Sarena was an absolute pleasure to work with, and we are so incredibly grateful for everything she did to make our day feel so special. She came in with a clear vision based on what we thought we were looking for, and somehow brought it to life even more beautifully than we could have imagined. She was thorough and thoughtful throughout the entire process and kept both our budget and our aesthetic in mind when planning out what the arrangements would look like.
She went above and beyond to with our ceremony chuppah, which was one of the more important items we were hoping she could help us with. The draping and floral details were perfect and we can't thank her enough for helping us achieve that vision. Every element was presented with so much care and intention, and seeing everything come together was beyond what we had pictured. We're incredibly thankful for Sarena and cannot recommend her enough. -

From the very beginning, Sarena was wonderful to work with. During our initial consultation, she really listened to my vision and understood exactly what I was going for. She was incredibly helpful in suggesting creative, cost-effective ways to repurpose florals throughout the day and provided so many beautiful options for our tablescapes and overall design.
What stood out most was her passion for her work. Even before I saw her proposal, I left our conversation feeling excited and confident. Her proposal included photos and design inspiration that made it so easy to envision the final result.
On our wedding day, I was absolutely blown away. The flowers were stunning and felt both elegant and abundant. My bouquet was gorgeous, and I received so many compliments on all of the florals throughout the day. Sarena made sure everything was covered for both our ceremony and reception, and she worked seamlessly with my coordinator to bring everything together.
I never had to think about flowers or setup on the wedding day. Her team handled everything, allowing me to be fully present and enjoy the moment.
I highly recommend working with Sarena. She has an incredible eye for design, and beyond that, she is simply a wonderful person to work with. I am so grateful she was part of our wedding day. -

I never thought I would care about my bouquet or think that much about my wedding florals after the big day, but I am obsessed! It has been a month since my wedding and I can't stop looking at pictures and gushing over them. Sarena made my "non-vision" come to life. I didn't really know what I wanted, but through a few conversations, Sarena figured out what my vision was and absolutely blew me away with what she designed. She is so good at what she does and has the most creative touch. She is easy and fun to work with and seeing Sarena at my wedding gave me a sense of calm because I knew she had it all handled. Plus, she really cares about her clients as people and making sure they are happy! You can absolutely trust her to execute stunning florals throughout the entire day. Thank you, Sarena! -

Initially flowers were not a huge consideration for me in planning my wedding. But after speaking with Sarena and looking at her portfolio, I could tell how creative she was and how inspired her work is, and the flowers ended up being such a beautiful and integral part of my wedding! She was lovely to talk with and made figuring out flowers such a breeze. I was able to give my input and ideas and she made it all happen in the most spectacular way. Everything was beautiful down to the smallest of details like the flowers she placed on my plain white wedding cake. She was also SO helpful, she discussed my other decor with me, giving me advice on things that would look good or things that might not work as well (which was amazingly helpful, being that I have planned exactly 1 wedding and didn't always know how things would look). Truthfully I could not be happier with how everything turned out and would highly recommend Sarena- she's a floral genius! -

Sarena was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. Her communication is impeccable, with a 10/10 for responsiveness and attention to detail throughout the entire process. Sarena’s work is breathtaking- the flowers she created for our ceremony and reception were stunning, she understood my vision and brought it to life, and we had SO many compliments from guests on how beautiful they were. She worked within our budget and was very communicative, making this whole process so much less stressful. Sarena is a true artist and genuinely kind person. Our florals are still the most talked about part of our wedding. Our family was so impressed by the beauty of Sarena Floral Designs. Sarena is a true visionary in her craft, she is able to plan and execute arrangements beyond what I could have imagined. Not to mention the versatility, we were able to take the boxes from the aisle and parts of the arch to bring into our reception, plus all of our guests were able to take home the table arrangements! Amazing Florals
I've talked with Sarena just once over the phone and the rest of our communication happened through email. I mentioned the palette for my wedding, the flowers I wanted and the budget. Sarena was so accommodating and nice!
We trusted Sarena with her expertise, and we're so happy we did, as she transformed a bare space and made it absolutely beautiful! I'm in love with my bouquet. My husband and I are so happy with how the floral arrangement turned out. -

Working with Sarena for my sister's wedding on 6/24/23 was hands-down the best decision we made. I am in the wedding industry myself, and have worked with so many talented vendors. Sarena sets herself apart though, because her attention to detail is unmatched, and her brilliant design skills are next level. This review is a bit overdue, but only because I have struggled to put into words just how incredible Sarena is, and how she brought my sister's wedding vision to life.
From the very first meeting with her, she wanted to know what was important to my sister in terms of the floral elements, and truly got to know us (not only the couple-my sister and her husband- but our family as well). She visited the venue for a walk-through with us during the design process, provided so much insight, and simply put, she just elevated the entire planning experience. It was an absolute joy to work with her leading up to the big day.
I knew the florals were going to be wonderful, but when the wedding day rolled around, I was awestruck. Sarena poured her heart and soul into every single floral element. From the bouquets, to the ceremony installation, to the reception florals, I was completely blown away by her work (I had goosebumps when I saw the ceremony florals for the first time!)
She has such a gift as an artist, and myself, as well as my family, are eternally grateful that she shared her talent, hard work and artistry with us to elevate my sister's wedding into a magical event. -

Working with Sarena of Sarena Floral Designs was truly one of the best parts of planning our wedding! We reviewed a lot of florists before finding Sarena, and I’m convinced she’s the best one out there! She’s talented, creative, thoughtful, and always on top of her game. Sarena is a great communicator, she really connected with me to understand my vision and learn what was important to me. We had several productive conversations where she listened to my thoughts on aesthetic, went over inspiration photos with me, and talked through design. Then she takes what she learns, applies her talent and imagination to improve it times 10, and comes back with something amazing. For our wedding, we asked Sarena if she could create small trees as centerpieces for some of our tables, and she returned with an ingenious plan that including welding stands for us to create beautiful, realistic, softly lit trees that stood 5 feet tall and were nothing short of magical. She is a true artist.
If you don’t know exactly what you want, or if you just want to suggest a couple flowers and let her do the rest, Sarena will have your back. As she did for me, she can lead the conversation and ask insightful questions (ex. “Is your dress plain or lace? I’m thinking about texture.”) to make sure the final aesthetic is perfect. No other florist we spoke with asked questions with such interest as she did, and I felt that she really got to know us and understand what “personality” of florals we were looking for. If something is important to you, it’s important to her. She will also suggest better and/or more cost-effective ways to do things, which I really appreciated.
Just as important as her vision and talent, Sarena showed us a lot of care and attention. She supported me and offered advice in other aspects of wedding planning as a friend would, which meant a lot to me. Sarena also took the time during her busy season to come to our walk-through and further visualize her trees and arrangements in the space. During the walk through, she helped keep us on track and volunteered to help with various tasks day-of. Our parents ended up loving her too. I wish I needed a florist more often, I’d choose Sarena every time! -

I wanted a non-traditional color scheme for my wedding, and I had many different visions in the beginning. Sarena helped me narrow down what it was I wanted for my florals and made incredible suggestions. The florals for my wedding were incredible. All of our guests commented specifically on the flowers and how beautiful and unique the arrangements were! I would recommend Sarena Floral Designs to anyone! -

I was most nervous about the flowers for my wedding since it isn't something you can see come together until the actual wedding day, and I struggled to come up with my vision of what I wanted. However, Sarena designed some beautiful florals that really tied together all my other decor and the table settings. It was an extremely hot day when we got married so she also incorporated some fake florals into our ceremony so they wouldn't wilt and they looked great in the photos! Overall was really happy with how everything turned out! -

Simply put, Sarena is the best and, in my opinion, a rising star. Everything she touched was elevated to a level of excellence. She’s more than a florist, she’s an artist. It was so much fun working with her and getting to know her creative process. She helped to organize all my chaotic concepts and then made them real. She never once dismissed or diminished any of my ideas, quite the opposite in fact; she was very encouraging and supportive. It didn’t take long for my husband and I to decide on giving Serena a lot of creative freedom when it came to our florals and man, did it pay off! There was a balcony overlooking the reception hall, and from there we and our wedding party watched as our guests entered below into the hall for the first time. This moment proved to be a highlight of the evening, and seeing everyone’s reactions was priceless. We got tons of compliments and it was clear our guests were as every bit impressed as we were. Serena helped make so many smiles that day, it meant the world to me. She is an amazingly talented individual and all of her creations are as lovely and beautiful as she is as a person. We’re so thankful for all her hard work, candor, and positivity; she really made our wedding day magical. -

Sarena truly made my vision come to life. We had a large wedding, and we asked her to not only do the florals but to use her creativity to set up the rest of the decor on our tables in our tent. Sarena is INCREDIBLE! My daughter's wedding was held at Historic Westover. The setting is magnificent so we wanted the floral design to be a natural compliment, not compete with, the magic that this Historic site had to offer. Sarena's ability to do just that blew us all away. She really truly listened to what my daughter wanted, added her professional, expert opinion to guide us through what she felt would work best. Man, was she right! So many compliments about the lovely floral and greenery decor.

Our wedding planner (Katelyn of The Miner Details) recommended Sarena & her team to us after seeing their work at a previous wedding.
Sarena helped us come up with a vision that complemented our daytime brunch wedding - by creating a beautiful ceremony arch, the bridal party bouquets and boutonnieres, table centerpieces, and even a floral collar for our flower-dog. She also worked with us as we had to reschedule our May 2020 wedding to May 2021.
The forecast the week leading up to our wedding looked like rain - so, she was prepared with a rain plan in case we had to move away from the venue's arch. It made us feel comfortable with our backup plan. We ended up having a beautiful spring day so everything went off with our plan.
We highly recommend Sarena & her team of talented floral artists! -

This Wonder-Woman will make your wedding floral dreams come true! Absolutely stunning floral design and installation by Sarena & team! We considered/vetted several floral vendors, yet after talking with Sarena, we knew she was THE ONE! Her experience, creativity, mastery of the craft, and artistry all came through in our very first conversation and was entirely realized on our gorgeous wedding day! Her easy-going, knowledgeable, and creative-manner put me at ease from the beginning and reassured me all along the way!
Originally, we had wanted a classic cream/blush look, however, after contracting with Sarena, we had a change of heart and switched our color palette to more bold autumnal colors! Sarena was so incredibly flexible and fully supported the change, switching up the design plan to accommodate our change of heart! She designed an entire theme off of one photo that I provided, incredible! We were so pleased!
She was also super-flexible and worked with us to accommodate several special requests including the use of family heirloom pieces, designing two different types of table centerpieces, and a week-of need for a wedding arch! She is truly dedicated to her craft and went the extra-mile to ensure that the floral theme continued throughout all aspects of our venue! We received overwhelming compliments on the bouquets, centerpieces, etc from family, friends, even the other staff working the event! We heard from a plethora of guests that our wedding was “magical” like a “dream” wedding, and this was truly the case to due to Sarena & team’s hard work!
She is so fun to work with, you will not be disappointed! She is truly a dedicated artist, who loves what she does! Thank you Sarena for giving us the fairy-tale wedding of our dreams! -

Serena was able to take very little input from me as I really didn't have a cohesive vision but rather only some loose concepts and "feels" regarding my wedding, and turn that into the perfect vision I had for the event. Amanda Sent on 09/16/2016I could not have been more happy with my wedding rehearsal and wedding day flowers. They were so beautiful and exactly what I was picturing. I showed Sarena photos from Pinterest of other wedding and let her know I wanted a lot of greens in the flower with roses and she gave me exactly what I was hoping for. I would definitely use her for any of other occasions I would need and recommend her to any other friends getting married. She was a joy to work with and attended the wedding too.
