  THE BEST decision

  One of my first vendors I hired was Sean and Elizabeth. I am SO happy I did. They were phenomenal! Everyone loved having them around the whole weekend, and just felt like they were a part of the whole crew. Their work is incredible and they listened to exactly the style we were going for, they were just capturing everything and weren't forcing anything so the work reflects that and looks so incredible. I can not emphasize enough how much I would recommend hiring them!

  These two aren't just incredible photographers, they're awesome people as well. They were a pleasure to work and spend time with throughout this process, even though we were planning from Europe. They were photo ninjas, beautifully capturing the moments of our day with such stealth and skill. The cherry on top was Polaroid snaps they spontaneously took and gave to us during the reception, an immediate token from the beautiful night they captured for us. You can't go wrong booking them!

  Why Hire 1 When You Can Get 2? Best Duo in the Game!

  We met with Sean + Elizabeth one time before hiring them on the spot! There are so many positive things I can say about them, but I don't want to lose you, so I'll try to list out the highlights! My now husband HATES photos, since he was little. My wedding planner recommended Sean + Elizabeth because A) they were a couple, so maybe Sean would help loosen my husband up and B) our planner thought that their "vibe" was similar to mine. The "B)" portion comes from what I told her - I told her I didn't want to do anything basic. I want my photos to be cool, creative, and different from all of the generic Pinterest photos you see. I don't need every photo to be bright or cookie cutter / rehearsed and I love candids.
  Ok, so we hired them. Fast forward to engagement photos; our package came with an additional sessions (engagement, bridal portraits, boudoir, etc). We live in Charlotte, NC and they freaking drove up 3 hours to shoot our engagement session near our home so we could have our dogs in them and do them around our neighborhood. Being that they don't live in Charlotte, I wasn't sure what to expect, but they took what I was envisioning, did their own research of the city, and executed beyond my wildest dreams! They made my husband and I feel so comfortable and it was a great session to get to know them on a personal level. I felt like I could 100% be myself and say whatever was on my brain and being around them was a total judgement-free zone.. it was so refreshing! They saw great photos against walls, in parking decks, under plants - things I would've never seen. They were so COOL, I even invited them to my husband's bday party that night because we had such an amazing day together (they coudn't come, but just sayin', that's how cool they are)!
  Lastly, the big day! They were of course on time on our wedding day and executed all getting ready photos and our first look seamlessly. These are such special moments, you have to have someone you trust to capture them and we trusted them without a doubt. They didn't even blink at my family dynamic (a few re-marriages, step siblings and whacky family members, ha!) and got every pre-ceremony shot to a tee. The ceremony photos are absolutely stunning - they crushed the angles, the lighting and didn't miss one shot. Lastly, the reception! They got all details photos before everything started, got every shot from every first dance, speech, etc. and lastly, gave me the best candids (100s!) I could've ever imagined. We've been married for over 3 months and I look at the gallery almost every day or so and each time I find a new favorite photo.
  I can't say enough good things about these 2, and how hiring a male/female duo, helped capture our day PERFECTLY. Elizabeth is born and raised in Charleston, so she's seen/heard it all and I consider her an expert of venues there, BUT also, their creative work from their non-Charleston (traveling) weddings was actually what hooked me in their portfolio they sent, so you do not have to be getting married in CHS to hire them! 1000/10 recommend, love them and will absolutely be using them again in the future (if my husband would be willing to take professional pictures again!) Hire them, you won't regret it!

  Words cannot express how pleased I am with Sean + Elizabeth's services! It rained on my wedding day so I was particularly nervous about how my photos would turn out, but they're a dream. As a bonus, this pair is really fun to talk to and hang out with, and they blend in flawlessly with the atmosphere of the wedding so photos never feel forced or awkward. Would highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a wedding photojournalism style for their wedding photos.

  We so love working with these two for our engagement shoot and wedding. Not only do they take beautiful photos, they are also delightful people! My husband and I felt pretty awkward in front of the camera, and they made us laugh, relax and feel totally normal while we twirled on a beach and kissed and cried in front of tons of people! Our photos are drop-dead gorgeous, and they totally nailed that non-cliche vibe we wanted, while still catching all the important moments of the day. This duo will go the extra mile, whether that means taking off their socks and shoes to catch pictures of you in the ocean and nearly losing their toes to frostbite in the process, or personally driving you to your venue to catch first-look pictures. We will treasure all of the candid moments they captured forever.

  Sean and Elizabeth are a fantastic, professional team. What we loved most was how comfortable they made us feel and how effortless their photography "sessions" felt. The finished product was also amazing, and you can tell that Sean and Elizabeth put a lot of effort into finalizing the photos. It's been a year and I still enjoy looking back through our photos from that day!

  Sean and Elizabeth are a fantastic, professional team. What we loved most was how comfortable they made us feel and how effortless their photography "sessions" felt.   After meeting with and reviewing many photographers in the Charleston area - it was an easy choice to book with Sean and Elizabeth. From the moment I met with Elizabeth I knew the photographs would not only exceed expectations but that Sean and Elizabeth would make the whole process FUN. And they didn't disappoint on either :) There are so many things to "worry" about on your wedding day and when you work with Sean and Elizabeth, it takes one of those worries off the table.   Sean and Elizabeth are the best! They are easy to work with, make you comfortable, are excellent listeners, and make you really comfortable. I was given advice long ago to spend the money on good photographers, and they are certainly worth every penny!

But more importantly, Sean and Elizabeth were beyond amazing to work with on so many levels. First, they are hilarious and great people, which makes working with them a breeze. Second, they were super respectful of any requests, showed up on time and were very prepared. And most importantly, their work was phenomenal. I have had so many people tell me how amazing my photos came out, and ask specifically who we used. I make sure to recommend them every time. Very professional quality and worth every penny!!   October 1, 2015. Charleston, SC. Yes, that’s right…the week that Hurricane Joaquin decided to roll into town. Check list for rain on your wedding day: 1) Embrace it! 2) Hire Sean Money + Elizabeth Fay. These two are the real deal.
  
  They are as wonderful to be around as they are talented. My wedding day flew by and the next day, I thought…I hope they got this shot, I hope they got that shot. Well, when I got the photos back, I saw they got all those shots and so many others…like silent glances between my husband and me, faces of our guests listening to toasts and a quick hug from my dad in the hallway. Their pictures really bring me back to my wedding day. For that, I am forever grateful.
  
  As strange as it sounds, they were like our best friends that day. Our guests were raving about our photographers and asking how I found them the next day. That's why I’m writing this review. Deciding which vendor to go with for photography was the hardest decision for my wedding. It was just a feeling that made us choose Sean & Elizabeth, their images made us feel something. From our first meeting, they felt like old friends. They’re sweet, funny, caring and laid back people...and we enjoyed every minute with them.
  
  I just can’t say enough about the pictures they produced. Sean & Elizabeth were able to capture the emotion of our day perfectly. Their pictures tell our wedding story better than any video could. They were an absolute joy to work with throughout the entire process. The best decision I ever made was choosing my husband. The second best was choosing Sean Money + Elizabeth Fay.

  Sean & Elizabeth were amazing! We only used them for the day of the wedding at the site, however they were fantastic. The shots they took we gorgeous and people still comment to this day how they almost look "fake" how gorgeous the pictures turned out. Super friendly and fun cute to work with! Thanks again

  Sean and Elizabeth were so much fun! They create a very laid back atmosphere and do their job with ease. They stayed on schedule and communicated with the other vendors to make sure they didn't miss any opportunity for a photo. The final products were some very high quality photos. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know that is planning a wedding!

  Sean and Elizabeth were fantastic to work with! We met with them a couple times before the big day as they believe in really getting to know the couples that they work with - so when the wedding day came, it was nice to have familiar people around. We also liked that they work as a team, so they were able to capture every moment. The quality of the photos speaks for itself. Sean and Elizabeth were worth every penny and we recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality photos and easy people to work with!

  I can not say enough amazing things about Sean Money and Elizabeth Fay! Not only are they extremely talented photographers but they are also truly wonderful people to spend time with. Photography is a hobby for both my husband and I so when it came to choosing a photographer for our wedding we didn't take this task lightly. I generally like to be the one behind the camera, so the thought of being the person in front of the camera made me feel a bit uneasy. Sean and Elizabeth made us feel extremely comfortable and our photos came out so incredible. So thankful to have met them both and would absolutely recommend them!

  When my future husband and I began the search for a potential wedding photographer it was so over whelming! We met with several companies and individual photographers and were convinced that we would never find anyone who really understood us. All of that changed when a friend suggested Sean and Elizabeth. We met with them for drinks and loved them instantly! Sean and Elizabeth are so passionate about their craft and above everything, they put their clients needs and wants first. They work so well together and they both add so much creativity and insight into their work. We chose to do an engagement shoot with them which required travel. They were on time, happy to be there, and took amazing photographs. Through out the wedding planning process, they were always available to answer questions and help guide us. On our actual wedding day I did not have a single worry because I knew we were in such good hands. Our wedding photographs are so special and beautiful and we were honored to share our special day with such a fabulous pair! Sean and Elizabeth are more than photographers, they are artists that will bring your own ideas to life. We couldn't have asked for a better duo to share our special day with!

  When I was researching venues in Charleston, I came across some photos that had the type of aesthetic that I love to see in wedding photos - classy, romantic, soft, great use of natural light, and an ability to capture obscure, intimate moments. I immediately knew that I wanted to work with the same photographers for my wedding - who turned out to be the amazing duo Sean and Elizabeth! When we first met them, we knew they would be a great fit for us. Not only are they professional and flexible, but they are game for anything, AND they love to have fun. Their enthusiasm is infectious, and our engagement shoot and wedding shoot felt more like hanging out with buddies than anything else.
  What I also really, really loved about Sean and Elizabeth are their attention to the little things. For example, when they sent us our engagement photo flash drive, it came in a cute white box with our name handwritten on it, along with a few toy dinosaurs - ADORABLE!! And they also sent us Polaroid pictures that they took of us during our engagement and wedding shoots. These are the small details that have stuck out in my mind through the years, and what made us feel like Sean and Elizabeth went the extra mile to make our experience with them a unique one.
  We feel so fortunate to have had Sean and Elizabeth photograph our engagement and wedding, and we cannot recommend them enough. Sean and Elizabeth FTW!!!
