I'd leave 100 stars if I could

If you’re considering Sage & Spice Catering or hiring Tori Frasher as your wedding planner—do it. It will be one of the best decisions you make for your wedding, hands down.

Let’s start with Sage & Spice Catering. The food was unbelievable. Truly, I’m still dreaming about it—and so are many of our guests who went out of their way to tell me how delicious everything was. From passed hors d’oeuvres to our late-night snack station, everything was flawless. The presentation, the flavor, the service—it was all next level. Their team was so much more than caterers—they were kind, attentive, and willing to lend a helping hand outside of their official duties. They were on top of every detail from planning to clean-up and brought such a calm, professional presence to our day.

We also used Sage & Spice for our open bar, and they knocked it out of the park. We ordered all our wine through them (super easy), and they helped us create two specialty cocktails that our guests loved. Their guidance on how much alcohol to order was spot-on, and even with just two bartenders, they were so efficient that we never had a real line for drinks.

And now for Tori. I could write a novel about how incredible Tori is. She’s not just a wedding planner—she’s a magician. Tori made the entire planning process easy, stress-free, and even FUN. She was always three steps ahead, thought through every detail, and had solutions to problems I didn’t even know I had. Her calm energy and expertise kept me grounded through the entire experience. And on the wedding day, she was everywhere. Coordinating timelines, making magic behind the scenes, and even getting down on the bathroom floor to help bustle my dress. I cannot imagine going through this process without her, and I’m endlessly grateful we had her by our side.

Tori and the entire Sage & Spice team are, in a word, extraordinary. I would recommend them a thousand times over.

Sage & Spice Catering and Culinary Experiences, March 14, Asheville, NC

As parents of the bride, we were completely delighted by the catering service provided by the team at Sage & Spice in Asheville, NC. We were thoroughly impressed with their flawless, seamless performance. Beginning with the Tetris-like articulation of parking three additional vehicles on a very steep and limited driveway, their crew provided the most gracious and unobtrusive service to us, all with a level of professionalism commiserate with a Michelin Three Star Rating (May we bump that to a Four Star?)! We truly could not have wished for a more perfect balance of grace and coordination from their team!

Did we mention the food? The hors d'oeuvres and plated dinner were sumptuous! The roasted asparagus spears alone were worthy of engaging their services! Delicious!

Sage & Spice delivered a timely, delectable meal, with three main course selections, including a vegetarian option, with nuanced seasoning that perfectly complemented one another. Our compliments to the chef, William, who orchestrated a masterclass in nutritious provisions!

We are so pleased that we were able to connect with Sage & Spice and engage their services. It was a perfect fit for what turned out to be an absolutely enchanting and memorable occasion.

Perfect caterer for FOODIES!

Sage and Spice executed our PERFECT wedding menu! My husband and I love Asian food, so for our wedding, we wanted to share some of our favorite dishes with our favorite people. Our point of contact, Meredith, was super helpful and collaborative on our consultation call. She walked us through a few options we might like from Sage and Spice's menu, and if there was something different we wanted, we were able to share our own recipes for the chefs to create.

In particular, we were excited about serving Burmese mint chicken, a cuisine and dish we always share when guests visit us in San Francisco, and Chinese BBQ pork (char siu), a comfort food my mom always makes when I go home. We sent both recipes to Sage and Spice, and they absolutely nailed the flavor and texture for both dishes!

Almost everything was incredible, and I'm so grateful that Sage & Spice let us curate our menu and brought it to life flawlessly. Our only hiccup was dessert (doughnuts), but Sage and Spice were responsive, accountable, and handled it professionally. Would absolutely recommend Sage and Spice if you're looking to put your own flair in your catering!

Delicious, Stress-Free Catering for Our Wedding Day!

Tori and her team were incredible from start to finish. The menu planning process was so fun, Tori gave fantastic suggestions based on our likes and dislikes and helped us curate a beautiful Fall-themed menu that perfectly matched the vibe of our wedding day. She even included our favorite appetizer, which wasn’t on their standard menu!

As someone with a severe shellfish allergy, it was so important for me to feel comfortable trying everything, and Tori and her team made that worry-free. Our tasting before the wedding went amazingly well. We didn’t prefer one appetizer, and the chef whipped up an alternate option that was so delicious (highly recommend the spinach artichoke phyllo cups!).

On the wedding day, the team worked flawlessly. They were so friendly, ensured my husband and I had plenty to eat, and everything was served at the perfect temperature. The steaks were grilled on-site, something you don’t usually see at weddings, and every bite was amazing.

We also highly recommend adding a grazing table. The variety and local selections were a huge hit! Tori and her team truly went above and beyond, and we couldn’t recommend Sage & Spice Catering more. 🍂🍴

All the love to Sage and Spice Catering

We are so happy that we chose Sage and Spice Catering for our wedding! I communicated mostly with Tori and she was amazing; super friendly and kind, great communication, and you can really tell she loves her job. During Hurricane Helene, she and her crew were out there giving out free meals. I'm glad to have supported a catering company who cares about their community.

On my actual wedding day, everyone was great. Adam, Addie, Sergio, and Wyman, thank you so much for helping make our day so special. :)

We received many compliments that our wedding food was "the best wedding food I've ever had!". One of our groomsmen even pointed out that when we went up to get his plate of food, the server, grabbed him a piece of chicken, but made sure to dip it several times in the sauce underneath before serving it. I know it's a small thing, but it's the little things like that that do make a difference.

My sister was my MOH and is pescatarian so Tori let her pick whatever protein she wanted. She chose grouper and it was incredible! My husband and I got to taste and were blown away.

So when looking around for caterers, I would highly recommended going with Sage and Spice Catering. We have nothing but positive things to say about Tori and her company.

The most delicious food for our wedding!

Tori and the team at Sage & Spice were such great partners to work with for our wedding! When we were first building our menu, they listened carefully to what we were looking for and then provided great recommendations to build on and create a menu that was uniquely us. Then when we did our tasting in person, we had a great time chatting with Tori and the chef and tasting the incredible food. We felt so relaxed and immediately knew we would enjoy working with them for our wedding.

Our wedding day exceeded our expectations - the team made sure that my husband and I had enough to eat, and even prepared to go boxes so we could enjoy our food later. All of our guests were thrilled with the options we provided as there was something for everyone! More importantly - the food perfectly fit with the vibe we were going for and didn't feel out of place. Great food was very important to us and we couldn't have been happier!

We even received a great recommendation for a bartender through Tori, which made working with both of them even easier! Everyone was so kind, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best wedding day.

Not only delicious food, but a fantastic and kind team!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! To start- the food is absolutely delicious, and Tori does a great job of making sure that the menu is perfect for you and your partner. Not only that, but Tori and her team go above and beyond for their couples. My husband and I had to pivot our wedding plans after Hurricane Helene, and she and her team travelled all the way to Lake Norman, NC to be there for us. We went from a wedding of 160 people to a wedding of 50, and she was able to accommodate everything with ease. Tori also graciously stepped in as a day-of wedding coordinator, and with her help and expertise our wedding day was truly perfection- you would have never known that it was our back-up plan that was put together in 2 weeks. I could go on and on about how great Sage and Spice is- but rest assured, your wedding day will be incredibly safe in their hands, and everyone will love the food :)

Above and Beyond

I do not write reviews often but felt compelled to in this case. My daughter was set to have her wedding in the Asheville, NC area on 10/26/24. Due to hurricane Helene, we had to quickly pivot to a smaller wedding on Lake Norman (near Charlotte NC). We had 3 weeks to totally re-plan the event, going from a large wedding at a mountain venue (with a venue-based wedding planner) to a DIY lakeside wedding at a private home. We had contracted with Sage and Spice, based in Asheville, to cater our mountain wedding. After the change in plans Sage and Spice immediately offered to come to Lake Norman to cater our smaller event. Tori of Sage and Spice has a background in wedding planning and offered to essentially be our wedding planner for the day. She even came to the site a day early to help us scope out the ceremony and reception space. She asked for no additional compensation. She handled countless details - too many to list here. Anything we asked, she and her staff were happy to help. To top it off, the food was truly phenomenal! We are indebted to Tori and S&S for going above and beyond to help make our event a beautiful, memorable one. 10 out of 10!

We LOVED the food provided by Sage and Spice for our wedding. They nailed it right away - we requested everything that we were served exactly how it was during our food tasting. Amazing Caterer!

I am a wedding planner and was able to work with Sage & Spice on a wedding at JuneBug in Asheville and they were FANTASTIC. They were so on top of communication throughout the planning process, on wedding day they were on top of things and so efficient and the food was soooo good. Highly recommend!

Sage and Spice did an outstanding job for our wedding! The food and service were amazing. Tori was super responsive throughout the whole planning process and her and her staff were attentive the night of our wedding. Rehearsal Dinner

Sage and Spice catered our son’s rehearsal dinner for about 40 people at our home. From the beginning to the end, Tori helped us with everything from organizing rentals, choosing a menu, serving guests, and cleaning up afterwards. She and her staff are knowledgeable, professional, and unflappable! Our guests commented on how delicious the food was and how friendly the servers were that night. The presentation was gorgeous—not your average wedding dinner buffet fare. My family loved Tori and her staff so much, they’ve asked about doing a cooking lesson or another catered dinner just so we can all hang out some more while enjoying delicious food. We will definitely be calling on their services again!

Sage and Spice was amazing!

Tori was absolutely fantastic to deal with from beginning to end and she made sure we had everything we needed! To include a full plate for us to eat during our reception. Sage and Spice did a great job - the food was delicious and they accommodated every change we had along the way. They also offered boxed and discounted vendor meals which was really nice for cost purposes. Do not skip on the street corn shooters - they are amazing!!

Amazing experience!!

We chose to work with Sage and Spice after reviewing several other catering options in Asheville area because of their professionalism, warmth, and variety of delicious sounding options. From our initial call with Tori, it was so easy to communicate our vision and feel like we were on the same page. We went with a buffet and passed appetizers consisting of upscale Southern/American food with some seasonal fall dishes. They made sure to make us both a plate so we didn't have to worry about getting our food during the cocktail hour or dinner. Tori and her staff did a great job during the wedding keeping the buffet line running smoothly, and quickly cleared the tables after dinner to make room for the dance floor. We are so grateful for all their hard work and for the delicious food!! Everyone was raving about it being the best wedding food they have had, and I'm a bit biased but I definitely agree!

Amazing caterer

Tori and her team at Sage and Spice were nothing short of incredible! From the beginning, they have always been super responsive and so easy to work with (not to mention the food was absolutely delicious but I could go on about that for days). They have endless options and are happy to tailor it to your needs. My husband’s aunt had several allergies and they were so good about accommodating that! I hope we can work with them again in the future, and highly recommend them!

Amazing!

Such yummy food, the whole process was amazing. I am telling you book with this team if you have the chance! I am gluten-free and they made excellent accommodations without making me feel like I was bothering them. Everything was just so GOOD!

Delicious and Unique Food with Amazing Service!

These guys catered our wedding and knocked it out of the park! We were blown away when we did the tasting, and they delivered unique and delicious food for the big day. Delicious food and amazing service!

I got married in August 2023, and I am so thrilled that I worked with Tori and Sage & Spice Catering for our food! Not only did Tori perfectly understand the kind of food I wanted, but she helped me through the entire process and answered all my questions about what I would need in terms of rentals, plates, etc. Tori was also super understanding of food allergies and restrictions and helped all of our guests, including myself, have plenty of delicious food to eat regardless of dietary needs. We seriously got so many compliments from our guests about how great the cocktail hour and reception food was! Tori and her staff were also amazing day of and made sure my husband and I got plenty of food and had leftovers too! Overall, I had a fantastic experience working with Tori and the rest of the Sage & Spice Catering team, and I definitely recommend them if you’re looking for an awesome caterer in the Asheville area!

Wedding Catering

We are so happy we chose sage and spice for our catering! They were easy to work with, provided great suggestions, and the food was great on our wedding day! Simply Amazing!

Tori and her team were AMAZING. You hear alot of people say things like "10 years from now, the last thing you're going to remember is what you ate at your wedding" but with Tori's menu she put together for us, I disagree!! The alfredo that was created haunts my dreams and it makes me sad it's not just a restaurant I can go eat at!! Also the most common compliment at the wedding was how delicious the food was. A common comment was "I've been to a lot of weddings and this food has to be the best I've had!". So overall, treat yourself a little on your special day and go with Sage and Spice. Communicating exactly what I wanted was a dream and Tori isn't afraid to get creative if you let her!

Review from a certified chef

Sage and Spice catered my daughters rehearsal and wedding last weekend 10/22/22. The food was fabulous and the service excellent. And anyone who knows me knows I am very picky. I was a little concerned about the mixture of Latin and American food options my daughter and her fiancé chose but Sage and Spice did a wonderful job of presenting everything beautifully. If you need a caterer you can’t go wrong with this company!

Amazing Catering Service

Sage & Spice catered our wedding and I cannot speak of them highly enough! We wanted to do something a little less traditional for our wedding meal and Tori helped us come up with the idea for an elevated taco bar. She was great to work with through the whole process. We set up a tasting beforehand and were very happy with our tasting experience. The food for our wedding was absolutely delicious and exactly what we were looking for. Our guests made so many positive remarks on how good the food was as well. The staff were all wonderful. We are so happy we had Sage & Spice cater our wedding and would definitely recommend!!

A blessing to have such a fine catering that made our son’s wedding so memorable

Words cannot capture the delicous food that the guests were treated to at our son and new daughter in laws wedding reception!! All the food from tender seasoned kebabs, crispy polenta, fresh salad, veggies and more were was prepared and served with exquisite care and plated to perfection by cheerful servers. One of the delightful touches was the parting detail of small prepared take home gift packages of the most delicous crunchy tortilla chips and salsa neatly arranged on tables left for guests as they exited home. I especially appreciated the thoughtful staff who answered my inquiry of what went into making such tasty treats and am inspired to frying up homemade tortilla chips. What a cool mix of cuisine ranging from elegance to hipness! that including freshly baked assortment of donuts and mouthwatering tasty tortilla chips with salsa. My only regret ( I found out the next day when I saw my son the groom is that he and his lovely bride missed out on their take home own bag of those yummy chips and salsa which understandably would be last thing on their minds at the end of the most romantic milestone event of their lives! lol. Indeed I can hardly wait to fry my own batch of these unforgettable chips and making homemade salsa for our two newlyweds to keep alive the memory of their beautiful reception and delicious, exquisite catering:

We had Sage and Spice/Carrasco cater our wedding and they did an absolutely amazing job! The food turned out incredible and the staff was extremely friendly. Can I brag that our wedding had the best food ever?

Wowowowow! Tori and her team did an amazing job at our April 9th wedding. Tori was very direct with us and led our initial conversations, "It's your wedding. If you don't like something, we can change it." Tori's team was receptive to feedback and it made planning our wedding meal easy. We felt comfortable providing feedback and adjusting our menu until we found the perfect combination of food.
We opted for private dining on our wedding day. After an hour of photography, we entered our suite to discover an enormous feast with a sample of all the food provided to guests. So many couples say that they did not get to eat their wedding food, but I can say that we could try all of the food we ordered. We knew we liked the food from our initial tasting, but the food tasted even better on our wedding day.
All of our guests had glowing feedback for their meal and that they were stuffed! My husband and I are foodies and it truly was one of the best meals we've had at a wedding and one of our favorite meals in Asheville.
Thank you to the Sage & Space team for providing us with an incredibly delicious meal that we'll remember for our lifetime. We highly recommend Sage & Spice as your caterer. They were the best!

Tori, one of the owners, was excellent to work with. Catering was very important to my daughter and son-in-law, so they made their caterer selection carefully. The best food

I not only had the pleasure of working with Tori as my caterer but also my wedding planner. My fiance and I wanted delicious food at our wedding and were playing around with multiple styles and options but had a hard time making a cohesive menu. Tori gave us great suggestions and a curated menu based upon our favorite foods and budget constraints. She is great at making a menu that is unique to you and we loved that! We went through a few changes to our menu since the initial contract, and Tori & team were very accommodating throughout the whole process. We couldn't have done it without her! They catered our rehearsal dinner as well as our reception and our guests keep raving about how delicious the food was! Great food, great service!

We are so happy to have hired Carrasco Catering for our wedding! With regards to the planning process -- Tori is VERY responsive and was quick to offer options for flexibility and variety for our two-day Indian/Brazilian/American wedding. Our wedding was in the Nantahala forest (about 1.5 hours from Asheville), which created some additional logistical issues for the catering staff, but Tori was on top of it and very reassuring that it could be done. There were a couple snafus that were quickly resolved by Tori and our planner (items not included in the catering kitchen at our venue that we needed), so it was all pretty smooth on our end!

About the food -- Ricardo is an excellent and very creative chef! We had so much fun at our tasting and appreciated his pairings and suggestions. The food at the actual wedding was spectacular and our guests really enjoyed it as well! We had an Italian menu for the first night and a Latin menu for the second night, including churros filled with dulce de leche (A HUGE HIT!). The food was just as flavorful as in the tastings and served hot (something that hasn’t happened at other weddings I’ve attended). Finally, the staff were SO kind to us -- bringing us plates of food and checking on us regularly. I’ve heard horror stories of the bride and groom not eating, and Carrasco was a huge help at making sure we ate everything we wanted!! Our venue also commented that the kitchen area looked great afterwards, which helped us in keeping our deposit. We would absolutely recommend Carrasco Catering!!

Amazing and Delicious!!!

Carrasco Catering was absolutely awesome to work with! After tasting multiple vendors, we hired them for not only our wedding but for our rehearsal dinner too! They put together an entirely separate menu for the two events and even made space for us to rehearse at the same place where we had dinner (our venue wasn't available). The food is inventive, sophisticated, and most importantly, delicious! They do a great job of serving large groups and the food still tastes good when the last folks are served. Tori was amazing with communication and they were super flexible when it came to deciding on our menus and timing. I would highly recommend them!!!

Amazing Catering!!

I highly recommend Carrasco Catering! Our catering experience was fantastic! We were able to go and do a private tasting at their restaurant, received personal recommendations for our menu (that were AMAZING), and then the service on the day of our wedding was phenomenal! The food was fantastic and everyone talked about how absolutely wonderful everything was. Tori was so wonderful to work with and made sure we could have the catering we wanted within our budget. She was extremely responsive to emails and made the catering process a breeze. They had also worked at our venue before and grilled onsite. I cannot recommend them enough! Amazing caterer

I booked this caterer for my destination wedding before even doing a tasting because Tori was so responsive, knowledgeable, and flexible from the beginning. They will work on a custom menu for you and make it special. The pricing was reasonable and the food was delicious when we finally had our tasting with chef Ricardo. On the day of our event, the food was served on time, it was delicious, and their catering staff was on point. So grateful I found this caterer!

Delicious and Unique Wedding Food

We knew we wanted something different for our wedding food and Carrasco DELIVERED! We met with them over a year in advance to plan the menu and they worked with us until a week before for final changes. We went with a charcuterie spread for appetizer hour which was BEAUTIFUL and 2 dinner stations. One with fajitas and street corn, the other with dumplings, fried rice, and bulgogi. Also don't sleep on the smoked salad - it has CHOCOLATE in it and was a huge hit. We tasted everything before putting it on the menu and they worked with us in changing the flavors for any notes we had. It was PERFECT and one of the top things talked about at our wedding!

Loved them!

We used Carrasco for our wedding in September and absolutely loved them. First of all, the staff was so responsive, friendly and accommodating - it made everything way less stressful. They also made sure to have extra food so my guests could have plated seconds if they chose to and we had some leftovers to dive into after the wedding when we were hungry late at night. The food was delicious!! Everyone loved it and we had a wide range of diets, with vegetarian, gluten free, pescatarian and meat eaters attending. Definitely recommend, can't say enough good things about them.

Amazing and unique caterer

We booked Carrasco before even tasting the food because we had such a good experience with Tori right off the bat, and I am so glad we did! My husband and I spent a long time living and traveling in Mexico and South America, and Carrasco arranged a delicious and unique menu with food from all our travels. The food was so delicious, and we got so many compliments from our friends and family. Tori was so responsive and helpful throughout the process, Chef Ricardo was awesome, and the staff that Carrasco provided for our wedding were amazing. We can't say enough about the Carrasco team. Not being from the Asheville area, we were concerned about how we would find the right caterers for our wedding but from start to finish Tori and Chef Ricardo were so helpful. Tori is a rock star.... she returned emails quickly, never acted like we were bothering her when we called, and both Tori and Chef Ricardo were so easy to work with and very creative when planning out our menu. The day of the wedding went without a hitch and the food was wonderful. We received so many compliments from our guests! Tori and Chef Ricardo have become some of our favorite people. They made planning the food for a destination wedding easy!!

No better choice for a catering vendor!!!

My husband & I chose Carrasco as our caterer for our wedding upon the recommendation from our wedding venue, Chestnut Ridge. We had told them we wanted Lebanese food for the dinner & CR pointed us in their direction! We were not disappointed at ANY time! Our first call with Tori was so much fun. We bonded over the fact that all of us had lived in Asia, and Tori dreamed with us in creating our globally-inspired menu and gave us even more fun & creative ideas. She went above & beyond, pulling strings to work within our smaller budget without sacrificing any quality. We decided to do a tasting at their restaurant in Asheville & my husband and I both agreed- it was the best wedding food we'd ever had. More than doing their own job, they also recommended a new cake vendor to me when mine fell through shortly before the wedding. The new cake vendor was a perfect recommendation and I was so thankful Tori was able to send me their way! The day of, everything went perfect. Guests LOVED the food- even those that weren't as accustomed to ethnic dishes! They even brought food to James & I while we were taking photos during cocktail hour- they spoiled us & everything was delicious. They had food ready for us at our sweetheart table when we got to the reception and Tori even came over to "talk to us" (i.e. keep us looking occupied) once dinner started so we could get a few bites in. Best catering team ever!!!

We were planning our wedding during COVID, and it still ran so smoothly and without a hitch. Tori and Ricardo are professional, fun, and a joy to work with. I contacted Tori and expressed that I wanted "elevated Italian," and when we came for our tasting (which was so nice - not every company does this) they had a TON of options for us based on what we described. We ended up with a plated salad, buffet, and a carving station because I couldn't decide between the three! They also handled all of the wait staff and bartenders for us. Our wedding was 2 weeks ago, and we still have people talking about the food! 100% recommend Carrasco Catering!

An absolute dream!

There are not enough good things to say about Carrasco Catering! I was originally scheduled to have my wedding on one of THE most coveted date of 2020, 10-10-2020! Tori not only ensured she was available on that day but set aside time a full year in advance to host a private tasting for my sister and I. Unfortunately, during Covid, and dealing with what many brides had to go through, I had to postpone the wedding till April 2021. Carrasco Catering didn’t have many dates available, but worked with me until I could find an appropriate date. It rained on my day but they worked around that produced an amazing product. They even managed to find a way to grill our steak even if it took multiple umbrellas. My guests raved about the food and not a single soul was disappointed. The staff/servers were fun, energetic, and attentive. If a delicious, eclectic, flavorful spread of food is what you desire, don’t hesitate to hire these guys.

They saved our wedding day!

Tori and Ricardo are amazing! You can tell they put their whole heart and soul into their food and service. We got married during Covid, and unfortunately, we couldn't use the first caterer we wanted. I found Tori on Wedding Wire and decided to message her our scenario and see if she could help. She called me back the same day and was extremely accomodating and helpful. We set up a tasting and discussed our menu very quickly, and she understood our timetable and knew we were on a short deadline. Ricardo totally built our menu from scratch and had so many ideas we didn't even think of. Our food was the talk of the night! Tori also offered to do our rehearsal dinner and took so much stress off my mother-in-law! I can't say enough good things about Tori and Ricardo. Their professionalism, care, and passion for food and people were felt the whole time we worked together. They saved our wedding day, and I am forever grateful for them!

Holy cow!!! I could eat this food every day of my life!

When i think of wedding food it’s usually like meh, ok the deviled eggs were good we had ok food, but not with Carrasco’s. Tori and Ricardo are amazing at what they do, and every single wedding guest i talked to was blown away by the food, too bad i did not enough of it. I mean this food was to die for, each and every bite i had. Tori was such a calming presence during the covid mess and moving dates fand even last minute menu changes. She made it so easy. I would hire them for every event ever and i can’t say enough to praise them!

Tori and Ricardo were great with our catering. They provided great food well within our budget. We actually had our reception dinner at their restaurant and it was amazing. Tori and her team were the MVPs of our wedding!

Tori and her team were the MVPs of our wedding! The entire Carrasco Catering team was AMAZING to work with from start to finish - from menu planning to clean up! Planning a wedding during COVID times is complicated, and planning a menu for a bride with about 1000 food sensitivities is challenging - but Tori made it all look easy! I knew from the moment I first spoke with her about our needs that she had it all handled and I could breathe easy with her on my team. I cannot say enough good things about her! Every bride needs a Tori in their lives!

Lets talk about ABOVE AND BEYOND… Tori and her team made every effort to ensure we enjoyed our wedding day. I could cry tears of gratitude thinking of how special they made it for us! They knew what we needed before we even knew we did! They ensured I was served a drink during cocktail hour, when I was being pulled in every direction and couldn’t stop by the bar. They brought me a special tray of all of our appetizers prepared allergy friendly for me, so I could taste them all - even though I had only asked for one or two options to be made special for me and the rest to fit the needs of our guests. They knew my husband needed a “double plate,” you could see the excitement in his face when they arrived with a Groom sized portion of the meal! They helped out all of our other vendors as much as they could to ensure things ran smoothly. They interacted with our guests in the most friendly and professional manner! I wish I could take them all home with me. I will never plan a catered event without Carrasco Catering because I know nothing could ever compare!

The Carrasco team is everything you need in wedding caterers - they are professional and experienced, their menu options are mouth watering and top tier. Then somehow they do all that AND make you feel like family!

Tori also did an amazing job as my wedding coordinator, she remained so calm no matter what happened (including my phone shattered and breaking the day before the wedding), and went all the extra miles to help me be as stress free as possible. She handles challenging situations with ease and grace. And now to talk about the food...if you don’t have a caterer yet look no further- they are AMAZING! We went with a southern menu that consisted of a biscuit bar, smoked salad, pulled pork, chipotle cheddar chicken, Brussels sprouts, potatoes and Macaroni and cheese. Everyone who went to the wedding is still coming up to me and telling me that it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had!! They are also very budget friendly and willing to work with you. They include a bartender to serve beer and wine which was very nice, and he was such a fun guy who was always smiling! Overall, I would definitely book again for any future events. So thankful they were a part of our wedding day!

Awesome Catering Team

We have nothing but great things to say about the Carrasco Catering team! They made the process of deciding on a menu for our wedding simple and fun. Tori is great to communicate with and was flexible with us when we decided to postpone our large wedding celebration to a later date, given the COVID-19 Pandemic. The food served at our minimony was delicious, and we couldn't have been happier!

Best Caterers EVER!!!

Tori and Ricardo are the best. and I REALLY mean that!! Our phone conversations about the menu made us really look forward to a tasting with Carrasco (our first tasting with another company went horribly). Due to covid, we had to wait a while, but it was worth the wait!!! We not only became clients with them over our tasting, but friends as well! We felt like we had known them for years!!
Tori was super communicative the entire planning process and really made me feel at ease. Ricardo is an amazing Chef and basically an artist with food!!! We still have people telling us how awesome the food was 3 weeks after the wedding!!!
We will definitely recommend them to friends in the future and will use them for other catering needs. You will not regret choosing Carrasco catering to cater your event.

You'll be in good hands if you hire Carrasco Catering for your next event! Tori is accommodating, responsive, and so kind. We were so grateful for her guidance throughout the whole process! Our wedding was bare-bones on our family farm. Their team had little to work with other than a catering tent and were still able to succeed. Perfect start to a destination wedding weekend.

Carrasco Catering recently hosted a welcome dinner for our daughter & son-in-law’s wedding in Asheville, NC. Tori was such a joy to work with every step of the way and was very patient with us as we struggled to decide on the perfect format for the event. We finally planned a short, but very sweet cocktail and hors d’oeuvres party at their restaurant, Polanco, and what a wonderful time we all had! Owner/chef Ricardo came up with a menu of delicious & creative appetizers that were perfect for a mix and mingle party and were complemented by a fine selection of house wines and beers and their excellent house-made margaritas! We look forward to visiting Asheville again when the COVID crisis is over and their restaurant reopens so we can enjoy a full fare of authentic Mexican cuisine. Thank you for getting our destination wedding weekend off to a perfect start!

So accommodating and yummy!

First of all, our plans COMPLETELY changed due to weather just hours before the ceremony and they totally rocked it. They ended up having to cook in a tiny cabin kitchen for 25 people and still managed to do so with grace. The food was unique, fresh, and so so good! Tori was organized and responsive leading up to the day of. They also provided us with a bartender who was absolutely amazing and fun! Would hands down recommend. Amazing Caterers!

I came across Carrasco catering because I had been to their standalone restaurant earlier in the year, and had a really amazing meal. Coming from Texas, I wanted to serve my guests a creative meal rooted in latin cuisine. Tori and Ricardo listened to what I envisioned for our meal and were able to put an amazing meal together that I certainly couldn't have envisioned myself! Everything from the quality and freshness of the food to the way it was colorfully displayed made the meal one to remember. Our guests had such great things to say about it! One more thing I am so thankful for is how professional and understanding they were when we had to scale down our wedding due to the pandemic. They helped us pare down a 200 person meal to a very intimate and elegant 20 person meal with ease. I cannot recommend this duo enough, they had such a wonderful impact on our wedding day!

Tori and Ricardo were absolutely incredible. We were lucky enough to have Carrasco Catering handle both our rehearsal dinner and wedding day. AMAZING Team, Service, and Food!

Tori and Ricardo are the BEST to work with. With all the covid-19 postponements, they were so flexible, so understanding, and so accommodating. We ended up postponing the reception and just hosting a small dinner at our house following the ceremony on the original date; Ricardo and Alana came to our house to cook our dinner and serve our food!! Tori checked in many times throughout our planning process to see if there was anything we needed and gave us many great recommendations for menu and even other vendors. Ricardo can do all sorts of menus, allowing us to craft the perfect menu. Cannot recommend Carrasco Catering enough and we couldn't be more thankful to have them on our vendor team!! We can't wait for the full party in November!!

Amazing Food & Service!

Tori and Ricardo were a dream come true! When my matron of honor and I went up for a tasting; I explained our situation with our budget after a snafu with our first venue, as well as what I had on my “dream” board for our wedding, and they absolutely delivered. They blew away my expectations with what I was needing for the wedding (an option that was vegan & gf) as well as keeping “in theme” with the Vikings/Game of Thrones inspired wedding we had envisioned.
They worked with me every step of the way with budget and options, and were super up front about menus and prices.
Day of – Tori brought some of the crostini’s with jam & basil (SO GOOD!!) and chips/salsa to the bridal suite to make sure that not only myself, but my entire bridal party was taken care of because she “didn’t believe in letting the bride go hungry” (which was much appreciated!!!) She made sure that my new husband and I were served first (something else we weren’t expecting! 😊) and kept everything with the buffet running smoothly. At the end of the night, her team made sure that all of the remaining food was packaged up and given so that we were able to take it back to our AirBNB for day-after munchies on the road! The ribs were loved by all the guests, and their vegan mole was absolutely to die for. I still have people coming up and telling me how awesome the food was, and that it was the best food they’ve had at a wedding in a long time.
The sides complimented both dishes fantastically, and I can’t wait until we go up to Asheville next so we can stop into their restaurant and say hello!

Much more than a great catering company!

We met Tori and Ricardo through a recommendation and I am so glad we did. Carrasco catering worked with in our budget and produced an amazing menu with options for all our guests. The food was wonderful especially the steak, loved the prunes and bacon (my best) and corn shooters were something different and a great hit! Ricardo you ROCK! What sets this team apart from anything I have experienced before is their personal touch. You get so much more than caterers. On the day Tori was exceptional! We quickly had a change of plans when it began to rain and Tori shuffled the venue and her catering team to make it seamless, she was so accommodating and lighthearted! During our photo’s after the service, Tori had a hot plate of starters at the car for the bridal party (It was freezing as so appreciated!). Once we arrived back to join our guests, Tori personally looked after the bridal party and then created a steady controlled flow of our guests to the buffet area. Everything went like clockwork and we had an amazing wedding!
We highly recommend Tori and Ricardo for any special event you have, especially a wedding. They are professional but give a warm family feel the way they conduct their business. Tori, I still have you in my phone as “Tori – my wedding goddess”, you were AWESOME!

I cannot get over how accommodating Tori and Alana were... I mean totally saved the day on my wedding. The BEST Caterer We Could Ask For!

Tori, Ricardo, and the rest of the Carrasco Catering staff were exceptional! First and foremost, Tori made everything super easy on us-- she paid excellent attention to details and deadlines so that we didn't have to. Also, Tori made the process of planning our reception dinner super easy and fun, setting up a time for us to meet and sample a number of Ricardo's dishes to determine what we wanted. Leading up to, and on the day of, the event Tori was even more helpful and on top of it! She confirmed all the details of our dinner far in advance, including the need for a grill rental (which she then took care of), and made sure to put in place a timeline for the dinner, speeches, etc. so that everyone was on the same page. Lastly, our food was sensational!! We cannot thank Ricardo enough for his efforts, he is a great chef and strived to create exactly what we wanted. Again, Tori and her whole team were absolutely wonderful to work with and we would recommend Carrasco Catering to anyone having a special event in the Asheville area!

Amazing food, space, and customer service.

Our rehearsal dinner with Carrasco Catering was better than we could have imagined. The chefs table that Ricardo prepared was absolutely delicious. He explained every dish to the whole table and even customized some some of the platters to adapt to everyone's tastes. Their space is warm and inviting and our guests raved about the experience the rest of the weekend. Hats off to Tori and Ricardo and their staff. I highly recommend them.

AMAZING food, and service!!

I could not have envisioned a better place to have catered our wedding. From the amazing food, to the lovely workers. It was perfect! My husband and I didn’t have to do anything. I would HIGHLY recommend!!

Great experience!

Tori and Ricardo were amazing to work with. They are so friendly and easy to work with. They did our rehearsal dinner and wedding with two completely different menus. Both nights were great! The food was delicious and we truly enjoyed our experience. Our guests were highly complimentary of the food and the staff as well. I would highly recommend them to cater any event.

Amazing food

Tori and Chef Ricardo were amazing. They were easy to work with and very responsive and helpful with all our questions. Tori handled most of the business and Ricardo planned the menu with us over the phone and customized the food to our vision. Everything was absolutely delicious - the mole sauce, empanadas, homemade mozzarella, and mezcal glazed BBQ pork sliders were all highlights for us. So was having Ricardo there in person grilling steaks and shrimp (cooked to perfection) on our wedding day.

Tori and Ricardo were also very good at working with our budget. We had gourmet food at a price we could afford. The manager of our venue even commented that they were one of the best caterer's she had seen.

Tori and Ricardo are godsends.

Albeit we've only just done our tasting and signed our contract, Tori and Ricardo have been so accommodating, have put us in touch with other amazing vendors, and have worked tirelessly to operate in our budget. We couldn't be more grateful!

Fun, festive, flexible and fantastic.

From beginning to end Tori was great. She remained calm as our numbers went from 125 to 225 and then landed at 175. Tori offered recommendations for other vendors as well. Her staff was professional, attentive and fun to make the entire day a success. There was plenty of food (we even had leftovers)! As mother of the bride I never had to worry about the food for the evening and gluten free and vegan needs were all easily accommodated. Guests all complimented us on the dinner.

Super helpful and really nice.

Super helpful and accommodating to our needs. We had to change a few things around and they were able to help out and make the changes needed without it being a huge headache. They were really professional without being stuffy.

Dreams come true

I had such an amaizing experiance! They are very helpful and always on top of everything, Tori helped us created our menu for my guests and made sure every plate and drink was to perfection! Very professional and We loved every single second of our wedding in their venue, and I'll do it all over again with her !

Best Vegan food
