open to make my wedding exactly what I wanted. She provided me with a wedding booklet (at no extra cost) that not only provided me with vows and ceremony ideas, but with ideas and tips for my wedding as a whole. It was extremely helpful and useful to me. Whenever I called or emailed her she was very quick to response. She was professional and provided me with excellent service. She made our wedding exactly what I wanted. When I had a little issue with the marriage license (my fault, not hers) she went out of her way to help me fix the problem!!!
