My husband and I got married on September 5th, and our day was truly magical thanks to an incredible team of vendors. We couldn’t have asked for a better videography team than Mike and Joel. From the very beginning, Mike was professional, communicative, and genuinely passionate about what he does. You could tell from our first phone call that he truly cared about capturing an authentic reflection of us and our wedding day—something that was incredibly important to us when choosing a videographer.
Throughout the planning process, Mike was always available whenever questions came up and was an amazing resource when it came to building our timeline. On the wedding day itself, he was incredibly flexible and captured so much beautiful footage despite limited space while we were getting ready. Mike and Joel documented our day exactly as we remember it, and most of the time we didn’t even realize they were there—which made everything feel so natural and genuine.
We were also blown away by how quickly we received our full wedding video, along with a hard drive containing all of the raw footage. Having everything delivered in such a timely manner was the perfect finishing touch and meant so much to us.

Hands down the best videographer. From the start, communication was excellent and organized. We had a phone call about a week out where he took the time to go over every little piece of information I had given him to make sure our day was perfect. On our day, Mike and his assistant videographer were very professional but also made us feel comfortable in front of the camera. They worked seamlessly with our photographer, making the how process of planning stress free. We are blown away with our video, it captured our day in the best way. I chose Scotto Films because of the impressive quality I saw online, and Mike did not disappoint. His editing skills and the overall production quality were evident in the samples, but what truly stood out was how essential his team was on the day of the wedding.

Simply the best!
I don't even know where to start, but if you're looking for a videographer, look no further! Mike Scotto is incredible to work with from the start of everything up until the very end. Mike was the videographer for my wedding this past October, and as someone who was nervous about being awkward in front of a camera, there was no need. Mike made everything feel so comfortable and natural and managed to capture some of the most beautiful moments while still maintaining the privacy - such as our first look. He was so professional, fun, communicative throughout the entire process, and incredibly talented. Our wedding video is something I will always cherish, and I'm so glad I've been able to share with some family who were unable to make the big day. I don’t even know where to begin writing this review. I am honestly speechless. Mike Scotto and his team at Scotto Films are simply AMAZING. I am so beyond happy we found him and chose him to video our wedding day. From the moment we began communicating with Mike he made the entire process so easy. He listened to any and all of our requests with inviting ears, and made our planning such a pleasure. Himself and his crew all have the best personalities and such a refreshing sense of humor. The day of our wedding Mike worked seamlessly with our photographer and all of our other vendors. He was efficient and it was obvious upon meeting him that he is a master at his craft. We received our teaser so fast and we were honestly blown away, but it wasn’t until we received our final wedding video that we were able to truly understand how passionate Mike is about videography. He captured every detail down to the most intimate moments without us ever knowing he was there. We cannot help but cry every time we watch it, the emotion he was able to convey through his work makes you feel like you are back in the moment all over again. I highly highly recommend Scotto Films for any and all of your videography needs. For us a videographer was the single most important decision we had to make, and believe me when I tell you… he did not disappoint!!

Can't Beat Working with Mike Scotto!
I don't think I could recommend Mike Scotto more if I tried. We had the pleasure of having Mike as our videographer for our wedding in upstate NY.
When we chatted with Mike initially, he was super clear about the process, instantly responded to our emails (which honestly isn't a small thing on its own), and was an overall pleasure to work with even when we requested last minute changes (e.g. first look).
But even more importantly, Mike was SO MUCH FUN to work with day of!!! His assistant and Mike were super excited about being there with us, joked around the entire day and made us feel at ease, and were genuinely loving every moment of it. It felt extra special to be working with someone who felt like we were surrounded by friends.

This was the 4th wedding I have work with Mike on, first as the bride, and every time he absolutely blows me away! He makes you feel so comfortable and him and his team are some of the easiest people to get along with. Every time a wedding video is shown that he has created I am speechless how every time he can keep raising the bar without past videos looking outdated. Our video being my favorite, he was able to capture myself and my husband so perfectly as a couple despite only being with us for 1 day! I am tripping over myself to find other ways to book him to keep capturing life moments for us. Beyond amazing
When planning a wedding, there are so many things to plan/book. Booking Mike and his team for our videography was easily the best decision we made when it came to wedding planning. The video Mike created for us left us speechless and crying happy tears all over again. I am beyond thankful to have this memory of our special day. He captured all aspects of our day- start to finish and allowed for our friends and family to see moments that they may not have been a part of, such as our first look on the Franklin Plaza roof top. Hire Mike as your wedding videographer!
Two of the best decisions I made for my wedding was 1. Hiring and videographer and 2. Choosing Mike Scotto to be that videographer.
Yes! Out of everything, I rank a videographer as one of the most important parts of my wedding day. When you spend months or even years planning your wedding, you need to make sure you have a videographer to capture it all. You don’t realize in all that wedding planning just how much you don’t get to see — You do not get to see your processional, or your recessional. You miss watching your little niece and nephew walk down the aisle as your flower girl and ring bearer. You don’t experience your whole cocktail hour—even if you get to go! You’re so busy talking to everyone that you don’t see your guestbook, or the food laid out. And when everyone gets announced to the reception, you miss that too.
After months/years of planning, the wedding day finally comes and you are such a part of it you don’t get to see all of it. But we hired Mike Scotto—which means we were able to relive the day over and over again. He is an amazing videographer—it takes a true talent to do what Mike does. This is not just a video of your wedding, it is a work of art. Whether a 5 minute video or a 20 minute video, it is captivating. There is no better way to relive the wedding day than with a Mike Scotto film. It truly brings you right back to the day, but this time you get to see it all.
Mike was professional throughout the whole day and it was a joy to have him as a part of our wedding. Somehow he and his second shooter were everywhere all at once capturing all of the special moments, but they just blended in with the excitement of the day. They made us both feel so special and were incredibly personable. Seeing Mike work was also a gift, he took my vision of the wedding day and amplified it into a beautiful video. He was able to direct us and advise us, but also captured the beautiful candid moments we never want to forget. Together, the video turned out to be absolutely incredible. There is not another videographer out there who could have done a better job.
Some other bonuses include getting the video back quickly, which was a wonderful surprise! And Mike provides all of the raw footage. Like I said before, when you’re a part of the wedding, there’s a lot you miss. Having that raw footage is invaluable, because it means we get to go back and see every part of the day. We can re-watch toasts and see our first dance together. We get to look back at all the wonderful people who joined us and always have the memory of being there with them.
I cannot recommend Mike more. He is the best of the best—if you want someone who will make your wedding day better, make you feel like a celebrity, capture beautiful content and create the most amazing video that matches your vision of your wedding, Mike is your guy! You need a videographer for your wedding, and you need Mike to be that videographer. Happy planning!

Mike Scotto was the first vendor that I booked once I got engaged- I knew I wanted him to be a part of my wedding because he did an amazing job on multiple family members wedding videos in the last couple years. I knew by booking him I was going to get an amazing video, but I have to say he completely outdid himself! We are completely obsessed and LOVE our video, he blew it out of the park! Amazing wedding video
Mike did an AMAZING job on our wedding video!! He captured so many special moments throughout the day. The day really does go by fast, if you are on the fence with hiring a videographer, I would highly recommend Mike. Mike meets with you prior to your big day and has a simple form to complete. The form outlines everything you can expect in your video. The drone shot footage was a nice touch. We got married on a fall day and to have the aerial view of the foliage and our wedding venue was special. We also included speeches, such a memorable moment from the day. Mike did a great job breaking the video up into segments along with music of our selection. He and his staff were professional to work with and creative. Mike got a lot of video shots we would have never thought of that looked very cool on camera. We look forward to looking back on this video for the rest of our lives. A big thanks to Mike and his team!

Seriously, cannot express enough how incredible Mike was to work with! We booked him back in 2019 after watching a bunch of his videos to help us choose a venue. We loved his videos so much we decided to book him. He was so kind and easy to work with; he answered all our questions with tact, and was so responsive during the planning process. When we had to push our date out due to Covid, Mike was so accommodating and helpful!
Day of the wedding, he was on-time, professional, and surrounded himself with other incredible people to help capture our day (shout out to Connor, the second shooter, and Mike, Mike's assistant!) Mike had worked with a bunch of our vendors before too; it was so nice as soon as he walked in seeing our Hair and Makeup that they were quickly and easily able to communicate the best shots. Even if he is working with a vendor for the first time, he does an incredible job communicating what he needs while ensuring they're able to do their jobs as well (he was incredible with our photographer and both got such amazing shots). He stayed with us all night, capturing all facets of the day, getting some hilarious dance videos, and then turned around and provided our video less than a month later (way ahead of the contract).
Choosing Mike Scotto was one of the easiest choices for our wedding, and we're so happy with his work. Thanks to him, we'll have footage of our special day that we can treasure forever.

Fantastic Videographer!
Mike Scotto and his team were fantastic! We were blown away by his work and he captured all the important details. Mike was easy to work with personally, very professional at all times, and I felt he worked well with all my other venders, especially my photographers. He showed up while the girls were getting ready and stayed basically the whole night. Our favorite part was that his assistants were out there on the dance floor with us and capturing every minute of the party! He also had a fast turnaround time for getting us our video, and we could not wait to share it with our friends and family! Mike was also receptive to suggestions to what we wanted in our video, and it came out just perfect! We are so pleased with everything Mike Scotto did and would highly recommend him as your videographer!

Mike Scotto and his team truly went above and beyond for our wedding. Mike was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout the planning process (we rescheduled our wedding twice due to the pandemic), and when we finally got to our wedding day — he did a fabulous job of making our video a perfect highlight of our celebration and depiction of who we are as a couple (even pulling small details into the film that we didn’t ask for but that have a lot of significance to us.) Like many couples, my husband and I were torn on whether we needed a videographer at our wedding. After a search in the Saratoga area, we decided we wanted to work with Mike. He was the most affordable videographer that we looked at and was so nice and low key when we spoke with him. If you’re reading this review, please consider it your sign that you should hire Mike. We just got our wedding video back and were blown away. Mike is insanely talented and so much fun to work with. Our video is something we will absolutely treasure forever thanks to him. Mike was absolutely incredible! After watching some of his videos mike was the first vendor we booked after our venue!
We originally booked him for our wedding 11/13/2020 but we had to reschedule, and he was thankfully still available for our wedding 11/12/21. We emailed many times prior to our wedding and talked on the phone to walk through our wedding timeline.
He captured every moment that we wanted and truly made us so comfortable all throughout the day and got so many real candid moments of us! We truly couldn’t have asked for anyone better to capture our special day!
His second shooter was also incredible, he spent most of the morning with my husband but he said he was so fun and got great shots of the boys while making them feel comfortable!
If mike is available you have to book him, you won’t regret it!

Hire this guy!
We decided to hire a videographer last minute and are so happy we chose Scotto Films. Mike is a super down to earth guy that was so flexible with our schedule. We wanted to purchase the gold package, but due to booking last minute Mike was not sure he would be able to get a second videographer on such short notice. To our amazement, Mike pulled through and made it happen for us and we are so happy with the results! From the time we booked Scotto Films until the time we were able to have our wedding (postponed), 3 years went by. Throughout those 3 years it was an absolute pleasure working with Mike Scotto. When my husband and I first started the wedding planning process, we didn’t think we were going to hire a videographer. When I was searching through the Knot, however, I came across Scotto Films and as soon as I watched a few of the samples, I knew that we wanted to hire Mike…and we are SO insanely happy that we did. Using Scotto Films for our wedding video is one of the best decisions we made. Mike was so patient, accommodating and professional with the whole process. I had a few special requests, and Mike went out of his way to make it work. I ultimately chose to work with him because it was the only videographer I could find that wasn't trying to nickle and dime you. Mike was always looking for ways to ADD value and make the experience better. You know that's a huge win for wedding planning!! When we received our finished video, we were in tears watching it back. He picked up on moments and people that were really important to us. He was the first vendor to arrive and the last to leave, and stayed right in the middle of the action the whole time, so he got great footage! I also really appreciated being able to customize aspects of our video to make sure it was what we wanted. I can't say enough good things!! I would definitely recommend Scotto Films!!

Great Videographer makes for great video
We had a great time working with Mike for our wedding video. He came recommended by our photographer, and they worked wonderfully well together to capture our wedding. Mike was communicative at every step of the process. He even gave us the raw video before he had even finished the edited video so we could show the ceremony to extended family. The final video was amazing.

Lake George Wedding
Mike was recommended to us by our DJ. After checking out his website, we were blown away with the videos. They looked so lively and captured what looked like the best parts of his clients wedding. We had a destination wedding in Lake George so we were apprehensive when booking vendors but Mike was extremely thorough in explaining the whole process to us and we felt extremely confident. Getting closer to our wedding, we had an unexpected tragedy in our family and after explaining the circumstances Mike was the best. He was understanding that some moments could be harder than others and made sure that his filming would not be too overwhelming for the family. When he arrived at our venue on the wedding day, he had a very calm demeanor that you needed! My mom loved him! I especially loved Mike because my husbands groomsmen were all over the place and I know he kept them in check and on point. After the wedding was said and done, Mike was really on top of everything and kept me updated with the timeline of my completed video. He also reminded me to choose songs I would want in the video and gave me time to think about it. After seeing our wedding video, we were again, blown away. The video was so fun, lively, and he remembered to incorporate all of our groomsmen, bridesmaids, and families! I highly recommend Mike. Thank you Mike!!!

From the beginning, Mike was very quick to respond to our questions and requests. The day of our wedding (July 20th, 2019 aka the hottest day of the year), the heat did not stop Mike and his team from being fully attentive and executing the best videography service we could have ever asked for. Together, Mike and his partner were so easy to work with and captured every magical moment. They did not stop working for a second. They showed up to capture us from the very beginning of the day and stayed throughout the entire reception to make sure they didn't miss a thing! We are still getting compliments from our guests on how attentive the videographers were throughout the entire day/night. Our video is amazing and we can not thank Scotto Films enough. I cannot rave enough
We loved loved loved Mike and his assistant. Super professional the whole tome but also helpful and personable. I have to say Mike came early to get the “getting ready shots” and he was a calming presence. He joked about little things as I was getting my makeup done and kept me abreast of everything- really kept me at ease. All night long they were just super fun to work with. On top of that we had one hell of a video to look back on. We had been going back and forth on having a videographer but I am so happy we did. Money well spent!

Mike Scotto was worth every penny! Our wedding video was one of the most important things to me when planning my wedding and I cannot express how happy I am with our decision to go with Scotto Films. Mike arrived early and stayed late to ensure that we got as much footage of our special day as possible. He sent his second shooter to be with my husband and his groomsmen as they got ready and he spent the morning with me and my bridesmaids. That raw footage is priceless to us. Mike was extremely patient and thoughtful throughout the day and has a great attention to detail. It doesn't take long to realize Mike is extremely passionate about what he does and about making his bride and groom as happy as possible. My husband and I took a while to decide on the songs for our video (and even went back and forth a few times once the video was created) and Mike was never pushy or rude to us as I imagine other people might have been given our indecision. His first priority was making his customers happy and we are THRILLED with how it all turned out! Thanks Mike!

We are so happy that we decided to go with Scotto Films to capture every moment of our wedding! Mike and his partner were amazing to work with and made the day of the wedding so fun and enjoyable. They captured everything we wanted in our video and even included shots above and beyond our expectations, especially the drone shots! They really knew exactly what we were looking for and delivered without us barely knowing they were there. Mike is so professional and easy to work with. We cannot wait to recommend him to all of our friends and family when they get married! The quality of the video is excellent and he let us pick all of our favorite songs to include. It was a no brainer for us choosing Scotto films! Since the first day I met mike, while he was filming my best friends wedding, I felt like I knew him forever! Over the course of a year and a half of us planning our wedding I’ve watched each one of the videos that he put out making me even more excited for ours one day. Needless to say, our video came out absolutely amazing and surpassed all of my expectations. He captured each and every part of our wedding despite how many people we had there. Mike is essential.
One of the more common wedding regrets I've heard from people who thought they didn't need a videographer is that, when the day was done, they wished they had gotten a videographer. Trust me when I say, you need a videographer, and, more to the point, you need Mike Scotto!
I planned my Lake George wedding from Massachusetts, and since I was relatively unfamiliar with the area, I relied heavily on online reviews and portfolios to help me choose a videographer. Mike's amazing reviews are the real deal - he's truly excellent, talented, and a delight to be around. He's got a very easygoing, professional vibe about him, and on the big day, he blends in to the background while somehow managing to perfectly capture all sorts of minute details and moments over the course of the ceremony and reception. These are priceless, and an invaluable supplement to still wedding photos.
We received our wedding video about 2 months after the day - very swift turnaround, considering the amount of careful editing and footage compiling and music scoring that goes into a project like this - and just in time for Thanksgiving. I'm not hyperbolizing when I say, our extended families are obsessed with this video (as are my husband and I), and there was not a dry eye in the room when we watched it. We are so, so so grateful to Mike for delivering such a precious memento of our wedding day, and would highly recommend him to anyone considering a videographer for their wedding.

Truly Amazing!
Mike is truly amazing and has a great eye for videography! Not only does the end result show his love for his job, but everything leading up to our wedding day and the day of the wedding showed us that he truly cared about making our day perfect. He is extremely friendly, down to earth, and humble.
Mike called me two days before the wedding to make sure we spoke about everything I envisioned in the video and even talked as friends (even though I had never met him prior to hiring him for my wedding). He has such an inviting personality, it felt like I knew him for years. Mike arrived early on the wedding day to make sure he had everything set up and was there to capture everything my husband and I asked for and more! He even checked in on me, asked how I was and if I needed anything. Such a kind soul from the beginning. He made me feel extremely comfortable having the camera follow me around, it felt like the camera wasn't even there.
Honestly, hiring a videographer was a last minute decision for us. I wanted a videographer so badly and my husband was on the fence about it. Seriously, you will not regret hiring Mike Scotto. I am extremely grateful and appreciative Mike was available to capture our day. I have watched our video probably 20+ times since September when we received it. I will forever cherish our video. He was so easy to work with, responded quickly, and offered a great variety of affordable packages. I found Mike through a friend of mine who's wedding he also filmed and I am so happy to have had him! He was extremely responsive and detail oriented leading up to our wedding and on the day of he was wonderful as well. He agreed to come at whatever time I wanted him there and he was so friendly and personable but at the same time I would forget he was even there (which is what you want from a videographer)! My husband and I got along great with Mike and his second shooter and they seemed down for anything the day of and ready for any curve ball thrown at them. At the end of the night all we could talk about was how excited we were to see the highlight video because we knew they had gotten some amazing shots. When we finally got the video it was beyond anything I ever imagined, I must have watched it 20 times and balled my eyes out every single time. Mike managed to capture every single detail of our wedding day (a lot that we didn't even get to see!) and edit it into the most seamless, cool, elegant, emotional, exciting 20 minute video and he totally got the whimsical boho vibe I was going for that day. It is a video we will cherish for the rest of our lives and I can't say thank you enough!

Can't recommend Scotto Films enough! We had our wedding in Lake George at Burlap & Beams and we are from out of state so feel like we really lucked out finding Mike! He was really great about communicating up until the day of to discuss what we had in mind, song choices, plan for the day of, etc. He was extremely professional, easy to work with, and made everything seamless the day of. He was an absolute pleasure. You wouldn't even know him and his partner were there if it weren't for the amazing footage we have to show for it! He worked extremely well with our photographers too. The wedding video itself was everything we could have dreamed of and more. Bonus was getting all the RAW footage mailed to us on a hard drive so we can weep while we rewatch our vows over and over, ha. Seriously, look no further - Scotto Films is 5/5! There are no words to describe the incredible job Mike did for us. The day of our wedding he was so professional but still extremely personable. He made sure everything went smoothly, did a fantastic job of blending in but being there for every important moment. His energy is amazing and will make you feel very comfortable in front of the camera! We had so much fun dancing into the cameras at the end of the night and so did all of our guests! The video he made for is amazing. He exceeded our expectations, and it will be something we will cherish forever. I was very excited to have Mike as our wedding videographer, I had fun watching the other videos he had made for others. I was not disappointed at all!! He made the cutest video of our day! I love how the video told a story and the music we picked was synched up perfectly. As my aunt said after seeing the video, it was very cinematic! We all loved the video so much, we cried all over again. It's a very special thing to have, plus we are able to show it so easily to those who weren't able to attend. From a young child I grew up with a video camera on me, like most kids of the 90s. So for my wedding I always assumed I would have a videographer. As wedding planning went underway we quickly found out it is a lot more expensive then we thought. About a month out from our wedding we were lucky enough to find out Mike was still available and was within our budget so we just booked him on a whim. It was the best last minute decision I could have made. Mike and Tommy showed up early for our wedding and hung out out with all of us and got to know all of us. They are easy to talk to and worked together really well. They got some amazing footage from our vows to epic dance offs. We got our video back under 2 months and it was absolutely amazing! My husband, family, and friends were all amazed with the footage. We also gave them a hard drive and he gave us all the raw footage. I will treasure this video forever! Thanks Mike and Tommy!!!

Mike produced an amazing, super high-quality video that I absolutely cannot stop watching. It is worth its weight in gold and is something I will keep and cherish for the rest of my life. I absolutely would recommend him to anyone looking for an awesome, super down to earth, and detail-oriented videographer.

We were so happy we decided to go with scotto films for our wedding. He was so easy going and his presence throughout the night was perfect! My husband and I definitely recommend him! We were very happy with the results.

I can't begin to say enough about Mike and his partner Tommy. From the email and phone communication to the day of the wedding. They met my wedding party and myself @ our hotel & were ready to work. They were extremely professional and worked around all the chaos that was, "our big day." They rolled with every punch and knew exactly what to film and when. They captured every-single-thing that I would've wanted in my video. I can't sit down and watch it without tears forming in my eyes- EVERY TIME! Mike I know that you are still new in the business BUT I KNOW you will continue to do amazing things. Everyone reading this- DO NOT HESITATE to book Mike as your wedding videographer. Although Mike Scotto of Scotto Films is my new husband I wanted to share my experience working with the rest of his company on our wedding day. I can't say how impressed I am with his team. The assistants were very efficient and non invasive. They knew the right times when to direct you and when to quietly stand off into the distance and capture the moment. I was very impressed with their professionalism and creativity. They stayed with us until the end of the wedding and captured such a variety of shots. I cannot wait to see the finished product as I know it will be amazing. Scotto Films are the perfect professionals to capture all of your amazing wedding day memories! I can't wait to relive our day through our special video!

I would 100% recommend Mike Scotto & Scotto Films to be the videographer for your wedding day or any other event!! He did the videography for my wedding day and we couldn't be any happier with the video he made for us!! He was very responsive throughout the entire process and his work is absolutely amazing!!! He is extremely talented at what he does!! He made us feel very comfortable throughout the entire day, we didn't even notice when he was filming us!!
