My husband and I are based in Toronto, and we hired Maria to plan our wedding in Athens. From the very beginning, she was an incredible help—guiding us through venue options and connecting us with amazing vendors, all while staying within our budget. She made what could have been a stressful process feel seamless and easy.
She was always in constant communication with us and truly made us feel like a priority every step of the way. Planning a wedding from abroad can feel incredibly daunting, but she took care of absolutely everything and made the entire experience effortless.
All we had to do was choose our vendors—she handled the rest.
On the wedding day, I had zero stress. I didn’t have to think twice about the setup, timing, or flow of the ceremony, cake cutting, first dance, and all the little details in between. Everything ran perfectly.
She is a true master at what she does, and honestly, we would hire her 10 times over.
Highly, highly recommend—10/10 for anyone planning a wedding in Greece. -

Wedding in Hydra
We started our wedding preparations a little over a year in advance. Coming from New York to Greece. With many prompt email exchanges with Maria, we always felt supported and heard.
We had never been to the island that we decided to get married on. Maria helped with finding all the right venues for us on Hydra. We gave her a budget that she followed very closely. We had multiple days of events and everyday I felt her calm presence. She checked in with us often to make sure things were going smoothly. Her team and the vendors that she recommended were perfect! -

We are so glad to have hired Maria as our planner. Along with her team, they made sure very detail was absolutely perfect. It was impressive to see them in action. It is not easy to trust someone to execute your vision from miles and miles away but Maria is so organized that it made it easy to communicate and ultimately have the result we were looking for. All of our guests enjoyed themselves. We even had a great time - I often hear the bride and groom do not get to enjoy the wedding but not in this case. Thanks to Maria and her team, we truly enjoyed every minute. We look forward to having them plan many of our future life events. I would highly recommend.

Maria and the team were phenomenal through and through. We were two individuals that had a few items that were important to us and Maria knew how to fill in the gaps / details and we were blown away. We are in the US and so didn't go out to the location and needed to rely on her judgment and recommendations. She clearly knows the nuances of Santorini, the best locations and pros/cons, reliable vendors, and has a real artistic flair. Rehearsal dinner, wedding/party and boat day went without a hitch and all our guests really enjoyed the celebration. Highly highly recommend! -

Fairy Tale Wedding, better than we could have dreamed for
Maria and her team were exceptional from the first moment of contact until the last moments of the wedding. My husband and I are from the USA so when we decided to get married in Greece, it felt a little overwhelming with not knowing where to start. I reached out to probably 10-15 wedding planners, and Maria was not only the most quick to respond, but also immediately set up a zoom appointment with us for a free consultation. In the zoom call, she listened to us, answered questions, and had a vision for us by the end of the call. We decided right then not to look any further and to go with her, and we are very happy we did.
Despite there being an 8 hour time difference between us and Greece, Maria was extremely responsive. She was well organized, she provided excellent options for locations and photographers, and the vendors she chose for food, flowers, lighting, DJ, hair/makeup, etc were all phenomenal.
The day of the wedding went flawlessly- as the bride I had absolutely no stress because of the preparation and communication that Maria had provided throughout the process. We highly recommend Maria for anyone looking to marry in Greece! -

Where do I even begin! If you’re thinking of it, just hire her on the spot! From the moment we met on Zoom I knew she was perfect. Throwing a destination wedding is a task in itself but with Maria by your side there is no need to fret. As a graduate student in her final year of school, Maria made the entire process seamless. With frequent and consistent communication all of my concerns and questions were always addressed. She turned our vision into life and made beautiful and impactful suggestions that truly made an everlasting impact on our wedding. We have been receiving endless compliments on our wedding with remarks such as “the best wedding ever.” Maria’s expertise go way beyond the wedding day, she was there for us 24/7. Her and her team took care of everything and we did not need to worry about one thing! She even held onto our wedding attire while we traveled internationally for our honeymoon. A true gem and must need for your wedding!! Maria will always be a huge part of our hearts and we consider her like family. -

Absolutely amazing !
We cannot recommend highly enough ! We had a pleasure to work with amazing Maria and Christina. Our wedding day was absolutely magical and perfectly organised ! We didn't have to worry about a thing. No challenge or obstacle was too big for that team !
We did speak to them before the wedding, but what we have seen and experienced throughout the day absolutely exceeded our expectations!

Unforgettable Fairytale Wedding
We felt like we were in a fairytale on our big day! Maria planned a wedding that exceeded our dreamiest expectations and took all of our guests breath away. From start to finish, she handled the planning process with professionalism and designed the venue decor, flowers, table settings, bar, dance floor, entertainment, party favors etc., no detail was missed. She connected us to vendors who were extremely talented and artistic, and her vision spoke to our wishes. There was not a single flaw! She guided us in the right directions with our desires and her ideas were impeccable. 10/10 would recommend, the day was handled perfectly and working with her leading up to our wedding was a breeze. We had the absolute best experience with Maria! She was flexible with us when we had to move our wedding twice due to Covid, so this meant dealing with us for 3 (!) years. She was always professional, flexible, communicative, and responsive, and she helped us throw the event of the SEASON. She will always be honest with you about cost, budget, and value, and truly ensures she's meeting your needs as a couple. The day of our event was Pride parade, and she managed to speak to the Chief of Police about being able to arrange our transportation for guests before the roads were completely closed off - never in my right mind would I have thought anyone could pull that off! She and her team were working behind the scenes to ensure our guests never knew there was ever a potential snafu, and as a bride I had the most relaxing, stress-free day because I knew she was handling everything. If you're thinking about having a wedding in Greece, do yourself a favor and hire Maria. She'll make your dream come true! -

Your search for a wedding planner is over!
When my partner and I got engaged we started looking for a wedding planner straight away. We spoke to 5 different planners based in Greece before finding Maria. As soon as we had our first video call we knew our search was over and we booked Maria straight away. Her good energy, dedication and kind heart radiated, even through a video call.
We knew planning a 4 day destination wedding (both an Indian and a Civil wedding too) during the pandemic wouldn’t be easy but Maria made it all happen and reassured us along the way.
She took away all our stress and allowed us to enjoy every single moment of our celebrations.
Since the wedding, every single guest has contacted us to express that they felt they were in the middle of a fairytale/movie.
She is not just a planner, she is a dream maker and has become part of our family.

Maria helped us plan our elopement on the island of Milos in Greece. We're American, and she overcame the distance, helped us make sense of the required documentation, and aided us through any and all language barriers. She even played the role of translator during our ceremony and served as a witness at town hall. What was supposed to be a quick planning/elopement for us turned into 18+ months of planning and rescheduling due to COVID. Maria was with us every step of the way and was patient, flexible, and kind. She helped to make sure we were both comfortable with our plans in a place we had no prior knowledge of. She arranged amazing vendors to help make our vision come true and worked closely with our hotel and restaurant to bring our post-wedding dinner to life. Since it was just the two of us at our elopement, she made sure we felt supported and taken care of. She even went above and beyond taking me to my hair and makeup appointments before the wedding. We'd hire Maria again in a heartbeat. -

Perfect Planning, Perfect Day!
From the very beginning when we met Maria over a zoom call she put us at ease and was so understanding with our vision of our wedding. She added to our ideas to create the perfect picture of our day. The pandemic made it so difficult, having to move our wedding date not once but twice. But, in this time Maria was so calm and understanding and was always so helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding planner, our special day was made that bit more special with Maria putting together absolutely everything we asked for, and more!

My wife and I hired Maria to plan our recent wedding outside of Athens and would recommend her without question to anyone getting married in Greece. Even with local family members offering their help, the task of planning a wedding in a foreign country (we are American) overwhelmed us. Maria made it easy. She helped us stay in budget, was very knowledgeable of local venues and venders, displayed excellent aesthetic taste, and was warm, accommodating, and friendly. Our wedding was absolutely gorgeous and we hardly had to do more than show up. She was also invaluable in helping us navigate the paperwork and bureaucracy involved with making our marriage legal. I won't say Maria went above and beyond because I think excellence is a matter of course for her. 10/10 great wedding planner. -

We live abroad and had to rely on a wedding planner to organise a destination wedding, with a rather usinque set up, which would cater both to our local and international guests. It took a lot of time researching for the most professional wedding planning service and we were very lucky and happy when we met with Maria and her partners.
All we needed to do is share our ideas, favorite colors, can’t live without food and drinks, as well as our music preferences and Maria did it all for us.
Our stress level? 0%!!! We did nothing besides choosing the BEST wedding planning service!
Our unique wedding setup turned out fantastic and all our guests had a blast!
Tip: have a meeting with Maria, share your wedding plans and forget all about your wedding logistics from that moment on. Just show up at the venue :)! -

After a lot of research through goodness knows how many planners, I was pretty certain Maria was going to do the best job of them all, and I wasn't wrong! From the very first contact to even now, after the wedding is over, Maria has been incredibly helpful, always responding in great time and never fussed by my constant barrage of questions and changing my mind about things. I also very quickly learned to trust her judgement and advice. She has a fantastic quality to be able to put your dreams into a reality and I can honestly say even having been involved in the planning with her from beginning to end, I was completely shocked by how absolutely AMAZING the wedding and reception was, I couldn't have imagined it would be so perfect. My husband and I will never forget what a brilliant job Maria did, and every single guest has told us it was the best wedding they have ever been to (including their own!!). What can I say? Maria is attentive, perceptive, helpful, incredibly friendly, reassuring, and incredibly good at her job. I would recommend her services to absolutely anyone and am already trying to convince friends and family to employ her when their time comes.. Steve and I would both like to say a HUGE thank you for everything you have done for us, and literally had the best time of our lives. You're the best!! We are still waiting for our professional photos to arrive, but I have attached below a couple that our guests got. I haven't had a chance to upload them yet so these few do not at all do the wedding justice. xx

Maria was extremely understanding, and explained all the options available to us. After exchanging a few emails and phone calls, she had everything taken care off. We felt very confident in her abilities and more so after we met her the day before our ceremony. The hair and makeup artists were great and our photographer was amazing. We had a lot of fun taking pictures around the town after the ceremony. Thank you again Maria for making all this happen for us, it was exactly what we wanted. Nicola Sent on 10/04/2017I couldn't be happier with how my wedding day went. Maria took my ideas from a pinterest board and turned them into a perfect wedding day. I am glad that I trusted her creativity and knowledge of the venue. The flowers and decorations were beautiful. She added some fantastic finishing touches such as fans for the guests, cupcakes and dancing shoes. The fireworks display she suggested really made the day special, photographer she recommended was brilliant and we have had a lot of great comments about the musician she found for the drinks reception.
We had a good level of contact over the 12 months including Skype conversations and many emails which Maria always responded to very quickly. On the day Maria was around and organizing everything in the background to ensure it all went smoothly.
The organization of the venue and legal side was very good. We had a few issues with the Greek Embassy and we have fed back to Maria some helpful information for future but otherwise we had very clear and easy to follow instructions.
Thank you Maria, it really was the best day!!
