Loved my experience working the whole team. They made everything very seamless and smooth, which is super extremely valuable for such an important event. Our organizer Constantinos was amazing loved working with him, laid out the plan ahead of time so I knew exactly how the whole process would go. He also gave us a lot of insight of island itself and the lifestyle people had which was super interesting. The photographer was very professional clearly knew exactly what he was doing and the photos turned out perfect. If it would be possible to give 10 stars, I would. The team was amazing.
When I first started speaking to Niki he was very friendly, always quick to reply, attentive to detail and he walked me through the whole process and was able to show me picture examples to help me picture it. They met all my requests with no hesitation and guided me in the right direction if I was ever unsure about anything.

A dream come true
Miltos and Aion made our renewal dreams comes true! We wanted a do over in our own way since we got married so young. I was skeptical about planning overseas in a place I couldn’t go look at. Would highly recommend this vendor team
Miltos and the team provided excellent service. The entire process, from planning to execution, went very smoothly. My fiancé and I arrived on a cruise ship and had to adjust some logistics and Miltos took the time to figure out a time that worked. Also, our photographer was AMAZING. He was very knowledgeable on the history of Santorini and made us feel special.

Amazing Services for Lesbians
The company is absolutely LGBTQ+ friendly and made us feel safe and welcome all the time.
Miltos is a great proposal planner and was super responsive. He always replied email (almost 40 emails back and forth!!) and provided professional advice to help me plan step by step. When there were unexpected circumstances, Miltos tried his best to adjust the plan so as to make it work the best for us.
The photographs taken by Serafeim were amazing and we love them so much. It was relaxing and a pleasure to walk around with him. He was even an expert of plants and made my girlfriend believe that we joined a tour visiting Imerovigli.
It was raining when I proposed at the restaurant but the team worked in the rain and made it work. I really cannot thank the team enough. -

Maik and the team were absolutely amazing from the moment I reached out till the moment we had the final Video of the proposal sent over to us.
Maik was in constant contact with me throughout the planning stages of the proposal, offering invaluable advice and dealing patiently with my consistent changes. The whole team was very understanding of the Covid travel restrictions and Maik helped me move dates at the Venue a few times as we weren’t able to travel on our original dates.
On the day, everything went perfectly as if it were rehearsed time and time again. I put so much trust into Maik to make this dream proposal a reality, and he really delivered!
My fiancé was so surprised and has been telling anyone who will listen the story of the proposal - and none of it would have been possible without Maik. He is super professional but also so friendly; nothing is too much for him. Can’t recommend him enough. -

The best proposal planner in Santorini
Maik and his team were simply amazing. From the the very start he was far more responsive than any other team I contacted and happily answered any annoying query I had, I got the feeling that he really enjoyed doing what he does and that put me at ease with choosing him.
With a very busy working schedule, having Maik there to explain what I wanted and for him to take it and put the whole thing together was perfect. He was discreet so my fiancé wouldn’t find out what I was up to and on the day he was perfect, she had no idea what was going on! Maik also hired the best photographer and now we have incredible photos to remember such a special day.

Communication was easy, fast, and efficient and the day of the event carried the same level of professionalism as his communication. It literally went flawlessly- from pickup at our AirBnb to the responsiveness of the crew of our private catamaran, to the photographer who helped me make last minute adjustments to the proposal plan. Where do I start? I found Maik and his team on Instagram as I was looking around for proposal organisers in Santorini. I initially messaged Maik to find out what he and his team could do for my big day. I gave him a small brief but asked for his expertise and wanted to see what he was capable of doing. He provided some fantastic options and helped me understand what I wanted for the day. He was very professional and patient throughout the process as I had loads of questions for him. Prior to the big day, when I first landed in Greece I discreetly met Maik to give him photos of me and my now fiancé, so he could use these to decorate the setup that we had agreed. Again, he was great and very precise with his itinerary. He knew exactly what was going on by the minute, which really put me at ease.
The big day came! Throughout the day Maik kept me up to date, which helped me relax. He picked us up in the evening and took us to our first ‘fake’ photoshoot location, where we met the photo and videographer. They all played along and were great actors so my now fiancé had no idea what was happening next. After this initial shoot, we went to the location of the terrace. Maik and his team arranged everything from the decor, the music, the timings - it was amazing. He gave us the most special evening and decorated the gazebo to perfection. He’d arranged a full 3-course meal after the proposal and it was the best Greek food we’d had. I first hand saw the effort Maik and his team had gone through, they were running around to make sure everything was perfect. I had planned a firework display and even that was done so perfectly with great quality fireworks.
Honestly, to sum up it was the most magical evening and if you need any type of event planning in Santorini then Maik is your man. Do not hesitate as he and his team are very professional and accommodating. Beyond this help, he is a fantastic person and we have made a permanent friend in Santorini. -

My fiancé contacted Maik for a surprise proposal in Santorini and Maik not only met his expectations but exceeded them! He was prompt in his responses and costumer service was out of this world. My fiancé booked the package which included photo and video, the team is super talented, all the images and video are such high quality and each moment is captured perfectly. Shoutout to Gerald and Alex! We were taken around the island to some spots that we would have never found if we went out on our own. Maik was super organized in putting everything together from pick up to drop off, I wouldn’t change a single thing. Dinner was also organized by the team, I have some dietary restrictions which were all taken in to consideration when the restaurant was booked and the view was absolutely stunning! I would not hesitate to book them again. One of the best vendors we’ve worked with!

I reached out to Maik a couple months before planning my summer vacation. I had the ring, but needed a little help creating and arranging a dreamy proposal for my girlfriend of 12 years.
Maik was very responsive to my emails. We stayed in touch throughout the entire process and there was not a single detail overlooked. He worked hard to provide beautiful venue options, tons of different menu selections, and he worked with me to arrange the perfect setup for decor and add-ons.
Maik even arranged for a very discreet meeting where he came to my hotel, had the front desk call to “discuss some details regarding my stay” and I was able to leave to join Maik for our final pre-event meeting. We went over all of details again and went through the timeline and itinerary. Maik made sure everything was just the way I wanted it down to every last detail.
The day of, transportation arrived on the dot. The decor and setting could not have been more perfect. The food was delicious! The special addons were an amazing touch. We ended our beautiful night of dinner, sunsets, and photos while eating dessert staring off into the beautiful Santorini caldera with a beautiful fireworks show in the sky to celebrate our engagement!
The photos and video turned out amazing! They were shared with dozens of our family and friends around the world and loved by all! We received so many compliments and love how they turned out!
Maik and his team are amazing and my fiancé and I are forever grateful for helping create one of the most memorable and cherished moments of our lives. Thanks a million times for everything! First off, i live in the US, New York. Planning this proposal overseas in Greece no less, was the easiest thing I ever did in my life thanks to Santorini Proposals. Maik and his team have been a pleasure to work with. Took the stress of preparing this off my mind.
From the transportation, to the execution, along with having the smallest details down to a T, they really pulled off the Dream Proposal I had in mind for my beautiful fiancé.
Emailing back took around a day due to the time difference of 6hrs in New York and Greece. That is extremely quick and what I rate as high quality service. Honestly I have no cons for the service they provided. From transportation, videography, photography, including bouquet of flowers, rose petals, candles in the shape of a heart, the extra services of renting a drone for the proposal, the overall cost is reasonable and worth the value, especially for the professionalism and quality of service they provided. -

The Perfect Proposal
Maik and his team were amazing! The proposal could not have been more perfect and the pictures and video are incredible. My fiancee and I will remember this day for the rest of our lives!
In addition, in the time between booking and the day of the proposal, my now fiancee, found out she was pregnant. We had to make multiple changes to the dinner menu. Maik was beyond helpful and very responsive to my requests.

I had my goals, visions I wanted to achieve, making sure that I give an amazing, one of a lifetime experience to my girlfriend. The standard of my expectations were very high but Maik and the team not just met those standards but even helped me to raise the bar even higher and they gave us much more than I expected.
Maik also helped me to create a very detailed, specific and crystal-clear action plan that eventually helped me to get what I really wanted, acheiving an outstanding, fairytale-like proposal experience. In spite of the details, it went so simply, I didn't experience any overwhelm or stress about the whole experience. They did provide me to have a peace of mind throughout.
It was so beautiful and everything went smoothly according to the plan, exactly how I wanted including timings, decoration, photo angles, moves, poses etc. We had a great time, photoshoot was fun, they made us being comfortable allowing us to enjoy the present moments.
Soon after the proposal, we received amazing, high-quality photos (a lot!) and about a 5 min. long full hd video about all the magic moments captured.
Maik and his team are very kind, caring, professional and 100% reliable. They are passionate about what they do giving their best to get the best outcomes possible.

When I contacted Santorini Proposals it was about 2 months before our trip to Greece. Despite the short time, Maik was quick to respond and assisted with all of my questions and concerns. He had great pre-planned packages with pre-selected venues with the ability to add additions such as candles and flower petals. He is also willing to incorporate your own ideas into the proposal.
