Wonderful experience at Samuels! My fiance and I had been talking about getting engaged for a while and I was thrilled when we walked into Samuels one day and he said, "Do you want to marry me?" He told me that he had been looking at rings for almost a month, but had no idea what I would like. Of course I was over the moon about looking at rings, but was also nervous about making the right choice. The sales woman was so sweet and seemed almost as excited as I was about me getting engaged. She helped me to learn a little bit about diamonds and what my options were. There were so many different settings to choose from and I was totally overwhelmed. In the end I didn't end up picking out anything that day and really appreciated that I did not feel pressured in any way to make a purchase. After talking to my sisters and a few friends I went back the following week with my fiance and bought the perfect ring. Love the way it sparkles! I would definitely recommend Samuels.

My engagement ring from Samuel's was not like anything we saw at other stores. They are the other jeweler that carries PassionStone ideal cut settings. When I was searching for my engagement ring my last stop was Samuel's. I had seen some gorgeous rings all day but had not found the one. After speaking with a representative I began to described the ring I wanted and hoped they had. I wanted something unique and classic.
Finally after trying one a few rings she pulled out the "ONE" it was the right size and in the price range I was going for.

Samuel custom designed my platinum wedding ring to fit around my engagement ring and then when my husband lost his wedding band in the pacific (I know!) they replaced it for a VERY reasonable price. The person at Samuel's jewelry was wonderful. He let us look at multiple rings and he never got impatient. Also, my husband and I went everywhere to look at rings and we kept going back to Samuels. These guys are great! My ring is gorgeous and my husbands is really what he wanted. They have a great selection and good service. Samuels Jewelers does not pay their jewelers !
they are sending your prize jewelry to people like my family who work hard in small repair shops and haven't payed us on invoices dating back 5 months ! They owe us thousands of dollars and the gall in the billing office (Linda) is so rude she wont even let me know if they plan on paying some day. This is a huge problem and Samuels has done this so much that most Jewelers wont do their work. I want people to know they may not want to give their treasured family heirlooms to be sent to company's that are disgruntled because of not getting payed .Samuels Jewelers does not pay their jewelers !

Samuels is the worst in our experience, when we pick the ring we order it was totally different from the one we originally chose. Seems like underneath the diamond is a dark colored base.
