Best photographers ever
Courtney and Ben are both amazing!! They photographed our engagement photos last year as well as our wedding photos this past October. We could not be happier with how our photos turned out! We love them and will be using them for all our future photography needs!! -

Ben and Courtney captured my daughter’s wedding day so perfectly. The pictures and videos are absolutely stunning. The angles, lighting, coloring and poses set them apart from all the other photographers/ videographers. They are not only incredibly talented but are genuinely kind and beautiful people. They are by far the best choice for your photography needs. -

Working with Courtney to shoot our wedding was a fantastic experience. We had two prep calls with her to go over the details of the day and the shots that we wanted. She did a great job asking us questions to help us think through some of the details, and being fully on board with our vision. We didn't do an engagement shoot, so the wedding was our first time meeting! When she arrived, she immediately put me at ease snapping some getting-ready shots and the arrival of our guests. She even offered to help with some last-minute table decorations! Beyond being an absolute joy to work with, she miraculously captured every perfect moment. She was able to lightly direct us with some ideas for poses without being too rigid about how to pose or what to do. Our goal was a journalistic style vibe worthy of the New York Times and she completely captured it. I have spent hours staring at the photos. I am incredibly grateful for her presence, her photographers eye, and her professionalism throughout the entire experience. Not to mention that she delivered the photos weeks before we expected them! Beautiful photography and beautiful people!!
Ben and Courtney have a way of capturing the moment in such a unique way it truly is magical. We had the honor of having them capture both our engagement shoot and wedding and i couldn’t have asked for a better experience! With covid, our wedding plans had changed more times than I can remember and they were with us every step of the way. We ended up having a small backyard wedding which they fit right in with our friends and family because that’s what they feel like to us! I can’t wait to have them capture more milestones in our lives. -

I was a little hesitant trying to find a photographer for our wedding but Courtney and Ben were so nice responding to all my questions and concerns. They made us feel great and only had positive vibes.
My only regret was not taking enough photos! I was so concerned about pleasing everyone I wish we could have stepped away from dinner (it was so relaxed and chill) and did another photo session. I just feel like I didn't have enough nice photos of us!
They were both so great to work with and I would love to someday have another session. -

We hired Sand and Stone to do videography and photography at our wedding in June at Nestldown in Los Gatos area. We really enjoyed our experience working with Sand and Stone. They were professional and responsive leading up to the event. They met with us twice to get to know us and better understand how we wanted the day to be shot. They also sent out a questionnaire to help them better plan their shots on our wedding day. They photographed our wedding at a venue that they had never done before, so they visited the venue beforehand to plan the best places to get photos and where to set up video cameras. The photos and videos turned out wonderful and exceeded our expectations! Beyond the professionalism and the amazing photographs and videos that they produced, they are truly wonderful, fun people and we loved working with them! -

Couldn't have asked for a better Wedding Photographer Team
We can't say enough good things about Ben and Courtney (Sand and Stone Media). We hired them for elopement photos and videos and were more than satisfied with the results. If you're on the fence about getting a video made, SERIOUSLY just do it!!! I'm so glad we decided to go for it because we got to re-live the moment every time we watched it with friends and family. We got 3 separate videos: two were for social media and the last was longer which included our vows. Ben and Courtney are both super cool and easy going. Like, we would totally just hang out with them.
You guys made our special day unforgettable.

Elope with Sand & Stone Media and never look back!
My husband and I decided to have a secret pandemic elopement which meant finding the perfect photographer and videographer was extremely important to us. Once we announced it to our friends and family, we wanted to guarantee we had high quality photos and videos. With Ben and Courtney (Sand and Stone Media), we got all of that and more! Ben and Courtney are extremely easy going and feel like long time friends even though you just met. They made our day go smoothly and we appreciated their loving energy. If you are debating getting your special day videoed, do it! I had friends tell me their biggest regret was not getting their wedding videoed. At one point Courtney was even on Ben's shoulders to get the perfect shot of my dress! They are always going above and beyond to get incredible shots for you. Look no further and work with Sand and Stone for your special day! -

Absolutely Remarkable
WOW!!!! Sand and Stone Media is hands down the best photographer and videographer in the Bay Area! Ben and Courtney are the most remarkable and talented duo and we cannot recommend them or their services enough!
We found Ben & Courtney through their epic Instagram page (@sandandstonemedia) and it was basically love at first site with them! They are so professional, chill, and empathetic we couldn’t wait for them to capture our day!
From the moment you meet them you feel like the greatest of friends, what more could you ask for?! We had the the most relaxed and intimate engagement shoot with them first followed by our 20 person microwedding. Courtney does the photography and Ben works the video, they vibe and work so well off each other everything is very relaxed from start to finish. They truly captured every little detail and so many candid moments. Nothing ever feels forced with them.
Their work is truly breathtaking and our day wouldn’t have been the same without them. Thank you Ben and Courtney for capturing our wedding day in the most AMAZING ways possible! -

Always so much fun working with Sand and Stone
Courtney and Ben were so helpful and flexible during our wedding in October 2020. They did such an amazing job capturing our special day in the most beautiful way. The quality of the coverage is exceptional, they were incredibly organized/professional, and such fun awesome people. We originally planned on just having them do the Cinematic Feature and Social Media Highlight. After receiving the two videos we immediately asked them to add on a Full Length video. Wedding days truly go by so quickly it is so wonderful to have these videos to watch and help us celebrate our special day all over again.
Since our wedding we have had numerous photoshoots with Courtney and she always makes us feel super comfortable and captures the best pictures of us. She has the best style and always suggests the most beautiful locations. 100/100 highly recommend!! -

Courtney and Ben are AMAZING! They are so personable and enthusiastic, which eliminates any nerves you may have getting your pictures taken. Their prices are super reasonable considering what you get. We opted to get photos and video and they provided gorgeous photos and a short, medium, and full length video. They were all gorgeous. Highly recommend Courtney and Ben! -

Near Perfect Experience
Courtney and Ben are an excellent couple that are very easy to work with. They worked very hard our whole wedding day to get as many good pictures as possible! They are very flexible and work towards what you want while being sure to capture every perfect moment of your wedding day.

Courtney and Ben are amazing photographers, videographers, and artists, but most importantly, people.
We had the honor of having them as our wedding media specialists back in August 2018 in Hawaii. We had an engagement shoot to warm us up and to get to know each other’s personalities and felt so comfortable with them on our day - like they were lifelong friends we had been waiting to meet again! They captured our spirits and gave us photos and videos better than we could have ever dreamed of!

I LOVE our wedding photos and videos. I’m always looking back at them and have the pictures framed all over my house. Ben and Court do an amazing job and make you feel so comfortable around them and in front of the camera. Definitely recommend! -

Courtney and Ben were amazing to work with. They were easy, professional, and talented. They're our favorite of all the vendors we worked with for our wedding. Ben showed up with a drone and a host of videography equipment we'd never seen before. He captured some movie-quality shots without bringing the anxiety of an entire movie set. Courtney captured the most important moments of wedding day and edited them to perfection. We couldn't be happier with the service they provided and the memories they've helped to immortalize. 10 out 10, highly recommend! -
