  Great, Easy, Smooth!

  I made several appointments at different places to try on dresses and I only made it to one. Schaffers was the first appointment of the day and I found my dress here! There was no need to keep looking because I knew I found it. The associate I had was named Megan and she was absolutely perfect. Asked ask the important questions and listened to my answers. She also looked at my pinterest and pulled all the dresses that I would have pulled myself. She was so quick at pulling the dresses, my mom and I didn't even need to look or try to help. I loved my help here and always got full professionalism and responsiveness everytime I called.

  I have loved my experience with Schaffers every step of the way! The day I picked out my dress was great. They were so fun, and accommodating. They helped me find my perfect dress and veil. The dress fitting process has been so smooth. Schaffers is very professional and great to work with!

  I bought my dress through Schaffers the first day I tried on! The consultants there are wonderful to work with. I personally worked with Margaret and she was great. None of my bridesmaids are seeing my dress before the big day, so Margaret was the one who had to tell me the honest truth, and she did! Exactly what I needed :) She also helped me find my veil and we ended up getting all eleven, YES ELEVEN, bridesmaids dresses there. I went in to get my alterations and pick up my dress in less than a month! It was perfect timing as I get married in two months.

  I found my gown at Schaffers! Everyone is so nice and friendly! You receive 20% off of your gown if you order it within 24 hours after trying it on. Maggie Sottero didn't offer discounts so they applied a credit to my account and I used it towards my beautiful accessories. They were so flexible with my schedule and even let me stay in the gown to wait for my friend to make it there AND let my bridesmaids try on dresses. If you go, ask for Michaela!

  I went to the Schaffer's in Phoenix, AZ. They were so helpful and never made me feel rushed. I was able to go through a choose any dress I wanted to try and there was no limit.

  I would highly recommend Schaffer's Bridal to any bride/bridal party/anyone looking for a fantastic dress. Their boutique has a wide variety of dresses at many different price points and they are organize by price to help find a beautiful gown in your budget. Kacey was fantastic! Not only did she help me find my wedding dress, she came in on our day off to help my mom find her dress for the wedding. And when my mom fell in love with her dress and it became discontinued the very next day, Schaffer's held onto the dress and through the help of their fantastic alterations department, they were able to turn a size 12 into a size 0. And her dress looked fantastic on her! I would highly recommend working with Kacey. She is honest, down-to-earth, patient and caring. Yes I know caring sounds unique for a bridal salesperson but she truly cares that her clients end up in a dress they love. Kacey is willing to go the extra mile (including work on her day off) to help you say yes to the dress!

  I worked with Meg Zimmerman and she was fantastic. I liked how they stayed true to your budget when pulling dresses and even allowed you to look for your own. I am completely in love with my dress and have even decided to purchase my bridesmaid dresses through them.

  Schaffers is the very best place in Des Moines to find wedding dresses. They have a huge selection and great customer service. The store is beautiful and they make wedding dress shopping a great experience.

  I was nervous about finding a dress close to home that was a designer dress and fit what I was looking for. I knew that I didn't want to go with a David's Bridal dress because I wanted something more unique and high end but I also knew that I wanted to be able to go to fittings with ease. Schaffers was absolutely perfect! Everything from finding the perfect dress to alterations was a breeze! Their seamstress is a miracle worker! My dress was pretty big when it came in and she resized it to fit me like it was custom designed by the designer just for me. The girls who did the fittings were also amazing. The whole experience was absolutely perfect!

  Using Schaffers was such a great experience! I was really stressed out with graduate school as I was going through the fitting process leading up to our wedding. However, the people at Schaffers were never anything but understanding and made sure that I was absolutely happy with everything before walking out the door at my final fitting! Such great people!

  We found my wedding gown here. They have a fair amount of really nice (albeit expensive) gowns, but they also have some that are beautiful AND reasonably priced. I did feel a little bit pressured to buying the gown on our first visit, but I knew it was the one I wanted so it wasns't a big deal. The alterations a bit were more than I was expecting to pay, but there were no issues with any of them, and the lady really knew what she was doing. You get what you pay for with alterations! All the women I worked with seemed to go out of their way to make me feel special, and I really appreciated that.

  I found a dress that I absolutely LOVE here. The staff was very friendly and there was plenty of room for all of my guests. They have a large selection that I'm sure would suit anybody. Their dresses are, however, pretty expensive. But if you fall in love with it, it's worth it!
