This review is LONG overdue, but unfortunately I am a serial procrastinator. We had the pleasure of having Sarah capture our 'save the dates', rehearsal dinner and wedding day and she captured each so beautifully. Not only does she make you feel comfortable but she walks you through poses so naturally and unforced. My husband and I don't have many photos together because we're a little awkward in front of a camera but with Sarah, we were able to naturally capture our love with photos we will cherish for the rest of time. If you're looking for a wedding photographer, look no further. My family and friends are still talking about the absolute fantastic job that Sarah did. We cannot wait to see all of the photos from the best day of our lives. We love you Sarah!!! -

Simply put, hire Sarah. Sarah is incredible at what she does, and on top of that, she is so passionate, kind, funny, and thoughtful. She works hard to make sure everyone is comfortable in front of the camera – even though people are naturally awkward while taking photos (like us). Her preparation before our wedding was evident in how seamlessly she captured all the photos we wanted during our event, quickly and painlessly. She captured our vision and our day perfectly. We were so relaxed in front of the camera because she recognized the joy in our special day and fed into that with her guidance. She truly brings a creative beauty to her work. We also did our engagement photos with her, which were so us and stunning. The best moment was during a particularly fun moment, Sarah just paused, looked at us, and said, “Wow, I just love my job.” Magic. -

Sarah was absolutely incredible from the day we had our first inquiry call to the day we got our photos back and beyond. We had multiple meetings with Sarah before our wedding and she even allowed me to text and DM her inspiration photos sporadically.
Sarah’s shooting style is EXACTLY what we wanted for our photos. She is prepared, punctual, and professional. During our editing period, Sarah had an emergency that affected her delivery time and she was gracious enough to email us and her other clients to let them know of the delay.
Now, we stare at our wedding photos constantly and we are so grateful for having worked with such a talented artist! Trust me, you want to hire Sarah to photograph your wedding, but more than that, you want to hire her to help you feel comfortable and at ease on your big day. -

One of the most important things to us for our wedding was getting the right photographer to capture the day. That proved trickier than we thought since I am a professional photographer, and I didn’t want our photos to be boring or generic. We looked into a lot of photographers and narrowed down our search to a couple that we thought would do a great job but no one matched the level of style that Sarah brought to the table.
We met Sarah at our friends’ wedding and when we saw the final photos we were blown away. They weren’t just wedding photos, they were moody, stylized, and really captured our friends’ personalities. When we booked her for our own wedding, she was a joy to work with from go. She was super flexible about our Engagement Session with timing and location and when we got those photos back it only reinforced that we had made a great choice. We ended up using only her photos for our Wedding Website and on the invites and Save the Dates.
Her incredible photos should be enough, but Sarah also has an amazing cadence with people. She made us feel very comfortable and was able to work a crowd to get the shot she needed. She was really good at communicating with our party and families. She was also so patient and kind but was able to be firm when necessary and didn’t let anyone get in the way of capturing all the photos we had requested. Sarah worked so hard on every shoot we had with her and dedicated herself 100% to what she was doing in the moment. We couldn’t be happier with her work and work ethic.

Sarah was exceptional! There are not enough words to describe how happy my now husband and I are with working with Sarah. She was very responsive to any questions that we had and she made sure that our timeline and the pictures that we wanted were captured. She helped to make our day run smoothly while capturing special photo requests and moments that we will remember forever! She is very personable and so easy to work with, I felt like my friend was taking our pictures all day. I have joked with her that we will need to invite her for a future vow renewal! -

We hired Sarah for our engagement photos and for our wedding! We used photos from the engagement shoot for both our Save the Dates and Invitations- they were all so stunning! We had a fun time getting to know Sarah, and she made the whole experience fun and comfortable! Kevin worked with my husband, and was so personable! They are both dedicated professionals, and stayed later than hired when I could not find a custom jacket I wanted at the end of the night! Not only did they stay to take the photos, but helped look around our site to locate the jacket. We are so incredibly happy she was with us to capture these special moments! -

Awesome and professional
Sarah and her team were absolutely amazing, not only are the pictures sooo good and captured every moment but they took time to really capture smaller details as well. They even did some coordinating as well to make sure everything went well and they were able to capture certain things! All the money we spent was worth every penny. They were kind compassionate and professional I highly recommend her and her team! It could not have went better! -

I don't know how to describe how good Sarah is but I can at least tell she is a terrific artist. You can easily realise she loves her job and that is why she is incredibly good at it and spreads positive energy around her during the entire weeding day. She makes long and sometimes stressful wedding-day photo shots so smooth, easy and quick with her kind and professional attitude. She finds the absolute best spots in any circumstamce in any venue. I was shocked how stunning the spots at which she suggested us to take photos turned out. Everybody complimented how good our photographer was after the wedding. She is like a magician of lighting and posing. She works so hard during the wedding day and edits/shares the photos very quickly afterwards. She is the absolute best! -

Have you ever met someone and instantly felt a kinship that was unexplainable? Like, immediately just wanted to be their friend? The first time my partner and I got off an initial introduction call with Sarah, we both said "Wow. She's SO cool."
Every step of the way, from needing to postpone our wedding because of COVID, to meeting us by the venue the week before, to the day of, Sarah made everything seamless, fun, and like we were spending time with a life long friend. She and her day-of assistant Kevin navigated our frenetic families and multiple venues, captured all of the motion and energy, and every time I saw someone grouping up to take a photo on their phone, there were Kevin and Sarah. And the end result - WOW. We're floored. You can feel Sarah's passion for photography in every frame. The level of comfort she made us feel really comes through, and I'm so in love with every single shot. THANK YOU SARAH!
TLDR: Are you considering hiring Sarah? Do it. You will not regret it. Bonus points - you get to support a woman owned business. -

More Wonderful than Words!
Sarah is an absolute one-of-kind person and professional who will elevate your wedding in ways you couldn't even imagine! When I found her on WeddingWire, I was immediately entranced by her beautiful portfolio. I was even more confident in my decision when we spoke on the phone and it was like talking to a close friend. I did most of my wedding planning from overseas and she was with me every step of the way. She is extremely thorough while still being fun, which was such a blessing because it stopped me from feeling overwhelmed. My husband and I were so nervous about being the center of attention, but Sarah's fun and confident guidance really helped us relax and enjoy ourselves. She really went above and beyond on the day of the wedding - not only capturing truly stunning photos, but also celebrating with me and my guests. Every single guest commented on how amazing they thought she was! Don't even hesitate in choosing her for your special day. Thank you Sarah! -

Sarah is the best!!
Since I was planning a winter wedding that would be mostly at night, one of the main things I was looking for when I was searching for a photographer was someone who knew how to get great lighting when there isn't a lot of light. Sarah is that person 100%. Every single photo she's sent us is beautiful. The shots I asked for came out amazing, the shots she came up with on the fly are beyond amazing, and the candid shots capture the day so perfectly - I can't pick a favorite! I was crying looking through the preview she sent me because her photos truly take me right back to the moment. Her photos honestly speak for themselves, but beyond that, she was such a rockstar on our wedding day, trudging through the snow to get the perfect shot for us, lugging around all her own equipment because her assistant had covid and couldn't be there, getting our family shots as quickly as possible so we could run inside between shots (it was COLD on our wedding day!) - and finding the perfect shot locations for all our outdoor photos! I can't say enough good things about her but seriously, hire her. You will NOT regret it! -

Amazing Photographer
I don’t know where to even begin with how amazing Sarah was. I am a COVID bride and after searching for a new photographer I came across Sarah, and I am so happy I did. Sarah worked with my husband and I on all our date changes and was so kind and flexible through this crazy year, she had our back! She takes the most beautiful photos is so down to earth and just awesome overall. She makes you feel comfortable in front of the camera and her style is amazing. Sarah worked with us and was so accommodating and flexible and shot our wedding ceremony and a year later our reception, she was on the whole journey with us and I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way. I could sit here and honestly write an essay about how fantastic Sarah and her team are. Out of all of my vendors she was the easiest to work with and the most professional. She really understood my vision of what I wanted out of my pictures and boy did she deliver. Aside from being an absolute rockstar of a photographer.. Sarah made sure that I was feeling my best all day. She helped me with my dress even though I didn't ask and made sure I stayed as stress free as possible. Honestly she did more to help me than my day of coordinator. One of my favorite memories of my wedding day is being able to meet Sarah and seeing how happy her team was to be there on our day. I have multiple pictures sent by friends where her and the team just have genuine smiles on their faces. I will 1000% use her any time I need a photographer :) -

An incredible photographer and person!
Sarah's professional abilities are endless. She works well with couples, listens, adjusts and always puts the client first. We are a COVID-19 couple and had to change our date several times due to the ever changing restrictions. Sarah was always there to support and understand us. She is so incredibly thoughtful with her work and as a person. We really enjoyed working with Sarah and would highly recommend her to anyone getting married. -

Sarah was an absolute joy! She photographed my surprise proposal to my partner and was at the location well before us, was able to be incognito while I was building up to things, and then did an engagement photo shoot with us after the surprise.
Two important notes for all future bookers:
Personality: Sarah was incredibly kind, unassuming, and had just the right amount of aiding us in our positioning, etc, without making us uncomfortable. She was funny and bright and made the whole thing feel as comfortable and personal as possible. She can definitely adapt to any type of shoot you want, whether it is a rigidly posed or freeform and funky shoot. She is awesome!
Technicals: Sarah arrived early, scoped out the area, had multiple cameras and lenses, has a great understanding of lighting, mood, aesthetic, and timing, and was extremely professional (while also being genuinely good-natured and down-to-earth).
Do yourselves a favor: hire her! -

I don't even know where to begin with how thrilled we were to have worked with Sarah! She has been incredibly responsive and lovely throughout our entire wedding photography process. She took beautiful engagement photos for us last year, suggesting an absolutely perfect location for the shoot. Our wedding plans had to change due to COVID, and we moved to a smaller ceremony as a result. Sarah was so accommodating and flexible with the change. We just received our wedding album, and I am blown away by how beautiful the photos are. Even more so, I am amazed by her ability to single-handedly capture every moment and the thoughtful approach that she took while capturing the day. My husband and I do not often take photos, but she had us completely at ease and the results are gorgeous. None of the photos are stuffy or seem posed; they completely capture our personalities and the joy we felt at our wedding. Not to mention, she is just an all around lovely person who fit into the day and our small gathering with ease. Several of my family members commented on how great she was, but also how hardworking and dedicated she was throughout. I truly cannot say enough good things about her and would recommend her services to anyone! -

AMAZING photographer! We LOVE Sarah!!
Picking a wedding photographer was one of the most important decision we would make in the entire process. It is how we would be able to share and remember the day for years and generations to come. Choosing Sarah turned out to be such an easy decision. Immediately we fell in love with her work and with her. She was professional, creative, organized and had an amazing attitude that made her easy to work with and fun to be around. She guided us through the process of what packages to pick, how many hours, with how many assistants, we would need to stay within our budget and get the kind of pictures we wanted.
Sarah and her team were seamless during the wedding day working together and getting the shots while blending into the background. We never worried about her or her team. Sarah has a keen eye and attention to detail that was crucial for finding the perfect backdrops and little hidden details that made for stunning shots. The day goes by so fast with so many moving parts and to have someone you trust taking your pictures is a must.
The file of wedding pictures we received were more beautiful than we ever imagined they could be. Not only are the images amazing, they also captured the feeling and emotion of the day and that is not as easy as you might think. The advice I have for any couple is to put a lot of thought into your list of must have pictures for the day and hire Sarah, you will be so happy you did. We cannot wait to hire her for other family milestones in the years to come.

We had a late morning wedding with about 60 guests, and Sarah was an absolute professional from the beginning of the process until the end. She was extremely friendly from our initial contact, and remained responsive throughout the entire process.
Since our wedding was small and there wasn't a large focus on dancing in the later stage of the reception, Sarah worked within our time-frame, and she was able to smoothly get all of the shots that we wanted. She had her own ideas about what would look good, but she was open to our ideas as well. We never felt like we were in a hurry, and all of the shots came out beautiful.
We highly, highly recommend Sarah for your upcoming wedding. -

Sarah is firstly a gifted artist and photographer. As you can see she understands space and color in a way that my wife and I clearly do not but more importantly she understands what makes a moment feel special.
We asked Sarah to deliver a documentary style wedding experience and she did not fail. When my wife and I chose Sarah, she immediately got to work helping us to plan our wedding day in a way that you might not necessarily expect from a wedding photographer. Sarah was so personal and friendly on the day of our wedding, it felt more like we had a friend taking our pictures as a favor. However, the finished products speak for themselves: our friends and family celebrating, iconic moments of the day, and our love clearly shown throughout.
Sarah delivered organization, artistry, and value in a comprehensive package that can’t be beat. -

Genuine and amazing
Sarah is a really amazing person! From the beginning she was really easy to work with - coordinating the day-of schedule to making sure to get the shots that were most important to us. She and Mike helped us feel relaxed and comfortable since we do not love being the center of attention. They also worked really well with our videographer to make the day go by smoothly! We are thrilled with the genuine photos that captured our smiles and those who were there to celebrate with us! -
