Thank goodness my best friend found Michelle for her wedding or else I dunno how I would’ve ever found her! I’ve worked with Michelle 3 times now, another time for my sisters wedding and just 2 weeks ago for my own wedding. I flew Michelle out to Oaxaca Mexico because I knew the wedding would be a complete fail if I didn’t truly loved how I looked. The entire time I kept thinking, thank goodness I have Michelle. It was really one less thing I had to worry about when it came to the wedding bc I knew she would make me look perfect. Michelle is also so personable I feel like I’ve gained a friend through all of this and I’m even going to do a makeup lesson with her just to see her again haha she is so talented and I just can’t recommend her enough. If you want to love your wedding photos, hire Michelle!! Also, it was hot in Oaxaca and I danced all night and one of my guest at 2am asked how I still looked so good, my makeup seriously did not come off at all!! Even with all the sweating! -

I first met Sandra Michelle when I was the Maid of Honor for my best friend’s wedding. I fell in love with her work instantly and knew right then that there was no one else I could imagine doing my hair and makeup for my own wedding day.
Sandra truly went above and beyond for me. Not only did she travel to my initial getting-ready location, but she even traveled with me to the church for the ceremony to ensure everything stayed perfect. Her talent is unmatched—she created flawless hair and makeup that made all my wedding dreams come true.
Beyond her incredible skills, she is such a wonderful person to have around; she even went out of her way to capture extra photos of special moments when she was present. I couldn’t recommend Sandra more highly. If you want a professional who is talented, flexible, and truly dedicated to her brides, look no further! -

It’s difficult to fully explain how grateful I am for Michelle and her team, and what an absolutely incredible job she did with my hair and make up for my wedding. First off, she was so accommodating with fitting in a trial with me coming in from out of state. She killed it during my trial and somehow blew me away even more on my wedding day. Early on we discussed doing a “look change” between my ceremony and reception, which we practiced during my trial, and she executed this perfectly on my wedding day. She is truly a professional at what she does. I could not have been happier with her work and am forever grateful to her for helping me feel so beautiful and confident on my wedding day. Thank you, Michelle! -

I used Sandra Michelle Artistry for my wedding hair and for my bridesmaids' hair and make-up as well as for my mother and mother-in-law. I absolutely loved working with Michelle and cannot recommend her enough. I feel like from the very beginning we really connected and I felt like, both at my trial and during my wedding, that I was hanging out with an old friend, which made me feel confident and at ease. I absolutely loved my hair and Michelle did an excellent job. My bridesmaids and my moms all looked GORGEOUS and also feltt very confident on my wedding day. Michelle and her team are extremely good at what they do and are receptive to what you want for hair/make-up and execute it with precision.
Michelle was also extremely responsive, communicative, thorough, and organized which is incredible to have in a vendor when you feel like a stressed out bride trying to plan and get everything in order. I would recommend Michelle and her team to everyone and am extremely grateful that they were all apart of my special day. I can't sing my praises for Michelle enough! She is incredible! -

Sandra Michelle Artistry was definitely the best decision I made for my wedding day! Going through the trial appointment she immediately knew my makeup and hair vibe just from looking at my Instagram. She was able to execute the exact look I wanted after I showed her some Pinterest inspiration. She was also SO easy to communicate with whenever I needed. Wedding planning can be a lot and she made my life easy! The day of the wedding was so much fun with Michelle and her team!! She made the day so much fun and relaxing and of course made me feel like the most beautiful bride!! Her team was also amazing for my bridesmaids and moms, I truly could not have picked a better team! -

Amazing team
I had the honor of having 2 of Michelle's lead artists for my wedding hair and make up. Terrin gave me the most perfect glam look I could ever imagine. I asked her to still make me look like me and she nailed the makeup look I was going for and then some! Nancy listened to me when I showed her many many pictures of the hairstyle I wanted and was very picky on the looseness of it. She was kind and patient and absolutely killed my hair! My bridesmaids, my mom, and mother in law looked and felt incredible! I am forever grateful for choosing Michelle and her team! -

Absolutely perfect!
I chose Sandra Michelle Artistry for my wedding at Leoness Cellars on 8/21/21, and I am so happy I did. Jackie did my, my bridesmaids', and my mother's hair, and she did an absolutely amazing job for all of us. My hair is not super easy to work with (any styling falls out within an hour...) but she absolutely nailed it with a gorgeous low bun that added so much volume and texture to my hair, I couldn't believe it was actually all my hair! And it stayed perfectly styled all night! She was so friendly and funny, we all had a great time working with her. Jamie was our makeup artist and did a similarly amazing job. I was a little nervous about the makeup, since I don't usually wear much makeup or know much about it, but she somehow produced the most PERFECT makeup I could have ever imagined. Natural yet stunning - exactly what I wanted, yet couldn't exactly describe. It was like she could read my mind. All in all, we all had an amazing experience with Sandra Michelle Artistry and I would recommend them whole-heartedly to any and every bride!!! -

Michelle and her team are absolutely incredible to work with and made me feel so beautiful on my wedding day! I did my hair and makeup trial with Michelle prior to my original wedding date which was scheduled for Spring 2020. I loved the look she did for me so much, but unfortunately due to COVID we had to postpone our wedding date to later that summer. Michelle was so compassionate and understanding, and graciously moved our contract to the new date. Then as restrictions were still in place by summertime we made the decision to postpone our wedding date again to Spring 2021. Once again Michelle was so understanding of the situation and moved our contract, but due to her amazing talent, she was booked for our new date. Michelle set me up with her amazing team Terrin and Jackie. I did another trial run with them and they perfected the look I wanted. By the time my wedding day came around, I had Terrin, Jackie, and Nancy at the hotel where my bridesmaids, mom, and mother in law were all getting ready. The three of them were so efficient and made each of us feel so beautiful, with our hair and makeup lasting well into the night! -

I hired Sandra Michelle Artistry for hair and make up for me and my bridal party. I had Jaime and Terrin to do our hair and make up for me and my entire bridal party and 1 of our guest. They were very fun to be around with and bring such a good energy. Our guest couldn't stop complimenting on the hair and make up. Michelle is the key artist. She was very professional in creating the timeline and made it so simple for me and my bridal party. You would not regret hiring SMA for your wedding -

Sandra and her team are the upmost professionals. They are licensed, experienced, and welcoming. I feel so fortunate I picked her team, and her, to do my hair and makeup for my big day. They also did my bridesmaids and mom the day of. What a solid team of talented ladies. My trial run was great. Sandra took her time to really understand what I was looking for. She listened. Her studio is adorable and she is extremely professional. On the wedding day they were on time, in constant communication, prepared you a on-the-go kit if something came up and you needed a touch-up. I never felt prettier than the day of my wedding and I have sandra and her team to thank. Thank you for putting my mind at ease and making me a princess for a day! -

Sandra and her team hands down are absolutely amazing! My Coordinator suggested her and her team when I decided to add hair and makeup to my list of vendors. She was SO accomadating with my need for a trial run within the same week I booked. This was due to me coming from out of state I only had one week to meet all my vendors. I couldn’t have been more impressed with both my hair and makeup trial. I went home super excited knowing how gorgeous I would look on my wedding day thanks to her! Morning of my wedding came and her and her team did awesome job not only with everyones hair and makeup, but keeping the mood up with music, and scheduling everyone that morning so that my entire bridal party was fully ready when we needed to be. Although I usually don’t wear full coverage everyday I was pleasantly impressed by the beautiful and flawless airbrushed finish she gave me for my wedding day. My makeup lasted the whole night even with the massive amount of happy tears I shed throughout the evening. I couldn’t have been more happier with her and her team and would highly recommend her to anyone! -

Michelle and Ruby did such an amazing job! Our hair and makeup lasted the entire day even though it was over 100 degrees in Temecula that day! She even helped my mother and mother-in-Law pick out makeup colors to match the dresses they were wearing. They were a huge help! Thanks again for making our day perfect! -

Talented, Fun & Professional
Michelle and Terrin were amazing! They were both so sweet and a pleasure to work with. Michelle & Terrin were with me and my bridesmaids all day and they quickly became one of the girls. Getting ready was such a breeze and we all had the best time laughing and chatting before the ceremony. It was so nice having both of them there, they really helped ease my nerves and made getting ready for the big day fun and memorable. Michelle even touched up a few of the groomsmen who wanted a little translucent powder to hide the shine on their face in the hot Temecula heat!
BOTTOM LINE, if you're looking for a hair & makeup artist look no further! Michelle and her team are absolutely amazing at what they do and have the best attitude. It was so fun working with them and our hair and makeup turned out amazing!

Michelle and her team did the most amazing job on my hair/makeup for my wedding. I was one of those brides who had no idea what hair and makeup style I really wanted, nor what looked good on me to begin with. I expressed this to Michelle and at the bridal trial she helped me along step by step to ensure we figured out the best look possible. When the wedding day came, my hair and makeup looked even better than I remembered! She works magic. Not only is she great at her profession, she's just a wonderful person who helps keep a stressful morning fun. Her team did the most amazing job on my bridesmaids. We all got compliments all night long. I highly recommend you do yourself a favor and hire Sandra Michelle Artistry. Easiest decision ever. -

We booked Michelle to do my hair and makeup for our wedding, but got so, so, so much more!
Mauricio and I were super untraditional - we threw a surprise wedding for our guests. Being as we kept the secret from all family and friends, Mauricio and I went through the entire planning, research, decision-making, booking, and setup process by ourselves. Not only was Michelle awesome in the pre-event communication by email and phone, she made me look and feel absolutely beautiful (her work is stunning in photos all night long!), she went above & beyond to help the day go smoothly - she had the most amazing positive and supportive vibes throughout the whole process. Michelle is cool, calm, collected, and caring...she may or may not have calmed my mini "projector for 'hey it's a wedding' slideshow tech skipping glitch" meltdown in an understanding and sweet tone while blotting away my stress tears and reassuring that it would be alright. She had me composed, smiling, and centered again in minutes. Her genuine care, attention to detail, and support throughout the whole wedding process was invaluable to me and my experience as a bride.
Whether Michelle was prepared for it or not, when we booked her, she became an honorary surprise wedding bridesmaid on our special day and gained a forever fan of her work, business, and self. We totally love Michelle and know that you will too.

Sandra heard all of my concerns and wants and made me feel beautiful inside and out. My bridesmaids and I looked stunning! Working with 12 very different people could be a challenge, but Michelle was prepared and listened to each person's vision. She was on-time, always super responsive, and her spray foundation covered any imperfection. Everyone felt very beautiful; especially me!

I booked Michelle for my wedding to do hair and makeup for myself and my bridesmaids. The entire process from our initial correspondence up to the big day (and beyond) has been a wonderful experience. I cannot say enough how great Michelle is at promptly responding and keeping consistent communication throughout our time working together, which looking back, helped a ton with relieving some stress from the wedding planning process. Once I gave her the information about how many people I was interested in getting services for, she was able to provide a clear quote up front with all the terms on how much it would be costing me (so important when planning, especially when working with a budget!).
The trial was also a great experience. I met Michelle for the first time at the trial and she is exactly what I was looking for in a HMUA. Not only is she really good at what she does, she is an absolutely sweetheart! She is extremely professional and personable. She asked me what style and look I wanted and I provided photos I got off Pinterest for her to work from. I usually don’t do my makeup and my hair has been the same style for a while now, so I didn’t know what would look good on me. I told her my main priority was to have hair style and makeup that I felt comfortable in (the wedding day is LONG) and that I felt was true to ME. She made me feel really comfortable and was open to trying different styles. She continued to check in with me on how I was liking the hair and makeup and always made note of any feedback I gave her. I went home knowing I was in good hands. Between the trial and the day of the wedding, there were changes made to my bridal party. I let Michelle know and she changed the quote and proposed schedule to reflect it with no problem at all.
Come wedding day, Michelle was accompanied by her assistant who helped do my bridesmaids’ hair. They both arrived on time to take care of us. There was an unexpected downpour in the morning which threw me through a loop but the two of them made the getting ready process as stress-free as possible. My bridesmaids provided what styles they wanted and they all loved how their hair and makeup turned out! As for me, I had some changes I wanted to make to my hairstyle and Michelle made it work. My hair and makeup looked amazing and more importantly, it held up the entire wedding even with the rain! I felt so beautiful! One of my biggest fears was to end up with a look that I didn’t feel comfortable. I love how Michelle listened to what I wanted and understood that I wanted to look and feel like myself on my wedding day. Michelle even provided me with a touch up kit to use after she and her assistant left.
After the wedding was over and we received the photos back, I was very satisfied with how my hair and makeup came across on camera. Looking back on the whole process, I am so happy I chose Michelle as my vendor on my big day and I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a quality professional artist to do hair and makeup for a wedding or photoshoot.
