Absolutely magical!

From the moment we arrived at Saxon Manor Weddings, it felt like stepping into a fairytale. The historic charm, breathtaking grounds, and chic barn create an atmosphere that is both romantic and unforgettable. Every detail—from the ceremony spaces to the reception areas—feels thoughtfully designed and filled with warmth and beauty. It didn’t just feel like a venue; it felt like the perfect place for our son and daughter in law to be celebrated.
The staff was exceptional—professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. Danielle and all of the staff went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect, allowing us to feel completely at ease and fully present on such an important day. Their organization and kindness made the planning process smooth and stress-free, which meant everything to us.
Our guests have been raving about every detail of the day. The arch was decorated with beautiful baby’s breath and the logs and lanterns that lined the aisle. The cocktail hour area in the courtyard had appetizers set up that looked like artwork on the table! Once inside the guests absolutely loved the beauty of the room. Enchanted provided the decorations for the tables that included greenery, baby's breath, vases, floating candles and lanterns. They decorated the sweetheart table with the most beautiful flowers for the bride and groom. And the Wisteria trees for the backdrop of the sweetheart table were magical!
Dj Beezy provided the entertainment and he did a spectacular job! If you have not heard of the dancing in the clouds… look it up, it’s worth every penny for the first dance!!
Cupcake heaven did the cupcakes and beautiful 3 tiers cake…. I can’t say enough about them. My son and daughter in law wanted a naked cake to go with the rustic theme and it did not disappoint! The cupcakes were not only beautiful but they were delicious too!
Shawna was our photographer for the day and she made sure to capture every single moment of the day and made sure to stay on time to get the bride and groom inside to enjoy the day. She is creative, professional and fun to work with to get the perfect images.
The guests also raved about the food. Everyone said it was delicious and loved all of it!
My son and daughter in laws wedding day was more magical than we could have ever imagined, and Saxon Manor Weddings will forever hold a special place in our hearts. We wholeheartedly recommend it to any couple looking for a venue that combines history, beauty, and heartfelt service

From the moment your families arrived, there was a feeling that stayed with us the entire evening — it truly never felt like two separate families coming together, it felt like one united family celebrating something beautiful. Watching everyone interact, laugh, hug, and support one another created such a warm atmosphere, and your son and daughter-in-law were surrounded by so much genuine love all night long.

One of the moments that stayed with our staff the most was seeing you dance with your son, and then sharing that dance with your husband as well. Those were the kinds of moments that quietly stop time. I can tell you honestly — there were several of us behind the scenes peeking from a distance to catch those memories unfolding (while very carefully staying out of the photographers’ frames, of course!). It was emotional, beautiful, and a reminder of exactly why we all care so deeply about what we do.

And you are absolutely right — your future daughter-in-law completely stole the spotlight. She looked stunning, radiant, and so full of joy. Watching your son lift her, dip her, and hold her so proudly for those special photo moments was incredibly meaningful to witness. Those are the images that will live on forever — the ones that tell the story of their love without needing words. You could truly see how much he adores her and how naturally he supports her, and as a parent, those are the moments that stay with you for life.

It also means so much that you recognized Danielle and our team. Danielle invests an incredible amount of time and heart into every wedding she coordinates, and hearing that you felt at ease and able to be present is the greatest compliment she could ever receive. The Enchanted Design & Floral team also loves bringing those finishing touches to life — the greenery, baby’s breath, lanterns, sweetheart table florals, and those magical wisteria trees truly help transform the space into something unforgettable, and we’re so happy that resonated with you.

Your kind words about our staff, the food, the bar service, and the overall experience mean the world to us. Enchanting Venue & Vision from Staff!

Our wedding at Saxon Manor’s Boho Venue was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived to the final moments of our celebration, every detail felt whimsical, intentional, and beautifully curated.

Danielle, our wedding coordinator, was truly exceptional. Her guidance and support began long before our wedding day and carried seamlessly through every moment of the event. She was organized, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our day perfect.
I truly don’t think the day would’ve went as effortlessly without her.
My mother passed shortly before our wedding and every staff member carried my partner and I through this time in such a genuine grace.
Support and generosity like that is truly difficult to find these days.

The culinary experience was just as memorable. The chef created an incredible dishes that our guests are still talking about! Everything was absolutely delicious.

The floral arrangements by Enchanted Florist were breathtaking—each piece felt like something out of a dream. The flowers elevated the entire atmosphere and brought the vision of our wedding to life in the most stunning way.

Dj Ricky was phenomenal! He’s the kind of guy you can’t go without!
As a last minute gesture to my partner and I, he stepped in as our officiant. We’re forever grateful for him & his genuine support for my partner and I.

Amazing Venue

Amazing Experience

From start to finish, this venue was incredible. We weren’t too picky with which vendors we had for our wedding, so the all-inclusive route seemed to fit our personalities best. Honestly though, each vendor they offered blew us out of the water. We were over the moon with everything, and especially our coordinator, Linda. I would highly recommend this venue. It was stress-free and I was able to fully relax and enjoy our special day. The way it should be! :)

The Shabby Chic Wedding Barn is the best place for a wedding!

The Venue package was the easiest thing I could have done! The wedding coordinator that they assigned me was amazing and all of the vendors that they recommended were awesome as well. I would definitely recommend!

The Best day of my Life!

Our wedding was on 10/14/2023 in the Garden room. We had about 80 guests and it was the most beautiful and wonderful time. All of the vendors I got through Saxon were absolutely amazing.
My Coordinator, Linda, worked so hard to make everything beautiful and even better than I had pictured. We had a bridesmaids dress disaster, and she had shout wipes for us. I left my bouquet in the brides suite and she sprinted to grab it for me before I walked down the aisle into the most elegant ceremony area.
Everything was set up and taken down for us. My family was able to relax and enjoy the entire wedding without worrying about doing any preparations. On top of it all, the food was phenomenal, my cake was so amazing, the DJ (DJ Beezy) was complimented by all of my guests all night long. All of the vendors I never would have had if I did not go through Saxon Manor. I could not recommend a place enough. All of my guests keep coming back to ask me “how in the world did you find this place?!?” And telling me how magical this venue was. I have to agree.

Amazing and Beautiful Venue!

Our coordinator Linda made everything so easy! She listened to exactly what we wanted and then exceeded our expectations! The decor and flowers were absolutely beautiful. We have been told by many guests that this was the best wedding they have ever attended!

Diane, the bar tender was AMAZING. All the workers were very friendly and helpful.

The food, cake and desserts were incredible! Everything was delicious!

I would HIGHLY recommend Saxon Manor to anyone who is getting married!

Simply the best!

I don't know that I can fully summarize how amazing the experience with Saxon Manor was for my wedding yesterday!!

My fiance and I got engaged in February, and we're married yesterday July 23rd. I learned about the venues through one of the bridal shows, and I'm so so glad I found them!! We used the barn venue space, but the garden is also beautiful. The outside space for the ceremony underneath the greenery Arch, the paved pathway all the way from the barn to the ceremony space, the bench seating outside, and all of the shade made the ceremony exactly what I wanted! The barn is positively stunning, and something truly from a dream.

My coordinator was Danielle and she was absolutely TBE BEST person for the job! From the tour (that she gave us) All the way through to the end of the wedding night She knew exactly what she was doing! There was never any doubt in my mind that the vision that I had and that her and I created together would come to life on the wedding night.

We used all of the vendors that were provided through the all-inclusive package from Saxon Manor. Amy's creative cakes did our two-tier traditional flavor wedding cake and a total of 80 cupcakes with the flavors of Oreo, key lime, hummingbird, and more traditional (almond cake with a raspberry filling). Amazingly delicious!! My guests are still talking to me about it today. DJ Tony Sparks was who we used for our DJ and he absolutely nailed it! We could not have asked for a better DJ for the night. We aren't even a dancing crowd, I myself only know how to white girl dance lol, and he found ways to get my whole family and my husband's whole family on the dance floor! Shawna meadors was our photographer and she was amazing!! She made me feel so comfortable while taking pictures and even showed me a couple sneak peeks from her camera lens and the pictures are going to be phenomenal!!

everyone there from the very start of our engagement to the end of our wedding last night was polite, professional, courteous, friendly, down to earth, and just the kind of people you want to be around during the biggest moment of your life! I could talk about how amazing they experience was until I'm blue in the face!!

You definitely need this venue, trust me!

Gorgeous Place!

Saxon Manor is absolutely beautiful, the Barn was outstanding! All of the staff was kind and ready to help us celebrate a big day. The coordinator Danielle went above and beyond and made the night special for everyone. Everything went smoothly and perfect. Such an amazing place with great staff. What a wonderful experiance

I went to my sisters wedding here. I didn't really know what to expect since I am from Minnesota. I had a blast here and the service was above normal. Anytime I put a plate down someone was there to collect it. So there was zero mess the whole time. The food was AMAZING. I would highly recommend thiz venu. It was a great time!

Saxon Manor is amazing, and LINDA is the best!

We got married in the Barn at this location and it was magical. The venue is stunning and feels like a little piece of heaven when you are there. I was looking for a place that was upscale, unique, and not your traditional "barn" look. The inside of the barn is light, bright, and breathtaking. The biggest blessing we got from this venue is our Day of Coordinator Linda. I do not have enough words to write how amazing she is. I truly do not think I could have done any of it without her. She was there every step of the way, making things I didn't even know could happen, HAPPEN. She took care of all of my worries, and made the day so smooth and seamless, even when issues arose. She went out of her way so many times for us to make our day special. If you are looking for someone to help you with your wedding SHE IS THE BEST OUT THERE! I would recommend this location highly and especially Linda!

The best all inclusive venue

Saxon Manor is where my husband and I met at a mutual friends wedding. I knew from the day he asked me to marry him is where I wanted to get married. It's where it all started. They had redone the barn since I was last there and it has made it 100x better. Jennifer my coordinator was absolutely amazing. Was there to answer any question that I had. She made my vision of my dream wedding better than I could have ever imagined. Having an all inclusive venue is the best thing I could have had since I do travel many months of the year. Everything was right there and I didn't have to run around for the other vendors. The catering, flowers, and cake were out of this world. The options they had were great. I would recommend this venue to anyone looking for an all inclusive venue.

Amazing wedding 12-11-21

Saxon manor and our wedding coordinator Jennifer made our wedding dreams COME TRUE!!!! We fell in love with the barn and the huge tree in the ceremony site and had booked with them a year and a half before our date on December 11th, 2021. Jennifer made sure we had EVERYTHING we needed and even went above and beyond with some of our special requests. We had a last minute change with our photographer but Jennifer made the switch easy and not stressful at all. Ronda our photographer was AMAZING and we are so thankful for her!!!!!we cannot thank her enough!!!! every single guest could not stop telling us how beautiful the venue was and how great Jennifer was!!!!!

Wedding Day Made Easy

Saxon Manor is the perfect place for couples who want a beautiful, personalized venue, but don’t want to spend the day setting it up & taking it down themselves. I loved the straightforward contract, and everyone seemed genuinely excited for us as to-be-weds throughout the whole process. My coordinator, Danielle, really brought our vision to life. She took detailed notes about what we wanted, and executed everything better than I could have myself. She was so responsive, especially the day of our wedding, communicating with all the vendors so that I didn’t have to do anything except enjoy my morning with my bridesmaids before walking down the aisle. Our wedding was perfect, and we can’t thank her enough!

Great Experience in a Beautiful Place

The experience with Saxon Manor was wonderful. It made planning and executing our daughter’s wedding so much easier. Everything in one location. From the wedding coordinators, Amy and Daniel to the DJ, food, cake, flowers, photographers and decorations. It was a magical day and a beautiful, stress free experience. I would highly recommend both the location, the staff and the vendors that partner with Saxon Manor.

Amazing Experience at The Garden Room

Saxon Manor was an absolute pleasure to work with for my wedding. We wanted something very particular and knew anyone we worked with would probably struggle to meet our expectations. Not only did Saxon Manor give us the Halloween wedding of our dreams, they exceeded our expectations! I would recommend the coordinator Jenn for anyone looking at this venue. She was so responsive and just as excited for the big day as we were. She went above and beyond for us- from buying us mini pumpkins, huge pumpkins, martini glasses, dealing with the florist when we had hiccups, to finding little Halloween decor. I cannot recommend her enough!!! The day wouldn’t have been the same without her.

Perfect venue for our perfect day!

I got married here in October 2021 and Saxon Manor exceeded all of our expectations for our wedding! Every time I would call with questions someone was always available to answer them and help me secure my vendors. Each vendor we chose came with the barn package and they were all exceptional. Amy’s Creative Cakes, Shawna Meadors Photography, DJ Tony Sparks, Sherwood Florist, and Catering by Greg all made our wedding more than perfect. I am still getting compliments on every aspect of my wedding. Linda, my coordinator, was on top of everything. From our final design till the time our wedding day was over, she was making sure my husband and I, along with our families and bridal party, had everything we needed. There was not one single thing I would have changed. Every detail was exactly how I had imagined it, if not better! We could not have been happier with our experience at Saxon Manor!

Great Wedding Venue

I highly recommend having your wedding here. I personally worked with Jennifer for my daughter's wedding on September 18th 2021. Jennifer made our experience from our first meeting until then end of her special day perfect. As the Mother of the bride I can say I didn't have to stress one bit. Jennifer was there for every text and message I had ensuring me she had every detail covered, with that said she did not disappoint. I recommend you call and ask her to be your wedding coordinator.
The Shabby Chic barn was beautifully decorated, cocktail hour was set up beyond expectations and the wedding alter covered in natural vinery made for great pictures for the photographer. You will find the grounds are well maintained. The staff is friendly and attentive to your every need. Our guest were beyond impressed at this hidden gem in Brooksville.
Lastly, you will find the price for the venue reasonable for all that is included.

Fantastic experience

I had my wedding at Saxon Manors barn on September 3rd, 2021. My coordinator Jennifer and my experience there was great from the start. They made sure my wedding was what I wanted. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. They made sure my day was beautiful and it was such an easy process with them. Not only during the wedding but even afterwards, the kindness and support I felt from them was unbelievable. All I wanted to say was thank you Jennifer and Saxon manors owners for helping my wedding dreams come true. ❤️

Perfect!!!

Loved My Wedding!

I cannot recommend Saxon Manor enough. It is a gem of venue: the barn is stunning, it has a gorgeous ceremony/cocktail hour area, we had amazing vendors (Amy’s Creative Cakes, DJ Sparks, Shawna Meadors, Sherwood Florist), and the location has such a wonderful staff. Linda was our coordinator and every detail of the wedding was perfectly executed! We have heard from many guests that the food was top notch, the cake delicious, and that this was the best wedding that they had been to. Many thanks to everyone at Saxon Manor (Linda, Sylvia, Crystal, Jennifer, and the rest of the team) for such an easy wedding experience from the tours to the design meeting to the actual day! I am so very happy that we picked Saxon Manor!

Had my wedding here over the weekend. The day is usually highly stressful from what I read, but Jennifer was with us every step to put our minds at ease. The venue itself is grand, beautiful, ans rustic. It was like a dream!

Amazing experience!

A dream come true

Saxon Manor gave me the wedding of my dreams! Despite not being the rustic type, I chose the shabby chic wedding barn and they were able to decorate it to my taste and made it feel glamorous and unique, it was beautiful and all of guests were in awe! Linda was my coordinator and a delight to work with. Throughout the planning process she was extremely communicative and responsive, no text or call went unanswered and she never made me feel like a bother for all of my questions/requests! Elaine (her assistant) noticed my elderly grandfather and cared after him the entire wedding day, relieving so much stress from my family allowing them to enjoy themselves. The day went by flawlessly and I’m still in awe of how perfect Linda made it for me. The all inclusive package made the planning process so easy, Greg the caterer allowed me to do a delicious plated dinner per my request, Rachel did an amazing job as dj/mc, and Jessica Winfield was a phenomenal photographer! The package includes all of the beautiful decor in my photos as well. Can’t recommend Saxon and their staff enough, thank you for the wedding of my dreams!

Mother of the bride

All I can say is Linda and her staff are AMAZING! I just wanted to hug Linda all night long. Every mother wants her daughters wedding the most special day in her life and Linda made that happen! I’m a hard person to hand over events like this over to someone else, but she assured me it would be perfect and it was!! She not only allowed my daughter to have the perfect day, but she allowed me to take the time to enjoy this day with her without any worries whatsoever. I appreciated all of Linda‘s suggestions, even if it was something we thought we wanted she was honest and we trusted her experience with weddings and we were right to trust her! The venue is gorgeous, the vendors are amazing, and the owner Greg Stevens is great to work with. COVID made this a very long and stressful journey, but thanks to Linda and her staff, for one day and one night we got to remember what it felt like to be surrounded by family and friends and celebrate nothing but love and to FINALLY get to celebrate these two and their long journey! Thank you Linda and Saxon Manor, the smile on these beautiful faces says it all on what you did for them!’

Best venue ever!!!!!!!

I can’t thank everyone enough at Saxon Manor for making our wedding day go off without a hitch!!! Everyone I have talked to has told me and my husband that our wedding was the nicest they’ve been to. The Garden Room is stunning and speaks for itself without even decorations in the room. As in all inclusive venue, the vendors that they partner with are the absolute best!!!! The food was delicious, cake was STUNNING, DJ gave us a true party, our photographer was the sweetest person I’ve ever met, and the flowers took our breath away! My husband and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Jennifer, our wedding coordinator. She met with us multiple times in person to go over how we envisioned our wedding looking like, and all the special little details. I even had an asthma attack in the middle of the night and Jennifer ran across the venue, into a parking lot, and into another building to get my inhaler for me. I can’t thank everyone at Saxon Manor enough!!

Amazing Experience!!!!!!

Jennifer and her team at Saxon Manor was absolutely amazing! She made sure everything went so smoothly. If anything went wrong, I never noticed because she and her team handled everything! It was a great evening. I could not recommend a better place to get married!!! From the beginning Jennifer kept detailed notes of everything I was envisioning and helped make it all come to life. Booking an all inclusive venue was the best route to go! The food was so delicious, the cake was just like I envisioned and sooooo good, and the staff was so on top of everything! Do yourself a favor and book a tour at Saxon Manor ASAP if your planning your wedding!

My fairytale wedding

I could not have asked for a better wedding! Rhonda my coordinator made sure everything ran smoothly and on time! She made sure everything that I had designed and specifically made for the wedding was placed and in its proper place. Any questions or concerns I had she made sure they were answered and she reassured me that everything was going to work out and it will be beautiful. Which it was! All of my quests kept raving about how beautiful everything was and that they have never been to a more beautiful wedding! So thank you Saxon Manor and thank you so much Rhonda!!! I definitely recommend Saxon Manor to anyone who wants their fairytale dream wedding! And ask for Rhonda! She will make your dreams come true!

Don’t look anywhere else!

The most beautiful day of my life, and it was successfully and seamlessly executed by the fantastic staff of Saxon Manor.

The all inclusive package was perfect. I was able to choose my preferred vendors from a range of styles. The food and cake was so delicious, the venue was absolutely gorgeous (I was married in the barn) and so many of my guests told me the venue was unbelievably beautiful and food was fantastic! I personally loved how secluded the barn was. Many of my guests described it as “magical”

My wedding coordinator was Jennifer and she was phenomenal. She made sure every detail was handled and kept me in the loop. My day wouldn’t have been as amazing without her. She was there for me through every stressful moment of the day and days prior and gave me so many helpful suggestions when I needed them. She even brought me tums & pedialite on the day of!

Honestly, Saxon Manor was the 2nd venue I toured and it was love at first sight. They took care of everything for me and I hope everyone i know gets married here so I can come back and enjoy this hidden gem. I will remember this beautiful day for the rest of my life with such a sweet memory and happy thoughts.

Please go tours Saxon Manor, and fall in love just like I did!!

Seamless from beginning to end!

Our wedding day was absolutely perfect, not only the venue, but all their vendors were phenominal! Our coordinator Jennifer was excepfional and made everything go so seamless I didnt have to worry about anything on our special day. They all made our wedding visions/dreams become a reality! From the ceremony site to the reception, everything was elegant and classy in the butterfly garden and the garden room. Our guests are still raving about how beautiful and fun our wedding was, and it wouldnt have been possible without this venue, all our vendors, and our amazing coordinator!!!

Perfect Wedding

This wedding was absolutely perfect ! As the bride I wanted place that would do it all! This place does !!! They have a process to ensure your day runs smoothly ! Our Wonderful Wedding at Saxon

Due to Covid we had to switch around our wedding like many couples. They were very accommodating. Then at the last minute due to more issues with covid and guests we decided to cancel the big wedding and do a very small wedding with immediate family. They were able to help get this ready for us quickly within in a month. The day went perfect. Everything worked out and they made it such as special day during a hard time. They did not skip a beat. Linda our coordinator was awesome and helped us through everything. The grounds were lovely and made for extra special pictures!

Perfect venue

I wish there was enough words to describe how amazing this venue is! Scenery is perfect, the packages they offer for your wedding is perfect. And the coordinator I had for my wedding (Linda) she was spot on! Can tell she’s very experienced! Made the day so smooth and so perfect! She was very sweet and had a little hiccup with decorations day of but she fixed it and it was perfect!!! If your looking for a wedding venue definitely 100% book your wedding here!

Highly recommend this all inclusive venue!!

I wanted to give reviews on all of our vendors now that our wedding is over. We got married 3-14-20, just before all of the cancelations occurred due to COVID.
Wedding venue: Saxon Manor Weddings & Shabby Chic Wedding Barn. Hands down the best group of people to work with. From the beginning, they worked with me and my work schedule to accommodate any appointments I had, helped me pick a design that fit my personality and let me feel in control of my wedding planning. They truly want the bride to be happy with anything and everything. I had some crazy ideas and they just rolled with it and made it happen. Marissa went above and beyond her job. I had so many people comment on how smooth the wedding went. I know every bride should except to have something go wrong, but I didn't. Everything went as planned and I was very surprised. I can't thank Marissa enough of all she did for us. She truly is a rockstar! She was by my side every step of the way.I highly recommend this place and Marissa as your wedding coordinator! I have nothing negative to say about this venue or my wedding day. It truly was the perfect day!
The food was amazing as well. Greg was so easy to work with. I threw a few crazy ideas at him and work with me to make them happen. We have a love for tacos and he worked that into our menu for us with no problems.
The cupcakes & cake were to die for - Amy's Creative Cakes & More are the best cupcakes I have ever tasted. She did an excellent job on creating my cake as well. Super easy to work with and very talented. I would highly recommend her cakes!
My photographer is Paris Scott. She was amazing on our wedding day! She didn't care what she had to do to get that perfect shot, she was doing it! She was everywhere during our reception. I have only seen the sneak peek so far, so I can't wait to see them all. She is truly talented and so easy to work with. I would highly recommend her!!

Dream wedding venue

Saxon Manor is the absolute best for a dream barn wedding, I can’t recommend it more! Choosing to do our wedding there was the best choice I made in wedding planning!! Linda, our coordinator went above and beyond in planning, helping everyone run smoothly and look better than I was even envisioning. She was great to work with and so accommodating of all of my special requests like bringing my horse to the wedding. The entire staff at Saxon took all of the stress out of the big day and it couldn’t have gone better. The food was the best wedding food we have ever had (catering by Greg), the wedding cake was amazing (cakes by Amy), and DJ Tony Sparks kept the party going! The venue was gorgeous- our guests described it as fairy tale, stunning, and beautiful. I’m still floating on cloud 9 from my dream fairy tale wedding, it truly was the best day of my life and I enjoyed every moment along they way, and especially that day thanks to Linda and Saxon Manor!

Words literally can't say enough for how amazing this vendor was. I couldn't have had such a phenomenal day if it wasn't for this precious venue. Our wedding planner was LINDA and she was THE ABSOLUTE BEST. Everything was included in the venue package and it was all the best. I've never had so many compliments on a wedding venue. The food/dj/drinks/flowers/cake was a HUGE HIT.

Best day ever

They take care of everything and are extremely affordable compared to other inclusive venues. They are personable and professional. The day of ran smoothly without any hiccups...even with rain in the morning!! The food is amazing and plenty of options for vendors. They made the planning stress free and the day of perfect! Like a Dream

Saxon Manor has 2 venues - the Garden Room & the Shabby Chic Barn. We chose the barn & couldn't have been happier. Ironically, when we went to tour the venue my husband said we are NOT getting married in a barn. However, after seeing theirs, he didn't even want to consider the Garden Room. The staff was phenomenal!!! Linda was my coordinator and was extremely easy to get ahold of & super communicative. Janalee was the one to help me with my initial design appointment and fell in love with my cheesecloth table runner idea almost as hard as a I did. During our wedding, Tyrone, Angie & Lindsey stood out from the crowd. They were all very sweet and helpful. Seriously, I couldn't imagine being married anywhere else.

A wonderful venue

I got married on January 13th 2019 at Saxon Manor's Shabby Chic Barn. The package was really wonderful, making the planning an easier experience for me. I live in Ft. Lauderdale so most of the planning experience was done long distance. The venue was extremely helpful and responsive during this long distance process. I worked with Rhonda as my wedding planner and she was an absolute sweetheart. And I wanted a unique menu for the meal and they accommodated that change easily. The day of I could not have asked for a more beautiful set up. I got so many compliments on the venue and it was pretty stress free for a day where things were going kind of crazy. I appreciate the Saxon Manor staff immensely.

highly recommend

I got married in the barn on 11.3.18 and honestly I was waiting and waiting for something to wrong because thats just what happens at weddings but my wedding here was absolutely magical. The way the venue is set up you might be a little worried about the other wedding on the other side of the property, but you don't even know. At all. You have your own little house to get ready in and since I was tucked away in this house I had given complete trust to my coordinator Teresa to make sure everything went perfect and it did. I didn't see the barn being set up so I had absolutely nothing to stress about, not seeing the setup process was literally such a blessing for me because I didn't have to overthink anything they took care of everything for me. The first time I saw it was when I was "hiding" in there right before I walked down the isle and it was breathtaking. All the staff was attentive throughout the night checking to see if i needed any food or water or anything really. Planning process before wedding was great as well, none of my phone calls or text messages where unanswered and I didn't feel like a dollar sign to anyone.

Outanding wedding venue

My daughter was looking for a special venue for her wedding. We visited several options and knew that Saxon Manor was by far the obvious choice. The fact that the package price included vendors, centerpieces, choice of linen colors and much more was ideal. The ceremony on the lawn and reception in the “Garden Room” were nothing but perfect. Every detail was carefully planned and seamless. The coordinator and staff were amazing! The DJ, photographer, bartenders, and chefs did an outstanding job. Thankful to all who made such a memorable day for my daughter and her husband.

I recently had my wedding at the Shabby Chic barn and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a barn venue/ rustic style wedding. The staff were nothing short of amazing and extremely accommodating. My wife couldn't have asked for a better experience working with Rhonda and Dorthea putting together all of the decorations. Everything turned out exactly how she wanted it and to say it was her dream wedding is a vast understatement. Every detail was exactly as she had planned. The grounds looked pristine and made our photos come out amazing. They made everything so easy for us, all we had to do was show up and enjoy every last second of our special day. They know exactly what they are doing and were a well oiled machine, everything went perfectly. It truly has a wow factor and looked as though we spent 5 times more on our wedding than we actually did. I can't express in words how happy we are that we had our wedding here it was a dream come true.

I got engaged in September 2016 and found Saxon Manor shortly after. Ginger gave us our tour and was extremity charismatic and knowledgeable. I got married at Saxon Manor in May 2018 and everything went smoothly. Saxon Manor was very accommodating with what I needed and I was able to meet with Dorothea and other vendors on my schedule, which was important to me because I do not live in Brooksville and my Husband was not in the state. They were able to accommodate all of my needs. Any time I called they answered my call or email in a timely fashion. Ginger ended up being my wedding coordinator and did a great job making sure everything ran smoothly and that I got everything that I wanted. They even ordered more table cloths and flowers for the décor. Fast forward to wedding day and everything went very well, all of the guests had a good time to my knowledge. It started pouring about an hour before my ceremony and what could have been a chaotic event was handed smoothly and I was still able to get married outside at their ceremony site. The only thing that could be improved is having more doors or privacy in the bridal suite as it is very open and made it difficult for me to put on my dress undisturbed. Other than that, I could not be happier with my Saxon Manor wedding.

My husband and I got married April 22nd and it could not have been more PERFECT! The venue was amazing, Chad the DJ was great, and our day of wedding coordinator Keelyn did an outstanding job! We visited several venues before making a selection for my daughter's wedding. This was by far the best venue out there! The setting for the outdoor ceremony was amazing, as well as the elegant barn setting for the reception. It was an amazing value! Angela, the wedding coordinator, helped with every detail and was very pleasant to work with throughout the entire process! I would highly recommend this venue!

By Far the best Wedding Venue. The Staff, the Food, The entertainment, the entire Package they put together for Brides and Grooms is the best. They have 2 venues, a Wedding Barn and a Garden Room. Which ever you choose, they are both beautiful. Leave everything up to the staff to make your day go the way it should. 5 STARS!!!!!

I loved the experience at Saxon Manor! The Shabby Chic barn was so fresh, neatly put together and well organized. I loved the fact the Ceremony Site was outside under the trees, it gave such a warm feeling of home in the air, especially with my family surrounding the biggest moment in my entire life. The staff worked around us so quietly as though they wasn't there...but making sure everything ran smoothly. My time line was on cue. The best part was, after I brought my things in at the Rehearsal, I didn't have to worry about anything, my day was well planned with my coordinator, all i had to do was show up!
If I was to do it all over again? I wouldn't change a thing!

They were awesome and took care of every detail for you. They were some of the most sweet people you will ever meet. They also work with exceptional vendors so you don't have to do too much research in order to have the perfect wedding.

A beautiful and amazing venue. Dorothea has done a fantastic job putting together this 2 venue property with the Shabby Chic Barn and the Garden Room. Two choices at one location and one as beautiful as the other.You can't go wrong for that special event or wedding if your looking for a unique location that has it all.

I had my wedding there on May 23rd 2015 ceremony on the lawn at the gazebo and reception at the barn. All I can say is AMAZING !! BRAVO!!!! Beyond my expectation. When I was a little girl I knew my wedding had to be different, elegant and of course breathtaking. Dorothea, Angela, and Greg did just that for my hubby and I. My guests are still talking about the venue, the presentation, and the friendliness of the staff. Were were all impressed.
A special kudos for Mat at mix it up ! he rocked it !!
As an event planner myself, I had specific details that I wanted, they capture the essence of my vision and made it into reality... We are from the Caribbean, and being at Saxon Manor is like stepping into another world... we felt welcome and all the team at the Manor were more that accommodating.
Thank you so very much for making my dream day into a reality~ I know my dad in heaven was please that his wish to see me on a horse and carriage came true...

My wedding was beautiful! Dorothea is an amazing decorator and she did such a great job for our wedding. The room is beautiful with white draping and chandeliers! We loved the food and everybody had a great time. I would recommend this venue to everyone.

The wedding was so beautiful and the atmosphere was tremendous! The staff was very responsive to the needs of the guests and the Bridal Party. The food was awesome! The DJ took care of keeping the party moving! The staff was awesome and kept things moving as well. It is great that they have packages because you don't need to worry about a thing. Linens and centerpieces included! I would definitely recommend this beautiful venue as a place for an a inclusive wedding. Diamond in the rough! Thank you Saxon Manor for making precious memories!

We went to take a look at the site for the upcoming engagement party of my son and his lovely bride to be, and we were immediately sold on the venue, it is a magnificent place full of history and southern style hospitality, the newly constructed Barn is absolutely fabulous for what my son and his bride had dreamed for the their special day, and needless to say for what us as parents had envisioned as a perfect place for such a historic occasion, the place is gorgeous, the staff is incredible and we are looking forward to a memorial day and we suspect that the wedding day yet to be set may also be planned at this site.

The Brooksville Junior Service League had our End of the Year Party at Saxon Manor. What a beautiful location and experience. Spacious seating, luxurious accommodations, beautiful landscaping and clean facilities. Brooksville is very fortunate to have this magnificent venue in our own backyard. I highly recommend this location for any event you may be planning. Saxon Manor should get more than just "five stars" in my opinion.

Saxon Manor was a total savior for my husband and I. Our first venue fell through 4 months before the wedding, and I was so afraid we'd end up high and dry. SM luckily had our date open and we booked immediately. The venue is absolutely gorgeous. It is the perfect mix of classy and vintage, without being too rustic. The owners, Dorthea and Greg, are constantly working to maintain and add to the decor. They were very very willing to work with me with whatever I needed, be it a last minute meeting or something to store the keg in. And Beth, the I house coordinator, truly works hard to make sure needs are met and the bride and groom are satisfied. She oversaw our day, and it was perfect.

Saxon Manor is THE place for your wedding or special event! Dorothea, Beth, Greg, and the whole crew go ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure your day is special! My daughter's dream wedding was perfect, and we owe that to them! From the first time we spoke with them, we knew we had come to the right place. Throughout the planning process, my daughter called often with questions, which were always welcomed and answered immediately, and more importantly, with a smile. Whatever we needed, they found a way to accommodate us. When the big day came, and it was raining for three days straight, Beth and Dorothea reassured us that all would be fine, came up with a just-in-case Plan B, and the guys worked hard, making sure the guests had dry seats to sit in. Everything was AMAZING! The best part is it is very very affordable, beautiful, and served up with smiles and great personalities. The Dunham-Flynns love Saxon Manor and you will, too! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

The Saxon Manor is absolutely amazing! So glad I chose them! Everything from the Saxon Manor home (had been driving by it for years hoping someone would restore the old house...and to think, not only did that happen... But, I had the most beautiful wedding at this historic home), the beautiful gardens, to the table settings and the lighting were perfect. Also, from the planning to the actual wedding and reception went seamlessly...even though I know I probably drove you a little nuts with all my questions, ideas and general nervous bride tendencies... A Great Day

We were assigned to Linda, Linda was perfect. Linda did an amazing Job she is amazing at her job. I am so happy she got stuck with us! She handled all the stress that comes with planning a wedding so I didn’t have to. She communicated with the vendors for me from DJ to limo.
I do not think it would have turned out the way I envisioned with any other person! Linda is the reason I am so happy how everything turned out.

I highly recommend Linda!! She is the best, all the weddings I seen on social media that she was part of hands down has been the best ones!

Excellent Stress-Free Wedding at Shabby Chic Barn

Saxon Manor was wonderful. None of my family had to lift a finger in setting up but instead could just relax before the ceremony. The wedding coordinator and staff were excellent and took care of my wife and I without is even having to ask (cups of water, food at the reception). And the spaces are beautiful. Cannot recommend enough. Plus for covid weddings they’re willing to work with you to make sure you and your guests are safe.

Wonderful wonderful people to work with. The initial planning is a little rocky, there are a lot of moving parts. Everything came together perfectly! My husband and I couldn’t be happier we chose The Saxon’s Manor - Shabby Chic Barn! From the coordinator, (Rhonda) to the food, to DJ (Chad), Mix It Up (Anthony), and our awesome photographer (Robin’s Reiss Photography) we couldn’t be more thankful and happy for those that put there hearts really into this. There wasn’t one thing that was bad at our wedding!!

We got married at the Shabby Chic Barn and it was absolutely beautiful. John was my decorator - I HIGHLY recommend requesting him to work with if you select this venue, he was so patient and quick to respond and it was a blast brainstorming with him to make my vision come to life. This venue uses a list of preferred vendors which was comforting to know they've all had experience working together already, and it lifted some stress in not having to research and interview an endless amount of vendors and hope for the best. They coordinated and organized everything based on our wants and come day of, everything fell in place perfectly and was smooth sailing. I highly recommend Saxon Manor if you're looking for a beautiful outdoor atmosphere with an experienced, passionate team all working to make your big day the best day ever.

I worked with Saxon Manor recently for a corporate event and they were wonderful to work with! The team there went above and beyond to make sure our event was as wonderful as it could be. Most of our attendees were long time Hernando County residents but commented throughout the night at their surprise that there is such a beautiful and unique venue right here in our county. The place is gorgeous, the team there is great, and it truly is a shining jewel right here in Brooksville. I would most definitely hold another event there!

Shabby Chic Barn is an absolutely gorgeous venue, and is a great value for everything that is included. Our wedding day was beautiful, and the crew of Saxon Manor worked so hard and were so positive and welcoming. We live about 3 hours south of the venue, so only had a few chances to make our way up and sit down and plan all of the details. The first few meetings we felt as we didn't get much accomplished, part of me being quite indecisive, and other that the original planner we had was not very helpful or attentive. Ultimately, with our final meeting we were able to nail down all final details, and even when I changed my mind between that meeting and the final date, Angela, our day of coordinator, was flexible and responsive with everything that was going on, making me (an excessively stressed-out bride) feel more at ease. For the rehearsal and day of the wedding, Angela worked very hard to make sure that everything was taken care of, and in order with every moving detail and vendor. My mother and I didn't worry about a single thing, even when we mentioned something, she would calmly and reassuringly respond "I've got it, don't worry, enjoy today." Our wedding day was so beautiful and I am so thankful that we chose Saxon Events, at Shabby Chic Barn, to spend our special day.

Fantastic venue & experience!

Throughout the entire planning process, our wedding coordinator, Linda, & management were awesome!! She captured our vision perfectly & made everything run incredibly smooth. I highly recommend utilizing Linda as your coordinator! The ground at the venue were also well maintained & beautiful. The only suggestion as far as the venue goes is to incorporate some outdoor fans under the covered dance floor outside. It was a very hot day/night for us, but we enjoyed every minute of it! Thank you, Saxon Manor!

Saxon Manor is beautiful and makes the wedding process so easy. They offer a package with several options. There was a bit of a delay in response to emails (never an issue by phone), so if you are an email person who needs immediate response this may be frustrating. I sent questions with plenty of time for answers so this didn't affect my planning at all. Angela was my planner and she was so sweet and told us exactly what we needed to do and where we needed to be. I provided my color ideas and general direction for center pieces and the Garden Room was decorated beautifully.

Overall we were very happy with the way our wedding turned out. The shabby chic barn is gorgeous! Ginger was our coordinator and she was absolutely amazing, took great care of us, and made sure we had everything perfect on our big day! We were nervous with our guest listing ending with 45 people in barn made for twice the amount, but the staff made it look full. The owner Dorothea shyed us away from some of our original vendor picks even though they are on her list, however she did work with us when we had a few complaints. We received compliments for several days after our wedding on how beautiful everything looked, how surprised people were when they saw our “barn” wedding, and how much fun they had. I would recommend saxon manor to anyone getting married looking for an outdoor venue.

Dream Wedding

Saxon helped create the wedding of our dreams! The vendors were all amazing and communicated well with us throughout the planning process. Our wedding coordinator Danielle helped make the day go smoothly and relieved stress off me and my husband. The food, cake, photographer, and DJ were all awesome! Same Sex Wedding at Garden Room

Please read to the end!! 😑 We had our wedding in the Garden Room at Saxon Manor. We were very blessed to be able to secure a date within a few months of us beginning our search for a venue. At first sight, we knew Saxon was the perfect place for us to get married. It is a very unique and thought out venue, offering a variety of options, not only from a style perspective, but when it comes to designing details. While we did bring in many additional components to elevate our wedding, what Saxon offered gave us an incredible baseline to start. We enjoyed the process of designing the cake, tasting the food and watching it come together so quickly! As mentioned, we had a small window of time to put a pretty complex wedding together. In fact, it kept getting more and more intricate as we progressed. It wasn’t without the true professionalism and expertise of Linda, the coordinator assigned to us by Saxon, that we could have pulled it off. From the minute we met her, we clicked! She’s all about making your vision a reality and worked both tirelessly and effortlessly to make sure what we wanted came to fruition. All with 6 photographers and 3 videographers working in the background. Linda connected, listened, researched and executed this wedding with a million moving parts in a way that is unexplainable. Our wedding involved a live butterfly release, live music and singing, several timed tracks to fog and spark effects, the coordination of a 7-foot drag queen’s four costume changes and live performances and so much more! She and her assistant Amy did it with such ease and professionalism, never breaking a sweat and always in control. She is a hugely valuable asset to the Saxon Manor staff and should be applauded for what she did to make our day both fun and flawless. I would recommend Saxon to anyone wanting a truly unique venue, offering a one-stop-shop package. THE BAD- We unfortunately have to mention that a hashtag was created for our guests to upload photos from our big day to and many tagged Saxon Manor as a location in doing so and none of them appear on Saxon’s Facebook page. Since, my husband and I have made several posts tagging Saxon, including a beautifully done video teaser and TONS of photos. To our disappointment, we see photos from several straight weddings posted, but Saxon has apparently chosen not to use our incredible gay wedding as an example for their business. We find this a bit offensive as we are very proud of our wedding and were never discouraged from having our wedding at Saxon when we first met with their representatives. Regardless of them not celebrating our wedding on their Facebook page, we know our guests had a blast and we celebrated our love in a way we never thought possible. We are so grateful to Linda and the staff that made it happen. Joseph & Benjamin

Good place for an all inclusive package. They are a little pricy but it is better so that u dont freak out and become a bridezilla. The officiant they set us up wih backed out two weeks before the wedding. We didnt get to take any pf the food that we paod 19 a plate for home. The dj didnt play certain songs on my list that we asked for. Just small things that a bride would notice.

Saxon Manor is a beautiful wedding venue and, though I was unsure about how it would turn out, my wedding day came together nicely. I was concerned because the owners, Dorothea and Greg, are not the most organized people. At one point I made a food tasting appointment with Greg and when my family and I showed up he completely forgot about it. Also, nobody contacted me for the design or 30-day appointments. I had to make sure I called the venue to schedule everything for my wedding. Angela gave me a really hard time with changing my officiant once I found out my close friend would do it, but she is no longer working there. If you are a good planner and an organized person, this venue will be right for you. Rhonda was a wonderful coordinator and worked hard to make sure everything was perfect. She answered all of my questions and went out of her way to change some last minute details. Rhonda and Ginger kept me hidden before I walked down the aisle in front of the white house and they were both amazing. We absolutely loved our DJ Chad and our cake from Amy's Creative Cakes was not only beautiful, but so delicious too. The photographer, Lisa Costa, was phenomenal. My husband and I can't say enough about these vendors. Overall, everything turned out great and we had so much fun. Our wedding day was definitely the best day of our lives.

Just to clear up the tasting you did have (4) yes four & yes the second one did slip our calendar , but all guest are all ways ask to text ,email, or call the week before to confirm and after 60 days most people would reach out and confirm , and yes we did make Empanadas as a up graded app. & put extra Spin on all the food being you both were close friends of our full time in house bar Tender, My Wife & Staff went over and above to make everything Special.

We had originally signed our contract back in july of 2013. When we signed, they were just sealing the concrete in the glass room. In the later months to come, they started adding things to the space that we're never there before,& refused to move them. The owner NEVER remembered us, even the week before the wedding. We wanted to check in with the property every once in awhile& they didn't really want us to, but they were constantly adding & changing things,& as a paying bride, I felt the right to go look. On a more positive note, the venue& space is gorgeous. The glass windows& all white drapery with the twinkle lights really sets the place apart. Although, if you don't have the vision for your wedding that their staff has, you will have some problems. We didn't want a rustic wedding, and thats what they keep pushing. They wanted us to use certain doors and do things a certain way because "thats what they always did" but when We had our own ideas, it posed an issue. When we first signed our contract, she didn't offer anything but the venue, so we hired our own vendors. As the venue progressed, she started "packages" & every time we spoke with her she questioned & commented about our vendors. We had to continue to remind her that we had signed the contract almost two years ago.. We wanted to bring in a dance floor & dance inside, that was a problem. We wanted a photo booth, that was a problem. if it weren't for the 80% chance of rain, they were going to make us have our bar & photo booth outside & continued to give us grief even the day before the wedding about it. It all fit perfectly, & I think that surprised even the staff. I will say that they new chairs are ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS. The fact that we didn't want ALL the lights on, the entire wedding also was an issue at first. I hate to leave such an honest review, but I feel like brides should be aware. If you have the owners vision, your wedding will go off without a hitch. If you have your own visions, good luck.
