  Forever Grateful!

  Sami Deppen is an amazing videographer and a pleasure to work with. My husband and I recommend her without hesitation! From our first phone call through final video delivery, working with Sami was seamless. And if you know anything about planning a wedding, having that in a vendor is golden. Sami took the time to meet us to not only understand our wedding timeline, but to get to know us-our love story and our vision for our weddings. Yes, we had two weddings, an Indian wedding and a U.S. wedding, and Sami was there to capture it all. She set up a few touch bases with us prior to wedding week just to ensure she had all the details. Sami was very prompt with her communication, and we greatly appreciated her flexibility when we needed to adjust some of our our timelines last minute.
  
  
  
  We loved how she framed the speeches and toasts of our loved ones throughout the sneak peek and highlight reel. It makes the videos all the more memorable and special. Having a videographer helped us to see parts of our wedding that we might have missed otherwise, especially some of our friends dance moves. Sami is professional, timely, kind, and uses her creativity to build wedding films that will last forever. You can tell by her work and her attention to details that she has a passion for what she does. We can’t wait to share these films with our family, friends, and honestly anyone willing to watch! Did I mention that the Indian wedding video is 3hrs long?!

  Everything you could imagine, and more!

  Sami is amazing! She spent time talking with us before our wedding day to understand everything we were looking for and made the day of the wedding so fun and easy! Our video is everything we could have ever imagined and were so glad we got to work with her!

  Phenomenal. Would hire her again in a heartbeat!

  Sami was great! We were definitely on the fence about whether or not we even wanted a videographer but our photographer convinced us and recommended Sami and we are so glad for the experience. The video was so beautiful and captured all the memories of our happy day. Will definitely be replaying year after year on our anniversary (and plenty of times in between!). Highly recommend.

  She goes above and beyond! She captured everything I imagined, and even things I am wowed that I did not! You will have a beautiful video to remember your very special day. I couldn’t even tell you how many times I have already watched mine! She responds very fast, and is always kind and flexible. If you need a videographer, she is a must!

  LGBTQ+ Friendly Videographer Who Goes Above and Beyond

  Sami was so amazing to work with. She went above and beyond and made us feel SO comfortable! She had never met our photographers before but they worked together so well to create the perfect atmosphere for our day. Her lighting and equipment was so helpful and extremely professional. She made the experience feel so luxurious by sending us a beautiful portrait and stunning glass USB with our video on it. Our sneak peak was sent so quickly and our video came early too!! Sami is efficient, friendly, and fun! We could not recommend her enough. At first we considered not spending the money on a videographer, but the second we got our sneak peak back I knew we made the right choice through and through!   Must have!

  We are so thankful that we hired Sami to film our wedding. She was so wonderful and helpful to have around on the day of the wedding. She not only hyped me up, fixed my dress whenever needed, but captured all of the moments I would have never remembered. The rest of the night, you wouldn't even know there was someone recording, she stays out of the way and knows exactly where she needs to be and when. Being able to experience our special day over and over is more meaningful than I could have imagined. Her editing and final film was put together perfectly!
  Sami is definitely a must have to capture the best day of your life.

  Super friendly and easy to work with!

  Sami will be videoing my wedding in October 2021, but I’ve know Sami since were sorority sisters back in college. She always works so hard to make every video beautiful. After seeing another one of my sorority sisters videos from her wedding day, no other videographer crossed my mind. I cannot wait to see my own video. She is super easy to work with and has made it a point to make things as easily accessible for all her brides.

  More than we could’ve asked for

  We had Sami video our wedding in May, we got our video back a few weeks ago and it was more than we could’ve asked for! She captured every moment, the funny, the emotional, parts I didn’t even know she was recording.. seriously, you won’t even know she’s there.. I was worried about someone constantly being around us and feeling like they were in our way but I kid you not, she captured so many moments and I don’t even remember seeing her in that moment! I highly recommend her! Both my husband and I absolutely LOVE our video, and you wouldn’t believe how many people told us they’ve watched it several times as well! Super good about asking questions about what you want, and your personal style. We couldn’t have asked for anyone better!

  Samantha is AMAZING! She is very professional, responsive, talented, plus she does GREAT work! At first we didn’t want a videographer, but I’m so grateful we hired one! I didn’t realize how much I actually missed at our wedding, but she captured it! I’ve already told a friend of mine about Sami and recommended that she hire her for her wedding day!

  Hitchin' in a Winter Wonderland

  What can we say that would do justice to the amazing work Samantha did in not only capturing the greatest event of our lifetime, but the emotion and powerful feelings attached? She was amazing, a true professional in every sense of the word. It was January, snow on the ground, and she was wearing FLATS! Commitment, dedication and honestly just the coolest person we could ask for, Sam brought every moment we could hope to immortalize (and even some we had not thought of!), capturing our life changing event flawlessly. She is patient, kind and always listens. She has her own checklist of course, but she is incredible and we will ABSOLUTELY be using her for ANY videography needs we may have in the future. Not to mention, she and our photographer were so in sync most of our guests assumed they were together! That’s some synergy you can only hope for! Thank you so much for an incredible video and a tear filled recap that left us less than dry eyed! (To say the least.) To anyone reading this and considering her? Stop thinking, book her, and make the best decision future you could ever ask for!

  Still speechless

  Samantha did our videography for our 10/10/2020 wedding. She was so patient and so caring in the work that she did. She incorporated all of the little details in our wedding and also filmed our entire ceremony. I’ve watched that and our highlight video (both of which are gorgeous) probably about 20+ times and will continue to watch it for the rest of our lives. She did an amazing job of capturing the love in the room that day. Thanks Sam!

  Fantastic Addition to the Day!

  While planning a wedding in 2020 has not been easy, incredible wedding vendors like Sami have made the process as seamless as a 3-time-planned wedding could be. I didnt think I wanted a videographer at my wedding, and the idea of having to coordinate with another vendor made my head hurt, but with the concerns about COVID, I was very concerned about how to include my family and friends in my wedding even when many people could not attend. I posted on a facebook group, and Sami was incredibly responsive, immediately reaching out to me and was so flexible with meeting me where I was at and what I needed. Talking with Sami getting ready was easy and non-pressuring, and she was just as laid back yet attentive on our wedding day. She made sure to highlight everything about the ceremony that I wanted, and even caught little things I had never thought of! And the video is so beautiful, I was so excited to share it with my loved ones.
  
  So to anyone looking for a videographer, or even if you arent sure if you need a videographer but are on the fence about how to share your special day with everyone who cant be there, I highly encourage you to message Sami and just see if she can fit what you are looking for. Asking Sami to film was hands down one of the best choices I (and my family) made. She is a pleasure to work with, both in planning and on the day of, and her work really is beautiful!
