I had 60 days to plan a wedding… So everything was being done at max speed. Sayles and her team were lovely to work with… And provided some really cool ideas to bring our vision to life. The colors and the freeform of all of our arrangements were absolutely stunning.. We also hung a trellis above us that they put some flowers in, which was gorgeous. I feel like our room looked incredible because of the flowers and like we got our moneys worth.

Perfect florals - Couldn't be happier!
Working with Sayles and her team was actually a dream come true. We wanted lots of color and vibrant florals and we couldn't be happier with the arrangements that they put together for us not only for our big reception earlier this month but also for our original backyard wedding in 2020. From booking, to planning our original wedding, to working with us through several COVID postponements, to planning the final event, everyone that we dealt with was very kind, helpful, attentive, and accommodating. We had a couple of calls throughout the process to talk about what we wanted and Sayles and her team exceeded all our expectations both times. The flowers were absolutely stunning and really pop in all our pictures. We also received countless compliments from all our family, friends, and guests. BEAUTIFUL florals- 10/10 recommend
I got married in Newport, RI and this was one of our recommended vendors our venue gave us. I was obsessed with the way it turned out the day of our wedding. We had a Jewish ceremony, so we decorated our Chuppah with flowers, amazing sweetheart table, and many more. Pretty good prices. The team was easy to work with and followed what my vision was in terms of flower colors and types of flowers I liked (definitely consider using 'baby's breath').

A Must For A RI Wedding
Sayles is one of the few vendors we felt we HAD to keep when postponing our wedding during COVID. She was extremely patient, understanding and flexible as we moved through that process. We feel extremely lucky we got to work with her for our new date! She is extremely responsive via email and gives you honest opinions, works to see your vision and it's actually incredible how talented she is when it finally all comes to life on the day! Stunning Florals for your Big Day!
Working with Sayles and her team was a dream. Our venue was stunning, but all white with high ceilings so I had some concerns about our flowers and decorations getting lost. I had a strong vision for the room with a head table with white single varietal arrangements, family tables with high arrangements, and then the remaining round tables with low mixed arrangements. Sayles heard my concerns and gave me a thorough proposal within just a couple days time that addressed the scaling of the room. She updated the proposal promptly after several catch up calls throughout the planning process (despite the craziness that was weddings in 2021). I was thrilled with the result and my husband, parents, in-laws, and friends/family were stunned with the reception space. Thank you Sayles!

Sayles and hear team did an incredible job for my wedding florals! They were easy to work with and even made the trip all the way from Rhode Island to Cape Cod. We initially went over my vision and used a pinterest board to share floral photos and ideas. I was blown away in every aspect on our wedding day. Took my breath away!
Sayles is incredibly talented. I shared with her my vision on several calls (which she so kindly took--probably more calls than the average bride ha!), but never in my wildest dreams did I think that flowers could be so impossibly beautiful. When I saw my bouquet, it took my breath away. When I walked into the church and saw the large arrangements, it took my breath away. When I walked into Rosecliff Mansion ballroom, my jaw dropped. She created the most beautiful arrangements I had ever seen. Sayles is professional, artistic and will bring your floral vision to life. I am still in awe of how gorgeous our flowers were. Sayles did the flowers for my wedding and they were the most STUNNING flowers I have ever seen! My mom and I could not have been happier. Initially we were going to go with more muted neutrals (white, blues and greens), but after my mom suggested adding in a pop of coral, Sayles sent images of the most stunning colorful flowers and our whole floral concept changed for the better! I sent Sayles an image of my dream chuppah and she created a work of art that was even more stunning than the image I sent. My bouquet was giant and absolutely spectacular. Everything from the chuppah, to the bouquets, to the table settings were exquisite. Every single person at my wedding and everyone who has looked at the photos has commented on how unbelievable the flowers were. Sayles and her team even brought the flowers from the wedding to breakfast the next morning which made for the most elegant breakfast. Sayles truly has a gift and I am incredibly lucky that I got to work with her to create such a magical day. She will make your wedding flowers a dream come true!!

Sayles and team did a fabulous job with the conception, execution and transportation of the entire variety of floral designs. As mother of bride, I was incredibly happy with the bouquets, large and lush designs for the church, the centerpieces and accent pieces for the reception, etc etc.

The florals were extraordinary!
Our flowers were breathtaking. Guests are still talking about how incredible our venue looked, filled with beautiful arrangements. We described some basic wants (lots of greenery, whites, brass), and Sayles created something extraordinary. A true highlight was the unbelievable fireplace installation which was the backdrop to our ceremony.

We worked with Cara and Sayles for our wedding. All of the arrangements, bouquets, boutonnieres, the arbor — everything — came out beautifully. Most Beautiful Wedding Flowers
When I first got engaged, I attended the Newport Bridal show thinking it would be a fun experience with my mom to help find a florist. Sure, there were tons- and somewhat overwhelming, but I had yet to find one I LOVED. Then, I stumbled upon Sayles' instagram and website. I immediately put in an inquiry hoping she & her team had my date available. From then on, it was a dream. Sayles put together her own pinterest board for me based on our conversations and it couldn't have been a more perfect match. Her and Cara on her team took so much time, effort, and multiple meetings to go through each and every flower and decor piece. While I wanted simple, white flowers and greenery, they went above and beyond to ensure that my simplistic idea, wasn't simple at all- when it came to life, it was truly magical to see what they had put together. I couldn't have imagined anything more perfect. Sayles and her team were a dream to work with! My husband and I weren't overly familiar with flowers, but they made it so easy for us, and suggested flowers that we absolutely loved. Flowers & Decor beyond my wildest dreams
I had followed Sayles for years before I got married and knew the day I got engaged that I wanted her to be my florist. What I didn’t know if how she and her team would absolutely blow my mind and bring my vision to life in ways that I did not know were even possible. I cannot recommend her enough, she is very calm cool and collected, very responsive to all communications, and she also was somehow able to interpret my very lackluster description of what I wanted into flowers fit for a fairy-tale. From the moment they brought me my bouquet (I squealed a bit) to the first time I saw the arrangements, my breath was taken away. When my parents walked the rooms to see everything, my Mom cried. Also, the countless number of people who said the flowers were stunning is a true testament to her artistry. WOW! She blew me away
Sayles was such a pleasure to work with and is such an amazing person! She went ABOVE AND BEYOND!
When I called Sayles, I explained that we wanted to keep the budget on flowers tight, and she and Cara worked within my budget to get the look I wanted. She explained to me what I could get for that amount and mentioned what she would love to add if I were more flexible. I found her to be a lot more flexible than the other vendors I spoke to.
I didn't know a single thing about flowers. As a first step, they asked me to make a Pinterest board of ideas I like. We quickly figured out that I loved orchids and wanted things that were way beyond my budget. Sayles and her team explained to me how we can work with similar flowers to make the look I wanted come to life.
When I got to the venue the day of my wedding, I was blown away. Our chuppah was the most beautiful chuppah I had ever seen (maybe I am bias, but I was speechless!). Sayles knew how much I loved hanging orchids, and although we ultimately decided they wouldn't work in my budget, she added a few to the Chuppah anyway. That little touch meant the world to me.
Every other decor detail of that night was so beautiful. I felt like the entire venue looked effortlessly elegant. She has impeccable, classy, and timeless taste. We got married in Belle Mer and wanted to have a minimalist approach to flowers so that the water and space will speak for itself. She delivered just that.

Sayles and her team were a joy to work with. On our consultation visit, my Sister (who wa the Bride and I was the Wedding Planner/Maid of Honor), had a very specific vision in her head. Light, airy, larger blooms, etc. She didn't want to pic an accent color!!! Sayles understood her priorities and provided the perfect flowers for the affect my Sister wanted for her wedding. Incredible florist!!!!!!!!!! 10/10
• Sayles Livingston is the BEST!! Not knowing a lot about flowers or florists, we reached out to a couple different vendors in the area. After a conversation with Kara I know that Sayles was the right florist for me and it could not have been truer after seeing everything come to light on our wedding day. Throughout the entire process, Kara organized, thoughtful and informative! From what was some pins on my Pinterest vision board, came a BEAUTIFULLY orchestrated wedding. Sayles did our bouquets, boutonnieres, centerpieces and some ceremony/chair décor and I could not have been more happy with how they turned out. Having a budget in mind, while not being extremely knowledgeable about floral design, Sayles and Cara were able to provide recommendations and suggestions for making the most of out the day! Additionally, there is no request or inquiry too big or too small. Being from Alaska and having a wedding in Massachusetts, I wanted to somewhere incorporate the Alaska state flower… on my wedding day I was surprised with Forget-Me-Knots woven into my bridal bouquet. I was completely blown away with the customer service and just professional of Sayles. Could not recommend them more!!!!

Sayles and her team are truly fantastic!!!
Sayles and her team were an absolute pleasure to work with! We hired them for our wedding at OceanCliff in June 2019. From the initial phone call where we discussed our vision, Sayles and her team put together a detailed proposal that included everything we discussed in detail with a breakdown of all costs associated. They were incredibly easy to work with and created a Pinterest board where they added inspiration pics and we could add them as well. From there, we were able to have a meeting to really pinpoint the exact details we wanted. All I can say is on the day of the wedding - we were blown away by the absolutely beautiful flowers and details Sayles and her team created for us. From the bouquets to the ceremony aisle flowers and reception centerpieces - it was an absolute dream!!! Everything was exactly as I visioned but even more! Sayles is the absolute sweetest and listens and provides amazing support and advice based on what you are looking for. She did an incredible job and we could not be happier! I still have people mention to me how beautiful the flowers looked. THANK YOU Sayles!!!

Floral Fairytale
Having an amazing florist was something that was really important to us. We spoke to a few different ones prior to book with Sayles but after my initial call with Cara I knew I wanted to book with them immediately. Cara was so organized and understood my vision perfectly
even though I couldn't tell you the difference between any types of flowers. We had our own personalized pintrest board with them and I always adding inspi to it and so were they. We met in tiverton at their shop twice once meeting with just cara because Sayles was away and Cara was on top of everything! The meetings were always so productive and they would offer expertise advice on different things and what would look best. I could cry thinking back to when a I first saw our venue the day of... it was absolutely beautiful and jaw dropping. The chuppa we designed with them exceeded our expectations x a billion. The Bohlin in Newport RI was our venue, which is already beautiful to begin with, but they took it to another level and it was truly a floral venue. Sayles and her venue know what they are doing and our experts in executing the perfect day. We never had one blip or issue with them they handled everything and got it done. We had a brunch the next day at the Newport Marriott and they provided us with the option to take care of bringing the flowers there for the next day. We are so happy we had this option, because that was the last thing we were thinking about doing the night of our wedding! We loved working with Sayles so much and would recommend them 100x over!

Beyond expectations
Sayles and her team are incredible. Hands down. They exceeded my wildest dreams of my wedding flower vision. I was definitely inconsistent, and indecisive for a lot of it, but nonetheless they worked with me very closely and made sure I was happy with every single detail. The flowers took my breath away!!!!!!!! Not to mention, her team braved a 60 mph hurricane to keep my Chuppah standing, 35 minutes before my ceremony started!!! They truly were amazing to work with and super responsive. I am so grateful I hired them and cannot emphasize enough they truly are the best team. AND reasonable!! which is hard to come by with wedding vendors.

Incredibly Talented Florist
Working with Sayles and her team was an amazing experience! I organized my wedding from Ohio and did not have a wedding planner. Sayles helped me bring my vision to life on our wedding day and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Sayles and her team were always prompt to respond, quick to give design suggestions, and also competitive in pricing. They did such a beautiful job that everyone still can't stop talking about the flowers, almost a month later! If you are considering getting married in or around Newport, RI she is definitely the person to work with. I only wish I had another party to plan with her!!

Beyond anything I could have imagined!
Sayles and her team were simply amazing. There is not enough words or space to describe how beautiful her work is. She completely understood my vision and went above and beyond to totally transform our space. Her canopy installation was beyond anything I could imagine and her bouquets, table flowers and church flowers were stunning. I received compliments all night for her stunning displays and I could not recommend her more. Perfection!!!

True experts at their craft!
When it came to floral at our wedding, I had my color scheme planned and a budget in mind. On our initial consultation call, that’s really all I could offer her as I know absolutely nothing about flowers – I don’t have a favorite flower, I don’t know what flowers are in season and when, etc. After one call, I received a proposal and Pinterest board she had made for some inspiration! She absolutely NAILED IT. I knew from that moment on that I could cross any and all floral decisions off my list because I was in good hands. On the day of my wedding, I was completely blown away by their work. My venue was naturally stunning so I kept floral pretty simple, and it still made a huge difference. I still have guests talking about my wedding party’s bouquets and how dahlias will forever remind them of my wedding day. (I unknowingly learned a new flower in the process!) Sayles and her team are truly floral artists. They are one of the best decisions we made on our wedding day.

Blown away by Sayles!
We interviewed 3 local florists in the Newport area, all of which were recommended to us by Castle Hill Inn. Sayles was a clear front runner who treated our money as if it were her own and came up with creative ways to reuse florals throughout the night (like the ceremony chair flowers moved to the dessert table, the bridesmaids flowers decorated the cigar bar etc.)
She also painstakingly converted silver sailboats into gold for our place cards.
The flowers were out of the park beautiful and she was a delight to work with. I cannot wait to watch her career take off and say I knew her when.

We had a great experience working with Sayles Livingston. After our first meeting, Sayles and Cara created a Pinterest board that we could both add photos to. This helped to convey our vision and allowed us to see their ideas. When we walked into the tent on the day of the wedding, we were overcome by how beautiful everything looked. The bouquets, the arrangements and all of the decor were absolutely stunning. They had gotten the special dahlias we had requested and there was such a variety of flowers in all of the decor. Sayles created a trellis over the head table which we loved and so many of our guests commented on. One of the best things about Sayles and her team is how easy they are to work with. She was fine with additions and changes and even was able to tweak one of the details on our wedding day to make sure everything looked the way we wanted it to. We can't say enough about Sayles. We're so glad we found her!

They were so committed to working with us to create the design and aesthetic we were hoping for, even when we couldn't quite put it into words. Sayles and her team are so much more than just florists, they are creative visionaries and exceeded ALL of our expectations. Where do I even begin? To start: Sayles Livingston Design gets a 10 out of 10 on everything from creativity, organization, helpfulness and quality. Like every bride, I had a vision in my head but wasn't able to fully articulate what that was. Thanks to Sayles & Cara, they did this for me and brought to vision to life. They never pushed on budget or tried to up-sell, and was clear in what was possible & what wasn't within the budget constraints that we had. Their creativity and attention to detail was flawless - and not once did any of the arrangements let me down. They took my Pinterest images to heart but also enhanced them with their own ideas which was amazing. They were so incredible!!!

Sayles is incredible! If you are thinking about hiring her for your event, just YES. She is a talented artist and visionary design partner. From our very first meeting through my big day, she was attentive, really taking the time to listen and understand the look I wanted, and creative, helping me to think outside the box and imagine many different options. Sayles has worked at most of the venues in the area and knows all of the vendors, which is a huge plus when it comes to planning. When I was overwhelmed by decisions, like which white table cloth?!, Sayles was able to point me in the right direction. When my mom had a conflict with one of the vendors, Sayles connected us with a different sales office. She also helped us get the most out of our flowers, staying at the event so that the large flower installation on our trellis could be moved inside and enjoyed during the cocktail. She did beautiful work and I got so many compliments on the flowers at my wedding. Looking back at the pictures, they really set the tone for my perfect day.

I knew when we visited Cara for a consultation and viewed Sayles' beautiful work that she was our florist! Flowers and related items to add ambiance for our nautical wedding exceeded all expectations. We went quite a bit out of budget for the flowers but they added so much to the event that it was well worth it. Sayles is a true artist!

I am so happy I went with Sayles for my wedding at Mount Hope. I worked closely with Cara. She was so amazing. She always got back to me very quickly. She knew exactly what I wanted and I liked how she repurposed things within my wedding. For example, the lantern used for my ceremony was then used in the cabin. Everything looked amazing. I highly recommend them!

I cannot say enough great things about Sayles and her team. I worked primarily with Sayles and Cara and they were incredible. I came to them with essentially no idea what I was talking about but some a blurry "vision" of what I wanted and they took my messy thoughts and turned it into exactly what I was looking for. Cara was incredibly patient with me and came up with creative ways to achieve the look I was going for without breaking the bank. If you are getting married in the Newport/Rhode Island area I really don't see how you could book any other florist- they are the best!

Look NO further for an absolutely amazing florist. Easily my FAVORITE vendor to work with & see the final result of! From the moment I first chatted with Sayles and Cara on the phone I knew they would be perfect for me! Our wedding was a destination and it was so hard for me to pick vendors not getting to meet them or see their work in person. However, the ladies were so good at conveying exactly what everything would look like (the personalized pinterest board was a great help) and were great at giving suggestions about colors and placements in the venue. They also were very responsive and always excited to hear new ideas I had. The pricing was very reasonable and Sayles was very respectful of my budget without sacrificing any little detail. The flowers at the ceremony, the bouquets, the rehearsal dinner flowers, centerpieces, and head table garland were all so gorgeous! I also wanted something that would be a focal point in the venue- kind of a wow piece that hadn't been done before (and boy did we rack our brains to find the perfect fit)- and the ladies built an amazing hanging floral structure to go above my escort card table and everyone was in such awe! It was the first thing I saw when I entered the venue on the day of and I could have cried everything looked so amazing! I am a very, very tough person to please with a big Type A personality so it was very hard to me to not be able to picture exactly how everything looked until the day of and I was BLOWN away by how gorgeous everything came out- it was so ABOVE and BEYOND what I had pictured. Thank you SO much ladies!!!!

Sayles Livingston Design did the flowers for our wedding at Linden Place and working with Sayles and her team (Cara!) is a decision I will never regret. From our initial meeting until the day of wedding, they were amazing to work with. At our first meeting, they asked us lots of questions and gave us great suggestions and things to think about. After I received the first proposal, I was worried about exceeding my flower budget so I called and Cara who was so helpful in offering alternatives to make it fit in my budget without sacrificing quality and the vision I wanted. I truly appreciated how easy, professional, and responsive they were, even as I made changes and tweaks along the way. On the day of the wedding when I saw all the flowers and candles I was blown away and other guests even commented how stunning everything was, all thanks to Sayles and her team. I could not recommend Sayles Livingston Design more highly.

One of the best decisions we made during wedding planning was to work with Sayles & her team. They were so creative, communicative, flexible and such a pleasure to work with. We were SO impressed and thankful for the amazing flowers & decor that they provided for our wedding. It was truly such a great feeling that we could go into the day knowing that Sayles and her team would have everything covered.
Despite a rainy forecast and having to move the ceremony inside, everything looked just AMAZING. Sayles created simple centerpieces w/ greenery and candlelight that exceeded our expectations, and everything just looked so lovely, romantic and modern - aka exactly what we were going for :) My bouquet was incredible, and I teared up when I first saw it along with the bridesmaids' bouquets. Planning my wedding from the other side of the country proved difficult in many ways, but Sayles and Cara did everything they could to make sure my vision came to life and that our flowers were absolutely perfect. From the planning phone calls to the in person meeting, Sayles and Cara were always available to answer my questions, help me brainstorm, and plan out all the details. On the day of the wedding, I was floored by how beautiful all of the flowers were - from the bouquets, to the centerpieces (both tall and short), the ceremony trellis and small vases, everything was perfect. A huge part of our daughter's and son-in-law's beautiful day was all of the gorgeous floral arrangements that surrounded us in beauty everywhere you looked. Really and truly, the flowers were jaw dropping!!!! So many family members and guests commented on how stunning the arrangements were. Everyone loved, loved the one very long “friends table” – one guest said to me “I wish I was cool enough to be out at that table”. All the tables were beautiful, but that table was special with the long garland and glowing candles. Sayles and Cara captured the vision exquisitely and executed it perfectly, we could not possibly have asked for more.
Thank you again to Sayles and Cara for sharing their talent to provide us with a stunning day which we won’t soon forget. Our only regret is that the flowers won’t last forever, but then again, that is all the more reason to appreciate them in that moment!

I absolutely loved my flowers by Sayles! We used her for our wedding on 9/9/17 at OceanCliff. They were exactly what I wanted - blush and green with hints of blue. She even took a sample piece of fabric from our linens and used that to match ribbons to tie around our bouquets. We did a mix of high and low centerpieces. The high ones were "trees" (leafy branches in tall vases) surrounded by three smaller vases with florals, and the low ones were standard low arrangements in our wedding colors. They were timely, and professional. The only thing that we couldn't get due to the wind was that our ceremony decor was supposed to have draping that looked a bit more drapey (like curtains) and that wound being more like fabric kindof wrapped around the posts but it was still gorgeous. Everything was perfect and I would recommend Sayles to any bride!

Over the years, I have personally attended several weddings designed by Sayles Livingston and have always been impressed by her work, so selecting her for our wedding florist was an easy decision! I knew I wanted flowers that were a little different from the typical white/blush/greenery that is popular right now, but didn't quite know exactly what that meant. I pinned some photos on Pinterest, and Sayles turned my limited guidance into the most stunning florals. She was also willing to work with us by helping to integrate some sentimental flowers grown by my mom and a close friend into our arrangements. My husband and I were blown away when we showed up for the wedding - the flowers really helped to highlight our venue and tied together all of the components. The range of Sayles' work was amazing - She really thought of every detail: a floral trellis to be married under; floral wreaths adorned the building doors; large/lush arrangements for our gift table; bright florals and lots of candles on our guest tables; floral head crowns for my bridesmaids and a gorgeous hair clip for me. Her team also decked out our tent with market lights and placed twinkle lights in the trees around our event space.
Many of our guests also praised Sayles' work, exclaiming that our flowers were hands down THE BEST wedding flowers they had ever seen. One friend, who always tells her husband that she "isn't into flowers" even mentioned that she "finally understands why people like flowers so much" after attending our wedding.

As a bride planning her wedding from across the country, finding a florist and decorator who I trusted implicitly was top of my list. Sayles and her team more than exceeded my expectations, and dreams. All of our meetings reviewed so many details, and she turned my ideas into a magical wonderland. Our ceremony was beautiful and just the right level of detail. And when we walked into our reception, it was what I had wanted, brought to life. It was perfect. We never had to worry about anything, and she took care of rentals as well. Our flowers were gorgeous and lasted well into the following week, and the guests who took centerpieces home loved having them. The pictures are just as good as the real thing! Sayles and her staff spent hours with us before the wedding making sure that my daughter's vision came to life in flowers. I had tears in my eyes when we previewed OceanCliff just before the reception. It was spectacular. Every detail of the table centerpieces, floral roping for the mantels, and occasional arrangements were perfect. The girls bouquets and church flowers were beautiful and they designed them so that we could re-purpose them at the cocktail hour. They even stored the flowers in their refrigerated truck over night and set them up at the brunch the next day. This is a top-notch florist and she has the cutest shop!

Loved our wedding flowers! I really wanted lilacs, which were unavailable, but Sayles did an amazing job, peonies may be my new favorite flower :) I loved the centerpieces, especially the main table. We were able to repurpose our bouquets and ceremony flowers for the reception which helped us keep the cost down and still have an beautifully decorated reception.

Sayles and her team are absolutely incredible. My husband and I got married earlier in August at the Island House at Belle Mer (first at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Chapel at Salve) in Newport. Sayles' customer service is the best and she didn't stop until everything was perfect. My bouquet and my bridesmaids bouquets were exactly like the pictures we discussed, but even better. Belle Mer is naturally a very white room and Sayles made the whole room come to life with her design and gorgeous, colorful arrangements. Simply put, Sayles is the best. If you want the number one florist and team in Rhode Island or anywhere in New England, you will hire her!

That being said, I think the big take away as a bride is that they listened to me and how I was willing to spend my money. Sayles honestly told me what was worth it, what wasn't and was SO creative. She built different items that could be moved from location to location, making it even more lush than my money could buy. I never felt undervalued or not heard. Sayles helped my vision come to life, and truly left everyone with the biggest take away of our wedding - THOSE FLOWERS!

I could not have had a better experience working with Sayles and her assistant Cara. We did everything remotely, as I was in Chicago and they're in RI (as was our wedding), but they were completely responsive and helpful. Our flower requests were pretty simple, and they probably have/had way more complicated jobs where they could have made more money, but I never once felt that I was less important than their other clients. And the flowers were perfect - everything was exactly as I wanted it. I cannot recommend them enough.

I use to work as a florist, so I know the value of flowers and the value we got was incredible. We could have easily paid double what we paid for the centerpieces we received. They were magnificent. The Bridal bouquet and the bridesmaid bouquets were all gorgeous and super full as well. They were able to wrap a piece of my great-grandmother's veil around the stems as well for my "something old."
I was pretty easy-going on what I wanted in them, I told them that I wanted a wild flower look with purples, whites, and blues and they delivered. I couldn't have been happier with the quality of their work.

Not only were the flowers STUNNING (more on that later), but the warmth, patience, and flexibility from Sayles and Cara made the entire planning process so easy and relaxed. I didn't want to allocate a lot of budget to flowers, so I honestly reached out to Sayles with my budget and what I wanted, expecting her to say it wouldn't fit. Needless to say, I was over the moon when not only did she make our budget fit, but she provided every single detail I could have ever wanted and more. Our centerpieces were INCREDIBLE, and the bouquets and flower crowns for the flower girl were overflowing with the most exquisite blooms I've ever seen. I had to keep circling the room to make sure I caught every single detail because everywhere I looked there were flowers that I wasn't even expecting. Sayles and Cara always responded to my anxious emails so promptly and with so much patience and reassurance, so I knew their work would be impeccable. I cannot recommend them more highly.

Every thing they created came out amazing and more than what we could have ever imagined. The floral arrangements were breathtaking as were all the bouquets and boutonnieres. The centerpieces were perfect. They were extremely accommodating and even collaborated with my mother in law on the most amazing arbor that was strong with chandelier crystals and flowers and ivy. We received so many compliments, and I can't rave enough about how great it was to work with this team. All we had to do was share what we liked and didn't like, and the team took it from there and really did a phenomenal job! They also helped with set-up and movement of floral arrangements from wedding ceremony to cocktail hour and then wedding reception to the farewell brunch the morning after the wedding (and they kept all arrangements in a cooler overnight to ensure they were in good shape for the next day). Sayles came recommended to us by our wedding planner, as we knew really nothing about florists in the area and weren't sure where to even start. I met with her just once (we planned from out of state) but knew immediately that we were in great hands. She spent a couple of hours with me going through books and pictures until she got an idea of exactly what I was envisioning. The flower types and exact colors were less important to me than the idea that neither the flowers nor the decor overpower our outdoor ceremony and reception spots, which she completely understood. When I saw everything for the first time on Saturday, I was blown away. The flowers and accessories (wheelbarrow with flowers, our trellis, lanterns, etc) that she used were gorgeous and couldn't have been a better match for our venue. I was particularly in love with our trellis, which was covered in a gorgeous arrangement of flowers and vines that created the perfect backdrop for exchanging our vows. Sayles and her team are top notch and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an amazing florist.

Given the large weddings and productions that Sayles has worked with, I thought reaching out to her would be a long shot, but she was flexible and worked with our smaller budget. Some other florists we spoke to simply ignored us or tried to convince us to give up parts of what we wanted to fit our budget, but she did none of that. In fact, her and her team over-delivered with the final product while coming in within (even slightly under) our budget--they threw in at least one extra arrangement and everything looked more full than we expected. My husband and I were both in awe with how perfect everything looked and we got a ton of compliments from our guests.
Sayles was also flexible with the drop off at the venue so we could do photos with my bouquet prior to the wedding...I really can't gush enough with how seamless and awesome everything turned out. We talked to several florists in the Newport area, and we couldn't be happier with our choice to work with Sayles.

We were married on 6/20/15 at Blithewold Mansion, Gardens & Arboretum in Bristol, RI. Sayles was an absolute pleasure to work with. The team created the most beautiful flower-covered arbor for our wedding ceremony, the ultimate bridal bouquet (full of coral peonies, garden roses), stunning bridesmaid bouquets, wedding row arrangements, flower girl crown and fairy wand, corsages, boutonnieres, reception table arrangements, card table arrangement, and small additional touches throughout. I have honestly never seen flowers like these before. I was blown away by how stunning everything was. Sayles helped execute the vision that my mom and I had, and somehow completely exceeded even our highest expectations. Sayles is lovely, easy to work with, enthusiastic and responsive. The team even helped set up a driftwood sandbox for us, for our place cards/favors, and decorated the table beautifully. Our initial estimate is exactly what we paid - you will not be underquoted. Sayles is the absolute best. Thank you for everything, Sayles & team. I will be sure to forward pictures on from the photographer!!

Sayles Livingston did an amazing job on the flowers for my wedding this past July! Sayles met with me twice and went over in detail the look and style that I was trying to build. She had numerous books on previous events for us to look through and allowed me to point out what I did and did not like. She listened to the types of flowers that I wanted while also advising which flowers were in season and which would last the best for a long summer day. She listened to everything I wanted. On the day of the wedding, everything was picture perfect. She took each detail into consideration. My bridal bouquet looked exactly like the picture I had showed her that I wanted. The bridesmaids’ bouquets were a beautiful mixture of flowers. The ceremony space and reception looked right out of a magazine. Her staff was prompt and professional. I would highly recommend using Sayles for your florist.

Firstly, I must just say "WOW"!!!!!
She took my dream to a whole new level. It was simply magnificent. I can't tell you how many guest approached me to say it was the most exquisite wedding they ever attended because the flowers were so out of this world STUNNING! They all assumed I hired a florist from Manhattan or Boston because they really were over-the-top! Further, I had a budget she helped me match my grand vision in the most magnificent way!
Thank you for all that you did.
You turned my wedding night into a fantasy fit for a story book!

Wow, wow, wow! Sayles provided the flowers for our wedding in Newport, RI at Belle Mer and we could not be happier. Going into the wedding planning process, I knew that I wanted to plan all of the details/décor of my wedding. But, I also knew how important it was for me to find vendors that understood my vision, but could also give me the support/advice I needed along the way. Sayles, was absolutely the perfect person to work with. At moments where I was insecure she knew when to step up and give advice, but she mostly just listened and took notes. I trusted her from the moment I stepped into her beautiful shop and her team absolutely delivered! From the ceremony, to the cocktail hour, and the reception room we loved everything. Sayles provided the flowers for our wedding in Jamestown, RI last week. Her work is stunning. Everything - from the trellis to the table flowers to the flowers for my (the bride's) hair - was beautiful. When I first met with Sayles, I was not really clear on my "vision" for our wedding. I had some discrete ideas, but it was really in talking to Sayles that I felt the aesthetic and feel for our wedding coming together. When I needed advice on the color scheme, Sayles was helpful but not pushy. Sayles was also extremely open to modifications to our order, and was so flexible in working within our budget.
Sayles was patient, warm, and responsive in all of our interactions. Every email exchange I had with her was reassuring, and I never once doubted that she would deliver beautiful flowers. Many of our guests asked who had provided the flowers as they were noticeably special. My now husband, who didn't really consider the flowers a key feature of our wedding prior to the event, was also blown away by how beautiful our flowers were, how festive they made the day, and how timeless they look in the photos.

Sayles was AMAZING! The flowers were exactly what I had envisioned. She made every effort to create the look and feel I wanted for my special day. She was not pushy at all, she wanted me to have exactly what I wanted and she just listened to my thoughts and vision. She gave me creative input and insight when I asked but she basically just let me create what I wanted. The flowers were perfect. I truly loved my bouquet...so much so that I have dried out out and still have it! She made all the bridesmaids bouquets beautiful too. My flower girls had flower wands which were just so adorable and gracious. Sayles is a true artist. Her creativity and professionalism are a beautiful combination. I am so happy I had the opportunity to work with Sayles. I loved working with her, she made it easy and fun! :)

Sayles was a dream to work with! Her shop/office is an indication of the beautiful and classy floral arrangements she creates. She is truly an artist and makes each floral arrangement to suit your exact needs. Sayles came highly recommended to me by several people and I am so glad I chose to work with her. She listens to your needs, budget and vision and then works around them to create the most beautiful floral arrangements imaginable!
