Stevie was truly one of the absolute best decisions we made throughout our entire wedding planning process. I honestly cannot imagine getting through everything without her. From beginning to end, she went above and beyond in every possible way and made our wedding experience so much smoother, less stressful, and genuinely enjoyable.
Not only did we use Stevie as our wedding coordinator, but we also rented a large portion of our decor from her, which made the entire process incredibly seamless. She has such an amazing eye for detail and helped bring our vision to life in a way that felt beautiful, organized, and completely stress-free.
More than anything, Stevie kept me sane throughout the entire process. She was calm, supportive, responsive, organized, and always one step ahead. Every time something came up, she handled it immediately and made sure we never had to worry. On the wedding day itself, everything ran so smoothly because of her hard work behind the scenes.
What really shows the kind of person Stevie is, though, is how much she truly cares about her couples. She even went as far as dropping off our marriage license for us at the Dare County offices after the wedding — something completely above and beyond that meant so much to us during such a busy time.
Stevie is not only incredibly talented at what she does, but she is also someone you genuinely want by your side throughout your wedding journey. We are endlessly grateful for everything she did for us and would recommend her to absolutely anyone planning a wedding. She is simply the best. -

It is difficult to put into words how instrumental Stevie and her Save the Date OBX team were in making our wedding such a memorable and positive experience. We used Stevie as our wedding coordinator and did all of our rentals from Save the Date as well--tables, chairs, linen, arbor, chargers, table decor, etc. Many of my friends said the table settings were some of the prettiest they had ever seen.
Throughout the year-long planning process, Stevie's knowledgeable guidance, honesty, and realistic approach kept us calm and ensured the experience remained stress-free and enjoyable. I especially appreciated how she steered me in the right direction whenever I was uncertain, always keeping my budget and vision in mind.
Despite the inclement weather on the day of the wedding, the Save the Date OBX team ensured everything exceeded our expectations. I would like to specifically thank Omie for his incredible work with the setup; his professionalism and kindness were unmatched. He made a tough labor job look like a breeze and was enjoyable to be around during the whole process. It was also a pleasure to work with Stevie's mother and colleague, Caroline, both of whom helped make our rainy outdoor wedding an absolute dream. I feel so lucky to have had those two wonderful women leading the way and making our wedding an absolute blast. Rain was a huge worry leading up to the day but this whole team somehow made the weather a positive addition to the day.
Again, thank you will never be enough for all this amazing team did for our special day. I enthusiastically recommend Save the Date OBX to anyone looking to make their event truly amazing. -

Out of all of our vendors (food, tent set up, etc), this company was by far the easiest and most professional to work with!! Stevie and the team are incredible! They made our day stress free! They responded so quickly to any questions we had and their pricing was incredible. Do yourself a favor and use them for your wedding! -

From the top, 15/10 would recommend!!! Stevie was gracious to work with. She answered my millions of questions during planning, helped create the layout and timeline, and did two rehearsals with us because we had a last-minute venue change. Speaking of… Stevie saved my BUTT! On our wedding weekend we were rained/winded out of our outdoor venue. Stevie was able to help secure another venue that was just as beautiful and checked all our boxes 48 hours before the wedding. We were fighting every other bride with an outdoor wedding venue. Stevie coordinated with all the other vendors to get them where they needed to be when they needed to be there. -

We hired Save the Date rentals for our daughter's wedding in May 2025 and couldn't have been happier. The chairs for the ceremony were beautiful and arranged exactly as we asked them to be. They created a gorgeous floral aisle meadow from the artificial flowers we rented. They moved the florals to the reception, where they were repurposed as centerpieces and a photo backdrop. The linens were impeccable and perfectly pressed. We also rented dessert table displays and chargers, all of which were very high quality and lovely. Highly recommend Save the Date Rentals and owners Stevie and Omie. They are very professional and a pleasure to work with. -

Stevie and her crew are top notch!! We hired Stevie as day of coordinator but she was that and soooo much more. We ended up renting an arbor, chairs, linens, beautiful rattan chargers, cabinet covers etc...from her as well. She was always just a phone call away with any questions we had, she was super organized and made my daughter's wedding day not only stress free but absolutely beautiful as well!! Highly recommend Stevie/Save the Date OBX you will not be disappointed. -

Stevie and team were awesome to work with! We hired her as our day of planner but she offered assistance and help throughout the entire wedding planning process. I had no idea where to start with planning a wedding but Stevie has so much experience she makes it easy. I could not have done it without her! She made the day stress free! Walking in morning of, I knew I was in good hands because we had talked through the day multiple times leading up to it. She helped make the day flawless and kept the party moving! Stevie is a 100/10 coordinator!! She is compassionate, easy to work with, and incredibly organized. In the weeks leading up to the big day, she eased our stress by helping us contact vendors and finalize the small details. On the day of, I knew we wouldn't need to worry about a thing! She reached out multiple times before wedding day to make sure details were in place, contacted and communicated with my vendors, and made the actual day flow sooo smoothly. My husband and I got married in September 2024 and used Stevie and her team for our equipment needs. This was during hurricane season and we had a lot of uncertainty regarding our outdoor venue. Stevie and her husband went above and beyond to help us come up with a backup plan for dinner. They proactively visited the house early in the week to gauge alternative layouts. They also helped us put together the rehearsal dinner and brunch (three events total). These guys were absolutely amazing and everything looked beautiful from the beach ceremony to the indoor buffet dinner. We would highly recommend working with this team for your future events.

Save the Date did our centerpieces, arbor, lanterns and grasses with the arbor, and chairs.
They were really easy to work with, very responsive as we were planning, went above and beyond to make sure our centerpieces were what we wanted, the arbor was beautiful, the chair setup on the beach was perfect.
They set up everything the day of and cleaned it up after, we didn't have to worry about any of it. I highly recommend Save the Date if you want everything to be beautiful with no worries. -

If we had to choose one vendor from our wedding to rehire, hands down, it would be Save the Date!!!!! The most reasonably priced yet the BEST vendor to work with.=
Working with a wedding planner was something that I know we needed the day of but was so nervous as to who we could trust on our big day. Save the Date Rentals and Events came highly recommended and I am SO glad they did. We hired them for "day of planning" services, but it was way more than just that. I spoke with Stevie a few weeks into wedding planning and she made sure I knew she was available at any time for questions, recommendations, concerns. I always felt that I could text her with the smallest details questions and she was always more than happy to help/respond. She would reach out every so often just to make sure we were on track with our ABC license, marriage license, etc. We started working closer together the month of the wedding. She was overly organized and made sure our Is were dotted and our Ts were crossed.
The day of the wedding, every single worry I had was out the door. Stevie and her team went ABOVE AND BEYOND to handle absolutely everything from a trolley hiccup all the way to packing up our DIY items at the end of the night. We forgot to snag our cards and instead of giving them to a guest or loading them up, Stevie took them home with her for us to pick up at her house. She wanted to make sure nothing happened to our gifts. All in all, I don't know where you will find a better planner or rental company. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone even debating on getting a planner. -

I cannot rave enough about how incredible of a job Stevie did helping not only make the day of our wedding a breeze BUT also checking in with us as a couple many times before the big day! The quality of service was more than anything I imagined and I tell everybody that hiring Stevie as our day-of-coordinator was the best decision we made while wedding planning. She and her assistant, Dailey, were so personable and took away any stress we had.
We originally had an outdoor ceremony planned but it poured the day of our wedding, and they handled all the changes thrown at them with EASE and not once did we have to worry about if our ceremony would go well switching last minute, because Stevie was so reassuring that they would make it amazing - and they did! They were brilliant and even had umbrellas with them on-hand so we could still get some photos outside - which actually turned out to be some of our favorites 💛
We had the wedding of our dreams and Stevie was a huge part of making that happen! -

We got married at RIFP in October 2022 and hiring Stevie as our day of coordinator was one of the best decisions we made! She was always available to answer any questions we had through the planning process and made it all as stress-free as possible. There are so many things you don’t think about when planning but Stevie didn’t let a single one of those details slip through the cracks. She made sure our day was perfect all the way from setup to breakdown and we couldn’t recommend her more! -
