Irish/English Wedding in Santorini
Katerina and her company were 10/10. I could not imagine organising a wedding in Santorini without her. We booked 14 months out from our date and she was faultless throughout.
She responds to emails and queries so quickly we were never left in limbo. All the vendors she helped us pick and co-ordinate all commented to us that she is the best on the island and a dream to work with and we couldn’t agree more. Don’t think twice, book with Santorinimywedding!!!

Katerina is absolutely lovely to work with. She has many years of experience coordinating weddings on Santorini, along with well-developed relationships with vendors and service providers of the highest quality. She’s honest, highly responsive, reliable, efficient, and her expertise is invaluable.
I knew right away we had made a good choice to work with SantoriniMyWedding. After spending some time browsing websites and reading reviews of Santorini wedding planners, we reached out to two. Katerina got back to us by the next day, and we set up a video call to sketch out the details.
We hadn’t done much thinking about what we wanted, other than for the ceremony to be fairly simple. Katerina understood our aesthetic right away, and walked us through everything we needed to think about.
Having read that some venues are booked a year or two in advance, we were worried about reserving the venue, so we gave her a window of several days. We hadn’t thought at all about which day of the week we would like, or which date would make a nice wedding date, or even which time of day we wanted, but we were delighted when, a day or so after our first conversation, she had our ceremony booked – for a Sunday, just before sunset, on a lovely wedding date! It couldn’t have been more perfect. That’s just one example of Katerina’s thoughtful attention to detail and commitment to giving us the best available.
Katerina responded to every email promptly, even when she had to evacuate because of a series of earthquakes! We particularly valued Katerina’s honesty. She was candid about the feasibility of some of our ideas, and she was careful not to make promises about whether or not our legal paperwork would be locally approved. (In the end, it was!) Once we were on Santorini, Katerina was always available on WhatsApp for whatever we needed, whatever questions we had.
Even though ours was a simple elopement wedding, it seemed just as important as a larger one to Katerina. She must have booked the very best vendors on the island for us! I don’t know how they did it, but the makeup and hair team made me look absolutely beautiful. The makeup artist, Renia, was phenomenal, with decades of experience. She navigated all the idiosyncrasies of my features, coloring, and skin texture and gave me gorgeous almond-shaped eyes and smooth, even-toned skin – and all in the subtle, mauve-brown shade theme I asked for. The look was absolutely tasteful and perfect for a wedding! The hairstylist, Mariana, was also a magician. She transformed my fuzz-prone hair that resists styling into smooth curls swept up on one side in a way that enhanced my face. My hair stayed curled and fuzz-free the whole breezy day, through the windy evening, and even a few days after! Because they’re both so good, I probably didn’t need to do the trial session, but I’m glad I did. It allowed us plenty of time to talk about the look and try things out. Both are excellent communicators, and they completely understood all my concerns and what I was going for. I will always remember the two of them and the fun and happy vibe as they got me ready on the day.
The photography and videography team, George, Sia, and Kostas were also top notch! They took us around to different amazing photo spots on the island, managing to make us look like we were the only people there! They put a lot of thought and effort into posing us and getting the best shots, keeping track of the time so we could catch some stunning snaps as the sun was setting. I could hardly believe how beautiful the photos and videos were when we got them! I was delighted to find, in the video of the ceremony, as I recite a poem with a line about sunlight shining on the sea, there’s a high shot with the trail of the sun on the water in the background! Amazing.
Everything at the venue was beautifully set up --the flowers, the altar table, and later the candlelit dinner table. The sparkling wine, the vegan wedding cake, the vegan meal from Spicy Bites --- all absolutely delicious and served with so much warmth and care. (I still daydream about that cake!)
I felt as though everyone involved gave us not just a service, but a little bit of their hearts, and they have a little bit of mine too.
I really can’t thank Katerina enough for all she did to help us create such a very, very beautiful day. Our wedding was simply magical!

Our wedding was nothing short of a dream come true! From the first email to the final send-off, the team handled everything with such care, professionalism, and a personal touch that made us feel truly special. We had the most incredible experience with our wedding planner, Katerina. From the very beginning, she was extremely responsive and always quick to reply to any questions or concerns. When we met in person, she greeted us with such warmth, immediately giving us a hug—her kindness was so reassuring! On the day of the wedding, she was constantly checking in to make sure everything was perfect and asked if there was anything else we needed. She and her assistant, Voula, took care of setting up all of my DIY items, and I never had to worry about a thing. All thanks to Katerina and her team for helping make the best wedding!! I can’t be more happy with how my wedding turned out. I have been working with Katerina for a year and she has been so helpful with the entire process from start to finish. Any questions I had, Katerina was able to help answer them. We had an 8 hour difference as I am from the US, and that was no problem with communication. She really made sure I was not stressing or worrying about anything, as she took care of a lot.
We had our pre-wedding meeting where we went over every detail, Katerina made a schedule for day of which was super helpful and created less of a headache for us.
The day of, Katerina was communicating with me making sure everything is going good.
The attention to detail when I saw everything was perfect. All the inspo pictures I had sent and described my vision, Katerina delivered. I am so happy I chose Katerina as she did a wonderful job! -

Amazing team!
Katerina and Voula were both so lovely and made our dream wedding come true! Nothing was too much, they answered all our questions 💕 we had 2 hours time difference and finished work late and started early but they were flexible and we were able to message them at any time prior to the wedding. And they were still answering some questions for us after the wedding as well. Thank you both for making our day extra magical 🎊🍾🎂 we didn’t have to think about anything, it was super stress free. The flowers, the cake, everything was so beautiful!!

Santorini elopement
We just had our elopement in Santorini this week that was planned by Katerina. We chose to elope to avoid all the stress and expenses with planning a traditional wedding and Katerina delivered exactly that! We only booked 5 months away from our desired date but there were no issues at all and Katerina went above and beyond for us. She adjusted the contract for us a couple of times so we were happy with the price, every detail was planned to perfection, we did not have to worry about a thing and she exceeded all of our expectations. Katerina and Voula are so professional and the loveliest people ever, we were so lucky to find them.
We were so happy with every vendor they chose, cannot fault one thing about our day.

No words will be adequate enough to describe the seriousness, professionalism and organizational ability of Katerina and her Santorini My Wedding team.
We started planning our wedding a year before, so as to have plenty of time to reflect and decide everything calmly and confidently.
From the first contact we had with Katerina, we realized that we were dealing with a great, capable and confident professional.
During our video calls he collected all our requests and chose the suppliers best suited to us and our needs.
We are Italian and despite the kilometer distance we never felt abandoned in planning our wedding, because Katerina was always available for our messages and timely to offer us solutions to our requests.
Our every decision has always been supported by his advice even if he always left us free to choose.
This is because Katerina is very good at empathizing with people and advising the best while leaving free choice in decisions.
Santorini is a wonderful island to celebrate a wedding but everything becomes perfect and special if you are lucky enough to choose Katerina as your wedding planner.
We dreamed of a beautiful wedding, we wanted to give our guests an experience that would make them feel like they were experiencing a magical and unforgettable day.
With Katerina all this was possible.
We arrived in Santorini a few days before the wedding, we had several appointments with her for the final inspections and to further define every detail of the day.
We would like to underline his punctuality at every appointment and the precision in all the notes he took.
Needless to say, seeing his great organization led us to face our big day with serenity and tranquility, including the white party the night before!!!
An amazing party in a beach bar that she chose for us to start the celebrations.
We remember that evening everything went smoothly, the music was perfect, the snacks and drinks were plentiful and of excellent quality.
The atmosphere that was created gave our guests the right energy to prepare to enjoy the magic of the following day.
The wedding day in the splendid setting of the Santorini Gem was an amazing day for us, everything worked perfectly, even better than we could have imagined.
Katerina was present from the first to the last minute of the day.
Her attentive and reassuring gaze allowed us to intensely enjoy every emotion of the day because we saw that she had everything under control.
It was a dream wedding.
The next day we were drunk with happiness but also a little sad because everything was over including speaking to Katerina on the phone.
We would like to highly recommend Katerina for the organization of a wedding or an event in general, because she is a great professional with a human energy.

10/10- amazing!
Planned an elopement ceremony abroad without ever visiting Santorini before. Katerina gave us the best recommendation on a venue and the day was perfect!! We went with an elopement package and I didn't have to worry about hair, makeup, photography- everything was taken care of! Every vendor was flawless no trial needed for hair and makeup ahead of time and our photographer did amazing! Everything ran perfectly and it was such an intimate and beautiful ceremony for us. Wedding day - July 2023
Our experience with santorini my wedding was amazing from start to finish. Katerina was so lovely, friendly and helpful throughout the whole process and could not have done more to make our day as special as it was.
Getting married abroad and trusting someone with your wedding day can be daunting, but Katerina was always on hand to answer any questions and nothing was too much trouble. She also was happy to give us advice and guidance, plus explain anything we were unsure of. We had lots of questions over many months and she was always patient, supportive, and quick to respond.
Katerina was also well connected on the island and all the vendors she used for our day were also brilliant (hair, makeup, photography, flowers etc). All in all, our wedding went exactly as we hoped, everything was arranged as we'd requested, and we can honestly say it was the best day!
We would highly recommend Santorini my wedding and Katerina to any couples looking to get married in Santorini - you will be not be disappointed

I can not recommend Katerina enough!
When I was looking to chose a wedding planner I emailed quite a lot of people, where I just got an automated email back, where as Katerina replied personally & ever since she’s been incredible at returning my emails/WhatsApp! I have never had to wait longer than a few hours! We went to Santorini to meet Katerina & view the venues & she went through EVERYTHING with us! Told us exactly how it would be & how much things costs. There were no hidden fees or things we didn’t know about! Katerina was so helpful when recommending extras to add on which she thought were beneficial & not so beneficial! I honestly felt like I had a friend planning my wedding. On the wedding day Katerina was there the whole time, it was so stress free, I wouldn’t have even known she was there everything was just done! She’s like a wedding fairy!! 🤍 our day was even better than I ever could of imagined thanks to Katerina - everything was so perfect!

Outstanding service
Katerina and her team has gone beyond the basic standards of the wedding of what we’re supposed to get. Katerina was very approachable and easy to talk to when it comes to our wedding requests. She was very hands on with everything, from the ceremony to the reception and until we finished the whole event. I also want to give 5 star or more to the make up artist and hairstylist as they were very friendly. They have also done an very good job. Dana villas team was also very accomodating. To summed it up, everyone on Katerina’s team has provided us an exceptional service. -

Highly recommend!
Katerina made all our dreams come true and we had the most amazing wedding day! She helped us through every step of planning and we were amazed how quickly she responded to all our questions. She provided a list of all her vendors, packages and prices so from the very beginning everything was very transparent. Huge thank you to Katerina and the team for making our dreams come true!!! The easiest 5 stars I have ever given.
We had to reorganise 3 times because of covid, and Katerina took the stress out of everything for us. Dates were changed with all vendors on our behalf, and everything we wanted was organised seamlessly.
The initial booking was so very easy too. The website is beautifully organised with transparent pricing and stunning images to help decision making. We choose a Santa Irini Chapel wedding and ceremony, with the reception at Pyrgos restaurant, perfect for our wedding party.
Communication was fantastic. Katerina answered all my email questions so quickly and informatively and was so helpful. It was her friendliness and informative replies that convinced us to choose the company, which was the best choice we could have made.
Katerina booked everything and made recommendations where necessary. She gave us great options to choose from for the DJ, photography, make up and hair, cake, transportation and decorations, and coordinated the set up on the day with ease. She is a true professional and expert and I knew I could trust her to co ordinate everything. She made perfect recommendations for timings and the order of events and I knew we were in a safe pair of hands.
Before the wedding I flew to Santorini to trial the menu and check out the venues. Katerina met with me and talked me through everything. Pricing was so competitive and we were over the moon with every single vendor. The day honestly could not have been more perfect.
More than this, I now consider her a friend. And if you are getting married in Santorini, booking with Santorini my Wedding is a must for the best day of your life!!

Wow. I still cannot believe we had our beautiful wedding in Santorini. TRUST Katerina, she WILL take care of you and ALL of your wedding needs. When I mean trust, I mean trust. Once you give Katerina an idea of what you want, she’ll make it happen beyond your imagination. Would hands-down 110% recommend Katerina as your wedding planner!
Initial Planning: We started planning our wedding 2.5 years in advance with Katerina, before COVID happened. Katerina sent us a massive, yet detailed file containing different types of packages with costs. We had the option to select a package or customize our own—of course we went with a package (Santa Irini Chapel for the ceremony, Pyrgos for the reception). At first, we were skeptical about the location of the ceremony given its max seating stated on their website. Katerina reassured us that we will not have a problem and there will be enough seating for all guests. She was right because it was perfect on the wedding day. Such GORGEOUS views.
My husband and I are from the States, so we were communicating and planning all these years with a 10-hour time difference. Despite that, Katerina was responsive. We primarily communicated via email, but we also video-chatted a few times through WhatsApp.
A few days before our wedding, we had our pre-wedding meeting. She met us at our hotel where we hashed out details, then she drove us to the location of our ceremony. At the ceremony, Katerina gave us a run down of where guests, wedding party, transportation would enter/park. She let us know roughly how our guests would sit. Then, she drove us to the location of the reception where we met with the restaurant owner/manager (?). At the restaurant, we finalized food and drinks, then got to see our reception hall (St Fotini). Of course, Katerina drove us back to our hotel and the whole ordeal took no more than a couple of hours tops.
For wedding day transportation, she helped arranged for all of guests to get picked up from their hotel. For guests who lived close to one another, they were given a meeting location. For myself (the bride), Katerina arranged a very fancy, private wedding car to pick up myself and parents. The groom rode with the guests in the private bus to the ceremony. For the return at the end of night, all guests were provided private bus transportation back to their hotel. My husband and I were driven back to our hotel in the same fancy, private wedding car that drove me and my parents to the ceremony. Super-duper nice guy! 10/10 service.
On the wedding day:
- The makeup and hair artists that Katerina hooked us up with were FAST AND AMAZING. The hair artist would take no more than 15 minutes per head, and everyone’s hair looked AMAZING and stayed intact through Santorini’s WINDY day. The makeup artist brought out everyone’s natural beauty. Hair and makeup for a total of 10 ladies (including myself), start time around 0815, ended before noon. Like I said, Katerina has all the connections on the island and made sure we were on schedule without hurting quality.
- Ceremony was GORGEOUS. Katerina had umbrellas for the guests to help block the sun. I was SHOCKED (in a good way). We didn’t ask for those, but they were provided. So thoughtful. So much appreciated. We had provided Katerina a playlist of songs, specific songs set to play at certain times when the groomsmen and bride would walk down. Her DJ nailed it. It was perfect.
- Reception was BEAUTIFUL. Katerina and the Pyrgos team are absolutely amazing. It was stunning. The decoration, food, and drinks were delicious! Katerina and her husband stayed with us from the ceremony through the end of the night at the reception to make sure everything went smoothly. The Pyrgos staff are INCREDIBLY kind and sweet. 11/10 service. Would highly recommend Pyrgos, St Fotini Hall to everyone!

Wow! I do not even know where to start. I met Katerina through Instagram. I found her by looking at the most tagged planner and the best reviews. She definitely stands by them. Katerina planned everything for us. Nothing was too much. She was always there when I needed to ask a question or a quick WhatsApp. Nothing was too much trouble. We met up 2 days before the wedding and she took us to the venues to sort last minute bits out. On the day of the wedding she stayed until I was in the car on the way home. We chose Katerina and SantoriniMyWedding to organise our wedding due to her previous excellent reviews across all platforms.
We began organising our wedding several years in advance (so the pandemic wasn’t on our radar at the time). We wanted to get everything done at once but from the start Katerina was in regular contact advising us of tasks which needed to be completed and those which could wait until later.
As time passed and the pandemic took hold Katerina was in regular contact keeping us appraised of the restrictions and limitation in place in Greece and real ‘on the ground’ info, which was a real reassurance compared to the media scare stories at the time.
As we moved towards the big day and the list of tasks, we needed to do increased Katerina was always there to help with advice and recommendations (flowers, cake etc.) and was always quick to respond.
When we finally arrived in Greece a week before our wedding Katerina was with us every step of the way, showing us around the venue, advising where and when we needed to be, advising on the best places to stand for pictures and videos. Her knowledge of the venue and area really shone through in her advice, and she excelled at organising and arranging all the vendors and guests on the big day, ensuring everyone knew where they were supposed to be at any given moment.

My husband and I got in touch with Katerina back in 2019. We had done a lot of searching online for a wedding planner in Santorini. As soon as we reached out to her straight away we knew that she would be a great fit for us. From the very first message she was so friendly and amazing quick to reply. There were lots of wedding packages to choose from but we decided we would prefer instead to choose our vendors and suppliers individually. Katerina was really great with this and so flexible. As she lives on the island and has been wedding planning so long she had great suggestions based on our budget and the number of people that were going to be attending our wedding. We visited Santorini in 2019 and Katerina came and met up with us and drove us around all the different venues that we were considering as well as a bakery to try some sample wedding cake. She was so warm and friendly and took lots of time out of her day to drive us around and help us make the best choices. Due to covid our original wedding date had to be cancelled and Katerina was so amazing at changing all of our bookings to our new date. She took so much stress away during a really difficult year. In the week leading up to the wedding due to covid restrictions we had to change our evening venue last minute. Katerina found us a venue within 24 hours and actually it ended up working out so well as the second venue was perfect for the party atmosphere that we were looking for. She made sure that our day ran smoothly and the venue looked so beautiful. I had asked her to put up photos and luggage tags as part of our table plan and to set up a photo table to go alongside our guest book and all the decoration looked so beautiful, just as I had envisaged. Katherina has done well. from the initial conversations that we had into the execution part on our special day. it was once in a lifetime night, the flowers, the set-up, the saxophonist, everything was perfect. the venue was EL VIENTO.
Katherina also filmed us with my iPhone, and she was so happy for us.
the thing I would improve is the photographer she worked with, we felt that although his cuteness, he wasn't as good as he was supposed to be (not focused photos, and too much positioning and not just capturing when needed).
besides that, our night was so lovely and something that we would never forget for sure.

Our perfect wedding
We would like to thank Katerina very much. We don't know where to start at the moment.
We decided at the beginning of February 2020 that we would like to get married in Santorini. We did some research and realised after a long time that a wedding in Europe is possible but there is a lot of bureaucracy involved. So we decided to contact some wedding planners in Santorini and in Greece. We had a lot of questions and Katerina was the first to answer them directly. Other wedding planners wanted us to book them first before giving us any information.
Katerina was kind enough to give us all the informations about the documents we needed to get married in Santorini.
Then she sent us all the locations where we could get married. We quickly decided that Santo Wines was our dream location. Beautiful, high up and with a sea view.
We wanted to get married high up with a beautiful view. And we wanted to have our reception at the Pygros Restaurant next to Santo Wines.
We wanted to get married in June with our closest family and friends. We had planned for about 25 guests. So the whole process started already in February. We started to get all the documents in Germany, which was not easy and a lot of back and forth. But Katerina was always there and wrote back no matter what question we had. Then we booked all our flights and the hotel was already booked for us and for our guests. We were looking forward to the wedding so much. And we were sure that Katerina would take care of everything in Santorini.
Then came the Corona pandemic in mid-March. Something no one had expected. A lockdown and you were no longer allowed to travel. At that moment we didn't know how to go on, but Katerina kept giving us courage and said that everything would be better in May and we should wait and see.
Everything will be fine and if we have any questions she is always there for us. We waited until the last minute until the flight was cancelled 7 days before our trip. From us, from our guests. We didn't know what to do. Especially I started to give up hope and then we talked to Katerina. What she said was just so humane, she was just there for me. She just said you have to come to Santorini no matter when you can do it, just as soon as you can fly no matter how many days before, just tell me. Just come here and I will take care of everything and you can get married here. Katerina made everything possible. So we rebooked our flights which was again a back and forth and wrote to the hotel. The relatives had to change the holidays. In the end there were 18 of us who postponed the wedding until July. We risked a lot and only postponed the wedding for 2 weeks. Katerina did all the bureaucracy that was still missing for us in Santorini. She also had the documents translated in Greece, as you need all the documents in Greek there.
We were on Santorini 4 days before our wedding and finally got to know Katerina as a person. She came to our hotel and met us. We saw her there for the first time, but she was a person we trusted from the beginning. At the hotel we then discussed the final details. I as the bride had my ideas and wishes and Katerina fulfilled all of them. She accompanied us to our locations and everything was sorted out. 2 days later was the wedding. On the wedding day Katerina was by our side from morning till night. No matter what, she was there. Everything corresponded to our ideas.
Thank you so much Katerina again for your effort you were the best wedding planner without you we could not have imagined the wedding like this.
Also every little wish of mine, whether it was the cake, the decoration at the altar or special wishes that I expressed at short notice. No matter what I was missing, Katerina fulfilled it and for that we are so very grateful to you. Thank you so much for making this beautiful wedding possible in an impossible Corona year 2020.

My husband and I got married on 13/07/20 at Le Ciel. At the beginning we were very worried that we would not find a wedding planner that would fit our wishes. So we contacted many planners.
From the first email with Katerina, it was obvious that we wanted her to be our planner because she was very transparent and always there to help. She answered all emails within 1 or 2 days.
Katerina and her husband have been able to realize all of our wishes and even exceeded our expectations. I am deeply thankful to both of them because without them our wedding would not be nearly as beautiful. Where do I begin? Let’s go back to April 2016 when my Fiancé whisked me away for a surprise holiday to Santorini. At this point we had been together for 13 years & he knew even before I had met him that I had always wanted to marry in Santorini (even though I have never visited the island). So being surprised to my dream destination was really an experience in itself. My Fiancé contacted “Santorini My Wedding” and they planned the perfect proposal on the balcony of our hotel. Everything was beautiful, from the flowers to the touches of green which is my favourite colour. As everything was beyond any proposal I could imagine, my Fiancé & I knew we wanted to marry in Santorini.
May 2018 we decided to take the plunge & start planning our wedding for 2019. We wanted to save as much as possible & opted for a date which was off peak, and with the help of Katerina we secured a date for our dream venue at Dana Villas.
Constantly I was emailing and sending Katerina a WhatsApp message. Asking questions and getting a reply within the hour. Considering she had a lot of weddings and proposals that year she still made me feel like a valued Bride. Katerina was really honest and supportive in any choices I made or was unsure about. If I was unsure about something she would jump in and give me alternative advice. Even though she was my wedding planner I got her involved with my planning process. I was send her photos of things I’d done for the wedding or things I’ve ordered. It came to a point where Katerina become more than just a wedding planner but a really good friend.
The pre wedding meeting took place 2 days before our wedding day. Katerina and her lovely husband Ian (who I had met at the engagement set up) was there to go through everything for the big day. Everything was planned precisely and they both came up with great suggestions when we wasn’t sure if certain parts of the ceremony would flow.
The day of the wedding - Everything ran on time and everything was just pure perfection. Many brides stress about planning a wedding but I can truly say that I didn’t worry or stress about anything. Everything was decorated beautifully and set up was beyond anything I could have imagined. Both Ian & Katerina was there throughout the wedding making sure nothing went wrong. All of our guests was blown away be the venue but also by how amazing Katerina & Ian planned everything.
Katerina and Ian are seriously a god send and it was a true blessing to have meet them. If you book your wedding with “Santorini My Wedding” not only will you have the best wedding memories but you will also make life long friends with two incredible people who will do everything possible to make your dream wedding anything you could have asked for.

Amazing experience with Katerina!
I live in the U.S. and was looking to elope in Greece. I contacted about 5 other wedding planners before finding Katerina to get quotes and all their prices were ridiculous (€7,000+). I was so happy when I finally found Katerina! All her packages were well laid out and her prices are great!! I chose the Le Ciel option (which was STUNNING btw) and ended up making a few upgrades on photographer, makeup, and hair and the price of my package still want not too bad. As most brides I was so nervous about booking a destination wedding but Katerina was so responsive and patiently answered all my questions throughout the process. She asked me about flowers and I wasn't too sure all I said was white and green and boy did she deliver. The altar table (pictured below) took my breath away. Just the bride and groom for our special day! It was PERFECT. She was there every step of the way...seriously planning our vacation/honeymoon was more stressful than the wedding itself. We both had the best time and would reccomend her to anyone thinking of getting married in greece! My hair and makeup was exactly what I wanted the ladies were fantastic. Our photographer that she provided really captured what we wanted for our day. Even our driver was so sweet with so much knowledge. Amazing! This is long over due! Our wedding day was absolutely perfect. As were the days before and after that we arranged to be planned. Trying to plan a wedding in Santorini from the US seemed like it would be a little difficult, but Katerina made it so easy! I initially reached out to multiple wedding planners and Katerina was the only one that immediately responded with loads of helpful information making it an easy choice to go with her. I was fortunate enough to visit Santorini and meet her months before the wedding and she instantly got me (I am so indecisive, I just needed someone to tell me what/who/where was the best). She was so knowledgeable about all the options and such a great, honest resource in all the decision making. In addition to driving us around for our location photos prior to the wedding, as well as staying till the very end of the wedding and transporting us back to our villa (which we didn’t expect or ask!), they managed to coordinate a perfect welcome party one night, a sunset cruise another night, and transportation for a beach day the day after the wedding. And one other important thing to mention - their pricing is incredibly reasonable! We feel like we really lucked out. Do not hesitate to hire this team - they will make your dreams come true! Katerina and her team have been amazing throughout my whole wedding journey! I spoke to over 10 planners but I didnt get that feeling of full trust until I spoke with Katerina and felt her true passion for what she does. The organisation and coordination was second to none! Every setback we had, and there were a few, she sorted them out, even two hours before the wedding she had to save the day! We attended a good friend's wedding in Santorini in 2018 and their planner disappeared at beginning of their reception and was nowhere to be seen! On the day of our wedding (31st July 2019) Katerina and her team were on hand running around in the background during both the wedding and reception ensuring all went as we planned, and they only left the venue once us and all of our guests were on the coaches back to our hotel! We cannot thank her enough for everything she has done for us...and all of this at a fraction of the cost the other planners quoted me! Katerina gives you exactly want you want and ask for, not what she thinks you want or random stuff that you do not need, which is what I found with other planners. Other planners would not be flexible on the packages they offered me whereas Katerina and I didn't even talk about packages, I just told her what I wanted am3d she when and sorted it out, with her initial.price staying the same!

Months of emailing to find the right venue, flower bouquet, and other details...it honestly felt like I was working and corresponding with a friend. Your expertise and professionalism made the whole process so easy and I just feel so thankful and have so much gratitude that you came into our lives! We love you and thank you x 1000 for everything! I highly recommend Katherina and her team at SantoriniMyWedding. We contacted Katerina at SantoriniMyWedding two and a half months before our scheduled vacation in Santorini and decided to elope. Katerina was fabulous! I provided her with some of my inspirational ideas. All the details were perfect! The cake was delicious. The flowers were beautiful! Giannis, our photographer, took his time and took a ton of stunning pictures. Our venue, Santa Irini Chapel, was breathtaking! Most importantly, Katerina was like my friend and listened, cared, and reassured me all the way through. She went over and above to help me and make our wedding day perfect. Thank you, Katerina! -

We had a very simple wedding in santorini and Katerina did everything we asked to make it perfect! She worked out a date for us when our original choice was not available, booked our transportation, got my flowers and had champagne for us and our guests! If you're looking to plan a destination wedding in Santorini, look no further than SantoriniMyWedding. My husband and I planned our wedding from New York and we couldn't be more thrilled about the outcome. All of this is thanks to SantoriniMyWedding for making the process so stress-free and easy. Katerina and Giannis were our wedding planning magicians. We're so grateful for them. Katerina was always extremely responsive throughout our year and a half of coordination. Both of them are so knowledgeable and filled with great advice which made decision making easy. On the wedding day, both of them were available and assisted with all of the coordination. No detail was missed!
We married May 26, 2019 at Santo Wines Winery with 94 guests who flew in from all over the US. We also organized a catamaran cruise for 57 people for the day prior and a brunch for 35 people for the morning after. That's a lot of planning! Every event throughout the weekend went so smoothly and it's 100% because Katerina helped us plan all of it. Our wedding guests can't stop talking about the weekend! Not only was it our special day but it was a very special vacation for all the guests. Absolutely everything was perfect. The views of the caldera from Santo Wines Winery are stunning. The Photography from Wedding Stories came out fantastic - Ben Rigas and his team stayed with us 10+ hours to document the whole day. We received over 1,000 pictures from them 3 weeks after our wedding. (Super fast!) The setting was so spectacular, our guests each took 1,000 pictures themselves too. Best of all, the food and drinks by Mario Catering was fantastic - fresh, authentic Greek cuisine with expertly crafted cocktails. The drinks were almost too good... all the guests kept partying from 4pm to 1am.
Can you hear the excitement in my voice as you read this review? I hope so because that's truly how I feel about the whole experience. Thank you Katerina and Giannis for taking care of everything so all I had to do was dance the night away. -

Everything we were looking for!!!
When we arrived in Santorini for our wedding and were first introduced to Giannis and Katerina; our wedding co-ordinators, we immediately knew that we were in good hands. We dealt predominantly with Giannis and he was professional, friendly, honest, knowledgable and personable. He answered all of our questions before we even needed to ask them! He was ALWAYS available to answer questions after the initial meeting no matter what time of the day. He spent his own time continuing to plan, make suggestions and ask our opinions on things in the days leading up to our wedding day.
On the day of the wedding Giannis was there to greet us(separately!), he talked us through how the afternoon/evening would pan out, kept us up to date with what would happen next and made sure everything was running on time (as well as it could anyway!).
Later on in the evening Giannis handed over to Katerina and again she was there for any of our needs. When the day was coming to an end she packed up any decorations etc that we wanted to keep and take with us and handed everything to us on our way out.
Katerina then met us at the town hall the following Monday to help with the official paperwork. She arrived extra early(before us) to make sure we were first in line!
I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking to plan their wedding in Santorini. I only wish we had used them from the start of our planning journey. A pleasure to deal with. -

My husband Dejan proposed me last year on Santorini. He contacted Katerina to help him with organization and they made the scene I could never forget! The breath taking view, perfectly set table just for two of us, candles arranged in form of a heart, and in the middle of it: the man of my life with the ring in his hand. I thought it was a dream that I hoped it would never end. Of course, with tears in my eyes I said YES. Soon, when I came to my senses, I realized the effort that Dejan and Katerina had put into making it a fairytale moment. I was eager to hear every single detail. All of this had made such a great emotional impact on both of us, so we decided to choose Santorini again for the most important day of our lives; we wanted to get married on the same terrace where Dejan had proposed me. Of course, all of this would be impossible with enormous help from dear Katerina. She turned all of our wishes into reality. I know that on several occasions we have been too demanding, and let’s be honest, even a bit difficult, but she patiently handled all of our requests, all with a smile. She gave her best to make our day perfect, and she did it! And even more than that!
After one year the day has come, and again, we put Katerina in charge of everything. Starting from the transport for 15 people, restaurant, decoration, hair dresser, make up artist, and many other subtle details, everything was flawless. The ceremony was held at the same terrace where the engagment had taken place. Some things cannot be described with words, there are memories that will last for a lifetime. There was also the wonderful photogrpaher that took care of us having these valuable moments and emotions captured in photos. None of this could be possible without the enormous help from completely dedicated Katerina and her team. Not only they are great professionals, more important they are wonderful people. Katerina incorporated her creativity and successfully organized our perfect wedding. This day is our personal fairytale that we enjoy to retell to our friends over and over again.
