We hired Sarah for both an engagement shoot and wedding this past June. The photos from both were absolutely spectacular. Both my husband and I can be a bit shy behind the camera, but Sarah put us at ease throughout the whole process. She also is clearly highly skilled in dealing with different lighting scenarios, as our photos looked so perfectly editorial and crisp in our dimly lit venue. We highly recommend her!! -

Worth it to hire her
Sarah worked on her birthday for us. She was very professional, friendly and down to earth. She made us feel very comfortable while shooting with her. We started off at City hall for our elopement part, then we went to the Boston common. We took pictures on the bridge, under trees and with slushies. She definitely didn't Miss capturing a moment. The preview photos came the next day and the whole gallery came a few weeks later . The quality was amazing. You definitely get what you paid for. Highly recommend -

Run Don't Walk to Hire Sarah Weston Photography!
"Did we just become best friends?" is the exact thought you will have when you do your first FaceTime call with Sarah. From the very first moment we met Sarah, we knew we made the best choice for our wedding day. She takes the time to get to know you as a couple, so that when you meet her for your engagement session, it’s like she's has known you both from the start of your relationship. It also allows for you to get comfortable during your shoots, even if you have never taken photos as a couple before. In a matter of minutes, Sarah will have taken amazing photos of yourselves that you never thought possible. I have never received so many compliments on photos. That is 1000% Sarah and how she captured the love we shared and the happiness of getting to start the next chapter of your life with your best friend. She captures every moment, exactly how you always imagined. On our wedding day, Sarah went above and beyond for us and we could not have asked for a better photographer. Run, don’t walk to hire Sarah! -

Hiring Sarah was hands down the best decisions my husband and I made while planning our elopement.
Start to finish Sarah was amazing to work with - she was responsive, professional, and friendly, but I think what set her apart from other photographers we spoke with was just how genuinely nice she is as a person. She was interested, engaged, even seemed excited to be a part of our elopement wedding in Maine - we felt that she shared our vision, which made us feel really confident in ourselves, and really comfortable with her during the shoot. What we had hoped to capture was one, maybe two really scenic/artistic photos of my husband and I (and maybe a couple of our dog) but what we ended up with was legitimately hundreds of the most amazing photos we could have ever hoped for. Sarah exceeded all expectations you could possibly set for a wedding photographer, and she did that with a smile, a laugh, and a level of charisma that lifted us up and every single person she came in contact with that day. What she captured will be treasured for a lifetime by our family.
5 stars isn't enough... we would highly recommend. -

Simply the best!
Booking Sarah to be our photographer may have been the best decision we made for our wedding. When we say she is amazing we mean AMAZING! She made everything seamless and easy throughout the process from booking to the day of- we were able to talk through everything several times before the wedding and felt comfortable and ready for the timeline. She made us so comfortable in front of the camera and it helps that she is the sweetest person who you can tell LOVES what she does! Our entire wedding party and guests had nothing but compliments for her capturing the wedding day perfectly. We have only received our sneak peeks so far and they are even better than we ever anticipated. Cannot recommend Sarah enough!!! -

Sarah is a dream to work with - BOOK HER ASAP!!! She's a photography wizard, she's FUN, she makes you feel seen and heard, and we just adore her!!! We are so grateful to have found Sarah for our wedding photos. We will never get over the beautiful pictures she took... They are mind-blowing. And we've only just gotten the sneak peek so far! :D Just in the pictures we are blown away by the crisp, clean, photos (I asked for a few blurry ones... Which she also nailed! Unreal...)
Sarah captured the joy, the emotion, and the candid moments of our ceremony and reception. She listened to what was important to us and prioritized those shots. She was even patient and might we say.. joyful.. to photograph our 2 crazy pups!! Two of our family members are photographers and they could not stop expressing what an INCREDIBLE job Sarah did throughout the day. "She got EVERYTHING. Every time I saw a moment to capture through a photographer's "lens"... There she was. And so subtly and perfectly."

You’ll Have No Regrets!
We are so happy we hired Sarah for our wedding photographer! Not only did the photos turn out phenomenal but she was equally amazing on the day of. Getting everyone gathered for family and wedding party photos can be overwhelming but Sarah got it all done in a blink of an eye and we got through our list of photos that we wanted with time to spare. Leading up to the day she took the time to walk through the timeline with me and it’s obvious that she knows what she is doing! I trusted her right from the start and it really paid off. My favorite part of working with Sarah is her ability to make you feel comfortable and to make the process fun! Hiring Sarah was one of our best vendor choices for the day without a doubt, I could not possibly be happier with all the photos we got! Choose Sarah and you won’t regret it!! -

My hype girl!
One of the most important things for me, was having a great wedding photographer, and Sarah nailed it! She truly went above and beyond. I knew of Sarah from Instagram as some of my acquaintances from college hired her for their wedding photos. I was automatically obsessed and drawn to her style of photography. She seemed like such a nice and approachable person. I messaged her about 7 months prior to my wedding date and she was quick to respond, scheduled a FaceTime meeting with my husband and I, and even went to the venue/ location of where I wanted my pictures taken prior to my wedding day, as I had mid-day photos (hardest time of day)!
I was over the moon to receive sneak peak photos during my mini moon. I was so happy with how they came out it brought me and my husband to tears as we looked through them. Not only did Sarah do an outstanding job with our photos, she truly was my hype girl on my wedding day. I was so comfortable and happy she was there.
Do you think it can get any better..?? Well it certainly did for me. Sarah and her husband met my husband and I in Italy 🇮🇹 for our honeymoon. She was visiting family, and celebrating her wedding anniversary, but took the time to photograph my husband and I on our dream honeymoon in Italy’s, Almafi Coast. Those photographers were truly amazing.
I truly feel so blessed to have gained a friend from hiring such a wonderful wedding photographer. Sarah will always be a staple on one of the most important days of my life 🤍 -

Sarah was the wedding photographer of our dreams! Not only is her talent absolutely phenomenal, but Sarah as a person is kind, thoughtful, smart and fun. During the planning process, Sarah was extremely well organized, had great attention to detail, and made sure our vision was her priority. On the day of our wedding, Sarah's spirit was fun, energetic and light! She laughed and joked with us, all while capturing every single shot we wanted. Her artistic ability and instinct is unlike anything we've ever experienced. And the turnaround time for the photos was so quick! Friendly and flexible photographer with a great eye
Sarah did an amazing job with our engagement photos last November. She was flexible enough to accommodate several reschedulings due to various 2020 events, but showed up on time and ready to go on the day we eventually agreed on.
We had a busy schedule of 4 locations in 3 hours, and with a bit of hustling (and a lot of walking), got through all of them and even threw in a 5th one! For each location, she found beautiful moments we would never have thought of. She told us exactly how to pose, and she was cheerful and funny the entire time, helping us feel relaxed and ourselves.
Lastly, whereas other photographers take months for photos to be available, Sarah had them ready for us in a matter of weeks (and even sent us a 'sneak peak' a few days after the shoot!). It was difficult to pick our favorites -- they were all stunning.
Ultimately, we would recommend Sarah to anyone looking for gorgeous, intimate, and happy pictures. She was able to capture our joy and love in one of the hardest years, and we could not be more grateful to have found her.Sarah Weston Photography's reply:

The best of the best!
Finding the perfect photographer was the most important thing to me and she totally nailed it. From our first facetime intro call something clicked (bonding over our cute pups probably helped!) and we knew she would be the one to shoot our day.
On the day of, Sarah was incredible from the minute she showed up. We were running a little behind with our getting ready but she navigated the time crunch perfectly and managed to get everything back on track. She scouted the perfect locations for us for a first look around our hotel, including a beautiful rooftop view of the Boston skyline and they are beyond what I could have ever imagined for portraits!
At our venue, we dealt with a little bit of rain when it came to shooting bridal party and family photos, but Sarah handled it like a pro. She wasn't afraid of some rain and she got us in and out without compromising our shot list. She made everyone feel extremely comfortable and our wedding party and families were beyond impressed. She even captured our dog and his personality perfectly in some shots we'll cherish forever.
Sarah also delivered our photo so quickly, we were shocked! We knew we would get a few sneak peeks to hold us over until the whole album was delivered. Not only did she send us some sneak peeks by NOON the next day- but she delivered OVER 150! We were blown away and could not have imagined a better way to spend out afternoon than going through all of them and reliving our night. Sarah also delivered our full album less than a month after the wedding, which was also a lot sooner than we expected!
Overall, Sarah captured our day absolutely perfectly and I couldn't imagine our wedding photos being any different. Seriously- I look at at least a few wedding photos every single day. Sarah is the best and we know this is just the first of many more special moments in our life that we hope to have her capture.

Sarah was absolutely incredible and I am BEYOND happy we found each other. I love a good plan and she made organizing our big day timeline a breeze. I wanted to accomplish a lot before our ceremony to really enjoy the beauty of our location and she made sure to make it stress free and fun! We are SO happy with how our wedding photos came out and she got them back to us so quickly, I couldn't believe it. Fun, professional, friendly, communicative & magical!
Sarah is immensely talented and passionate. She lives and breathes photography, which is what everyone wants in a photographer.
Our wedding photos were the number one thing we cared about on our wedding day. Sarah surpassed our expectations and captured the day exactly as we lived it. Every single photo blew us away.
There were a few unexpected hiccups on our wedding day, beyond anyone's control (which always seems to happen), but Sarah handled the changes with confidence & ease. And she made sure to communicate with us during the entire process. She captured everyone's personalities and our relationship & love perfectly.
We also worked with a large number of vendors & Sarah worked with them all effortlessly. Many of our vendors commented on her professionalism and skill set.
Your wedding day is stressful in it of itself, however Sarah made both of us feel relaxed. She sends you a detailed questionnaire ahead of time to ask wha photos you mus have on your wedding day, etc. She was so organized the day of the wedding and had a list of all my family members for what photos and knew how important veil photos were to me. She made both of us genuinely laugh throughout the entire day, which makes for great photos! :)
Sarah is also so friendly and likeable. It felt like a good friend was our photographer, which made the whole process feel natural. We had a number of family and friends comment on how friendly and competent she was. You almost forgot she was there... in a good way! She blended in with our family and friends throughout the entire wedding.
My husband is rather camera shy and awkward in front of the camera, but Sarah's style of photography and personality made him feel relaxed. I don't think anyone loves every photo of themselves, but we both love ebery single shot. Sarah's ability to take perfect photos really is magical.
As soon as we saw the "sneak peek" photos we knew we wanted to buy a wedding album through Sarah. We can't wait for our future kids to see these photos one day & relive the best day of our lives with us.
She is also so speedy in getting your photos to you. The day after our wedding she sent us roughly 80 "sneak peek" photos, which is unheard of. She sent us all of our wedding photos in about 2.5 weeks, again unheard of!!
Overall, we cannot recommend Sarah enough. You will have wedding photos for the rest of your life, so don't you want them to capture your love, family and friends in an authentic way? You won't regret having Sarah as your photographer, but you will regret not having her! :) -

So I was totally on the fence about doing an engagement shoot, mostly because my fiance and I are not naturals in front of the camera. Sarah took the time to talk with us about how she approaches engagement shoots and aims to make them as natural and fun as possible. During the actual shoot, Sarah talked us through it all and incorporated natural movement into the photos. I shockingly had fun taking the photos, as did my fiance. After getting our photos back, I am blown away!! Sarah communicated with me through the editing process and shared the photos a week later. I usually hate photos of myself, but I love every single shot. I love the way she captured our love and personality through the photos. I am thrilled that we decided to go ahead with an engagement shoot. If you are on the fence, DO THE ENGAGEMENT SHOOT! You will not regret the amazing photos you have for years to come. I am beyond excited for our wedding and the timeless photos that Sarah will take. I cannot recommend her enough! -

Talented, personable, professional artist
Sarah has truly been the saving grace of our wedding experience! We worked with a lot of wonderful vendors but none so helpful and friendly as Sarah. Right off the bat I was impressed when she required a FaceTime with us as the first call. That face-to-face conversation made it feel like we were chatting with a friend about our wedding plans, and I loved that. We hired her right away! Then COVID hit, and Sarah worked with us on our new date, changing our package to adjust for a much smaller wedding, and scheduling us an engagement shoot to take place of the original wedding (something special to do that same weekend). We weren't going to do an engagement shoot originally, but I am so glad we did. We got absolutely spectacular photos to use for new invitations, it helped us stay excited for our wedding even though we had to wait so much longer than expected, but most importantly it allowed us to get to know Sarah even more. She is professional, laid-back, quirky, fun to be around. She is exactly the photographer you want to be part of a more intimate day, which is what we ended up having for our wedding. On the actual wedding day she folded right into our friends and family groups with ease, and after we were done with portraits she really just blended in with the crowd. She captured everything we asked for, without being distracting, and when i say the photos are just out of this world, I mean it. Everyone who has seen them has said they are just spectacular. She is truly a gifted artist. I just cannot emphasize how impressed I have been with Sarah for what became nearly two years of working with her!! I was in a wedding a few weeks before mine and the bride chose someone who was lower budget, and she regrets it so much. After experiencing the two, I can tell you a photographer can make or break a lot of the experience. There is so much they are present for, so many tiny moments. Hire Sarah and you will not be disappointed. -

Sarah recently photographed our small (~25 person) wedding, and she was absolutely amazing. From our first FaceTime chat, she was fun and easy to talk to. She helped us figure out a day-of timeline that would work best for us, so we could get the pictures we wanted plus plenty of time to actually enjoy the party.
On the day of the wedding, her energy and cheerful presence were an extra blessing for my nerves. She did a wonderful job making myself and everyone else feel relaxed in front of the camera for portraits, and really rolled with our goofiness in the best way while capturing beautiful photos. Truly beautiful photos. Sarah's gallery of our wedding also really showcases the candid emotions and atmosphere of the day, and we will treasure these pictures.
Sarah got some sneak peeks to us just a couple days after the wedding, and then a full gallery in just a couple weeks--I was shocked (happily) when her email with the link turned up, weeks before I was hoping to see them. We love them all, and can't thank Sarah enough for her work through this whole process. I highly recommend her as your photographer! -

Sarah is amazing!
I can’t say enough good things about Sarah. From the very beginning she was so easy to work with and was incredibly flexible and responsive when we had to postpone due to covid. Leading up to our wedding day Sarah was so easy to talk to and helped calm our nerves before our big day. Once Sarah showed up on our wedding day she was incredible. She made the whole bridal party feel comfortable and she was so much fun to work with! The photos she took are amazing, I still can’t believe how perfectly she captured our day. Any bride or groom would be lucky to have Sarah as their photographer. -

An absolute gem
I found Sarah’s work through Instagram and originally she was already booked for our elopement date mid pandemic, so we continued our search. Thankfully for us she had an opening and we jumped at the opportunity and I’m so glad we did. We had a preliminary FaceTime call to get to know each other and made plans for the big day. Our ceremony was at a park in cape cod and it must have been the windiest morning and I thought It would be impossible to get good pics but I was wrong. Sarah made us look impeccable, I was impressed with all the photos, I even framed them as Christmas gifts to my parents and the in laws. You will be amazed by her work and she will make you feel like at ease. I would go back for her for any type of major life moment photo shoot. Highly recommended! -

Sarah is truly incredible. If you are considering hiring her as your photographer just DO IT! We originally met Sarah when she came to our house for the ‘Front Steps Project’, in just meeting her for 10 minutes tops it was so clear that her energy was so fun, positive and easy going. We cracked up about our dog and she went on her way (later sending us awesome photos). When our wedding was flipped upside down because of COVID, Sarah was the first person who came to mind for a new photographer (our original was out of state and couldn’t travel to us). In a quick intro phone call, Sarah was professional yet so upbeat, and open to helping however she could. It wasn’t even a question that we wouldn’t go with her for our special (mini) day. We had never really had professional photos taken so were terrified of being awkward, but with Sarah’s amazing outgoing energy she helped us feel extremely comfortable and *somehow* made us look so natural. We had so much fun with Sarah (mind you she had a really bad ankle issue but was an absolute trooper hiking up sand dunes with us with a huge smile on her face the whole time – sorry again!) After the wedding Sarah shared with us the most incredible online album of our day – it’s been over a month since our wedding and I still just go back and gaze at the photos daily! She also sent me a few sneak peaks the night of our backyard reception, I was crying happy tears alone in the bathroom! I was just in awe! The time and care she takes to edit your photos (in a natural, beautiful way), and give a mix of formal but also so many candid fun shots is amazing. She will for sure be our family photographer for life! Sarah makes you feel so comfortable, happy and is just overall a great time. And you will end up with pictures that look like they came from a magazine! She’s simply the best!!! -
