    Great Experience

    We hired Sam's for our wedding transportation. We had a coach bus for guests to go from the hotel block to the wedding venue and back. We also hired a limo for me and the groom as a getaway car after the reception. They were easy to work with, the transportation on time, and affordable. They were recommended by a friend, glad we took their advice!

    Helped us move through our day with ease!

    We used Sam’s to transport our (large) wedding party to the venue and to take my husband and I back to our hotel at the end of the night. They were so easy to work with and very reasonably priced. We would gladly work with Sam’s again and recommend them to anyone looking for wedding day transportation of all kinds.

    Stellar service

    Sam’s Limousine Company provided a stellar shuttle service on our wedding day in December. The customer service leading up to the event was excellent and the service provided for our guests on the day was perfect. Everything ran on time and everyone was full of praise for the “awesome driver”. All round excellent experience, highly recommended.

    Great customer service and even better drivers

    This place was incredible for our wedding! They gave us a great deal bundling the rehearsal dinner and wedding, plus were extremely flexible when numbers changed close to the wedding date. We loved working with Bernadette and Jennifer and the drivers were both wonderful!

    Used Sam's Limousine for my daughter's wedding in May and we could not have asked for better service. The entire process, from booking to the day of the event, was a breeze. The sales agent that assisted me made sure I got the best deal possible to meet our needs while still remaining within our budget. The driver was punctual and the buses, limousine and sedan we rented were all impeccable. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of transportation services in Houston!

    Sam’s Limousine was great - Siham the representative was so easy to work with and professional. I spoke to other transportation services and my first impression was not as great as the way Sam’s Limousine was - you were talking directly to a human being rather than receiving an “impersonal” text message to obtain the requested information. The following reservation we were making was for our wedding day and I needed to ensure that the transportation was smooth, as there were several different locations that our wedding party needed to be at. The only thing that we were not satisfied with was the A/C, however, it could have easily been the hot Houston weather, as it was 100+ degrees in July. Overall, customer service, the driver, the overall experience was well worth it and I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for Limousine services for their wedding or event.

    On time, super clean shuttles, nice drivers, reasonably priced, what more can you ask for? We used 2 36 passenger shuttles to get everyone to and from the hotel where our ceremony was to our reception about 15 minutes away. They were comfortable and went back and forth as many times as my guests requested. It was an extremely easy booking process and the communication when I needed to change the hours of service was easy, prompt and carried out perfectly. Definite recommend!

    We rented the 24-28 passenger Party Bus, and although my wife and I rode in our own vintage car on the way out from the venue...everyone who rode on the party bus had a BLAST. We were a bit jealous after seeing photos and videos of the party that went down on the way back to our hotel lol!! Totally worth it, and great for keeping your bridal party, family, and close friends from having to drive after partying at a reception. Thank you, Karen for your help and having been so quick to help me reserve the bus. I'd give you guys a 10-STAR rating, if possible!

    We hired a 36 passenger executive shuttle bus for the wedding party to the ceremony and back to the reception. The bus was on time for all pick ups and made transportation a breeze! The bus was very nice and comfortable, and had an AV cord for us to play music!

    There’s a reason why Sam is so well known in Houston. They are prompt, professional and great to do business with. Less than a month before our wedding, the original transportation service we had planned on fell through. I figured we would pay dearly for getting something nice and accommodating on such short notice. My fiancé suggested Sam’s as he had seem several of their vehicles around town. I feared using such a main stream company would result in impersonal service and high prices. Luckily, I was wrong on both accounts. Not only did Sam’s accommodate us on less than 4 weeks notice, but it was also the best price out of all the companies, both big and small, that we looked at. The best part was that they did not charge for stops like most others. We were able to essentially provide transportation service not only for our wedding party but also for some guests that were staying at the hotel where the reception was being held. They basically travelled a constant loop between ceremony and reception. Our driver was very professional and super friendly. Even paying was a breeze. Bonus: the day of, we were surprised with a bigger, nicer bus than we had originally selected – still at the same price. It was delightful surprise and cemented our reasoning that there’s a reason Sam’s is so renowned in Houston.

    Very professional. Our driver was friendly and had a good attitude. He got us to each location safely and smoothly, so we could just enjoy the ride with our wedding party and a few beverages. The vehicle was clean and the sound system was pretty loud. The pricing was fair and on par with other limo services in the Houston Area.

    We, my new husband and I, needed a five minute ride from the reception to the hotel. They were on time and performed the service adequately. You would think that does not deserve a review, but not all of our vendors were as professional. There were no problems and gratuity was included: exactly what you want from a town car service.

    Disappointed with Service

    While our initial communication with Sam’s Limousine was very professional, we were disappointed with the quality of service the day of the wedding. The driver did not seem familiar with our venue locations and some road closures nearby despite us providing this information in detail to the company ahead of time. This led to a delay in getting guests to our ceremony which delayed our timeline for the rest of the evening.

    Horrible Customer Service

    Horrible customer service. Ben Khalil did not follow the agreement as discussed and outlined in the contract. His existing yet later "non-existing" billing department decided to charge what was not discussed or outlined in their agreement to my credit card. When confronted about the charge, Ben Khalil's loud and negative tone and response was over heard by my guest. He dismissed the charge as a billing department issue. When making an attempt to cancel the service Ben stated he would not be refunding any money because he could not rebook the service and he "would have to charge someone less to book at the last minute". He would "keep my full payment" (they were not supposed to charge) and, if someone needed to rent he would have to "rebook the service at a cheaper price because it is last minute". I've been a business owner for over 20 years. I have never heard of charging less for a last minute service. No one expects to pay less if they need a service at the last minute. Ben's explanation for not cancelling the booking was, because he would have to "charge less". You can't make this up.

    My cancellation was made before the 72 hour window and they refuse to refund my money. Faris is also complicit in not following the agreement as outlined. He had no problems admitting they did not follow the agreement and in his words, "yes we did not charge what we were supposed to but it doesn't matter". Faris presented himself as the billing manager but later reiterated they had no billing department. It appears Ben and Faris have no qualms about not doing business as outlined in their agreements. They state one thing and do whatever suits Sam's Limousine bottom line.

    If you want to be the last one to leave your wedding book them

    They may have a 4.5 star but their customer service is HORRIBLE!!!! And the limo they gave us was not kept up at all!! The lights flickered and radio did not even work. And that’s not even the worst part!

    Everything up to our wedding was great with them! Till the day of they were supposed to be at our venue at 9:30pm for our send off, my planner called them before hand to see where the driver was at 9:00pm and they could not found the driver and the driver never called saying they would be late nothing, so then at 9:35 my planner then again called and they finally found the driver he was 15-20 minutes away!!!! At 9:35 with NO NOTICE!!! And on top of that she was on hold for 10 mins… 35 + minutes later the the diver finally shows up and now we are the last ones to leave our own wedding!!!! And we have been trying to talk to Omar/Fernando for 3 weeks now and no one will call us back they give us the run around we have emailed MORE then once we have called more then once to just get back from the customer service rep and she tells me she would send me $80 back of my $400!!! I’m not asking for all of it because yes they said still picked us up but no call from either Omar/Fernando to talk to us about the situation!! But they were fast to email back about charging my card 🤔 I will keep writing these till me or my husband get a call from Omar/Fernando!!

    The worst service of any wedding vendor! DO NOT USE!!

    We hired Sam's Limousine for our wedding to transport guests from the hotel to the venue, which was a very short distance all within downtown. We gave clear instructions to the driver to make continuous trips from the hotel to the venue to pick up and drop off guests from the time of 5:20 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Around 5:30 p.m., the bridal party started receiving calls from the hotel and hotel guests that driver was nowhere to be found. We called dispatch to try and locate the driver and they were unable to and said they would call back, which they did not. Not a single wedding guest was picked up from the hotel and brought to the venue. Our wedding guests (several elderly) who flew in from all over the country/world were left stranded and had to scramble to get taxis/rideshares (in their formal attire). As a result our ceremony was delayed and we were left extremely embarrassed. We made several attempts to contact the business and speak to a manager (as we are reasonable people and understand things go wrong) regarding our unfortunate and disappointing service. However, it took several phone messages and eight e-mails to the corporate account manager to finally get a phone call back. When they did eventually return our call, the corporate account manager admitted that the driver had "completely dropped the ball" but offered no reasonable resolution to redress the situation.

    I don't know how you can screw up picking up someone and taking them somewhere, but Sam's Limo really screwed it up. They were AN HOUR AND 15 MINUTES LATE from the time they were suppose to arrive. And we have them an early time! My husband and I walked out from the venue through a flurry of sparklers and then walked right back in. We then waited 45 MINUTES. This was the only thing that went wrong on my wedding day. And it's Sam's Limo's fault.

    In May, I contracted for Sam's limo to take my wedding guests from the hotel to the rehearsal dinner and back. They didn't show up at all creating a huge embarrassment to me. They also charged me and now refuse to refund my money so I am unfortunately going to have to sue them. They are a slimy company so look elsewhere.
