Cathy Clark is an extraordinary wedding/event planner! My (now) wife and I are both professionals with very busy work schedules. We needed serious help planning our October wedding and Cathy delivered in a big way. We had an initial meeting with Cathy about two months (!) prior to the wedding so she could determine what we were generally looking for and then she was off and running. We had a few brief followup meetings with her to discuss and agree on details but other than that she managed everything to perfection. Communications back and forth with Cathy were always clear and effective so there was never a misunderstanding. She even sent us reminders for the tasks that we needed complete on our own. Her level of organization and attention to detail are outstanding. Cathy handled every detail, large and small, and even a number of items I would never even have considered. Needless to say the entire event went flawlessly, and almost all of the attendees told us that it was the most beautiful wedding they’ve ever attended. Looking back, there is not a single detail that we would have changed and we couldn’t be happier with the event. I highly recommend Savvy Socials with a Floral Touch. Cathy Clark, the owner, was the event coordinator and florist for my daughter’s destination wedding in Panama City. We could not have had the event flow so seamlessly without Savvy Socials. Cathy stayed in close touch with the bride and all of the vendors to make sure everything ran smoothly. The flowers for the wedding were perfect, both for the wedding party, the church, and the reception. She found out what the bride wanted, and was able to follow through with sunset colors in the beautiful arrangements.
Cathy had creative and beautiful details throughout the wedding and reception. She was able to use the beach theme and also make it elegant at the country club.
Cathy worked closely with the church, the venue, and vendors, including the coordinator at the venue, the photographer, the videographer, the d. j., and the photo booth. She was in contact with each one beforehand, and made sure everyone was where they needed to be and the right time.
There was an issue, out of her control, that few people were aware of. As we are from out of town, Cathy followed up afterwards with the vendor, and achieved a very fair resolution.

I would highly recommend Cathy Clark for any planning needs. She is highly professional, enthusiastic, timely and efficient. With my husband and my busy schedule, we were able to give Cathy the basic information of our vision and she was able to make our day exactly as we had imagined it to be. We completely trusted her to contract with the vendors for us and trusted her to negotiate on our behalf. She not only handled the ceremony and reception but went the extra mile to handle things such as payments, reminders to us of when things needed to be complete. She helped with the seating charts as well as some intricate family dynamics. She handled everything from the floral arrangements for the reception and ceremony to the bouquets and corsages as she is also a florist. The reception centerpieces showed creativity based on what we had asked for. The reception table set up was on spot for the wedding party to be able to see the entire room and mingle with all the guest. Her extensive use of her time line helped to keep everything flowing and timely. As with any event, there were minor issues that Cathy quickly handled and we were not even aware of until after the ceremony and reception were over. She was a pleasure to work with and her eye for details were spot on. I would use Cathy again for any of my planning needs for any special event that I may need.Sent on 12/29/2016
