Found my dream wedding dress
i absolutely loved my appointment!! it was beyond amazing they made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. also they prepared the place so nice and suitable for me, im a very indecisive person but everyone was so kind to me and i was glad i found THE ONE. i would greatly recommend this place to anyone who is engaged and looking for the perfect fit for them. And it’s by Appointment so it makes you feel very special because else is there besides who you bring with you -

Exceptional Service
Loved my bridal appointment with the owner Allison and Associate Faith. They both were amazing at listening to what my wants were. Allison even went as far as creating a custom gown for me that was exactly what I was looking for. From the gown appointment to getting my veil and accessories this is a one stop shop with an amazing staff. Allison and staff is so responsive to any issue or concern I had at any stage of ordering and product help. This is truly a gem of a bridal boutique. Thank you to the staff and Allison for making my day special! -

I made 2 appointments at different stores for wedding dress shopping, and Satin and Lace was first on my schedule. When I got there, it was just me, my group of 3, and the staff. They had all their attention on us and made me feel very special. I tried on so many dresses, some that were the style I was looking for and others for ideas of what options I have. I was looking for a light pink dress, but right before I could try the first pink dress in our line up, I found the perfect dress. It really made me feel like a princess (cliché, I know) and I knew I didn't need to go to the other store I made an appointment for. After I found my dress, I tried on some of the contending dresses to make sure that I really wanted it. We tried on accessories with the dress, like adding sleeves and a jewel styled belt. I also bought a tiara that brought the whole look together. My dress was the last one in its style for that season and I got it for a really good price. I think I paid a little over 1000$ just for the dress, so I had room on my budget for the accessories. We toasted and got pictures of me saying yes to the dress. The 3 family members I went with are very picky about style and all 3 have different tastes. As soon as I tried on my dress, they all said yes immediately. My wedding was gorgeous and I got amazing photos of the dress! -

After having a terrible experience at another wedding dress store, it felt like a breath of fresh air walking in here and wish I had come to this store from the very beginning! Super close to my house, so convenient and everyone was super friendly! Found my dress here and they even helped me envision my day by allowing me to have a walk out with music in my dress! Great experience, Alison was great to work with and super patient with us! They even cleaned my dress for me so I wouldn’t have to take it to the dry cleaners when I went back to pick it up. Definitely recommend! -

Sweetest Bridal Shop!
Peter and Allison(the owners) are like no one else!! They treat you like gold, listen to your requests and make your entire experience unlike any other location. Their love for their work shows, see them admiring me in my dress and Peter bringing my dress to my car like each dress is his baby who needs the best care.
I don’t know how Allison knew I needed to try on this dress, but when she hung it up I thought it was the ugliest one and then we chose it as the first to try on. I barely finished putting it on and instantly the waterworks began because I knew it was the one.
I even had a mini scare in between receiving my dress and my wedding. Hurricane Milton flooded the house my dress was in, luckily only the bag was damaged. But nonetheless Allison taught me some secret tricks if the dress was damaged. Thankfully I didn’t need them, but their hearts and love shined in this moment of stress.
I recommend Satin and Lace to anyone I know looking for a very special experience when shopping for wedding wear!

The team took such good care of me from the time I walked in the door to the time I walked out. I didn’t make an appointment, I was just looking around and they took me in no problem and were eager to get me to find my dress. I am the type of person who doesn’t like dresses very much so going dress shopping is very stressful for me. The wonderful team here picked out dresses out of their selection that were close to what I showed them I liked, which relieved me of the stress of picking through the racks of dresses. They helped me in trying them on and let me show my mom. When I found the one we took pictures and even got to celebrate with a glass of bubbly! I highly recommend giving satin and lace bridal boutique a visit. My first bridal store and I said yes to the dress! 💕 -

High quality & best service in Tampa
Satin Bridal is the most amazing little boutique! They helped me find a dress in my size that was high quality fabric. I didn’t have my mom or any friends to shop with me & they made me feel so welcomed & special! I bought the dress the day I tried it on & everyone loved it! I also had such a great experience there I had my husband & his dad & my uncle get there tuxes there! They looked great & we were able to get his dad & my uncle sized in different states but delivered to Florida! I highly recommend supporting this buisness over a big retailer! -

I cannot recommend this bridal store enough! After losing my mom a little over a year ago, what was a very emotional day for me turned out to be fun and peaceful because of the staff here. I had absolutely no idea what I wanted, but they took bits and pieces of an idea and gave me the perfect dress. I am so incredibly in love with my dress and I can’t thank them enough for their help not only in finding a dress, but calming my nerves. If you are in the market for a wonderful, personalized, and thoughtful wedding dress shopping experience, look no further. Satin & Lace is where you will find it! -

Excellent Experience for Several Visits!
My experience with Satin & Lace began in January of 2025 when I went with my best friend for her shopping experience! I was impressed by their patience, expertise, professionalism, and encouragement! I knew I had to return for my own experience later in the year. I returned during their July Bridal Sale for an “Find Your Style” appointment and had what can only be described as a superb experience with the manager, Jennifer. She was incredibly helpful. She listened to me closely and offered me so much wisdom that led to me finding a dress that was exactly as the dress I had dreamed of - while also having me try different styles ensuring I was confident in my choice. She also showed me an array of accessories I could wear with my dress that have inspired my “final look”. I later returned to Satin & Lace with my mom and mother in law to “say yes to the dress” and worked with the owner, Allison. She was lovely and ensured my saying yes moment was everything I anticipated it to be. I would highly recommend Satin & Lace to anyone in the greater Tampa Bay Area who is in search of their dress. The experience with their team was exquisite and I cannot wait to wear my dress at my wedding! -

This boutique is definitely a place where brides to be can get what they want , in a stress free environment and at an affordable cost. I came in for a one hour session and walked out with what I asked for . I tried on about 12-15 dresses with little effort on my part in 60 mins . I asked for simple but elegant . Modern but traditional and they found me the dress of my dreams . The staff were extremely considerate and attentive to what I wanted . The dress itself was high quality and looked more expensive than what people had guessed, that’s a good deal . Definitely somewhere you want to stop first on your list :) . -

They even gave us champagne to toast to the dress I chose. Their backdrop of flowers was also fun! The bride and her entourage can take photos together at the end with super cute signs the say, “She said yes!” Definitely recommend this bridal boutique to any bride! -

Although I didn’t end up saying yes to the dress here, I had to leave this business a review because they really stood out to me in my wedding dress shopping experience. I visited 4 stores in 1 day so I was really able to compare them all equally and the customer service here was by far the best! The owners and employee on shift were extremely welcoming, efficient and they listened very well to my needs. They were also the only business that didn’t require me to get naked in front of them (huge plus after being naked in front of 3 other strangers in 1 day). They also were the only location to play a walk out song which really helped me envision that big moment! They treated me like family and laughed and kept it fun. Every bride in the area should visit this business! Very gorgeous and unique gowns as well! -

My experience at Satin and Lace Bridal was amazing from start to finish. The team was very flexible with me as I got stuck in traffic on my way to my appointment and was 20 mins late! I came in flustered and feeling discouraged (I had tried on a lot of dresses and not found anything special), but they managed to turn my mood around with their cool, calm, and collected demeanor. The very first dress they had me try on was so perfect! You could tell that they had done their research on my theme and Pinterest board. I wasn't ready to say yes until I tried on a few more to make sure but ended up right back in the first one. Once you find the dress you think is right, Satin and Lace has a special experience to help you really feel what it will be like on your big day. They call it the bridal walk and it is magic. It includes beautiful music, a bouquet, and a walk down the isle in front of a floor-length mirror so you can see the full effect you and your dress will have on your guests. Then, of course, you are asked the question, "are you saying yes to the dress". When you say yes, there is a champagne celebration for you and your shopping entourage. I could not recommend Satin and lace enough! A big thank you to the owner and my stylist for not only being patient with my bad mood, but turning my whole day around and giving me the princess experience I always dreamed of. -

enough good things about this boutique! As soon as I walked in for my appointment my mom, sisters, and I felt super welcomed! This was the first store I tried wedding dresses on and they truly made me feel special. The entire process was easy and organized. I loved how friendly everyone was and how they listened to what I was envisioning for my dress and veil. They have tons of options at the store to choose from and all the dresses are beautiful. The store itself is super cute inside and even the dressing rooms were comfortable with great lighting! I found my dress at Satin and Lace on the first appointment, but had another scheduled appointment for a different store the same day…after sleeping on it I knew I had to go back and get my dress! They were very accommodating and when I called the next day and I still felt special trying on the dress again the second time around! My dress was stunning
I was driving by and spotted this shop and it ended up being the perfect choice. They were extremely accommodating even though I didn’t have an appointment. Mind you I didn’t even have that much time to find a dress as my wedding t was 5 months out at that time. I appreciate how special they made me and my guest feel each time I came in. The alterations lady was 5 ⭐️ as well!!! It wasn’t cheap, however I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for!!! -

Satin and Lace gave the bridal experience every bride dreams of. With a small staff you get to try dresses on in a private room with your loved ones there to experience the magic of dress shopping. I went to 3 salons in one day and this was by far the best experience. When you find your dress you have a glass of champagne in their "I SAID YES" glasses and take a photo in front of their custom floral wall. I would give 5 stars but my dress took 5 months to be delivered and their alteration prices are pretty high -

Proceed with caution
The disappointment and disrespect that I feel for this boutique is unbelievable. I purchased my wedding dress from them, used them for alterations on my dress and purchased all 5 of my bridesmaid dresses from them. I put my faith in them and spent over $4000 at this company and when I had an issue with one of my bridesmaid dresses they threw their hands up pointed fingers at everyone but themselves. Each bridesmaid was called and made an appointment to pick up and try on their dress. The dress that was 2-3 sizes too big and fit like a tent on my soon to be sister in law she was the first appointment of the day but was denied the opportunity to try on her dress during her appointment. The response was our dressing rooms are full. They have a very large private bathroom that she also could have used to try this on. But I still find it very hard to believe that these rooms were full when she was the first appointment of the day. The owner denied knowing that this happened to her even though my future sister saw her at the front desk as she was checking in. The shadiness of this boutique they tried to COVER UP how big this dress was and that they knew about it!!! Once she went home and tried it on thats when we saw the problem. I contacted Debbie who does alterations she refused to help me. I emailed the shop and I was told that she was out of town. I only had one other issue with them during the whole process and conveniently she was out of town that time as well. We paid to have extra length added to this dress which was a standard 4 inches and we were charged $20 for the extra material the alterations we did on our own because the boutique refused to help we’re over $100 and they REMOVED 7 inches from the bottom. The LEAST that the boutique could have done would be refund us the $20 for the extra length. But no it was not their fault it was the dress makers fault and in order for them to help the dress would have to be sent back. Now if we weren’t a WEEK away from my wedding I would have given them the dress and purchased a different one BUT they had so many problems with bridesmaid dresses that they STOPPED doing business with this company and STOPPED offering bridesmaid dresses. Something I felt I should have known when it first happened when all of my dresses were purchased from this company and if there were issues it should have been communicated to me. Do not be swayed but the cuteness of this boutique it is family run by people who do not know how to treat a bride and make her big day special. They argue with you they cut you off and they refuse to take blame. My mother myself and my maid of honor all stood in their shop a week before my wedding expressing our concerns and they NEVER apologized or offered ANY solutions. If I could post photos here I would post a photo of the dress my sister in law tried on compared to the one they sent her and the shady ness of them to try and cover it up and refuse to help me. They may be nice when you are purchasing but once they have your money they are hands off and tough luck kid. -
