I cannot recommend Darcy and her team enough! We had a fusion Indian wedding last month and from the beginning Darcy was extremely communicative, knowledgeable on the details of an Indian wedding, flexible around our tight budget, and creative with all my ideas! Out of our 3 events she made each of them feel different by incorporating different floral designs, colors and elements (we even used fruits to accent our florals which I loved!). She draped beautiful floral garlands on our alter which was a huge highlight of our wedding décor, and this was all decided through conversations online and walk throughs over facetime. Darcy's breadth of knowledge on different floral styles allows you to go traditional with her if you want, or go down a more unique and creative path that she will execute beautifully! -

Beautiful florals made our wedding vision perfect
Seascape Flowers was amazing to work with - both in professionalism and help in the years leading up to our day (with 3 date changes - thanks COVID) to providing the most beautiful florals for day of. We focused most of our decor on florals, and Seascape fully delivered with our bright and eclectic pallate. We highly recommend working with Seascape to craft your vision and deliver an amazing final product! -

If Seascape is busy for your wedding, I recommend rescheduling so you can experience the joy of witnessing their floral magic! We are so grateful to have had Seascape on our vendor team -- Darcy and Lulu are incredible florists who are at once hugely talented, kind, and consummate professionals. After two years and two postponements, Seascape brought to life our dreams for our wedding this summer, well beyond what we could have imagined. From the floral hug waiting for us at the ceremony, to the chandelier of drippy greenery on the dancefloor, every piece of floral design was handled with love and talent! Thank you Seascape! -

Talk about going with the flow! We changed venues 3 times due to covid (ended up getting married in friend’s backyard and had 5 days to plan it)! The flowers at my wedding were just absolutely stunning!!! My bouquet was to die for and the succulents she made for each table for people to take home were magnificent and still a happy reminder of the day. Then, there was the “whoosh” at the alter with lanterns that just took my breath away. Darcy and Lulu are so talented!!! You can’t go wrong in hiring them. -

I found Seascape Flowers here on WeddingWire. The process of working with them was incredibly smooth and easy. We had a call a couple of months in advance where I shared some shots of floral arrangement inspiration from Pinterest that my partner and I liked, and again a couple of weeks before our wedding date. Seascape was excited to take on our untraditional floral approach, and already being familiar with my venue, they knew exactly what to do. The day-of I was STUNNED at how beautiful all of the flowers were. My bouquet was so gorgeous, I couldn't have imagined it to be as beautiful as it was. Our floating chandelier and table flowers also completely exceeded my expectations. In fact, it was the flowers that really helped to take my venue and decor to the next level. Darcey and her team blew it out of the water. I couldn't recommend, or thank them, enough and would 100% book them again. Thank you for being an unforgettable part of our special day! -

I need to say THANK YOU!!! You saved my wedding! My florist in my county didn't make my bouquet they messed up the dates! My brother then found Seascape Flowers and they made me the most gorgeous bouquet 1 hour prior to my wedding! And it was even more beautiful than my original order! Everyone complemented my bouquet it was so beautiful and I will remember you going above and beyond forever. Thank you!!! -

Jessica Sent on 11/26/2017I don't even know where to begin with this review. Simply put, Darcy is hands down THE MOST AMAZING florist you will ever work with. My husband and I just got married at Holman Ranch on November 18, 2017 and Darcy absolutely blew us away. When we first hired Seascape in summer of 2016, my vision was of a fall wedding with deep pomegranates and rich fall tones. However, as time went on, I changed my mind a million times. The ultimate color palette we settled on was white and cream florals with TONS of greenery accented with charcoal and dove greys on the tables. Not once in the 150+ e-mails between Darcy and I did she make me feel like I was a bother. She probably did 7+ contract proposal revisions for me and each time she did it without complaint and with a quick turn around no less.
When we showed up the day of the wedding, my mouth literally dropped open (seriously). I was shouting like a crazy person just how amazed I was by Darcy's work--I was beaming ear to ear. She took an already beautiful space and turned it next level. Even the on-site event manager at the venue said he had never seen the carriage house look so beautiful. When the venue wouldn't let us remove this ugly wagon wheel chandelier or hang anything from it, Darcy brilliantly fashioned a hoop of lush greenery to suspend from around the chandelier and draped tons of greenery from the ceiling to make us feel like we were outdoors. It was insane. When she had left over greenery for the ceiling installation, she used it to decorate other spaces that she knew I didn't love (but didn't do anything about due to budget). I thought that was amazing and it speaks so much to just how honest, generous and kind she is.
The blooms were gorgeous. I could seriously go on forever about Darcy because she was hands down my favorite vendor to work with. -

Ben Sent on 11/12/2014Laurie expertly provided incredible custom flower arrangements and decor for my wedding in May, 2014. She was super easy to work with--we put together a Pinterest page with a few ideas for types of flowers and colors for the wedding, then met with Laurie in person. She provided a few suggestions for types of flowers for arrangements, boutonnières, etc. and they all came out beautifully matched.
Laurie even provided some wonderful wedding decor, including a beautiful birch chuppah which she intertwined flowers with, and lovely rustic weathered letters with our initials on them.
I'd definitely recommend working with Seascape Flowers. Thanks again for making our wedding fabulous, Laurie!

Amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We hired Darcy and her team to provide flowers and other design for our wedding in Carmel Valley. We had only kind of a vague design concept when we hired her, and I really don't know much about flowers or design, but Darcy was so great at taking our concept and refining it and working with it to come up with something we absolutely loved.
We had a Hindu/Catholic fusion wedding, and wanted something that both honored my husband's Indian culture but also felt like modern California. Darcy did a fabulous job executing that idea, much better than I could have ever dreamed! They did bouquets, table arrangements, designed the escort card display, designed and built our ceremony structure, provided garlands for the ceremony, cake flowers, and so much more. I don't like a lot of the more traditional wedding florals, but the work they created for us felt fresh and unique. We don't have the professional photos back, but I can't wait to see them, since I was so busy to fully appreciate all of the table arrangements and other florals! But we got a ton of compliments from guests about how beautiful all of our flowers were.
They were on time and incredibly responsive -- Darcy would often respond to my emails within the hour, even at super weird times! And she was willing to work with our many, many last minute changes -- we probably revised the contract 20 times, but she never complained or made any issue of it.
I was so happy with both the service we received and the way everything was executed. Would very highly recommend. And as you'll see if you peruse the gallery on their website, they're skilled at executing a wide range of style ideas, not just one type! So no matter what kind of design idea you have for your wedding, if it's anywhere in the Carmel/Monterey/Santa Cruz area, I wouldn't hire anyone else but Seascape. -
