Sarah is no ordinary florist. She is truly a mastermind in her field. With her professionalism and experience, she was able to create an exquisite Fall bouquet to somehow be the perfect proportion to my tall frame. In addition, she made small bouquets for our flower girls and mothers. With her own love of color, she accentuated all my bridesmaids’ various Fall color dresses, but also made the most perfect floral pocket squares for my Groom and his groomsmen as well as our fathers. She also arranged stunning florals for the church altar that transitioned beautifully to our sweetheart table at the reception. Table were adorned with simple yet elegant greenery and candles, all through Sarah’s Florals. And to top it all off, she turned the historic Star Barn in Elizabethtown into a secret garden with all her greenery entwined on columns and chandeliers. Her work speaks for itself, but she truly became a vendor I confided in, talking through colors and costs. Basically, Sarah answered every question I had and advised me on how to make my money count when dealing with flowers. And boy, did we make it count. Wedding guests couldn’t stop looking around, and our flowers just pop in photographs. We are so grateful for Sarah and her helping to make our wedding special. -

Sarah is INCREDIBLE!! She was such a joy to work with and her arrangements are STUNNING! I provided a few inspo pictures and general color scheme and gave her full creative control with the rest. My husband and I were SO beyond happy with the final result!! Honestly could not have envisioned anything more perfect! Up until the week or two before, we had a few last minute changes to our proposal (added more flowers!) and she was so accommodating and lovely. She came early to set everything up and it was spectacular!! We still get comments to this day about the flower arrangements! Dropped them off at Ronald McDonald the day after the wedding so they could continue to be enjoyed by all :) SARAH IS THE BEST!! -

Sarah is so talented and created floral perfection for our wedding day! She was one of the first vendors we hired, and it was one of our best decisions. I used to work at a florist, so I had an idea of what I wanted, and she absolutely delivered. I was wedding planning out of state from where our venue was located, so I sent her some pictures of what I was thinking, we talked through it, and she made some recommendations before taking everything and creating a fairytale setting! I LOVED that she used local options for everything, and she was incredibly flexible in setting up our venue for the ceremony and coming back to flip it for the reception. Everything that she created was flawless – not to mention that she is the sweetest and kindest soul! I cannot recommend Sarah enough! -

Exactly What I Wanted!
Sarah was recommended to me by another vendor and I couldn't be happier with my decision to go with her! Flowers were one of the few things that I was really stressed about. I'm not the best with design, so I was nervous that I wouldn't know what to ask for or that what I thought I wanted wouldn't be right. But after speaking with Sarah and reviewing her prior work I knew she would be able to guide me and create something beautiful. Sarah was patient with me after changing my mind multiple times and the end result was more than I could have asked for. My wedding was beautiful and a large part of that is due to Sarah's amazing work! -

Sarah is all around amazing and is a true master of her craft. I created a vision board for what I was looking for for my flowers, and she truly took off with it and created gorgeous centerpieces and bouquets better than my wildest dreams! I could not have asked for anything better, and will let the pictures of her gorgeous creations speak for themselves! She knows her flowers, is sustainable and uses local farmers to the best of her ability, and is a woman-run business. How could you ask for more?! -

Oh my gosh I cannot say enough amazing things about Sarah and her beautiful floral creations! She perfectly captured my vision for the day and made sure I had all of the toffee roses! She even included hops from her own garden, which was such a cool addition since our wedding was at a brewery/cidery. Our guests RAVED about the flowers too. The colors were incredibly vibrant and all sourced from local farms. Thank you Sarah! -

Where I found Sarah: On our PLAN A’s preferred vendor list. I read over the reviews in here before writing my own - because I wanted to see if everyone had the same feelings about Sarah that I did and sure enough they did but I still feel like I experienced so much more with her. She rescued this COVID-19, 2020 BRIDEZILLA’S wedding. She found me a Plan B when our Plan A venue did not come through, knowing that our wedding on 12/5/2020 meant so much to my husband and I. See, Sarah wasn’t just my florist, she became my best friend. She went above and beyond her job description as just a florist. This woman is beautiful inside and out. She truly has a gift with her line of work. The mantel in our venue that we were married in front of was absolutely breathtaking. My boutique was exactly what I wanted and visioned. She even referred me to someone who could press and preserve it for me a week later when I was searching for someone because I did not want to let go of her creation. She was a listening ear when there was so much uncertainty if my wedding was going to happen, when I was stressed, even when she was going through a tough stressful health situation at the time herself. As Tina A said on 6/21/2019 – “You need Sarah! RUN, don’t walk & snag Sarah for your wedding day!” I can promise you; you will not be disappointed! -

Sarah is truly amazing! Her floral creations for our September 2020 wedding were absolutely gorgeous. Communication was perfect even with the craziness of postponing due to COVID. Going into our wedding, we really had no idea what we were doing or what we wanted! Sarah made the process so wonderful and easy. We talked about the colors we wanted and the aesthetic we were looking for and Sarah did everything else! The florals for our day far exceeded any expectation we had for the day- they were perfect! Rescuing a Covid-19 Wedding Disaster!
A little over a year ago my I was fortunate to be able to give my son and his then fiancé the gift of flowers for their upcoming wedding celebration. I am a bit of a flower aficionado so choosing a florist was extremely important to me. Together my future daughter in law and I decided on Sarah’s Floral Designs. I had followed Sarah on her Facebook and Instagram pages and had always been blown away by her designs.
We met with Sarah and signed the contract for flowers in June 2019. We planned a big, beautiful wedding in June 2020 at a local venue in Boiling Springs. Fast forward to March 2020 and Covid-19 begins to rear its head. While anxious, we still were hopeful that by June we would be able to proceed with the wedding as we had planned. By mid-May 2020 our hopes were finally dashed and we had to come up with a Plan B. My son and his fiancé were determined to get married as planned and they didn’t want to wait until 2021. So, what was our Plan B? A smaller wedding but in a special location. We decided to take our families back to where the engagement had happened – the Outer Banks in NC.
I immediately contacted to Sarah to see if she thought the flowers could travel safely for the 7-hour drive to OBX. She assured me they would be fine. My husband and I picked them up at 5:30AM on a Saturday morning. Sarah was up and ready and helped us with the difficult puzzle of getting all those beautiful flowers in our SUV for the ride. Thankfully, she was able to make them fit!
The result – an unbelievably gorgeous wedding with flowers that looked like they had just been freshly arranged. No wilting or dead flowers – they looked spectacular! And after the wedding we placed them all around our lovely rental home and they lasted the ENTIRE week in OBX! What a beautiful reminder of the wedding we got to see every day we woke up for the remainder of the week in OBX.
The Plan B actually was more special than we could have imagined and Sarah’s Floral Designs was such a big part of making it all turn out so incredibly beautiful and special. I cannot recommend Sarah enough! She is easy to work with, rolls with the punches, is responsive and helpful and does the most beautiful arrangements! Her flower designs will make any special event even more special than you can imagine!

Wow, we can’t say enough good things about Sarah and her work! She is so sweet and truly has a gift when it comes to florals. She transformed our ceremony and reception place with greenery and eucalyptus and I received so many compliments on the bouquets and centerpieces. She is skilled in making bouquets look bigger and fuller with using less florals and I couldn’t believe how perfectly she nailed our vision. Would recommend Sarah’s Floral Designs to anyone looking for a skilled and personable florist for their wedding!! -

Not really being a flower person, I had no idea what I wanted my style to be for my wedding day and that is where Sarah came in. She made this process so seamless, easy, and affordable. She is so much fun to work with and knows her flowers and how to work with your budget. When she delivered my flowers on my wedding day, I was blown away. We met Sarah at a bridal show at Allenberry. From the moment we met her, we knew we had to have her design our floral arrangements for our wedding. When we had our formal meeting with her, she had a vision right away of what we wanted. We gave her a budget of what we were trying to stay under and she made that happen. On the day of the wedding Sarah came to bring all the arrangements and wished all the best. We knew she was good just by the pictures and samples she showed us, but she perfected what we wanted. We were blown away with everything.

RUN, don’t walk, & snag Sarah for your wedding day! Sarah was one of the best decisions we ever made. She is an absolute sweetheart with an incredible talent and passion for making floral dreams come true. She took our vision and turned it into something more beautiful than we could have ever imagined. My bouquet was particularly breathtaking! Erika Sent on 01/17/2018Where to begin?? I spoke with a few different florists while searching for vendors, but as SOON as I spoke with Sarah, I knew she was the person I wanted for my wedding. So, if you are an anxious bride reading this review….LOOK NO FURTHER!! She is the most kind-hearted, talented florist who listens to all of your requests, provides helpful information, and creates the most beautiful arrangements. We had a winter wedding and Sarah NAILED it! I could not have imagined my wedding bouquet any more beautiful than what she created. She has an eye for design and one of the most creative minds! When I spoke with Sarah about arranging seasonal greens on the tables for centerpieces, she offered the suggestion of making small wreaths so that the greens did not get thrown out/wasted, and instead, guests could take the wreaths home with them for the holidays. It was such a special, thoughtful, addition to the typical wedding centerpieces! (And my grandmother and mother in law still have the greens decorating their homes--1 month later!) She is extremely responsive, accommodating, and a genuinely great person! I plan on referring her to ALL of my friends in the future—and purchasing arrangements from her for other life events! Thank you for what you do, Sarah!!

From the very beginning Sarah completely understood what I was looking for in my wedding flowers and the direction that I was going for. I was completely blown away on the wedding day! Sarah came prepared for everything the day of and even helped with other wedding details! I met with several other florist before I met with Sarah and I knew immediately that she was the one that I wanted! Hands down the nicest florist you will meet and the best flowers for any occasion!

Megan Sent on 05/24/2017I loved working with Sarah. She was very responsive and took some time to get to know what we wanted on our day. I loved the flower bouquets and flower crowns that she put together. I gave a 4. 5 star on quality of service because there was some mix up with the flowers that I wanted for the men. The groom's flower were supposed to be two colors and that did not happen. As well as my bridesman was supposed to have a different color flower from the groomsmen. We got everything that we ordered though and it all worked out perfectly fine.
