Michelle and Alicia were so easy to work with. They let me come to where they had all their rentals to look at stuff before I decided all of what I wanted to rent. Of course I rented more than what I intended because they have so much pretty decor. The pick up and drop off were super easy. They even allowed me to change my drop off time last minute. I would highly recommend them. -

We couldn’t recommend Sage Hill Rentals enough! We rented chairs, chargers, flatware, glassware, a photo backdrop, stage facade, and tabletop decor, and the entire process was seamless. I shared the vision and colors I was going for, and the team helped bring it to life beautifully—and within my budget. On the day of the wedding, the delivery and setup team was organized, on time, and executed everything perfectly. Every detail exceeded my expectations, and they truly helped make our wedding day unforgettable. -

Sage Hill was SO GREAT! What an amazing service they provide. They were so easy to communicate with and were very helpful to nail down details and answer every question I had. Their inventory had everything we needed. Then the set up day and day of the wedding they were early and so helpful to pull the event together and tear it down. Thank you so much, such a great, sustainable option for decor (especially because we live out of town)! -

I am so glad I decided to go with Sage Hill for my decor needs rather than buying/making all the decorations myself! It was just a weight off my shoulders! They were so helpful sending tips and videos on how to assemble certain decor pieces and they’re flexible about their pickup and drop off times. Their collections are so affordable and they offer you everything you think you might need. My decorations turned out so beautiful and now I don’t have to worry about what I’m going to do with 90 glass vases and a bunch of table numbers, because they’re all going back to Sage Hill and not my basement lol. -

Sage Hill did an absolutely amazing job bringing our vision to life. From the very first meeting, they listened and understood what we were trying to accomplish and delivered on that. With no pictures for reference, they were able to take our words and bring those to fruition. I can't truly put into words how we felt walking into our wedding and reception and seeing the results of their work. They completely outdid themselves! We would highly recommend them to anyone who wants their fairytale wedding to be brought to life. -

Alicia and Michelle are amazing! They worked with us to make sure we had everything we needed to make our day special and beautiful. Their inventory is substantial and everything is super high-quality, plus they make coordinating pickup/dropoff a breeze! Really can't say enough good things about this whole process - thank you both so much for everything!
P.S. The LOVE letters were the biggest hit - highly recommend! -

Sage Hill was amazing for the ceremony decorations on our wedding day. We got so many compliments on the arch we rented. It was much better than other local quotes, and the directions that came with the arch made set-up a breeze! We also rented a small easel to prop one of our wedding signs on. -

The greenery wall and sign were such a great touch to our wedding and our guests loved it! It was easy to assemble and take down. Customer service was wonderful and flexible when I had to make some last minute changes. The wall itself was very realistic and the flowers were such a nice touch! -

A great vendor - book them ASAP!
I recently rented the barrel bar for an outdoor party at my home - it was beautiful and the perfect addition to the setup. I found working with Sage Hill Rentals to be super easy - they were actually the easiest vendor I have worked with to date. The owners are super communicative and friendly, they offer delivery, pricing is very fair, and their rentals are unique and pristine! It's the little things like quick responses, detailed instructions for payments, and meeting invites for deliveries that really impressed me, which is why I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again. -

Affordable & Professional
I used Sage Hill Rentals for my October 2021 wedding. I had a smaller wedding, so I was looking for multiple rental items. Their Mr. & Mrs. neon sign was a great photo op for my reception, the alter was easy to assemble and perfect for my rustic looking ceremony. The Sage Hill team was super responsive and offered great accommodations for my wedding. -

Sage Hill had the exact item I needed at a super fair price! It was cheaper than other rental companies we could find and a huge savings compared to buying them ourselves. All communication/pickup/drop off was a breeze. I highly recommend! -

We decided to rent a backdrop a few weeks prior to our wedding for the head table. Since we spent less than $1000 with Sage Hill we had to pick up and drop off the back drop ourselves. This was fine with us. However, the information I was provided before signing the contract and making a payment was that we would be able to pick up the backdrop anytime after Wednesday and drop off by the following Tuesday. Nowhere did anything say, nor did anyone communicate, that a specific hour window on a specific day would be provided as the expected pickup/drop off time. For PICKUP, after I signed the contract and paid, they sent me a calendar invite for the THURSDAY before my wedding with a specific time. The more professional and courteous way to handle this would have been for Sage Hill to reach out and ask what worked for us (you know the extremely busy couple about to get married who work full-time!) But no, and Thursday, I had stuff scheduled all day. It was my first day out of the office, I had a nail appointment, spray tan, facial so in no way was it okay for anyone to slap something on my calendar. My husband had to work. After a ridiculous amount of back-and-forth emails/stress we moved the pickup time to Wednesday. I was able to get it during my lunch break. For DROP OFF. The same thing happened. Sage Hill sent me a calendar invite for a specific time on Tuesday. 5pm approximately. Well, my 63 year old mother who lives 45 minutes from their office was dropping it off since we had left for our honeymoon. In no way, did I want my mom driving that far in rush hour traffic through Columbus. FYI Sage Hill, my younger sister was in a horrific car accident just three weeks prior to this! She totaled her car and is lucky to be alive. So, being respectful of your customers’ schedules is extremely important for many various reasons. There was GOOD reason I did not want to ask my mom to make that drive in rush hour. Once my mom arrived, during the allotted and agreed upon time (after back and forth again) NO ONE was there to HELP HER get this massive thing into their office. So why did you force us to pick this time and then no one was there to help her. Overall, horrible customer service. This tiny piece we decided to add was way more trouble that it was worth. Every other vendor we had was wonderful to work with.
