Our love for Seacliff Manor started before we ever said “yes” to the venue — it started the moment we walked through the door two years ago. From our very first meeting with Nick, we felt completely at home. His warmth and genuine care for us as a couple made the decision easy. We were literally calling to put down a deposit before we even pulled out of the parking lot.
As our wedding day drew closer, Ian became our go-to throughout the planning process. As a bride with what felt like a million questions, I can’t tell you how much it meant to receive responses that were not only prompt but thorough and thoughtful every single time. He never made me feel like I was asking too much.
At our final pre-wedding meeting, Ian created a detailed timeline mapping out every moment of our big day — and I mean every moment. On the day itself, he ran the entire event to the minute. His staff was incredible, the venue was absolutely stunning, and the food had every single guest raving.
We had a jam-packed day with a lot of moving pieces, and Ian exceeded every expectation we had. If you’re a couple looking for a venue where you will feel genuinely cared for from the first tour to the last dance — look no further. Seacliff Manor is it.

From the very beginning of planning to the final moments of our wedding day, the team at Sea Cliff Manor exceeded every expectation. They welcomed our family and friends with open arms and treated everyone with genuine kindness, care, and absolute class.
Ian was a constant source of calm and reassurance. His attention to detail is unmatched, and his positive, infectious energy made the entire day feel effortless. He did not miss a beat.
Daniella was my bridal attendant she was absolutely incredible and was always one step ahead. She made sure we ate and had the perfect amount of alone time.
Sophia is the definition of elegance. Her knowledge of Sea Cliff Manor, paired with her energy, made choosing this venue an easy and exciting decision.
Donna had several meetings with us leading up to the big day and always made the process personal warm and inviting.
We are endlessly grateful and cannot thank the entire Sea Cliff Manor family enough for making our wedding day truly perfect. There is not one thing we would change.

We got married on 8/2/25 and it was an absolute dream! SCM was amazing! It was the only venue we toured and we immediately knew we wanted to get married there. We didn't want a cookie cutter banquet hall, and SCM offers an intimate setting that was exactly what we wanted. We loved that they only do one wedding a day so you get the team’s undivided attention. The water views, grounds and sunset were absolutely gorgeous. SCM was very reasonably priced compared to the other options we were considering, and for everything that's included it really is an amazing deal for a Long Island wedding. Our guests raved about the food - everything was insanely delicious. Ian made sure the day ran smoothly and everything went according to plan. He and his team made sure everything was set up the way we wanted to and that our wedding was everything we wanted it to be. Our family members have described our wedding as perfect, and we have the team at SCM to thank for that. Thank you SCM team for everything! -

It is so hard to find the right words to describe just how amazing and magical Sea Cliff Manor really is. My husband and I got married here on December 13th, 2024, and it was the best night of our entire lives. Such an amazing way to start this new chapter in life together as one, not only did everything go better than we could have ever imagined, but any issues that may have arisen, never even crossed our paths. The Matre de Ian and bridal assistant Daniella took care of everything and made sure our special night went exactly, actually even better than we could have ever expected or dreamed of. I don't even know where to begin, and I'm not even sure if there are words to describe just how spectacular they are, but if you are looking for a flawless, magical, worry free, exceptional wedding night, then book Sea Cliff Manor as your wedding venue.
The first thing that caught our eye about Sea Cliff Manor was that this venue only caters to one wedding a day, which allows them to put all of their attention into your very special day. The entire wedding party had the opportunity to use this venue from 12pm until the end of the night for whatever use you would prefer. The second thing that caught our eye was that Sea Cliff Manor does not bring the food into the venue, it is ACTUALLY cooked in house by the most amazing and fantastic chefs. The owner Nick assured us that the food at his venue would be exceptional and boy oh boy was he correct. There was NOT ONE complaint about food, from cocktail hour all the way to dessert and trust me our guests were amazed (because this just doesn't happen at many weddings). Ian and Daniella set up a sweetheart table and made sure we had the chance to enjoy everything before starting the party and for dinner we were able to get one of everything. Throughout the entire night the bartenders were so amazing that there wasn't one line while waiting for cocktails, which again I have never seen at any other wedding. Like I said earlier our night was beyond magical and our guests were able to genuinely enjoy themselves and feel the love in the air.
I can go on and on but as you can see, we do not have one complaint about Sea Cliff Manor, not one and you would be beyond lucky to land this amazing venue for your wedding. I can assure you firsthand that it will be the best night of your life! I would like to take a moment to truly thank the entire Seacliff Manor staff for being beyond spectacular and making our night truly a night to remember for a lifetime. There is no better way to start this new chapter in life as one, with the love of your life, than at the one and only Sea Cliff Manor, it truly was magical -

This venue, the vibes, Ian and his staff, the food, the ambiance, everything you could imagine about your picture perfect wedding venue, Sea Cliff Manor will do for you. One of the positives of this venue is that they only book one wedding here at a time, so the entire Sea Cliff Manor staff are able to put their hearth and souls into your wedding. You will be so happy that you chose to have your wedding here. You're able to truly enjoy your special day because the entire Sea Cliff staff handle everything. Some of the most stunning parts of Sea Cliff Manor are the beautiful ceremony space that overlook the water, cocktail hour outside with heaters, string lights and delicious food, and last but certainly not least, the stunning and one of a kind dining room and dance floor. I feel so grateful to now be a part of the Sea Cliff Manor family. -

There are not enough words for how wonderful our wedding at Sea Cliff was and how the entire staff went above and beyond, not only the day of but all the weeks leading up to it. The hype about Ian is so real, he kept my stress levels down and helped with anything and everything. We last minute had to move the ceremony indoors to a potential rain storm and he and the staff moved quickly and set up the indoor ceremony space so beautifully a half hour before guests arrived. Daniela was my bridal attendant and she was an absolute angel. She was my right hand all day and was so helpful from the second I got off the bus and arrived at the venue. My brother in law ripped his pants before the ceremony and she spent 30+ minutes sewing them back together. I would not change a single thing about the day and that was all because of the entire staff at Sea Cliff. All the guests raved about the food and flow of the evening, and we all had a blast. My husband and I could not recommend Sea Cliff more, you're in GREAT hands if you book your wedding here! -

Fairytale Wedding thanks to the SCM Family
We could not be happier with everything that Sea Cliff Manor provided us with from our very first meeting with Nick to the moment we said good bye to Ian and stepped out of the door after picking up our decorations. Professional and detail oriented doesn’t even begin to describe the team at SCM.
From our first meeting with Nick, we knew that this was the wedding venue for us. Their packages and prices stood out to us as incredibly reasonable for what we got included with our wedding. On top of that, Nick was reassuring and is in the business to make sure that your special day is exactly as you envision it.
As time went on, the SCM team, especially Donna and Ian, were very responsive to all of our questions and made sure that no question went unanswered. The communication from the venue was superb and left us knowing that we were in great hands with people who know the industry inside and out.
The lead up to the big day went so smoothly and the SCM once again made every effort to make sure that we were making informed decisions. The pre-wedding tasting was a wonderful time with our parents where we got to taste samples of highlighted menu items. This helped us make decisions for our cocktail hour and dinner choices. More on the food later.
Ian is the true MVP.. some would even say that he’s the GOAT. We’ve met with and spoke to Ian a few times before our final details meeting. We knew that he was fantastic, but the final details meeting left us feeling appreciated, heard and supported. Ian ran through all of the minor details at length and left no stone unturned. We went over the menu, drink options, timeframe of the day, vendors (including outside vendors) and even the finer details about table set up, linens, and specialty drinks. Ian made everything work and was so reassuring that our vision for the day would come to fruition.
Now, for the big day:
- Pre-ceremony photos: as we were working with our photographer, the SCM team made sure that all of our needs were met. They provided some snacks for the bridal suite and provided drinks for our thirstier guests. The bridal suites are newly renovated and immaculately kept. They fit the vibe of the venue and are a comfy, calm place for the bridal party to relax before the day really starts. As we were taking photos, Ian and the team were working tirelessly to get the venue ready for the day.
- The ceremony: the beautiful space outside was picture perfect and set up with such attention to detail. Ian and our Bridal Attendant, Camille, kept everything on pace and worked their hardest to keep our bridal party in line and moving from pictures to the ceremony.
- Cocktail Hour: While we would have loved to have the cocktail hour outside on their gorgeous property, we had to make the decision to have it inside due to some cold, windy weather. This ended up not being a setback or disappointment at all. Their indoor set up for inclement weather was spacious and gave all of our guests the opportunity to have space to eat, drink and mingle. The best part was that the SCM team set up the bride and groom table in the perfect spot to be able to eat and say hello all of our guests passing by. Our Bridal Attendant was adamant about us eating and getting ready to have that stamina for partying into the evening. The cocktail hour food was a hit and we had so many options to choose from to make sure that our guests had a diverse selection. Our specialty drinks were also a hit, which was made possible by the SCM bartending staff. They came up with some amazing creations based on our non traditional drink recipes. Again, anything we asked, they made it happen even better than we could have imagined.
- The dinner: All of our guests commented after the wedding about how amazing the food was. Sometimes at other wedding venues it can be clear that the food was mass produced without much thought or care. This is NOT the case at SCM. All of our chosen dinners came out to perfection and had been plated with beautiful attention to detail. The filet mignon was cooked to perfection, the chicken stayed juicy and flavorful, and the salmon was flaky and tender without over or under cooking. The kitchen staff here knows what they’re doing, for sure.
- The reception: Everything we needed, everything we could ask for, and everything we had questions about, Ian and Camille were on it! Ian took the lead on EVERYTHING and was so involved in the small details. It is so clear that Ian not only takes pride in his work, but also absolutely relishes in being the logistical and creative director that he is (he also has some great cologne and the fit is immaculate). During our reception as we partied the night away, the SCM staff took care of everything we needed to make sure that we could enjoy our moment without worry. Any issues that came up with outside vendors, they handled with poise and professionalism. Without their support, we would have been so stressed trying to make everything right. We are so beyond grateful for the amazing staff at this high class venue.
I’m not sure what else to say that might convince you to have your special day here. Sea Cliff should be on your list—at the top of your list. We were truly treated like family during the planning process, and treated like royalty on our wedding day.

Sea Cliff Manor made out day so absolutely perfect, it couldn’t have been any better. The staff is super organized, keeps you on schedule all day, and goes out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. The bridal attendant was outstanding, I can’t stress that enough. Jeff and Nick were also fantastic, and were so accommodating. They all went above and beyond to make the day perfect. The venue is beautiful, the ceremony outside is amazing, the cocktail hour has SO MUCH food, and it’s all delicious. The main dinner service is also fantastic, and I highly recommend the butler style passed desserts. We had a gay wedding, and they made us feel so at home and comfortable every step of the way. All of our guests said how it was one of the most (if not THE) most beautiful wedding they ever attended. We highly recommend Sea Cliff Manor, they are amazing. -

I wish we could be a guest at a future wedding at SCM to relive and enjoy the beautiful space and delicious, plentiful food!
We had 100 guests and everyone fit comfortably. Weather was not on our side so everything was indoors, including ceremony, but everything ran wonderfully. This place is a gem. They truly stand out compared to other venues on Long Island. -

We began looking for venues in early 2021 and when we stepped into Sea Cliff we knew it was different. It wasn’t your typical big banquet halls but it had so much character and charm. We knew we had to book this place but because of the pandemic, the next available Saturday wasn’t until mid November of 2022. We decided it was worth it and it was easily the best decision ever. They made so many upgrades since we initially toured the venue so that was a bonus for the wait. The cocktail hour was beautiful, everyone is still talking about it. Everything from the view to the staff and food here are amazing. Definitely worth every penny. -

I am so, so happy we got married at Sea Cliff. The venue is gorgeous, the food is amazing, and it was all for a great value. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was so incredibly helpful through the whole process. The wait staff were attentive, friendly and funny, and they seemed like they truly enjoy working there. Particularly, I can't say enough about the maitre d', Ian. He's so kind and thoughtful, and was so so helpful from the planning to the day of. He made sure everything went as smoothly as possible, and the whole day my husband and I felt totally taken care of. He clearly loves his work, and he seemed so genuinely happy for us. I would give a million stars if I could! Sea Cliff was such a dream venue. We booked way back in 2020 and from the beginning Ian was in contact helping us throughout the planning process. On the day of, Ian, Camille, Nick, and the entire Sea Cliff team was more accommodating, generous, patient, and supportive than I could have asked for. Both my husband and I had a lot of nerves but truly felt so supported by the team. Every single member of Sea Cliff helped make our day so magical.
Every aspect of the venue was spectacular - the food, the views, the atmosphere, the speakeasy, the outdoor ceremony & cocktail hour, the decor. Every guest was so thrilled and we had an amazing time. I am so so thankful we were able to make Sea Cliff the heart of our special day.

Absolutely flawless. There is nothing negative I can say about the venue or staff, everything was amazing. My husband and I fell in love with the charm Sea Cliff has, and we loved the Gatsby Era mansion and waterview vibes. Ian is the maitre d and he runs the show like an absolute boss - between him and Camille (the bridal attendant), neither of us had to ask for anything the day of - they were already 10 steps ahead of us. The entire planning process was great, Donna or Ian promptly replied to every email and answered every question. The food is undeniably delicious and we still have guests telling us how amazing the food and cocktail hour was. The venue is on the smaller side but that did not affect us at all, we had a 145 person wedding. They recently did renovations to the dining area, ballroom, bridal and grooms suite and even added a patio that can be used for cocktail hour. I can't recommend Sea Cliff Manor enough to people who are venue shopping, you would NOT be disappointed. -

We had our wedding at Sea Cliff Manor 8/12/2022. It was nothing short of a dream. It was the first and only venue we toured. We loved the views, vintage, classic look of the whole place. I wish I knew every staff members name because they are incredible, you can tell they love what they do and they added so much fun to our event. Camille the bridal attendant is fabulous and a life saver. Ian, where to even begin, had us at ease the whole day!! The Sea Cliff team made us feel like family and I hope one day we can be a guest at an event here. Everything was absolutely amazing. -

Sea Cliff Manor 6/30/22 Wedding
We had our wedding here about a month ago on 6/30/22 and it was absolutely perfect. The staff were genuinely so sweet and everyone working there seemed to really care about what they do - our guests especially loved their wait staff who were so fun and friendly the whole night :) The renovated bridal suite was so beautiful, I felt like an IG influencer instead of a stressed-out bride lol. My guests favorite things were the food (especially the cocktail hour!) and the speak easy room. Everyone had so much fun and the whole day was so beautiful. We're so grateful and Sea Cliff Manor really was way beyond what we expected in every way. We feel so lucky to have gotten married at such a beautiful place :) -

We got married at Sea Cliff Manor in April, and we are so glad we chose it as our wedding venue. My husband and I wanted a very personalized wedding (llamas included!) and felt in love with Sea Cliff’s uniqueness and charm. We had to postponed our wedding due to COVID, and Nick (the owner) was super understanding and supportive through that. We were treated like family from day one. Sea Cliff was the first wedding venue my husband and I toured for our wedding and it was the one we could not stop thinking about. It is not your typical “cookie cutter” venue and it has an intimate charm that is incomparable. We met with Nick the owner during our tour and he instantly made us feel at home. Nick even sent us a handwritten thank you card for touring Sea Cliff, and for us, that sealed the deal for us in booking them for our April 2022 wedding.
During the pandemic, Nick and his staff (Ian, Donna, etc.) were so responsive to any and all of our questions and I never felt like I was being a nuisance to them. They all reassured us that our wedding would be the best day ever and they all definitely calmed my nerves.
In preparation for the wedding, we attended a tasting held at Sea Cliff that allowed us to better fine tune our menu based on our wants and needs (be ready to get full). THE FOOD AT SEA CLIFF IS INCREDIBLE. Many of our guests have told us that Sea Cliff served the most delicious food they ever had at a wedding hands down. The cocktail hour outside was the highlight, with it being held at outside on the lawn with the sun setting on the water. Many of our guests thought that the food at cocktail hour was the main meal because there was so much food!
The service was impeccable and Ian (Maitre D) really put his heart and soul in to making sure that our day went as smoothly as possible. He really made sure that we were able to truly enjoy the day and reminded us to take it all in. Camille (bridal attendant) made sure I always had a drink in hand and she even prepared us plates during cocktail hour to make sure that we were able to at least taste the food served during cocktail hour. She also put together my bustle and made sure that it was always attached so I could easily walk/dance around.
From start to finish, our wedding day at Sea Cliff, as cliché as it sounds, was the absolute best day ever. It is a bittersweet feeling knowing that the day is over, but we will have memories to last a lifetime. When you become a Sea Cliff bride, you truly become part of a family and I am forever grateful to the Sea Cliff Manor family for all that they did to make my wedding day even more special. -

If you can, do a cocktail hour and a half. In my opinion, cocktail hour is the best part of a wedding and I’m so, so glad we did it! We got to really enjoy AND we got to eat.
On a scale of 1-100, Sea Cliff gets 100,000. They are the most caring and genuine people you’ve ever met. If you have the privilege of working with Ian, the Maitre D, he is one of those people that truly loves what he does and it shows. Joy and excitement radiates from his pores when he talks to you about your wedding, helps you with the details and creates pure magic for you. He is organized and thorough and one of the kindest and most sincere people I’ve ever met. His attention to detail is phenomenal and it’s clear that he shows his staff the same love and attention he shows his couples. They clearly love working for and with him as evidenced by our guests who raved about the staff, the food (which they said was some of the best food they’d ever eaten, not just wedding food, food period) and the excellent alcohol that just kept on flowing. My husband loves craft beer and Ian did everything in his power to make my husband happy. He got him some amazing craft beer choices and my husband was over the moon. Leading up to the day, Ian was so responsive and open to my wildest ideas. He repeatedly came up to me throughout the night to show me small details (like our cake topper) and fist bump me and ask me what I needed and what he could get for me. He is a gem of a human and Sea Cliff is lucky to have him.
Nick felt like family from the moment we walked into Sea Cliff (and not in a fake, I’m trying to get your business way. He was and is genuine.) When I walked into Sea Cliff the morning of my wedding and saw how beautiful it was, I started crying. Nick was showing some folks around and he saw me crying and HE started crying. Later in the day he sought me out to see me dressed and started crying all over again, telling me I looked beautiful. He was like my dad! He now even says he feels like we’re all cousins, I feel that too!
We were initially supposed to get married August 1, 2020 but we had to postpone and the entire postponement process (with all of my vendors) was absolutely seamless. I saw some horror stories from other brides but I had none of that with Sea Cliff.
I will say that we initially had invited 256 people but more than half didn’t come. Nick and Ian assured us that 202 would fit and that generally 10-15% of guests invited decline. In the end we had 150 guests and it was the PERFECT number. The space felt full, yet intimate. We did put two tables on the dance floor as per Ian‘s recommendation, so as to not block the speakeasy area and I actually think it was a really great idea (though I’ll admit, I was hesitant at first.) The tables I put on the dance floor were full of young people (including some of my bridal party) so they not only got amazing photos of the first dance, father daughter dance, mother son dance, my uncle singing and other great shots, but they also got up and danced to get the party started on multiple occasions.
Dinner was DELICIOUS and most people got the filet mignon which melted in your mouth or the pecan crusted swordfish which was SO GOOD. You can’t go wrong with the food. You just can’t. For dessert we got the Tartufo which I never tried but heard it was amazing and the we added the passed desserts which were great fun and delicious touch.
We made a last-minute decision to extend the cocktail hour to an hour and a half which was absolutely 1000% the right choice. Cocktail hour is hands-down the best part of any wedding and especially at Sea Cliff with the incredible food it was so nice to just be able to relax and enjoy cocktail hour. We added on the lamb chops which everyone raved about and were amazing (I have a great shot of me with a cocktail in one hand and a lamb chop in another—Ian was ready for me at the bottom of the stairs as soon as I had my dress bustled), People also raved about carving station especially the Romanian Pastrami (I’m Romanian so we had to get this). Other highlights were the barbecue stations and the taste of Italy station. The outdoor space was BEAUTIFUL but I would highly recommend getting heel savers for your guests wearing heels. They do sink into the grass. Ian suggested it and it was a great suggestion.
Someone said it to me so I’ll say it to you: When in doubt listen to Ian. He’s a pro.
We also added on the after party and we did s'mores. People loved the chill, relaxed environment outside and it was a wonderful way to end the night.
We had a 1920s Art Deco inspired wedding (complete with a 1920s Jazz band and Sea Cliff made all my vintage dreams come true…and then some).
I could go on and on about how amazing Ian, Nick and the whole Sea Cliff family is. If you have any questions, let me know. But if you're in doubt, go with Sea Cliff, you won't regret it. Truly, you're in the best hands. -

A Fabulous Night!
Wow, Sea Cliff Manor is amazing! We just had THE most wonderful wedding weekend in Roslyn and hosted the most amazing rehearsal dinner at Sea Cliff Manor on night 1! Our guests were all from Southern California and Manhattan, and every one of them was awed from the moment they arrived when they were greeted with a glass of champagne as they stepped off the bus. The venue itself is gorgeous, and the VIEW is spectacular! we happened to have a beautiful warm October night, so cocktails outside were just gorgeous. and THE FOOD! There was so much of it! Appetizers were everywhere! being passed and on the buffet tables! The bartenders were awesome, and all the servers were beyond fantastic. Nick, Donna and Ian are THE BEST!!!! We had a lovely sit down dinner inside, and everything was just perfect. Couldn't have been better! Dinner was delicious, and came out on time. and then when the dessert station came out with s'mores, donut wall, cookies, brownies, pizza..... Well, that was AMAZING!!!! We had a very HAPPY crowd!!! ;) The whole night was a home run, and we love Sea Cliff Manor! Thank you to the entire team there for making our event feel so special and unique, we loved it all! -

My husband and I truly could not be any happier with the service we received from Nick, Ian and everyone else at Sea Cliff Manor for our wedding reception on June 26, 2021. We literally can’t think of a single thing we would change. From the very first time we toured Sea Cliff Manor in November 2019 all the way through to our wedding, Nick and Ian went above and beyond to make sure every aspect of our wedding was perfect (even with all the curveballs the pandemic threw at us)! Our bridal attendant made sure we always had a drink in our hand all night (and plenty of water) and a full plate of food to enjoy during our cocktail hour. Speaking of food, every single thing we ate was AMAZING and our guests are still raving about it all! The Chilean Sea Bass with Lobster Fricasee was our favorite of the entrees - well worth the extra charge! Some of our favorites during cocktail hour were the stuffed rigatoni from the Taste of Italy station and the passed lamb chops. SCM even allowed us to go off-menu for our cocktail hour specialty bar and set up a mojito bar for us, which was one of the many details throughout the evening that truly made our wedding feel super customized to my husband and I. The staff, bartenders, servers, etc. were incredible. They were all super attentive and friendly and took great care of our guests. The grounds of Sea Cliff Manor are gorgeous! The landscaping is well maintained, the outdoor cocktail hour area is set up beautifully, and the new speakeasy room is so unique and was a huge hit! We would wholeheartedly recommend Sea Cliff Manor to any couple looking for a wedding venue and we can’t thank Nick, Ian, and the whole team enough for making our wedding perfect! My husband and I got married at Sea Cliff Manor on July 22nd, 2021 after having to postpone our wedding from December 2020. We can not say enough wonderful things about Sea Cliff, from the gorgeous venue on the water, to the ease of planning our dream wedding (especially making it easy to plan with them when we had to postpone) to the fantastic staff that went well above and beyond our expectations to make sure our wedding (and the process leading up to our wedding) was absolutely perfect. Nick, Ian, Donna and the rest of the Sea Cliff Manor staff treated us and our guests to 5 star treatment. So many of our guests and family members raved about not only how beautiful our wedding venue was, how delicious the food was but most importantly how fantastic the service was. Our favorite part of the venue (this was hard to pick because everything Sea Cliff does is top notch) was the Speak Easy bar. Our guests loved spending time in there enjoying cocktails and conversations. We got married on site, which was like a dream come true, over looking the water at sunset as we exchanged our vows and said "I do". We had an absolute blast the entire day and as we celebrated our love and partied into the night. From the moment we stepped into the venue two years ago, we knew this was where we had to get married. It’s a shame you can only give 5 stars on this site. Sea Cliff Manor is the best wedding venue I’ve ever had the pleasure of attending, and in this case it happened to be for my wedding! Weddings in the time of COVID are a tricky thing - on top of all the normal logistics and headaches associated with planning, we had to reschedule our wedding from August of 2020 to August 2021, we had to arrange new hotel blocks, change guest lists, etc. Seacliff Manor took all of this in stride, honored the terms of our original contract, and did so with a professionalism and grace that you’d expect from the Savoy Hotel.
There are a lot of reasons to choose this venue before you even meet the personnel. From an aesthetic standpoint, it’s perfect. The mansion itself is elegant and classy, the landscaping and greenery are lush and vibrant. It’s on the Long Island Sound. Your photos are going to look good.
From a logistical point of view, it makes a lot of sense. Do you have folks coming from out of town? It’s located 30-45 minutes from either airport. It’s a 12 minute drive from a variety of hotels in Roslyn. Roslyn itself is charming and chock full of restaurants for your rehearsal dinner.
From a money perspective, it also made sense. We looked at a lot of venues, and Sea Cliff’s prices were very competitive.
Then the event starts and the magic really happens! Ian - the day of coordinator - is something of a wedding magician. He has his finger on the pulse of all the different pieces of your day, and tells you (and everyone else involved at the wedding) where to be and when to be there. You don’t have to worry about anything - Ian’s got it.
The food is fantastic, and there’s a LOT of it. Your guests won’t go hungry, and the next day they will thank you for the cocktail hour snacks, because getting food in their bellies before too much alcohol is always a good idea!
Lastly, there is the rest of the staff. I only got a couple of their names, but they all managed to balance professionalism and fun perfectly. Camille, the bridal attendant, was a delight to work with and took care of my wife with grace throughout the day. Christian served my wife and I during dinner, and he was always on the ball, and some of our guests loved the staff so much that they invited them to hang out with the wedding party after the event (they didn’t join us - and that is totally understandable - this was perhaps the professionalism portion of the balance coming through :) )
I could keep going, but I’m likely going to run into a character limit at some point. If you want a place that operates with integrity and class, and where your guests are going to have an outstanding time, you’ve found it. Book now before they run out of availability. Incredible!
Nick and Ian were so supportive to our daughter and (future) son-in-law during the pandemic. They were flexible, upbeat, encouraging and reassuring. Sea Cliff Manor has always been beautiful but, after recent renovations, it is spectacular!! And the location cannot be beat!
The entire staff is wonderfully friendly and incredibly hardworking!! They all worked tirelessly to make our day so very special!! And the food was out of this world!!! Absolutely Delicious!!

Today marks a very special day for me. This day was our original wedding date in 2020 and it marks a time of uncertainty in the world. Postponing our wedding during a pandemic means that human celebration was put on hold. Celebration is essential in our lives and without it leaves the world a much sadder place. A year later we were able to celebrate our love at the Sea Cliff Manor. During a time where most of our other engaged friends were dealing with nightmare postponement stories. We were greeted with nothing but positive reinforcement the venue bending over backwards to keep us happy.
I cannot say more wonderful things about the staff at Sea Cliff Manor. Almost every guest relayed to me just how fantastic the staff was.
I wanted to note a few very specific instances where the staff deserves to be recognized:
- Ian, the maître d’, is a dream to work with. He is truly a beautiful person inside and out and cares so much about making your day special. Everything is run perfectly to the minute. We trusted him along every step of the way. It’s impossible to plan every single detail for your wedding, but just know that Ian already has. We had forgotten to cover a Mic for our Officiant and in 30 seconds Ian had it covered. This is just one of the many moments throughout the day where the stress is completely removed from your shoulders. We never fully understood how much time, effort and detail goes into an event like this. Ian understands this to a science and it shows.
- The owner of the establishment, Nick, couldn’t have been more personable and caring. He showed up the day of our Wedding to wish us congratulations and had tears in his eyes right before I walked down the Aisle. Everyone is family at Sea Cliff Manor.
- The Bridal Attendant, Camille, was next to me every step of the way. She made sure that we ate food and always put a drink our hands. She should be called a “Wedding Attendant” with the amount of care and attention she gave my husband as well. She helped me during the rain all with a smile on her face. Her personality truly showed in how she handled all of the small details with grace.
- It rained a lot on my wedding day and it had ZERO affect on the beauty of the day and venue. The staff all held four umbrellas over me so I wouldn’t get wet walking down the aisle. They made me laugh the whole time and created such a memorable moment. Not only did they help me, but the entire wedding party was escorted with umbrellas through the rain.
- Their service was OFF THE CHARTS. At all times they were hustling to serve the guests with a big smile on their faces.
- For most events that you attend, the Wedding staff is relied on to keep the party going. At the Sea Cliff Manor you can rely on them to enhance your day from arrival to departure
- My wedding was a party that led to some broken glasses. They literally danced their way through cleaning it up and showed no signs of getting upset
- I learned that the hiring process is extremely caring and thought out. Each person is hand picked to compliment the utmost professionalism and charm. I had some time to speak with the staff, who all relayed that they love working at Sea Cliff Manor. It is such a wonderful environment and I feel blessed to have shared my wedding day there.
The venue speaks for itself with the beauty and class both inside and out. On a personal note, the Speakeasy really hits home for two bourbon lovers. I could sit here all day writing reviews. In the end you will of course pick your own venue to host your beautiful and memorable day. Just know that if you choose Sea Cliff Manor, you have made the best decision of your life.

Planning a wedding during a pandemic is challenging for all parties involved; however, Nick and Ian worked with us through all those challenges and made our dream wedding come true! From the delicious food, to the tasty drinks, not one detail was overlooked. The speakeasy bar was a big hit with our guests and was the perfect location for some fun photos with our photographer. The owner Nick went above and beyond and made us feel like part of the Sea Cliff Manor Family. And as for Ian, words can't express our gratitude and love for him. My husband and I started planning our wedding in June 2019 for a June 2020 wedding. Due to the pandemic, it had to be postponed which was heartbreaking, but working with Nick and Ian at the Sea Cliff Manor made the difficult experience of rescheduling the date seamless and painless. We were not held to our original guest count and they were compassionate and flexible throughout the entire re planning process.
We were married this past Sunday, Nov 1st in what was close to a Nor'Easter so our dreams of having our cocktail hour outside on their beautiful grounds did not happen but they did an amazing job setting up a comfortable and spacious cocktail hour inside and easily transitioned within minutes to prepare the dance floor for our intros and 1st dance. Ian's attention to every detail, keeping us posted about all of the activities on our timeline as well as the very attentive wait staff, helped to put us at ease so we could sit back and enjoy our special day.
The food was outstanding and all of our guests could not stop saying how delicious the food was and what a gorgeous venue it was.
Our only disappointment was that the day was over so fast; we would love to go back to the Sea Cliff Manor and do it all over again! -

Best night of our lives!
From the second we walked into sea cliff we knew this would be where we get married. We didn’t know that we were about to embark on a journey through a pandemic and rescheduling a wedding with a million emotions. However, not one time through the 9 months of planning did I feel nervous when talking to Nick or Ian. Nick was so unbelievably accommodating with changing our date and I believe we called him at least 2 times a week. He was extremely patient, kind, understanding, and willing to do whatever he could to make us happy.
As the wedding date started approaching we began talking to Ian about all of the details. Ian is so passionate about his job and he is so damn good at it. He is so creative and puts his heart and soul into everything he does. We asked for his opinion for almost everything as we trusted and valued his opinion. Three days before our wedding there were barn doors being installed by the speakeasy bar. He surprised us with chandeliers that hung outside over cocktail area. We wanted to personalize so many menu items and Ian often saw our vision and gave ideas to make it better.
The day of the wedding he made sure we were taken care of. He brought us up drinks and a beautiful charcuterie to our suites. He RAN the show and was a true professional. So many moving pieces and to see him in his element, killing it, was so cool.
Our bridal attendant, Camille made sure we were fed, had drinks in our hands always (including water), and even dabbed sweat off of our heads. She made us feel like we didn’t have to do a thing! Our guests also raved about all of the servers and how accommodating they were. The food was especially unreal, the cold seafood display and lamb chops are upgrades that YOU NEED!
As we write this review we have tears in our eyes because we are so sad it is over. Thanks a million Sea Cliff!

I feel every bride should love their venue and deserves there dream wedding. My husband and I were fortunate enough to get married on one of the most beautiful days of the year, September 27th 2019. From beginning to end the Seacliff manor gave us our dream wedding. We worked so closely with the owner Nick and his maitre D, Ian since the day we booked. We had a vision and they made that vision a reality. We arrived early to take pictures on the grounds and across the street to get some water and sunset shots. Our bridal attendant, Camille surpassed our expectations as she was on top of everything for my husband and I. We were never without a drink or food. She checked in with us constantly and made sure we were taken care of the entire night.
Our guests were immediately greeted with champagne upon exiting there cars and greeted to the gorgeous setup of the cocktail hour. The fire pits were burning surrounded by there gorgeous outside lighting. The lounge area just added to the beautiful ambiance. The food at the stations were to die for along with the passed hor douvrs which just kept on coming! My husband and I could hear our guests positive reactions. Nick and Ian were circulating around making sure everything was done to perfection. The servers were accommodating and beyond professional. This presence carried through into our reception. The waitstaff was top notch. They took orders and served our guests happily and with such pride. The food knocked anything we had ever had out of the ball park. We weren’t served you’re typical catered food but fresh to order meals. The filet Mignon could be cut with a fork, the chicken option was a hit, and the sea bass melted in your mouth. Our guests dishes were wiped clean. The feedback we received was remarkable and it is a salute to the Seacliff manor. The bar had no lines and they also refilled drinks as needed at the table. All our guests raved about the passed desserts which we opted to do instead of a Viennese hour.
The Seacliff manor provided a wedding we will never forget. Our guests are still blown away at the quality of food, service, and overall atmosphere of the Seacliff manor. The Seacliff manor is a diamond in the ruff! -

Had the most *amazing* night of our lives at Sea Cliff Manor. Everything about our wedding was astoundingly beautiful— couldn’t have had a better experience anywhere else!
- [ ] Having incredible service from Ian, the in-house wedding coordinator who there every step of the way was amazing— he answered all our needs, requests, and questions from not only bride and groom, but also from the parents of the bride! In addition, Ian’s presence, guidance, and support the day of our wedding made the day go off unhitched— his coordination and leadership was so calming and relieving.
Additionally, the support and service from Nick and our bridal attendant, Camille, just made the day so calm and perfect. I was astounded by the exceptional service and accommodation from everyone at Sea Cliff— especially as a nervous bride— I just had the best day... more than I could have asked for!
The venue itself is beautiful! The gorgeous mansion overlooking the water, with blooming June flowers, made an epic outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour. The food was PHENOMENAL. Every guest was honestly astounded— not only at how many options, how much food, and the quality... but how INCREDIBLE everything we ate was! We opted for the seafood boat with lobster and it was one of the best choices we could have made— every guest *loved* it. It made our event so special and unique— it was worth getting. Dinner was amazing— so much food after the cocktail hour— but guests loved it. The ice cream tartufo was my favorite!!! It made our wedding cake so much more enjoyable.
Checked some of the photos from our photographer during the sunset photos... and they are going to be phenomenal. The weather was what caused me the most anxiety, but honestly, it would have been amazing rain or shine. It was evident our money went to our special day— not just marked up for the sake of the wedding business. Also, being the only wedding on the grounds was so important to us— it was our day, unlike some other LI venues that have multiple events.
We heard about Sea Cliff Manor by word of mouth from my husband’s personal trainer who also had his wedding there. I will 100% recommend Sea Cliff Manor to anyone looking to get married!!!! Thank you so much— we can’t express enough gratitude for how epic and memorable our wedding was.
Every guest said it was definitely one of the best weddings they’ve ever been to— I can’t imagine how you could top it!

I can’t begin to say enough wonderful things about Sea Cliff Manor, Nick, & Ian. They are the best in the business at what they do. It’s exactly what we wanted in a venue (intimate, unique, not a typical catering hall, one wedding A DAY, and on the water.) I appreciated feeling like I was never part of a “hard sell-“ Nick was honest about the things he liked and the things he would pass on. They worked with our budget and made sure we got the things that were important to us. Due to inclement weather, our cocktail hour had to be inside which was not the original plan. But the staff moved seamlessly and efficiently and the turn over from cocktail hour to dance floor was barely noticeable. And while I fell in love with the outdoor area for cocktails, I had just as much fun inside. The guests didn’t even know the difference! The food was out of this world. In fact, a group of my friends set up shop right outside the kitchen during the cocktail hour so they could be the first to get the hors d’oevrs. My bridal attendant Camille was attentive without being overbearing. The team at Sea Cliff Manor truly provides unbeatable service with great attention to detail and unwavering professionalism! -

Ian the Matri D is an amazing human being for everything he does behind the scenes, everything went so smoothly and it felt generally amazing to know that we could show up and not have to worry about anything. Our bridal attendant Camille, was with us EVERY SINGLE moment, from plates of food to water, walking in the sand for pictures, the staff performs and delivers with the utmost care and professionalism.
The food was amazing and everyone loved it! Nick and Ian will work with you to make the dreams of your meals come true and will work with you to help keep everything reasonable. We asked for specific upgrades like a seafood station (complete with oysters, clams, and shrimp) and baby lamb chops and we were still able to stay within budget.
Sea Cliff Manor is a beautiful and intimate space and includes well-manicured grounds. The interior is beautiful and classic that does not need any additional decor. It has that long island, gold coast, Gatsby charm, that sits on the water, with a beautiful fireplace. You will NOT be disappointed if you choose this venue. -

Your Wedding Your Way
After visiting many other wedding venues, we followed the recommendation of a friend and visited Sea Cliff Manor. I’m glad We did.
We were married on a beautiful evening in September. The ceremony was held outside as the sun was setting. The cocktail hour was also held outdoors under strung lights with the reggae and calypso sounds of a steel band player. We wanted a relaxed Caribbean feel. We were able to accomplish that thanks to, the Maitre’D, Ian. He was helpful in making menu selections and organizing an authentic “jerk chicken station” in addition to all the other delicious options we selected. Our guests really enjoyed the food.
My husband and I got to enjoy our wedding day because Ian took care of the details.
Nick and Ian are good at what they do. They both have years of experience in the business and it shows. They really take pride in “Doing it Your Way!” They listen and are willing to accommodate requests, if at all possible.
If you are looking for a reasonably priced, one event venue, with professional staff, great food, beautiful grounds, amazing views, and the flexibility to customize your event the way you want, you really should consider Sea Cliff Manor.

I can't say enough great things about Ian and the rest of the staff at Sea Cliff Manor! My husband and I recently had our reception there and it was perfect. We married on 10.6.18, had our cocktail hour outside from 6-7pm and reception inside from 7-11pm. From the very beginning Ian calmed our nerves about the details of the day. We originally had one idea about our reception in mind, changed halfway through and Ian adjusted without any issues.
Our cocktail hour was outside and was more beautiful than I imagined. The lights were hanging from above, fire pit was glowing and the cocktail food tables and high tops were perfectly placed so people did not feel packed in.
Our reception was held inside. All tables were on the level above the dance floor, leaving plenty of room to party. We had 183 guests which seemed like a lot for the size of the room but worked out quite nicely. We went with rectangular tables and fit between 10-12 ppl a table. Any more people and we would have had to put some tables around the dance floor which I wouldn't have liked - Sea Cliff just widened their dance floor so we didn't want to lose any space. If you want the dance floor for dancing only, try to stay under 190 (this number could possibly change if you use rounds). We had 2 bars, one on the dance floor in the corner and one in a room off the dining area. This made it possible for the many guests to be served without waiting forever. The food was unreal, especially the ravioli with shrimp appetizer. Ever since the tasting I couldn't wait to have more. Everyone I spoke to only had great things to say.
We opted for the late night snacks to be served towards the end of the evening. Sliders, lobster mac and cheese, grilled cheese, hot dogs and ff - AMAZING!
All and all the evening was perfect, Ian killed it. If you want to be in good hands, go with him! -

This place is great for an intimate wedding and I love the vintage feel. I will be having my wedding here and the people here are great. They're helpful, understanding and very compassionate. And, when we called to ask about their availability, they were extremely booked up already, while many of the other places we were visiting had lots of open weekends. That seemed like a good sign, so we went with them. And I'm so glad we did! Our maître d' Ian ran the ship so impeccably smoothly. Talk about herding kittens! Our parents and wedding party also shared with us how great it was to have him guiding us through the whole day and night (not to mention the months leading up to the big day). From all the emails (and seating charts and unique dietary restrictions) to the perfectly timed processional (still not sure how he did it??) to the periodic fist bumps over the course of the evening (so essential!!), we just so appreciated getting to take this step with him. We were definitely in good hands. And that extends to the whole Sea Cliff team, who were so kind and upbeat all day and night. They made sure we were always smiling, and our bridal attendant Camille made sure we were always fed and hydrated! It was just such a relief and joy to be in such great community. We truly felt the festivities went off without a hitch, which is such a blessing and gift. Our wedding also had a lot of little DIY and unconventional details—including centerpieces I'd made myself, a macrame ceremony arch hanging, processional music burned onto a vinyl record, a custom cake tray, a wedding party that was just our families, and so on, and literally every single detail came to fruition, with Sea Cliff collaborating with my florist/stylist who hadn't worked there before. I'm the kind of person who likes to have creative control over all these logistics, and Sea Cliff truly took over in such a reassuring way. Ian was so on top of every detail. He was genuinely empathetic and a great listener, and the pacing and vibe of the whole evening, from photoshoots to rehearsal to ceremony to cocktail hour to reception, was completely beautiful. -

They made our wedding day amazing, especially Ian who had everything detail planned so we didn't have to worry about anything. The food was amazing and their recommended vendors were also wonderful. Nothing is perfect, but our wedding day truly was with their help. -

I had my wedding back in April at Sea Cliff Manor. I was so nervous about my wedding day turning out well and things running smoothly, but at the end of the event I couldn't be happier and the staff at Sea Cliff Manor were an integral part of making it a great wedding.
I met with Nick over a year before my wedding and really enjoyed his hospitality. When it came down to picking out our venue we were down to three options, one of them being Sea Cliff Manor. After going through all the pros and cons we actually decided on a different venue at first. But then after speaking with Nick again to discuss some logistics and pricing we really felt that Sea Cliff Manor was the perfect venue for us. The food was great and they did a great job putting everything together. Ian did a great job making sure everything went smoothly the day of. All I had to do was drop off the extra decor a few days before the wedding and tell him how I wanted things set up and everything was executed perfectly.
The chef was even willing to make a special Sri Lankan station for cocktail hour and all I had to do was provide recipes. The station was a hit and they were able to make it delicious! We also requested another custom station as we wanted a pizza station during cocktail hour and they did a great job with this as well. We loved that we were able to customize things to how we wanted it and to match our tastes/interests. We were very set on having certain things at our wedding and was thrilled that Sea Cliff Manor was willing to work with us.
The one down part of the day was that the weather ended up being a little cold and windy so we had to move the cocktail hour inside and I was really looking forward to an outside cocktail hour. Ian and his team were quickly able to make the transition to an indoor cocktail hour and no one would have even known that it was a last minute change. We were at least lucky to still have our ceremony outdoors.
Overall I highly recommend Sea Cliff Manor!! Nick and Ian are great to work with and the venue is beautiful! -
