  Amazing experience

  It's not just good wedding food...

  One of the things we heard most often during and after our wedding was how amazing the food was - “I’ve had good wedding food before, but this is just great food period!” The SaltBlock team was highly responsive in their communication and very accommodating for less-traditional style of a wedding reception. The only negative thing was that my wife and I didn’t get the chance to enjoy the great food as we were too busy mingling with guests! If you hire SaltBlock, do yourself a favor and don’t skip dinner or dessert.

  May 4th, 2019 Wedding

  Saltblock was awesome! They catered my wedding at CAVU and not only was the food awesome, but the staff was great! They paid attention to detail and were very attentive to our guest's needs. My favorite was the hors d'oeuvres, they were a guest favorite.

  Most unique catering experience

  I was dead set against having a caterer at our wedding, but as soon as I saw the SaltBlock menu, I knew we had found the perfect match. They worked with us to create a menu that was perfect for both sides of our family and friends, and we got compliments all night long on how amazing the food was (especially the charcuterie board and nitrogen ice cream)!

  Delicious Food!

  I first heard of Saltblock because they were on my venues preferred list and my wedding coordinator had them cater her wedding! Everything was so delicious! We had a lot of kids at our wedding and they were so flexible and made special meals just for them and another plated special meal for my grandfather who is a vegan. They were wonderful to work with!

  My husband and I couldn't be happier with having Saltblock as our wedding caterers!! They helped us craft a unique brunch menu that will have my guest talking for months. Not only was the food top notch, the service on the day of the wedding was incredible. They were flexible and extremely accommodating. I don't think our wedding would have been as amazing as it was without their help. I would highly recommend choosing them as your wedding cater!

Ryan, Scott, and their whole team at Saltblock were so great to work with! They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we wanted for our wedding from the exceptional food, chimichurri station, coffee bar, and late night snacks being passed around. Ryan and his team are professionals and it shows in every aspect of his service. People are still raving about our food and that feels fabulous. There is nothing worse than having your guests go away hungry. This will never happen with Saltblock on your side.

  The Best Wedding Food

  SaltBlock truly is the gold standard in event catering. From taste to presentation everything is top notch. Gemma was fantastic to work with and very accommodating. She helped us cultivate our menu and come up with creative ways to stay in budget. We especially loved the unique dishes and variety of options available. Our guests are still raving about the chicken and waffles appetizer. Of course, quality comes at a price and we found them to be much more expensive than other caterers in the area. But at the end of the day, we were so glad we had the superb food and beverage experience that SaltBlock provided.

  We used Saltblock Catering as our caterer for our wedding at the Glazer Children’s Museum. To be completely honest, a part of our decision to host our wedding at the museum was because of Saltblock Catering being the in-house food and beverage provider. We selected a cheese and charcuterie display and oysters for cocktail hour, and then Taco and Cuban food stations for dinner. Everything was displayed in a creative manner and beyond that the food was incredible! The Saltblock team also assisted me in planning and coordination along with connecting me with familiar vendors. Thanks so much Saltblock for the amazing and delicious dining and event experience!

  The food quality was good and tasty. There was a slight problem dealing with the catering aspect which was subsequently resolved. I firmly believe they have since addressed this issue and will not happen again.
