Wow! How to even make this review short... Sandlewood Manor was gorgeous and perfect for our wedding! The staff is extremely nice, respectful and thoughtful. They literally catered to all our needs. From the day we toured the place to even after the wedding! They are just so thoughtful and I can't say enough good things about them! The owners, staff and their catering were amazing. Shane was our coordinator and we loved her so much! She made sure we were always happy and well taken care of. I mean the whole land is breathtaking, you have to see it for yourself! We are forever obsessed with Sandlewood Manor!!! -

We recently had the pleasure of hosting our wedding at Sandlewood Manor, and it was nothing short of magical! From the enchanting ambiance to the impeccable service, our special day was everything we had ever dreamed of.
Choosing a Thursday wedding was a fantastic decision to help save on costs, and Sandlewood Manor made it feel just as grand as a weekend celebration. The venue's team ensured that every detail was executed flawlessly, leaving us and our guests in awe.
We were encouraged to use their caterer, LaRue Catering & Events. We were given the option to bring in our own catering company for a buyout fee, but we chose to use LaRue and we were not disappointed. The food was fantastic!
One thing to note is that outside liquor is not permitted, so we opted for their selection. While this was an initial concern for us, their offerings were extensive, and the quality was top-notch. The staff were all extremely friendly and on top of everything.
Overall, Sandlewood Manor provided a picturesque venue for our celebration. The venue's attention to detail, flexibility with vendors, and overall professionalism contributed to a beautiful and memorable event. We highly recommend Sandlewood Manor to any couple looking to create their own magical moments! -

I have had a few opportunities to work with the staff at Sandlewood Manor. The staff is not only attentive to the needs of our clients but has such impeccable skills to accommodate their special requests with such calm and ease. I must say, as a wedding planner, this venue is hands down one of the most beautiful properties I have experienced. Ladies, if you are looking for a beyond breathtaking wedding day, you must see this venue. The accommodations and beauty at Sandlewood are endless, as well as the photo opportunities to capture a lifetime of amazing memories! ABSOLUTELY BREATHTAKING!!! The Dream Wedding you have always imagined is only a tour away. Highly recommend. -

We are beyond pleased with having our wedding at Sandlewood Manor! The grounds are absolutely STUNNING and very well kept, and the staff is very accommodating! It was the most magical day. Absolutely breathtaking day!
HAVE YOUR WEDDING HERE. Everything about the venue was spectacular. The planning process with Shane was incredible - she was very professional and answered our questions so quickly. The venue offered everything - plenty of getting-ready space, lots of picture opportunities, and a wonderful package. Our wedding was spectacular because of Sandlewood. Look no further for your venue!!! -

Stunning venue with an amazing team!
If you are considering Sandlewood Manor, book them now with no hesitation! I recently got married here, and my experience was nothing short of amazing. The property is STUNNING and offers a plethora of opportunities for the outdoor wedding to the chapel wedding. Whatever your dream wedding looks like, there is a fit for it in one of the locations available for ceremonies at SWM. Not only will your wedding be breathtaking, but you will have the opportunity to work with some of the sweetest people! Shane was my venue concierge and was so helpful and prompt. She made the whole experience incredibly pleasant and made me confident that my wedding day was under control! Additionally, the security team and the cleanup crews were so sweet and friendly. They all made the environment warm and welcoming and all-around peaceful. Lastly, the venue's caterer, LaRue Catering & Events, was the perfect touch to our night! Their food was outstanding, and they worked with our needs to ensure our menu fit within our budget. Even on the lower end of a budget, they ensured quality was not compromised! Overall, choosing Sandlewood Manor was the best decision I made when planning my wedding. It was the most beautiful, stress-free day thanks to the Sandlewood Manor property and team! -

Sandlewood Manor is truly by far the most breathtaking and unique wedding venue in the Houston, Texas area! From the moment I first drove up to it, I knew that this was THE place I always dreamed of getting married at. You start off with the beautiful manor house at the very front but once you enter the ballroom in the back, your breath gets taken away completely! All of our guests cannot and will never stop talking about our wedding because of how beautiful the setting itself was! To top everything off; the day of the wedding couldn't have been more perfect! The staff members are top notch! Servers were on top of their game making sure all guest were taken care of at all times, the chef accommodated several unexpected dietary restrictions for several of our guests and delivered a delicious meal for all of us, their cleaning staff was on top of everything at all times, their bartenders were their friendliest and served up drinks all night long and very responsibly, their security team was also the very best & their valet service made sure that every single one of our guest was good to go home safely! By far couldn't have asked for a better wedding day; it was a true dream come true and most definitely the wedding of my dreams! I want to send a special shout out to Laura, Sandlewood's Concierge/Coordinator, she was the sweetest and made sure that my day was PERFECT! She guided us for months up until the the day of our wedding. The day of the wedding she assisted my wedding planner all day and made sure that not only was everything perfect for the wedding ceremony and reception but even went out of her way to fluff my dress as I began walking down the aisle. I was hired by the couple to be their day of coordinator at Sandlewood Manor. First of all, the venue is breath taking. It has a beautiful 'Manor House' for bridal suite and downstairs cocktail. You also have the option of staying over night. The new chapel is perfect and they thought of everything with the restrooms at the front, as well as two double doors for the bride and whoever is walking her down the aisle to get prepped prior to walking down in the AC. It is a blank slate to be decorated however the couple sees fit. The manor house has a piano and the venue has a great recommendation for the player during cocktail hour. (The MOB from my wedding was so glad they added this at the last minute.)
The grooms cottage has a pool and they are able to grill and swim while they are hanging out, it is so nice they have their own space that is not a closet (like a lot of other venues). It is also nice that it is not in the same building as the bride so she can freely walk around the Manor House. The 'Barn' as they called the big reception space is anything but a barn. The chandeliers are to die for and the venue provides all tables and chairs as well as set up and break down of them according to the floor plan you send. The venue comes with staff and if you thought I was babbling before, hold on to your seats! THE STAFF HERE IS AMAZING. The catering staff, the bar staff, the venue staff TRULY went above and beyond on every. single. front.
I want to give a very special shout out to Laura, the venue coordinator, for her attentiveness and responsiveness. She is super easy to get along with and very personable. She helped with everything on the venue side and was there anytime I had a quick question or needed anything.
If you're looking for a venue, please go see for yourself everything Sandlewood Manor has to offer, you won't regret it!! -

Fob and mob
The beautiful grounds, the architectural details of the manor house and the dazzling ballroom provided a picturesque setting for our daughter’s dream wedding.Sandlewood Manor's reply:
