Everyone is amazing and does great work! As the bride I started doing facials with Liz about 6 months before the wedding. Liz was very realistic on her expectations and recommendations on when to follow-up and have the next facial for best results based on my skin type.Sent on 02/24/2015
Liz also did my make up trial and make up the morning of the wedding. She was amazing and answered all of my questions as they came up from the time I first met her through the wedding day (and still to this day!).
Beth did my hair trial and hair the morning of the wedding, again amazing service and quality work! Beth is very down to earth and someone you can talk to about life and she "gets it" and can relate!
My bridesmaids and mom also had wonderful experiences!!

I originally booked Salon Mode for my bridal party makeup and updo's. I also tried to book them for a blow-out style and makeup for my engagement photos, but despite emailing and leaving a voicemail on their automated system, no one every returned my call. I chose this salon because it was where my long-time stylist was employed, and I absolutely wanted her to style my hair day-of. She found employment with another salon and put in her two-weeks notice, but was told by management she would not be allowed to finish out the two weeks, effectively cancelling all of her appointments. I was contact by the salon offering 10% off my next two cut & styles, however I did not feel this was an appropriate course of action. Despite that, I considered keeping my contract with them for my wedding day, however due to poor communication from the bridal consultant, I eventually had to cancel. After emailing, calling and leaving voicemails which were unreturned, and physically going to the salon just to find out the consultant wasn't in (at which point I would request her to call me when she was, only to never hear from her), I finally decided to pull my contract and my money. I would not recommend this salon, despite the accommodations they offer for special events, simply because the personnel is lacking in customer service and simple professionalism.Sent on 12/03/2014
