We went through Beth (Sassy Diva Events and Designs) for our day of coordination as well as our florist. She was nothing short of amazing. She was always willing to help with the finer details and did AMAZING arrangements for our tables and arch. Not only is she just a fantastic person, she comes at a REASONABLE price, too. I can't recommend Beth enough! -

Flower order
Beth was rescinded to me by a friends wedding she did for floral arrangements. We had a small intimate catholic ceremony & Beth provided a beautiful bride bouquet, boutonnieres, and corsages. Beth delivered items at the church & even took it upon herself to apply boutonnieres on the groom and the rest of the party that needed them. She was very kind & helpful. I also find her prices to be reasonable. I’m glad she was a part of our special day. Thank you, Beth. -

Beth did a beautiful job on the flowers for my wedding! We used one of her arches for the ceremony, and she was able to transfer the arch florals to our sweetheart table at the reception (which was at a different location than the ceremony to boot), which I so appreciated. The centerpieces and bud vase arrangements and everything looked so beautiful, and were actually bigger than I expected! She was never pushy or trying to upsell about anything, and even suggested a more cost effective way to get a lush look on the tables - leaf scatter instead of more arrangements! On the day-of it ended up being sort of long branches of leaves, and they looked so beautiful.
She also was so accommodating when I wanted to make my own bud vases, and helped me make sure they were the right size and shape and that she got them in time. Thank you Beth! -

Love the sassy diva team (Beth and Charlene)! We used their floral and day-of-coordinator services. Since the beginning, they were super accommodating when we switched venues and the day of the wedding. They built a timeline that worked perfectly with our wants and needs. I had hired a mariachi band as a surprise to my husband and they were able to sneak in the surprise into our timeline. They can do the things you don't think about as a bride planning a wedding. Have you thought about which meals your vendors would want to eat at your wedding? Well, Beth's got you covered. She reaches out to all the vendors and aligns the timeline with them as well as getting the vendor food count ready and sent to the venue. Once the last month of the wedding came, we were strictly in communication with Beth and her team rather than the venue. On the day of, we were ahead of schedule! We had so much time that we were able to get photos with every single guest. We were also able to eat during dinner, get quiet time to sign our marriage license, and eat appetizers after the ceremony and lastly, we had our leftovers from dinner packaged and ready to go in the car. The floral arrangement looked absolutely beautiful, they executed my vision exactly. Things like this really made the day special and I'm happy we went with the Sassy Diva Team. -

My husband and I found out about Sassy Diva Designs through our wedding reception venue, Domenico Winery. We are incredibly happy that we booked Sassy Diva Designs for the floral arrangements on our big day! Beth and her team were incredibly thoughtful, friendly, and kind from day one, and they clearly understood our vision for the wedding and made it a reality (and then some)! Sassy Diva Designs arranged florals for our bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, chandeliers, staircase, sweetheart table, centerpieces, and provided flowers for our wedding cake! We were also able to rent decor, including the copper arch for our sweetheart table, a glass box for our welcome table, a mirror welcome sign, and centerpiece decor for our guest tables. Every detail was stunning - the flowers were incredibly beautiful, and our guests absolutely loved it all as well! Right now we're also working with Beth to preserve our bridal bouquet and my husband's boutonniere, and we can't wait to see how it will turn out! We're truly grateful to have worked with Sassy Diva Designs, and we would absolutely recommend them and work with them again! We will always remember how beautiful our wedding was, and in large part it was thanks to them! -

We were referred to Beth and her team through our coordinator, and immediately knew she would be the right person to work with us. Florals were not super important for our wedding – we didn't want any actual flowers, and wanted to focus on succulents and greenery. On top of that, our budget for decor was limited. Beth immediately made suggestions that matched our vibe and made it all work within our budget. She and her team created an INCREDIBLE bouquet for me based on some VERY loose ideas (cascading but not too big/long, nothing round or symmetrical, no flowers) – it's the number one thing people have been complimenting when I share photos. Her team was also able to work with us on last minute changes and additions (extra bridesmaid, adding a mini bouquet for the flower girl a few weeks beforehand), even while Beth was out on maternity leave, and they all set up everything at our site, including perfect centerpieces. They clearly communicate great with each other too. I even reached out about preservation of my bouquet, and they offered to handle it all behind the scenes – I'm so grateful for this amazing group of people! -

Hiring Sassy Diva Designs was hands down the best decision we made during our wedding planning process.
After our original florist shut down her business, Beth was quick, professional, and helpful in getting the ball rolling with a contract that was within our original budget.
Then, after our venue got rid of their built-in event coordinator, Sassy Diva Designs came to the rescue again to be our day-of coordinator.
Allena was a GODSEND, she put in so much work to make our day as seamless as possible. For anyone who is reading this and is on the fence about hiring a day-of coordinator, please know that having a well seasoned professional managing your wedding is critical for you to actually enjoy your big day!!
Then of course more stuff went wrong with the decor we'd ordered from Etsy, and we had to change up our centerpieces last minute, and Allena was so calm and flexible and made sure they still looked absolutely beautiful.
Our flowers looked great, our centerpieces were so special, and the whole Sassy Diva Designs team worked with all our vendors and family members to manage all the crazy moving pieces so that we could be in the moment, mingle with guests, and enjoy our wedding! -

Planning a wedding during COVID was definitely a challenge, but Beth and her team were amazing. When we needed to push our wedding out a year, Beth worked with me to update the contract. When some of the wedding party was not comfortable attending, Beth allowed me to adjust my wedding party up to a few weeks before the wedding. Not only were the bouquets beautiful, but she did a wonderful job on the arbor and the cake. I highly recommend her and her team! -

Beth and her team made all of my wedding dreams come true! Beth was super flexible and willing to meet me at my budget. I gave her ideas of flowers I liked, and put my trust in her. She exceeded my wildest expectations! Everyone at our wedding was talking about the flowers and how great the tables looked. Beth knew exactly what I wanted, even when I couldn't put it into words! Choosing Beth as our wedding coordinator, florist, and decorator set a solid foundation for our wedding day. I recently got married at Domenico Winery, where Beth and her team are on Domenico's preferred vendor list, and now I understand why. Beth is exceptionally talented at everything she does and has beautiful décor pieces available to rent. The only items I had to purchase on my own at a store were picture frames, signage, and escort cards. I recently learned that Beth's husband is the one who builds the ceremony arches, which I find adorable. I always like to support small businesses, and it was great to know that the money I spent on these services supported a family business. Hiring Beth instead of three separate vendors was not only convenient, but completely stress free. Beth clearly understood the vision I had and created a beautiful wedding that brought tears to my eyes when I arrived to Domenico Winery before our ceremony began.
Looking back at our wedding photos, I can honestly say that my wedding was everything I wanted and more. I am beyond happy with not only how everything looked, but with the customer service that Beth and her team provided. I recently ordered three holiday wreaths for Christmas and was given a complimentary ornament that had some of our wedding flowers and colors inside it. What a thoughtful gesture! Sassy Diva Designs- you have a customer for life now! :) -

Beth was my wedding coordinator in May 2025. We hired her for a “month-of” service which included about 45 days of coordination before and during wedding day. I wish our experience was good, but it wasn’t. From the very beginning, Beth didn’t pay much attention to our wedding, missed our first (!) introduction meeting so I had to email her with the reminder, and didn’t answer many emails from my vendors and myself. Every time this happened, she said she is just very busy, but it was hard to feel empathetic to her given that we hired her to do this job - I mean, maybe don’t take it if you know you can’t handle it with your current schedule, and give us a chance to have a good experience with someone else? Eventually, I had to do all coordination with the vendors myself, which doubled my workload because I also had to communicate with her. On the wedding day, she didn’t pay much attention to our ceremony. When she lined up my bridesmaids to walk down the aisle, she forgot to give them the bouquets! So they walked without bouquets, and she didn’t even notice. Eventually, my friend who was supposed to enjoy the ceremony, noticed that and run over to the venue to grab them and pass them to bridesmaids, all that while I (bride) was walking down the aisle! While Beth was just observing all of that, without doing anything. And that is just one of many things. Overall, her attitude during my wedding was very unpleasant and not nice; many guests commented on that as why was she so rude and abrasive, and I felt that too. I only give 2 stars because of her assistant Charlene who was nice and tried much harder, and was actually helpful. I do not recommend Beth based on my experience.
