Our guests are still raving about Search Party

Search Party was incredible!!! They had our guests up dancing and singing along the entire night! Almost a month later and our guests are still reaching out to say how much they loved our band!! Of all the positive feedback we received from our wedding, Search Party by far was the most raved about!!!
They have a fantastic and diverse playlist to begin with but they even learned the song for our first dance a few months before the wedding, which is a moment we will never forget!
Not only is the band extremely talented, but leading up to the wedding Charlie was in constant communication with us. He listened to what we wanted and had great suggestions for the floor plan, timeline and playlist to make sure we had a night we will never forget! Hiring Search Party was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding!!

Unbelievable!!!

Search Party blew us and our wedding guests away with their incredible vocalists, musicians, and energy. They had people dancing during dinner! From the get go, Charlie was great to communicate with. He was attentive, understanding, learned our first dance song, and overall the kindest person. Guests still cannot stop raving about this band!! Amazing

Absolute Best!

They played at my cousin's wedding (I couldn't attend) and all of my family raved about them. We were lucky that they were available for our wedding the following summer and they did not disappoint! Hands down one of the best parts of the reception! They have everything, energy, talent, professionalism, it was great!

Best part of our wedding and great to work with

Search Party Boston helped make our wedding the best day of our lives, from start to finish. Charlie worked closely with my now husband on musical collaboration, allowing the groom, groomsmen, and bridesmaids to be involved in various songs and elements through the ceremony and reception. The band brought incredible energy and excitement, getting my 91 year old grandfather up on the dance floor for much of the night (and nearly all of our guests dancing!) We looked at a lot of bands and were also really happy with Search Party's song list, as well as their ability to play special songs for us (our first dance song as well as father/daughter dance were somewhat obscure song choices). Cannot say enough great things about the band, you won't regret choosing them!

Get this band!

Get this band for your wedding!!! I can't explain how many compliments we received for Search Party! We have already recommended them to others booking their wedding. One of our guests had them at BOTH his son's weddings! They are very professional and so easy to get in touch with. They knew what they were doing. Questions I thought would be difficult were so easy for them to help with. They KILLED My Heart Will Go On! We had them for our wedding, our reception, and cocktail hour. The acoustics were amazing. There was never a time of our wedding that the dance floor was not full. They brought the best energy and fun to our wedding. 10/10!! :)

Lights out amazing!!

Your search for the perfect wedding band ends with Search Party! Charlie made planning our event a breeze. He was always available to answer a question, or have a quick check in. Everyone, including myself and my now husband, were SO IMPRESSED with the band’s talent and vocals. The dance floor was packed all night long! I would give them 14/10 stars!!

Amazing! Excellent!

Absolutely amazing! From dinner to end of the night dancing they were excellent. People could barely stay seated while we were eating. Everyone just wanted to dance! The only thing you need to worry about is if they are available for your date! 10/10

1000/10 Band!

Search Party was amazing and I cannot recommend them enough as a wedding band. They are such amazing entertainers, so talented and they truly made our wedding unforgettable. They learned songs to play at our wedding, and kept all our guests dancing all night long. They were FUN. Charlie was so responsive and kind, and made me feel like a friend. I was just blown away by them. They were an incredible wedding band with so much energy and talent. I dream of seeing them perform again someday! They’re the best!!! Amazing band

Search party was one of the best decisions we made for the wedding! They were so flexible and so willing to work with any crazy request! We absolutely loved everything they played, they sounded amazing! Recent to watch them play a few times at Encore and I am so excited to see them again! We got so many compliments on the band, even to this day people can’t stop raving about them. One of our friend even asked to hire them for their wedding after hearing them! Highly highly recommend!

Unbelievable. HIRE THEM!

Wow, it really worked: searching Google for the “best wedding band in Boston” brought us to Search Party. This band was PHENOMENAL. During the lead-up to the wedding, we loved how down-to-earth Charlie (the band leader) was. We told him we didn’t want any cheesy “How’s everybody doing tonight?! I CAN’T HEAR YOU” and he agreed with us completely. Charlie is the real deal: professional, communicative, and an amazing musician. Search Party did our ceremony sound, our cocktail hour trio (for which Charlie brought in an upright bass player who absolutely knocked it out of the park), and our reception music. I even coordinated with Charlie and the band *in secret*, to perform “Our Love Is Here To Stay” for my partner right after our first dance. Also, our swing dance teachers coordinated with the band regarding the tempo and logistics of our first dance. And I haven’t even gotten to mention THE BAND. Everyone was coming up to me during the wedding and asking how we found this band. There was even a rumor going around that they came in from NYC. This band is truly amazing; I highly recommend hiring them and letting them do their thing. We didn’t give them any “do not play” or “play” lists. Instead, they read the crowd and got everyone dancing the night away. Absolutely incredible. A professional, top-notch band. HIRE THEM.

Best band in Boston!

Search Party is an AMAZING band and we would recommend them to anyone! They were very easy to work with, an incredible value, and were extremely talented. You will not find a better value or better band than Search Party!

One of our favorite memories from our wedding is that people were on the dance floor the entire night – Search Party is a huge reason why. People from multiple different generations loved the music that Search Party played – there was something for everyone! The band has extremely talented musicians who bring incredible energy to the party.

Search Party was also extremely easy to work with. We requested that a family member act as MC for the night, which the band graciously accepted and helped facilitate throughout the night. The band learned a new song for our first dance and played a great rendition as well!

Overall, we cannot say enough about how much we loved Search Party – if you are a lover of music, make sure you work with them!

The BEST band!

Search Party was one of the first vendors we hired for our wedding and hands down one of the best! Coming out of a year of lockdown, we wanted to throw a fun and memorable party with opportunities to dance as much as possible. We also wanted real musicians and not your typical cheesy wedding band (more of a private party vibe). Charlie and team delivered on all fronts and we couldn't have been happier with our decision. Multiple guests have reached out to us since to get their name and our only regret is that the night went by too fast! Book them ASAP before someone else does.

Excellent Band!

Search Party was excellent from start to finish. The set selection was on point, and reflected some choices and preferences that I had shared with the band in advance of the event. The instruments and vocals were top notch, and we pretty much had to pry people off the dance floor at the end of the night. They entertained without making themselves the focus of the evening through excess chatter, etc. Not the least expensive band out there, but worth every penny. Our party would not have been half as memorable without them. [Note - this was not a wedding, but a birthday party.]

We Danced the Night Away!

We cannot recommend Search Party enough. We had so much uncertainty in our wedding planning process due to COVID-19, but Charlie reassured me on several occasions that they would take care of the entertainment and everyone would be up on their feet dancing all night long. That's exactly what happened! We utilized Search Party for our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception music and loved every minute of it. The music selection was excellent and the music talent matched it. Our friends have already booked them for their wedding in 2023.

The Best Band according to all

This band played at my daughter's wedding. Every song sounded exactly as the original, no matter the genre. Our guest, from young to older commented they were the best they had heard. No one sat out a dance. They are so good, we had them overtime. I'm still getting texts from guest what a great time was had.

fun and professional

We had nothing but the best experience with Charlie and Search Party. We attended a live showcase prior to covid and had a blast. Unfortunately, we had to downsize our wedding significantly due to covid and won't have a band - we're super bummed to not get to see Search Party live in action.

High energy, super fun and professional!

Search Party was awesome to work with leading up to the wedding (we worked with Charlie, who was great) and made our wedding day SO much fun. They learned 2 songs we asked them to learn, including a song for the father daughter dance, and are just an extremely talented group of professionals! Wonderful experience!

Search Party played at my wedding this past October and they were absolutely incredible! They were very responsive and flexible leading up to and throughout the day. Their song list covers everything you can dream of and their performance the entire night was amazing. They were even able to play our ceremony/cocktail hour at the last minute and were able to give my mom a few moments to speak when she randomly decided to. Very professional, talented, and lovely to work with. Made the day as great as we had hoped, and more!!!

Made the wedding

I didn't want a band because of the price, but very glad I listened to my bride. So many of our guests told us it was one of the best weddings they had ever been to. Everyone was out on the dance floor the whole night. We listened to several other bands before we chose the final vendor, and Search Party was the best. Charlie is a good guy to work with and communicated with us on a timely basis and it was smooth sailing the whole way. Thanks for being an integral part of the best night of our lives!

My daughter's wedding was perfect in every respect; the Search Party played a big role in it. Nearly every guest danced all night - the selection of music and musicianship was complemented by their enthusiasm and personalities. Search Party is THE BEST!!

I cannot rave enough about Charlie and the band! They are true professionals, extremely talented and know how to take any party up a notch! For my husband and I, the band was one of our number one decisions -- it was super important to us to have really great live music, and Search Party truly delivered. From the beginning, Charlie was so responsive throughout the entire process. We also had a few special request and he was more than willing to help out, sending us MP3s of our first song in the way his band would play it so we could practice and working with us to pull off a surprise, choreographed family dance to get the party started. From the moment they first started playing until the wedding ended (at 12 am!) the dance floor was PACKED. They also didn't take a full-band break at any point (except for dinner maybe? but even then I didn't notice...) so there was not a moment without music the entire night. It was seriously epic and we got sooo many compliments on the music after the wedding. We are SO grateful to Search Party for helping make it the best night ever!!!

Search Party was Perfect!

We first saw Search Party at my cousins wedding in 2015, and we fell in LOVE. Once we got engaged, we knew we wanted to have them at our wedding. Thankfully, Search Party was able to make the trip down to Southeast Connecticut and blew the roof off the place! Honestly, Charlie and the band were so easy to work with throughout the process. They were so accommodating for the first dance songs as well - learning ours and playing it beautifully, as well as learning a piece my Dad wrote for our Father/Daughter dance. And they listened to our request to play a lot of fun, dance filled oldies to encourage the whole party to get out of their seats and onto the dance floor...and that's exactly what happened! Every one danced the whole time and so many people said they were the best wedding band they had ever heard. I honestly can't say enough about how amazing they are, and how special they made our day. So talented and so much fun!

Truly Gifted Musicians

I just wanted to Thank Charlie and the Search Party Band for performing at my daughters wedding this past weekend (6-8-19). Each musician individually was exceptional and as a unit the talent is undeniable. All the singers were just incredible. Sarah, Neph and the trumpet player (sorry, I did not know his name) have voices that will truly leave you wanting more when the evening finally has to draw to a close. Search Party has a large repertoire of songs from which to draw. One can select each song, a direction or genre, or just go with the flow of the evening as we did. I know the band plays at a lot of events and one may blur into another but their performance at my daughter's wedding was truly stellar. Everyone asked who the band was and couldn't stop talking about how great the band was. I know our wedding was a smaller one at the City Winery but I believe there is no substitute for live music. I would not hesitate to see this band perform in any forum. The band really made the evening special and memorable.

Thank you again to Charlie and each member of the band for providing a major component in the success of our event and creating a very, very special evening.

April Wedding

Search Party was the best choice we could have made for our wedding at the State Room in Boston. The dance floor was packed all night long! Search Party was incredible. The band literally lit up the dance floor and I've only heard rave reviews from all of our guests that were in attendance for our wedding.

Talented Band for Your Wedding

Hiring an amazing band was very important to us... it was so important, we decided to find the band first then pick our date! We saw many bands in the area, but as soon as we saw Search Party - our search ended - we knew right away that they were the band for our big day.

Leading up to our wedding, Charlie was always extremely responsive and answered any questions we had. We were so impressed he even visited our venue before to ensure the best set up. Just a true professional.

At our wedding, every single member of the band was incredible. They are all very talented. Not only were we impressed, our guests said it was the best band they have ever heard and we have been asked for their contact information. We also had the piano at our ceremony & the jazz trio at our cocktail hour - just WOW! It was just a nice touch to our wedding and so fun to listen to them play.

Knowing how much we loved the entire band before our wedding & how they have been together for a very long time, we were a bit nervous that there was a new female singer (Megan). Megan & Search Party did NOT disappoint! Her voice is incredible and combined with the amazing male singer & the talent of the entire band - WOW! The performance we got at our wedding was even better than when we booked them. Hire them now!!

Amazing party band!

Search Party brings it all night long. From the first note to the last, the band had everyone on their feet. One of my favorite memories from the day is the sound of the horns at the beginning of our first dance. This eight-person band has a good mix of instruments and tremendous vocalists. We were looking for a band that had horns, was not too big, and also had two vocalists. Search Party fit the bill and had rave reviews. Our guests could not stop dancing and have not stopped talking about how great Search Party was. Additionally, Tom Pendergast played acoustic guitar during the ceremony and cocktail hour. This was the perfect accompaniment to our garden wedding. Thank you, Search Party! We highly recommend hiring Search Party!

Search Party went above and beyond to make our wedding day remarkable. From day one we were very impressed with this band. When I reached out for more information Charlie responded so quickly with all the information we needed. He is super prompt and professional in his emails and phone calls. We got to see the band play at a studio very quickly and instantly loved the band. Charlie was awesome, after we signed our contract we booked a walk through of our venue. He told us about how they would setup and more about how our venue would be for the band. They have you fill out some paperwork to so they have a layout of the wedding day and Charlie called two days before the wedding to run through everything with, even that he was pronouncing everyones name right! He is full of amazing tips and advice as well and is always 2 steps ahead of you. Then comes wedding day and just wow. The band is amazing and filed with such talent. They kept our guests out on the dance floor all night! They are able to read the crowd and get more and more people out on the dance floor song after song. We had so many wedding guests coming up to us throughout the night and even after the wedding asking for more information about our band and saying how they were the best wedding entertainment they have ever seen. Honestly booking them will be the best decision you will make for your wedding day.

Search Party was hands down the best band we have ever seen and if we could give a million stars we would in a heartbeat!! We just got married on Saturday (10/7/17) at OceanCliff in Newport, RI and we couldn't wait to rave about how amazing Search Party is in every way! They brought the house down from start to finish and are incredibly talented and energetic. They played our first dance song (Into The Mystic by Van Morrison) perfectly and made our parent dances incredibly special. My dad surprised me and had my sister sing with the band to our song A Thousand Years which turned into Take Me Out To The Ballgame. My dad and sister went to Boston to rehearse with Search Party and had the best time - everyone raved about this performance!! Every song was amazing but I think their version of Shout was the best version we ever heard. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this group and Charlie was SO nice, fun, and easy to work with. Do yourself and your wedding a HUGE service and book Search Party ASAP!!! Thank you for making our day the best ever!

Search Party exceeded all of our expectations. Leading up to our wedding, Charlie was incredibly responsive and easy to work with, and they helped to make our reception so much fun. This crew BRINGS IT from start to finish. Not only were our guests blown away, but the resort staff kept asking us about them and giving them compliments the next day! If you are looking for a non-stop dance party, led by some incredibly talented musicians, look no further. The night of our wedding, a couple ended up booking them on the spot, so don’t wait! They are amazing and we could not be happier to have had them to help us celebrate our big day!

Search Party is awesome, beyond awesome! We had heard of them from a personal recommendation, my parents had actually been to a wedding where they played 5 years ago, and it was the first band my mom mentioned I should look into! Well it's the only band we looked into seriously, and we booked them without ever seeing/hearing them ourselves, except for their videos posted on the website. And omg, Search Party blew it out of the water! They played at our reception in October 2016. In short, they far exceeded our dreams for our wedding band that night! They are so talented, so easy to work with during the planning process (Charlie, thank you) and at the reception had literally EVERY SINGLE guest up on the dance floor! Our guests are still talking about the band! We are still talking about the band, and how happy we are that we went with them! (Thanks Mom!)
I highly recommend Search Party! They are hands down, THE BEST!

Search Party was great to work with! I'll admit, I can be a picky bride, but Charlie was so easy to get in touch with and the band was extremely accommodating with all of my song requests :) They even learned the song that my dad and I danced to which made it all the more special.

We could not have asked for a better wedding band than Search Party! They played at our wedding in October and our guests are still raving about how incredibly talented they are! Charlie was wonderful to work with and he was extremely responsive, and they nailed the song we requested that they learn for our first dance, "Coming Home," by Leon Bridges. Search Party got everyone onto the dance floor for the entire reception, even my grandmother got up to dance! Guests of all ages were impressed with the caliber of music and the range of genres and decades that they played, from Bobby Darin, to Jackson 5, to Justin Timberlake, to DNCE. Search Party is extremely talented! Several of the members have FANTASTIC voices and they can all seriously play! I still feel so lucky to have had them as our wedding band, definitely book them if you can!!

Entertainment was our number one priority for our reception and we decided early on in our wedding planning that we wanted live music. Search Party is amazing! Charlie and the band took care of everything, from our ceremony music, to the cocktail hour, to the reception. They will go above and beyond to learn new songs, and my husband and I had a very unique first dance request and Charlie and the band nailed it. From the first dance to the last, all of our guests were on their feet. You know the band is good when after every song your guests stop and give a round of applause. We really couldn't have asked for anything more. The set list was perfect, the singers were perfect, the whole band was perfect. The energy was through the roof and was exactly what we had hoped for. It's been two months since our wedding and we still have guests tell us how great the band was. If you want everybody to be dancing and having a good time, look no further than Search Party. Worth every penny!

Our family, friends, and even our other vendors have not stopped talking about our wedding band!!! What can we say… we knew from the showcase that this band would be a show stopper… and when Neph showed up in a cherry red shirt with matching cherry red shoes, we knew they came ready to party. We cannot even begin to describe the infectious energy their talents incited… our guests became maniacs on the dance floor before dinner had even finished! But more than that, they were so accommodating of special requests, traveling up to Portland, Maine for the event, perfectly executing our first dance song, and helping my husband to surprise me and our guests with a heart-felt serenade that became one of the most special and memorable wedding gifts. All we can say is that we’ve begun the hunt for another excuse to hire them for a repeat performance…

Search Party played our October Boston wedding and they were absolutely fabulous! Their vocals, instrumentals, energy, and set-list were spot-on, and our guests are still raving about how great they were. I spent most of my wedding night having a blast on the dance floor with our guests, and Search Party is to thank for that. I reached out to Charlie before the wedding and he was extremely responsive and flexible. The band learned our wedding song and another song my mom requested that I knew would get her on the dance floor. At the end of the night, they even let my uncle have a turn on the mike. I would definitely recommend Search Party to anyone looking for a great band in the Boston area!

Search Party is full of amazing talent! It is pretty unbelievable how great this band is and we are so happy we were able to book them for our wedding this past fall. They had every guest on the dance floor and the band members even busted out a few awesome moves of their own. Long after the wedding was over people were still bringing up how incredible the band was. Also, I have to mention that they have the absolute best rendition of Shout I have ever heard. I wish I could have danced to their songs all night long! Everyone we spoke to from the band and Murray Hill Talent was extremely responsive and friendly. The band learned two special songs for us and they played and sang them perfectly. Booking Search Party will be the best decision you make for your wedding!

These guys are absolutely incredible! My husband and I can both say without hesitation that Search Party was the easiest, least stressful decision we made for our wedding. We went to see a couple of showcases in Boston but weren't totally impressed with any of the bands that we saw, and ultimately signed on with Search Party without having seen them in person based only on their YouTube videos and other recommendations. We are SO glad we went with Search Party.

We met with Charlie the week before the wedding and we still hadn't figured out the mother-son dance song. Charlie suggested starting with a slower song and then switching to a faster song (that had a special meaning for my husband and his mother) -- this was the best suggestion ever! They started the party with "Jump in the Line" and with that, the entire dance floor was full for the whole set. They never even took a break. These guys are incredible musicians, and the vocalists are unreal. They played every song we requested, and my husband was especially impressed with the Dave Matthews Band instrumentals. There were several musicians in our crowd and they all agreed that there were times they stopped dancing just to watch the musicians.

In addition to just kicking ass the whole time, Search Party played a Queen song for our first dance, modified the lyrics for the father-daughter dance, and completely read the crowd to play a mix of new and classic songs. We also used them for our ceremony and could not be happier with this choice. The guitarist and keyboard player learned a new song for my walk down the aisle and did such a beautiful job. The cost was SO reasonable with the performance that we got. I seriously hope we get to go to another wedding where they're playing so we can enjoy them again. Thank you guys so much!

Search Party was amazing. We had a lot of problems (not related to them) in the months leading up to our wedding and Charlie and the band were kind and accommodating about everything. Perhaps more importantly, they were AMAZING at the wedding. I think every guest came up to me or my husband or our parents to say this was the best band they had ever seen at a wedding. Everyone was on the dance floor until the very end of the night, which was exactly what we wanted. They played the best version of Shout that I have ever heard. I cannot recommend them enough!

Search Party performed at our daughter’s wedding June 2015 at Four Season’s , Boston. They are the best wedding band out there and you need not look further. From an artistic standpoint, Search Party has the most gifted and talented musicians. We auditioned several. Sarah Seminski, one of two lead vocalists, performed “Raise Your Glass” and would have made Pink proud. She cleaned up the lyrics so it was appropriate for all audiences. The other lead, Neph, also amazing as has a wide range of genres.
The band, extraordinary. They had all generations on their feet all night. They also toned it down during dinner. Charlie, the manager is so easy to work with. They have performed at Four Seasons Boston several time so the entire process was seamless. We recommend Search Party for your next event!

Search Party played at our daughter's wedding last weekend. They are unbelievable! Everyone was dancing including my 90 year old dad! I was told by many of our guests that it was the best wedding. There are many factors that go into a wedding but the entertainment is a big one. Search Party was so easy to work with and were always responsive to emails and phone calls. This is an easy choice - hire them - they are worth it!!

We had 240 people at our wedding and search party had every one dancing! Charlie was great to work with, he listened to what I envisioned the party to look like and he made it a reality. I really wanted to cater to the wedding crowd, meaning I wanted a little top 40 as the night progressed but I wanted a lot of oldies music that everyone could relate to. The band was willing to learn songs for me and I requested at least 3 that they played without any problems! They sound amazing and have a good control of their sound. They also provided me with trumpets for the church and music for the cocktail reception. I trusted Charlie on his ideas and would do it again! It's two weeks later and everyone cannot talk about the band enough. Search party is probably tied only with my florist for my number one vendor! Overall, they were great to work with and really delivered!

Music was the first element I started thinking about when I started planning my wedding. It was extremely important to me to have an amazing band that could play all of the classics (Motown, classic rock, Frank Sinatra, etc) and some good quality pop and keep everyone dancing all night. I did a lot of research and was blown away by the demo on Search Party's website - if you haven't heard it, you should check it out and you will be convinced! The musicians are fantastic and the vocalists are definitely the best I've ever heard.

Charlie was extremely responsive and professional throughout the planning process and had the group learn a few songs upon our request (in addition to their extensive song list) - including one of my brother's original songs with a Kool and the Gang mash up. I emailed with him until the night before the wedding and knew we would be in great hands.

From the moment we walked into the tent until everyone was shouting "ONE MORE SONG!" at the end of the night, the band kept the energy high and set the tone for an elegant, classic, and extremely FUN night! Our guests were on the dance floor before dinner came out and literally every single person hit the dance floor as soon as they finished eating - every guest - from my 10 year old cousins to my 70 year old aunts and uncles and everyone in between. Everyone commented on how fantastic the band was and how much fun they had dancing all night.

I can't say enough about Search Party. I would highly highly recommend them to anyone looking for the best music with extremely talented musicians and vocalists. I am still looking for a reason to have another party to book them again!

SEARCH PARTY WAS AMAZING. Like stellar, incredible, two thumbs up… did I mention we LOVED them? My husband and I always knew we wanted a band for our wedding, and when we got engaged I started the search to find the perfect one for us. As soon as I heard Sarah’s voice I was completely hooked. She was so amazing and we immediately reached out for information. Just to be sure, we waited and saw them at a showcase to be sure they were just as good live as their produced tracks sounded and they were! Sarah was as great as expected, but Neph also blew us away with his dance moves and energy, we booked them right away.
The day of our wedding I cannot even tell you how spectacular they were. They so exceeded our expectations and I credit the band for making our wedding so much fun! We have gotten SO many compliments from guests and families about how awesome the band was, they all want to book them for their events! Even my sister, a staunch DJ supporter, admitted how wrong she was and how Search Party truly made our wedding. Our family is desperately trying to come up with excuses to hire them for anything so we can hear them again, lol.
If you are looking for a band that delivers way above their price tag (they are very reasonable as Boston Wedding bands go), you must hire Search Party! Thank you guys for truly making our day one of the most fun days of our entire lives!

Search Party is the BEST band!!! I first heard them at my friend's wedding and they were absolutely fabulous. I just had to have them at my own wedding.

At the last minute, it rained before our wedding ceremony and everything had to be transferred inside. Charlie, the guitarist who was performing during our ceremony, worked hard to make the transition as seamless as possible and was able to get all the equipment inside so that we didn't have to worry about a thing. He played the guitar and sang during our processional and recessional and his vocals were amazing. We received so many compliments about the ceremony music!

The band was readily willing to learn new songs that we wanted and they were very accommodating and flexible with special requests, such as singing our first dance song during the actual wedding ceremony instead of at the reception, and during the father-daughter dance they segued from one song to another which was unique and so much fun!

During the reception, the band truly made it a party. Absolutely everyone was on the dance floor! They played a little something for everyone and were such animated performers that i couldn't tell who was having more fun- the guests or the band!

It goes without saying that I would highly recommend this band to anyone! I truly cannot thank them enough. They were absolutely amazing and they made our wedding day so special and so much fun :) The prices were reasonable for the quality that we received and the band was super professional, reliable, and responsive.

Thank you so so so much to the Search Party for making our wedding so memorable, upbeat, and fun!

We knew from the beginning that we wanted a live band for our wedding. After hearing search party at an exhibition, we knew they were the band we wanted for our wedding. They blew the other bands out of the water. Working with Charlie was easy and he was great with all our changes and our request to learn a new song that wasn't on their list. At our reception, we knew we had made the right choice. Search Party was amazing! Sarah and Neph's voices are truly spectacular. And the rest of the band was fantastic! All of our guests commented how great the band was. We are so happy we chose Search Party!

For my September wedding we booked Search Party through Wilson Stevens Productions, Inc. (check out the reviews for Search Party on the Wilson Stevens' Wedding Wire page). They were an absolute joy to work with and I couldn't imagine my wedding without them! I worked mostly with Charlie and he very patiently answered all my questions and helped arrange a special song I sang at the wedding. Charlie came to my home twice to help me rehearse which really put me at ease for the performance. I loved how the song came out and I was so grateful for his help in making this special moment. The band is also phenomenal! As an amateur vocalist, I am incredibly picky about other voices, but I am a total fan girl for the female vocalist, Sarah. We loved the horns section as well, since my husband plays the trumpet. Every song choice was perfect and we had guests of all ages up and dancing the entire night - including people who swear they don't dance!! Search Party also handled the PA system for our ceremony and played a portion of our cocktail hour. Everything was flawless and professional while still bringing the fun energy that I was looking for - nothing stuffy or cheesy. It was just perfect!! Our family and friends are still talking about how good the music and the band were. Thank you Search Party for making my wedding unforgettable!!

Search Party was AMAZING!!!! Everyone (even people I wasn't expecting) were out on the dance floor the whole night. Not only were the vocals stunning and accurate, they had such style and were so much fun to work with!

We worked mostly with Charlie Hunt, who was flexible and easy to work with. We had choreographed a dance to "I Do" by J. Geils Band for our first dance, and were really nervous about it! Charlie invited us to one of their rehearsals where we were able to practice for the band, and they then also knew our cues. Being able to do that put us greatly at ease and they were so incredibly nice and TALENTED! They had great ideas for what to do at the finale.

So many of our guests have commented on Search Party and how fun they were, and I've already had some requests for their contact information -- they are FABULOUS! And definitely know how to keep the party going!

I absolutely love Search Party. Charlie was a gem to work with throughout our engagement, as we prepared for our day. We were fortunate to have heard Search Party play at two of our friends' weddings, so we knew how incredibly talented they were. Our wedding day was no different! Search Party performed at my wedding one month ago. My husband and I were so happy we chose them - our guests were on the dance floor all night from the moment the reception started. They played a mix of classics and pop songs that everyone loved. Going into the planning, we knew we wanted a big party and Search Party made it happen!

We knew from the get-go that we wanted our wedding to be a fun time for all of our guests, and that meant having live music. After watching our fair number of cheesy Youtube videos, my MIL mentioned a great band she had just seen perform at a friend's wedding. From that point on, our list became a whole lot shorter.

Search Party was AMAZING. Not only was Charlie super helpful and easy to work with during the planning stages, every band member was on their A Game for the big day. Guests started dancing during dinner, and didn't stop until midnight. Friends and family are still raving about how much fun they had, and I can only agree. Search Party went above and beyond with special requests such as working with my family to perform a surprise sing-along, letting my two little cousins on-stage to sing, and learning a 3-song medley for our first dance, and the whole night went off without a hitch! They are true professionals, and if there were any hiccups behind the scenes I was blissfully unaware.

To say it was the perfect day would be an absolute understatement. I wish I could go back and relive it. If I had the chance to do it all again, I wouldn't change a single thing. I would 100% recommend Search Party for any event where you want to be sure you and your guests will have a good time.
