From first fittings to the final adjustments, the staff at Sagets was professional, courteous, and endlessly helpful, especially in the face of a groom’s party that was coming from all over the country! Custom Tux
I can't thank Saget's enough for the amazing work and thought they put into designing my husband's tuxes for his wedding. We had been through several stores with no luck. We discovered Sagets through referral after another company promised that they could do what he wanted for his custom tux and then stopped responding and dropped the ball, leaving us with a very short time left before our wedding. Sagets made my husband feel so comfortable, they were communicative and creative. They worked with him on his vision and designed him two incredibly detailed and gorgeous tuxedos with stunning personal details, including embroidery from his vows and a custom interior liner made of photos from our engagement shoot. We couldn't be more happy with our experience. We felt so supported and the customer service was truly fantastic. Thank you for all you did for us!

Seriously so amazing!
My husband and I fought over who got to write this review - that's how incredible Saget's Formal Wear was for our wedding. They provide the most excellent, top-of the line service, style, and professionalism. My husband wanted to make a bolder statement on our our big day but, to be totally honest, also worried about looking tacky with something other than the "classic, clean, black and white." Jimmy, the owner, assured us that that simply would never happen, since "everyone gets on the wall" of photos in the shop (showcased to anyone building a custom look). We never had to worry with Saget's, since we knew Jimmy wouldn't let us walk out of there without perfection. Everyone LOVED my husband's custom dark green tux jacket - he received so many compliments! One of our relatives told him, "I expected the bride to be beautiful but I never expected how amazing you'd look." Saget's is one of the, if not the favorite choice we made for our wedding.

Phenomenal service!
Sagets was great to work with for our wedding on 9.10.2022. My husband set up an appointment to have the "man cave" so all the boys could play games eat and drink while each one of them were measured for there tuxes. There's no better tailor.
If I was a millionaire I'd be flying this team across europe curious to what we'll see and how they could incorporate this into my every day wardrobe. Jim was so incredible to work with. My husband, father, and father-in-law all had custom suits which fit them like gloves. Every detail was special and the men all looks spectacular. Top Notch professional and accommodating service
I worked with Jimmy the store owner, to have a tux and custom shirt built for purchase for my wedding, and also for tux rentals for my groomsmen. (His son James is great too, who I believe worked briefly with my father). Jimmy was very easy to work with, professional, friendly, and made sure everything was spot on perfect for all our attire. He was flexible and worked with our schedules as needed. He was especially helpful with my wedding plans as we needed to schedule 2 separate events to adapt to Covid. Speaking of which, in this very challenging time, planning a wedding made it even crazier, but Jimmy did everything to make the tuxedo arrangements for everyone move along smoothly, and everything was great. Our suits looked awesome. Highly recommended! I visited the Drexel Hill location, but I'm sure you would have similar experiences in Phoenixville.

Sagets was so great to work with. They made sure to take their time and really get an idea of what we were looking for. I had a custom made suite and rentals for the groomsmen. The groomsmen were easily able to get an appointment and get in quickly. The process was very easy especially considering they picked everything up for us the next day. My suit looked great and I had so many compliments. We used the day of service as well where they came and helped get all the guys organized and dressed. It didn’t seem like it would be overly helpful before hand but more so just nice to have someone there to help, but after the fact we were so glad we did this because he did so much for us not only with getting everyone dressed up properly but also laying out everything for the photographer and just helping to control all the chaos. I would highly recommend!

Jimmy and son James are a dynamic duo. Jimmy shows his experience and awareness with every interaction. James does such a great job keeping things calm and light, very attentive. We worked with these gents all through COVID ( March-September). They worked with all of my men seamlessly, we felt like royalty. Just Amazing!
My husband and I got married on February 29, 2020 right before the craziness of the pandemic hit. We were already familiar with Sagets since a couple of our friends had used them for their groomsmen attire (always a great experience), so this was a no brainer.
Every step of the process was effortless and worry free. We had THREE separate arrangements for three different groups of guys in our wedding. One for the groomsmen (grooms side), one for the men of honor (on the brides side), and one for our dads. Obviously we had to find something my husband liked for himself as well as his guys (6 groomsmen), then we had to find something for my guys (2 guys) that matched my bridemaids' dresses while at the same time complimenting the groomsmen attire. THEN we had to pick something that complimented both sides for our dads (2 guys). This was much easier than it sounds!
We had all these guys picking up potentially different tuxes, and everything went off without one hiccup. Everyone got the correct tux and everyone looked amazing! The whole process was easy even for our out-of-town bridal party members!
Sagets helped make our wedding beautiful and unforgettable. Definitely consider them for your event!

Jimmy and his employees are incredible people. They helped guide me in the direction that I wanted to go. I’ve never owned a custom suit or any kind of custom clothing, so I was nervous about how it would turn out. Jimmy helped me visualize what I wanted and explained every step of the process so that I understood what was going on. He and his employees are amazing people that do amazing work. Sagets Formalwear did an amazing job helping provide the Tuxedos for our wedding. I had 11 groomsmen who were all renting tuxedos plus the father of the bride. A majority of those groomsmen were from out of town, Jimmy was nice enough to ship the tuxedos to the out of town guests (at no extra charge) so they could try everything on before they arrived so they did not have to spend time going to the store to pick up their Tuxedos. He was incredibly accommodating and made sure every Tuxedo fit perfectly. I've been in a number of weddings where the rental process was difficult and items never fit quite right but Jimmy made sure that was not the case. All 11 groomsmen had exactly what they needed without any hassle.
As the groom, I purchased a custom tuxedo from Sagets and I was blown away by the work. Jimmy took the time to create the perfect Tuxedo for my wedding day and was even able to have the jacket liner be all of our engagement pictures which was an awesome surprise for my wife.
I cannot say enough good things about Sagets Formalwear and Jimmy. The service they provided was unparalleled and I would implore anyone who is getting married to use Sagets. Or if you are in the market for a custom suit/tuxedo I would also highly recommend.

Jimmy was amazing to work with. My tux came out fitted perfectly and could not be happier with how it look on the most important day of my life. Jimmy is definitely a master of his craft. When we picked up the tuxedos for our February 2019 wedding, Saget's was planning on moving locations. If Alyssa is still working there, ask for her directly. She was extremely knowledgable and profession. They're quick to reply to emails. Out of the 5 tuxedos that we ordered, one needed to be corrected, which was handled very quickly and professionally. Can't recommend Saget's enough, they did a great job!

Sagats was amazing! Jimmy will get you fitted up perfectly. The entire team over at Sagats was amazing to work with and they knew all of the right options to choose. I went with the option to buy my jacket so I could get custom tailoring done and it came out perfect. Whatever your style is Sagats has it and they will have you looking the way you want on your wedding. All my groomsman were a huge fan of the Tuxedos as well! Jimmy and his team at Sagets were incredible to work with. They made the tuxedo ordering process very easy and had lots of options to choose from. Prices are also very fair. Jimmy is the man! We used Saget's Formal Wear to rent tuxes for my groomsmen and to build a custom tux for the groom. He was personable and professional and spent tons of time going over all of our options. The custom tux fit perfectly and looked fantastic! The groomsmen's tuxes all arrived on time and Jimmy was available to make any last minute alterations that were needed. He even picked up the tuxes at the hotel the morning after the wedding! Overall it was an incredible experience and I can't recommend him highly enough!

I used Sagets' services for my wedding on May 5, 2018 and I couldn't have been more happy with my experience. Jimmy was a consummate professional, very easy to work with and, most importantly, the tuxedos looked fantastic! I thought finding suits for my husband/wedding party was going to be one of the easier lifts during our wedding planning--boy was I wrong. We made the mistake of going to Men's Warehouse first. We knew we wanted gray suits for our wedding party and we knew we didn't want to make our groomsmen buy a suit that they may never wear again, so renting was our first choice. They had ONE style/color gray suit for rent--ONE!
Thankfully, after doing more research we came across Sagets and we were sold immediately. Sagets has a HUGE selection of suits for purchase or for rent (we had multiple styles/colors of gray suits to choose from) and they had no problem spending a ton of time helping us decide on what fit our vision while also offering suggestions along the way. We had a few groomsmen who were coming in from out of town, and Sagets made the process of getting their measurements a breeze. We also loved that Sagets offer to pick up suits from the hotel the next day, leaving us the ability to go down the shore to keep celebrating and not worry about running the suits back to their store. Our groomsmen and my husband looked AMAZING on our wedding day--the suits fit perfectly and the quality was high-end.
The staff there is not only professional, but treat you like family. You can tell they take their business seriously and it shows. I love them so much that I am also using them for gown preservation. I would and will recommend Sagets to everyone I know! Thank you, Alyssa, Jimmy, and Sophia for making our wedding day one for the books.

Choosing Sagets was the best decision I could have made for my wedding tuxes. I went into the process not having a clue where to get tuxes from. I researched reviews online of a bunch of places and felt overwhelmed, because all of them had generally good reviews but some really bad ones which made me nervous. I only chose Sagets because my friend used them, and feel very, very lucky I did. Not only was the whole team extremely friendly, helpful, and insanely easy to work with, but they even overnighted a few items to us the day before the wedding. We worked mostly with Alyssa but also Jimmy and the rest of the team, and they all were awesome. They were great with the out of town groomsmen, the dads, and my groomsmen in the Philly area. I really can't say enough about how great of an experience we had with Sagets and I could not recommend them any more strongly. If you aren't sure what to do about tuxes/suits for your wedding, I guarantee you won't regret going with Sagets.

I recently had a custom tuxedo made for my October 2017 wedding by Sagets formal wear and I cannot say enough great things about my experience. Jimmy Buchakjian is the nicest guy and such an amazing expert at his job as a tailor! His staff is just as amazing as he is! From the beginning to the end....our experience was great. Working with Jimmy from my very first fitting until Jimmy personally dressing my Uncle (my best man) and me on my wedding day was such a fun time. Being a guy and having the option to either rent a tux or have one custom made... I cannot recommend enough; going the custom route!!! I had the inside of my jacket personalized with several very meaningful memories that I wouldn’t have been able to do if I rented my tux.
Jimmy treated us like family and I can honestly say he is as sincere as they come!!! What a great guy to have to add his finishing touch... on your wedding day! What I haven’t said yet.... is that my tuxedo fit me perfectly and it was besigned beautifully!

The staff was a pleasure to work with. Communication, whether it be through email or over the phone, was exceptional. We recently used Sagets for tuxes at our wedding. One of my biggest concerns when considering groom/groomsmen attire was getting stuck with the typical boxy, baggy rental tux/suit. Thank god we found Sagets! I couldn't have been more happy with the modern/slim fit Michael Kors tux we rented - looked very sharp in photos.
In addition to the tuxes, the staff at Sagets was incredibly easy to work with from start to finish and the process for out of towner's was simple. They make the pickup & drop off process stress free on the groom by texting groomsmen directly when their tuxes are ready and coordinating a pickup at the hotel the day after the wedding.

Do not waste your time going to other stores! Every aspect of this experience was positive. Jimmy (owner) is great to work with and extremely flexible. He is also very personable and his staff are just the nicest people. He goes above an beyond to make sure his clients are happy with what they're getting. He even came out to our house the day of the wedding to make sure everything fit as it should. He then followed us to the wedding venue to fix our out of town ring bearers pants because they were a little on the short side. He is prepared for the worst! I can't think of any other place that provides day of services--you just can't get that anywhere. This isn't your typical tux rental store, Sagets will exceed your expectations.
I got custom shirts for my groomsmen and I couldn't be more satisfied with them. The quality of his products are just outstanding. They certainly care about their customers at Sagets and they are about building long term relationships. I will continue to use Sagets and always recommend them.

Let me start off by saying how good myself and the groomsmen looked! I don't think we could look any better than we did on the day of the wedding. For the same price as Men's Warehouse or any other place, I couldn't of chosen a better place than Jimmy at Sagets. None of the groomsmen nor I had any major issues with the suits, besides minor alterations that took maybe 10 minutes of time to fix. I also had a custom shirt made complimentary and I also bought my best man one as part of his gift. I have had nothing but great things said to me at the wedding about the suits and will be a returning customer for a full suit in the near future!

Been to Sagets for other weddings but this time it was mine. Always top notch for style and looks but service wise they are always there to take care of you no matter what. Sagets is my go to for all. Thanks again for being part of our special day!!!!

Jimmy and his staff exceeded any an every expectation I had throughout the entire process of finding and fitting a tux for my wedding. From the very first call to set up a time to come in to returning them, Jimmy was the definition of professional and the process could not have been smoother. Not only does he have an eye for making you look exceptional, but his tailoring skills were phenomenal. All my groomsmen said this was their best looking and fitting tux, and they've been in a lot of weddings. I had a custom shirt made, as well, and I couldn't be happier with it. It fits like a glove and it is a personalized memento from the wedding day. Jimmy also takes great care of you in situations that could otherwise cause stress. My wedding was in Lancaster and one of my guys who got measured in NYC needed a jacket a size up the day before the wedding. Jimmy over-nighted it to our hotel and everything turned out great. (The tuxes Jimmy personally measured for us guys from Philadelphia fit perfect). I'm looking forward to getting a full custom suit from Jimmy in the future. Can not recommend Saget's enough!

Everyone at Sagets was extremely friendly and knowledgable. They were able to give us opinions of what looked best and helped us to pick out ties when we were having trouble envisioning what we wanted. The week of the wedding one of the groomsmen needed a different size than originally fitted for, and they easily made the adjustment and had the suit ready the next day. Very reasonably priced and a much homier experience that a large tux company!

Wish I could give Saget's 10 stars! After a sub-par experience at Men's Wearhouse, we went to Saget's after meeting Jimmy at the Radnor Wedding Expo. From the moment we walked in, we were treated like true clients. Jimmy is a true expert in his field and excellent with customer service. Jake and Jimmy helped to show us the options available and helped us to make informed decisions, based on our style preferences, trends and season.
Additionally, the quality of the clothing was fantastic. The day before the wedding, the groomsmen did a fitting and had the rentals tailored to make sure they looked sharp.
Another service that Saget's offers is the day-of service. Jimmy or Jake come to where the men are getting ready and help them stay on time and make any last minute adjustments. Since we used real bow ties, it was also helpful to have a professional tie them. The day-after complimentary pick-up service was also a nice perk and one less thing to worry about!

After traveling to several different tux rental shops, and everyone telling us that my husband's shoulders were "too wide" to fit into a rented tux, it was so refreshing to find Sagets where they not only said his shoulder size was no problem at all, but fitted the tux so that it looked amazing on him and was neither too tight or too loose. Would definitely recommend for all of your tux rental needs!

We had an amazing experience. Sagets is very organized even with 14 of our guests all going there. Gold was our theme and they helped us match the gold to our bridesmaids dresses. They even texted everyone when the suits arrived (which nicely came 2 days early.) Thank you for everything! The suits looked amazing!

Sagets formal was absolutely amazing! My husband tried his pants on Thursday before the wedding, they didn't fit so we were a little worried. Sagets had another pair for him the next day ready and they were perfect! The boys looked so handsome and felt comfortable all day in their tuxes. This was the easiest choice we made when picking them to dress the men for our big day! They want you to have the best experience and we did!! Thank you!

Jimmy and his employees especially Alyssa did a fantastic job with helping us choose the perfect tux for our wedding. They had many options of the style we were looking for. They did a excellent job setting up the tux fittings for the guys and allowed us to do a group fitting which was a lot of fun. All the tuxes arrived ready to go for a large bridal party a few days before the wedding. They also have a great pick up service for the day after the wedding which makes it very convenient for those of us who were still a little too "tired" to drop them off that day. The prices were great for the style we chose and highly recommend Sagets for your future wedding.

Saget's is amazing! It was the best choice we could have made in our menswear. My husband was in a wedding that used them and he was very pleased with the fit of all the guys tuxes. We live down in Warminster which was definitely a hike to get there but totally worth it! Jimmy helped put together an amazing look for the groom separate from what the groomsman were wearing. They have a huge selection, ranging in sizes. Our ring bearer in size 3T was able to have a matching tux to the groom! Jimmy also recommended a site for the little one in case he was too small for his sizes.
We had a groomsman from out of state and Jimmy has a program wear he was able to get measured at a shop near him and send the info over to Saget's.
My mom happened to pick up my dad's tux and they usually like you to come in and try it on in case anything needs to be adjusted. Jimmy sent her home with two different jackets just to be sure my dad was happy with the fit. He was very happy about that, I even over heard him telling his friends at the wedding about it!
We were trilled with how everything came together!
So happy we chose to use them!

Absolutely loved working with everyone at Sagets! They are all so knowledgeable and definitely know how to put your vision together. My husband and his groomsmen looked amazing and the fit couldn't have been any better. The bridal party consisted of super tall guys to super short and some even stocky but they were all fitted perfectly. Way better then anything you'd rent at a chain tuxedo rental place and way better service. 100% worth every penny!

My wedding attire experience with Jimmy and the entire Sagets Formal Wear staff was exceptional, all around. From my first visit to the Drexel Hill location, their professionalism was on par. Jimmy always took the time to answer all questions and concerns in a timely manner. My groomsmen and I decided to go with suits as opposed to the traditional tuxedo attire, and we were not disappointed. Jimmy has excellent taste to fit anyone's needs, and with this he led in building me a custom suit that was perfect for the biggest celebration of my life to date. He also was able to rent suits to my groomsmen for a very reasonable price, and even take care of my brother's attire, though my brother did not arrive in town until the day before the wedding. Any issues we had with the fittings were taken care of, and the entire day went down without a hitch. Gentlemen, without reservation, I strongly recommend Sagets Formal Wear for all of your wedding attire needs, you will not be disappointed. I cannot say enough good things about Jim and his team at Sagets. He dressed my husband, our dads, and the groomsmen. The dads and most of the groomsmen were from out of town, but they coordinated their fittings and arranged for them to come in once they got into town for last minute adjustments. Everyone's attire fit great and getting the tuxes back to them was a breeze. They picked them up from our hotel to save us the trip out to them. Also, my husband's attire was complimentary with the rental of all of the other tuxes, which was a definitely plus. Jim was responsive and had great suggestions when choosing the attire for our guys. It was simply a level of service you can't get at a Men's Warehouse or other chain. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Very happy with our experience.

I used Sagets Formal Wear for my Groomsmen and they were fantastic to work with from start to finish! I had originally gone with Men's Warehouse, and was so displeased from the minute I walked through the door. I was put in touch with Jimmy from Sagets and explained to him my unhappiness with Men's Warehouse, and he instantly understood why I was unhappy and provided me with what I was looking for. Jimmy was such a pleasure to work with and both Jimmy and his team did an above beyond job in dressing my Groom and Groomsmen. The quality you will receive from going to Sagets is unlike any other tuxedo place. Most of my wedding party was from out of town, Sagets made it an easy and efficient process. My husband and I had such a wonderful experience with Sagets! Despite a couple of a groomsmen were from out of state and one from Greece, Sagets made the process very easy with their out-of-town program. They have an excellent selection of tuxedos. James was very helpful in the final selection of my husbands outfit (as his wore something very different from the groomsmen). He has excellent taste and was focused on helping us create the perfect attire for our special day. Additionally, James joined the groomsmen the morning of the wedding to help ensure everyone was dressed perfectly! The personal service at Saget’s is second to none. Jimmy and his staff take the time to get to know their grooms’ (and brides’) style before fitting for a tuxedo. Jimmy asked questions about our wedding, vision, and asked to see my dress before making suggestions of tuxes. That attention to detail showed me how much he cared about getting the look right for our wedding. Jimmy was able to fix the groom in a couple tuxedos before helping us select “the one”. He wanted the groom not only to look good but feel good! The fix and fabric of the tux we selected were noticeably more upscale than other rental places.
Jimmy took his time when measuring the groom and father of the bride. His expertise really came through in this stage of the process. You can tell he takes pride in his craft by the way he fit both men. Jimmy was kind enough to come and dress the men on the day of the wedding. He tied perfect bow ties, pinned on the boutonnieres, and staged a few pictures. This was a fantastic way to make sure everyone looked their very best the day of the wedding. The boys looked dapper in their classic black tuxes and real bow ties.
Jimmy, Jake, and Alyssa care about their customers. Upon every visit at Saget’s, we were greeted with a huge smile and the friendliest hello. They are extremely professional but very personal with each customer. Each visit was an absolute pleasure. I can’t imagine going anywhere else to rent a tuxedo. It is important to work with nice and competent people for your wedding. I am sure people do not get any nicer or more competent at their jobs than Jimmy, Jake, and Alyssa!

I met Jim from Saget's at a bridal show at the Crowne Plaza in KOP. He was very personable and his tuxes in the show looked amazing. My now husband let me know that he had used Saget's for his prom tuxes in high school. We immediately knew that we wanted to use them for the wedding. When Jim didn't hear from me a little after the bridal show he followed up via text message and actually remembered meeting me at the show, I thought that was very personal service! We went in to look at tuxes on a Friday and worked with Jake. Jake was fabulous! He gave opinions when we asked, while still allowing us to choose the tuxes we liked most. The men looked amazing at our NYE wedding in black and gold! We highly recommend Sagets! Thank you!

Jimmy and his team were extremely accommodating. I called his shop on a Sunday in the midst of prom season because my brothers were in the area visiting. Jimmy made time to get their measurements complete and earned my business. He and his staff have a high attention to detail and made sure that each suit was fitted to the needs of our groomsmen and particularly the groom. I would highly recommend getting your formal wear needs met with Saget's for a wedding or other affair.
