    Incredible wedding photographer

    We had an incredible wedding day and beautiful photos thanks to Sara and her team. Sara coached us through the portraits and helped us move through large group photos efficiently. Her photography style is beautiful - she captures all the small candid moments that are easy to miss on the big day. Thanks to her we have amazing memories of our wedding to look back on. For any bride looking for a wedding photographer, I can’t recommend Sara enough!

    Sara is the Best!

    Sara and her associate photographer Lisa were nothing short of incredible on our wedding day. It is impossible to adequately describe their creative abilities and how happy we are with the pictures of the most important day of our lives. Despite rain putting a damper on the ability to take scenic pictures outside, Sara and Lisa found nooks and crannies of our hotel that made for breathtaking photos. The only thing that surpasses Sara’s actual photography is how much of a pleasure it is to work with her and her team. Sara is warm, funny, a great listener, and a much needed calming presence on an inevitably chaotic day. We are truly grateful to have worked with her and you should absolutely jump on the opportunity to do so too!

    Love Sara!

    We originally had Sheri with Kelilina as our photographer, but when we had to cancel our original wedding due to COVID, it was arranged for Sara to photograph our newly planned wedding this December. I couldn't be more grateful that Sara was our photographer! She has such a sweet, caring personality and was absolutely amazing at directing our wedding party and family for photos! She kept everything organized and on-time! She did an amazing job coming up with a photo timeline for our big day. I wanted a photo of my husband and I wrapped in Christmas lights, which was not an easy photo to get, and she went out of her way to figure out how to do it! She even brought her own special light to make it happen! I was blown away that she cared enough about our photos to do this. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars, because she deserves the most! Thank you Sara for the amazing job you did, for being willing to travel all the way to Hilton Head for our wedding, and for your kindness/professionalism along the way!

    Incredible! To say the least

    Sara and her team are absolutely amazing to work with. Seriously they are a must! Sara was the first vendor we booked, even before our venue! We knew we had to have her no matter what! Her attitude is energizing and Sara and Sheri were so fun to be around! They captured all of the best moments without us even knowing they were there. Best decision aside from marrying my husband! ;)

    Unforgettable !!

    Sara and Lisa were very easy to work with!! They set an outline for the day and it worked perfectly. It was a crazy day and we didn’t want to miss anyone. The pictures are absolutely amazing and I haven’t even seen most of them! You are definitely in good hands with Sara! 📷

    From the initial meeting to the final day, Tina Blanco and Sara Kauss Photography did an awesome job! They were professional and fun, while not being overwhelming during the big day. Their photographers were so much fun and they really understood what we wanted!

    I am so lucky I was able to meet Tina, Sara, and Alyssa. Not only are these the coolest most down to earth people but the photos these ladies take...oh my god. We decided to go all out and get the big wigs for photos for our wedding and we are so beyond happy with the outcome thus far. I have gotten so many compliments on my photos! You all did such an amazing job on my wedding and engagement photos. I am forever grateful!

    Best photographer ever!! Sara Kauss and Tina Blanco were an absolute dream to work with. Like most couples, the photography was the most important “take away” we had from the wedding and we spent a ton of time interviewing and researching photographers. Upon our first phone call and review of Sara’s portfolio, we knew she was the one for us. She has such an awesome positive outlook on life and that is truly projected in her photos. We haven’t received all of our photos yet (our wedding was only three weeks ago) but the ones she has sent us are absolutely breathtaking. She also did our engagement shoot and we absolutely treasure all the photos from that day. We loved having Sara and her team shoot our wedding, she’s such a pleasure to be around and so talented, we plan to have her shoot us in the future! I cannot recommend her and her team enough.

    Sara Kauss and her team are fantastic!!!

    I have known Sara for a few years through her wonderful in-laws. When my husband and I were engaged and it came time to choose a photographer, I knew exactly who to call! From the beginning, Sara and her assistant, Alyssa, were a pleasure to work with! They took time to really get to know my husband and I, and were always excited to hear details about our wedding plans and our vision for the big day.

    Sara has such a laid-back and free-spirited approach to photography. She likes to catch natural moments in unique ways and is always looking for creative ways to frame shots, especially using elements in nature. One of my favorite shots from my wedding is of the whole bridal party during the ceremony with the sun shining through the branches of the big oak tree where we got married. I can't wait to get that one blown up and framed on the wall!

    Sara and Alyssa are true professionals in the way they run the business. They are timely in responding to emails and phone calls, they are very detail-oriented in planning the timeline of the wedding day... nothing will fall through the cracks with the two of them around.

    I cannot recommend Sara Kauss Photography highly enough!!

    Get comfortable. This will be a long review to ensure proper justice to my friend, and fabulous wedding photographer, Sara Kauss. When I first met Sara our junior year of high school, I knew she had a passion for photography. She had every wall of her bedroom covered in pictures – rather, memories of her life experiences. When I received a “message in a bottle” our last year of college as an invitation to her own wedding, I was totally impressed with her exceptional attention to detail and artistic ability. Shortly after college, when Sara told me she was shadowing a wedding photographer to “get her foot in the door” in the industry, I knew that no one else could be my own wedding photographer but her. No, I hadn’t found my husband at that point (details!).

    I’ve noticed over the years since then, thanks so social media, how exceptionally talented Sara is at capturing emotional detail in her photography. After my husband and I became engaged and the several weeks’ worth of initial excitement turned into the getting-down-to-wedding-planning-business mentality, I showed him Sara’s website and he too was completely blown away by her obvious talent. I reached out to Sara immediately to make sure she was available for our wedding date and luckily she was. Sara is still as fun and delightful as I remember her from high school and college, but also incredibly professional. She shot both our engagement pictures and our wedding pictures. Both experiences and final products were outstanding! Seriously, our wedding pictures are some of the most impressive photography I’ve seen, and this is not just my opinion. I’ve shown them to completely unbiased people who have nothing but jaw-dropping awe for them.

    I know that Sara would have produced the same beautiful pictures – rather, memories of our wedding day whether I met her years ago or yesterday. I’m a proud friend and couldn’t recommend any wedding photographer higher than Sara Kauss.

    All I can say is WOW!!! My pictures are unbelievable! Sara and her team are amazing. True professionals and artists! She makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed from the planning to the day of the Wedding. I would recommend Sara to any and everyone!!!     Doing a destination wedding can be a little stressful sometimes because you become worried about not being able to find great vendors. Early on, I decided that we were going to fly over a photographer to our wedding in Punta Cana. After interviewing countless photographers, we chose Sara- who immediately stood out of the crowd with her beautiful work and professionalism.

    Our wedding pictures, and trash the dress session came out incredible. More than I could have ever hoped for. We didn't want to do the classic, cheesy wedding pictures- but we really wanted something that looked like art. Sara delivered. Her pictures are breath taking and I couldn't have been any happier with her caliber of work.

    It really is amazing when you can find incredible people to be a part of your wedding day. They make going throughout your special day and reliving it that much more amazing. I laugh and smile every time I go back to look at our photos because she captured every special moment in an amazingly artful manner.

    We had a destination wedding in Mexico and we knew with all the uncertainties that can arise with having one, it was important to have a photographer we could trust. Sara is calm, funny and amazing at what she does. She has a terrific eye for creativity and puts everyone at ease in front of the camera. Our photos turned out terrific (no surprise there) and our friends and family commented on how beautiful they were.

    We plan to use Sara for every major life event - so far it's been engagement and wedding photos. Eventually, it will be pregnancy and family ones. I wouldn't trust anyone else to capture these moments are beautifully as Sara does.

    Sara and her team were AMAZING! She worked with me to find a package that fit my budget, which was great. She was there for the whole wedding and even had a computer with our photos taken before playing at the reception.

    Her photos are so artistic and she captures every moment, while also making sure she gets those much needed family photos which aren't as much fun.

    She runs everything on time and smoothly. It was so easy with her and just perfect!

    I loved working with Sara and felt like I was taking photos with my best friend! We had a blast together and I would recommend her to any bride in Florida or around the country. Sara will travel and is worth every penny!

    I absolutely LOVED working with Sara. We used her for both our engagement session and our wedding and we are in love with our pictures. She is such a wonderful and fun person to work with. Her business manager Katie was also great to work with and easy to get in touch with and very helpful. We cannot wait to do our trash-the-dress session with her soon :)

    My fiance and I were planning a small destination wedding in Fort Lauderdale. Since we live in PA, the only photographer suggestions that we had were from our venue and from the Internet. I contacted over half a dozen photographers and their prices were either outrageous or they did not want to want to do what my fiance and I wanted to do for our wedding! My fiance and I did not want to see each other before the wedding, but we were told that it was not a good idea and they'd prefer to take photos of my fiance and I before the ceremony. We also wanted to do a fun, playful beach photo shoot the day after the wedding, but I was told by several photographers that it wasn't necessary since our wedding was already on the beach and we could take beach photos after the ceremony. Aren't the photographers supposed to do what their client wants?

    After being EXTREMELY frustrated, I discovered Sara Kauss Photography on The Knot and this website. The reviews were unbelievable, so I called Sara's company and I was able to get in touch with Sara very quickly. To my surprise, Sara was SO friendly and sweet and I really enjoyed speaking with her. I IMMEDIATELY knew that she was different from the other photographers. All of my ideas were enthusiastically supported by Sara and she even thought that the "day after" beach photo shoot was a great idea!

    Sara was extremely quick and responsive to my e-mails and phone calls from the time I booked her up to our wedding and even after the wedding! She and her assistant were WONDERFUL at our wedding. We barely noticed that they were there, yet they managed to capture such beautiful and unique photos. Sara set up her laptop at the reception and played a slideshow of photos from the ceremony and "getting ready" photos. They were GORGEOUS and made everyone so excited. SO many of our guests kept complimenting me on picking such a great photographer and kept saying, "where did you find her! She's awesome!" Two of my friends actually said that they wished they could get married again so Sara could take the pictures!

    We wish we lived in Florida so we could use Sara again!

    Sara and her company are amazing. Sara shot our engagement photos where she made us feel so relaxed and happy. For our wedding, Carrie, the associate photographer, shot our wedding and she was such a pleasure to work with. I felt like Carrie understood us from the beginning and she brought such creativity to her shots which is why we chose Sara Kauss Photography. Carrie has the same style which theirs is different from the rest, she had very little time in between the whole day to work with and she made it happen. She was so incredibly easy, sweet, and fun to work with and as a bride you can't ask for more than that!

    Wonderful - Sara was easy to work with from the very start. She mad everyone feel at ease and you could barely tell she was there. Our engagement pictures are amazing and she also did our guest book. Everyone is still talking about the guest book!!!

    Excellent pictures and a ton of them to choose from. Our photographer kept us all at ease and having fun! There were so many pictures and I didn't even realize he was in the room! Absolutely great!

    Sara is a blessing to brides everywhere!! She photographed our engagement session and our wedding, and became a friend along the way. She is the reason I can look back on my wedding with vivid memory, and she can capture the emotion in every moment. She is very creative and spends endless hours editing the photos.     Sara was like a ghost, we didn't even see her at the ceremony, but somehow she found a way to take FABULOUS pictures. She was always very kind and easy to work with, never was she in anyone's way or rude. She was fun and the perfect photographer. I would recommend her to anyone.

    It was an HONOR to work with you. The pictures came out better then I could have ever imagined. You also have a GREAT eye for poses and places. If I had gone with anyone else I would have been disappointed. You were worth everything! Don't change anything. You are number 1 on my list to refer to anyone!
