Saddle woods Farm is simply the most beautiful wedding venue I’ve ever seen. I was blessed enough to have my wedding there and it was perfect from start to finish. The large groom and bridal suites or just the icing on the cake. The event planning team at Infinity Hospitality made it even better. Saddle woods Farm is the most amazing place for all your event needs. -

My wife and I were married at Saddle Woods Farm earlier this year, and the experience was top notch from start to finish. The venue is beautiful, impeccably, and meticulously cared for year round. We have attended events here during varying seasons, and the property is always flawless. We were married in the fall, and there wasn’t a leaf to be found in the ceremony area, or in the space dedicated to our cocktail hour. Everything we needed, and more was handled, communication was swift, and detailed, and we had no issues. I cannot speak for the bridal suite, but as for the grooms area, one of the best I’ve seen. Having been a groomsman in almost 10 weddings, I’ve been stuffed into basements, side rooms, etc to prepare for the day, and the Grooms cottage at Saddle Woods tops them all. Every detail is perfect for a group to spread out, watch some games, play some games, the bar came in handy, and the industrial refrigeration units kept us from having to lug coolers around. The actual barn feels massive once you’re inside as well. With a 200 person wedding, I felt we had enough room to add significantly more headcount without feeling too crammed. The layout is conducive to a great time, without feeling like you’re on top of the table behind you. Restrooms are also large enough that even with a larger wedding, you’re never waiting. Last but not least, the thing that truly separates Saddle Woods, the horses, and Clydesdales. What an awesome way to make your day a little more unique. Each horse has a unique and individual personality, and adding them for photos makes for an unforgettable memory. All in all, I would highly recommend Saddle Woods Farm if you’re local to Nashville, TN, or even for those of you traveling into the area. Like the title says, it’s an incredible venue, operated by even better people, that will work tirelessly to ensure that your day is exactly how you’d envisioned it. -

We have planned and produced many weddings at Saddle Woods Farm and love working with the owners/team, it is a one of a kind experience! The bridal cottage and grooms cottages are always a favorite with our couples. The wedding backdrop options for ceremony are beautiful with the natural woods settings. The wedding event flow is easy for your guest movement the day of and the property is immaculate! We have a lot of destination clients that plan from all over and they fall in love with Saddle Woods Farms as it is the true Nashville Luxury Barn (Wedding Venue) experience. The designing is unlimited in what you can do in the barn, especially all the hanging points in the barn rafters. Can't forget to mention Dolly, one of their Clydesdale horses, she so sweet and loves meeting couples for their bridal portraits. -

Morgan and her family made the wedding planning process easy! She understood right away the vision our daughter had for her wedding and secured vendors who were a joy to work with and within our budget. The wedding day was beautiful and seamless thanks to Morgan. Saddle Woods Farm is beautiful and amazing venue! -

Amazing Venue & Spectacular Humans
**Long Review Alert**
It took me a while to finally sit down and write this because the thought of trying to express the perfection that is Morgan Legate and her team is a daunting one. How in the world am I supposed to do her and the magic she creates justice? I honestly can’t, but I’ll give it my best effort and simply tell our journey to and on November 6, 2021.
Before I get into it, I want to make it clear that leading up to the wedding, my involvement (at my own request) literally began and ended with finding my dress, getting invitations out/RSVPs in, and giving thumbs up/down to things along the way. Outside of texting and calling, we met in person maybe 3 times. That is it. Absolutely everything else was Morgan, and I want to make sure she receives all the credit due to her.
Now onto the good stuff. First and foremost, it is important to know that I never wanted a wedding. Obviously my arm ended up twisted in a different direction, but up until being engaged, I had not wanted a wedding, nor had I spent a single moment envisioning any part of it like most girls do. We truly went into this process without any ideas or any Pinterest boards lol. It was not until I saw an Instagram post of Morgan’s most recent wedding at the time that my eyes lit up, and I suddenly knew EXACTLY what I wanted and didn’t need to look any further. We immediately contacted Morgan and a few days later I was touring the property, falling more and more in love with the vision of this wedding I had seen. That is until I was made aware of one tiny little problem- this particular wedding I was wanting had been a celebrity wedding (I later found it featured on the cover of several magazines), and not only was it outside our budget (FYI we were paying for this wedding ourselves), but likely cost more than our house and vehicles combined 😊….. It was almost over right then and there LOL. The self pitying was just about to ensue when Morgan said, “Don’t freak out! I promise I can give you a comparable version of that wedding for a quarter of the budget.” I had no idea how she thought she could possibly do that, and I was honestly doubtful. Nonetheless, I decided to trust her, and boy did she follow through on that promise.
For those considering Morgan as their planner, the best way I can describe her in this setting is as a young, beautiful, modern-day fairy godmother. I wish I was exaggerating when I say I about fell to the floor when I walked into the barn the morning of the wedding and saw what Morgan had done. With a wave of her magic wand (which I’m convinced she has), she somehow took our budget and created an epic fairytale wedding. It was breathtaking, far more than what I had hoped for, and hard to believe it was OUR wedding. And that was only the beginning, as that day went on to be the best of our lives. Not only Morgan, but her family as well genuinely went above and beyond to make this day a dream come true for us. When I say “above and beyond” I mean everything from dealing with vendors to making sure we were fed to getting me in/out of my dress to ACTUAL baby whispering (aka controlling our 2 and 3 year old Tasmanian devil ring bearers). They made sure every aspect was nothing short of perfect, and the raving from all our guests only echoed the butterflies I was feeling the entire night.
So, to wrap this up , I’ve written all this to try and convey how outstanding this venue and its owners are, but more than anything I want everyone to understand how amazing Morgan LeGate is. She is so much more than just a bad a** wedding planner. She was everything I needed throughout every single moment. She was my stylist, my therapist, my bridesmaids’ therapist LOL, my lawyer, my shoulder to cry on/friend to laugh with- you name the shoes, she wore them. I had no idea the extent of a blessing I was getting when I chose her and Saddle Woods. As I said in the beginning, it’s hard to put the expert quality of their craft into words, but I hope I’ve painted a close enough picture. -

Best day ever!
Saddle Woods Farm delivered on all levels. The entire experience was absolutely perfect. Jayne and Morgan truly knew how to make our wedding a day we would cherish forever. The grounds were gorgeous, the staff was amazing, and the reception barn awed all our guests. I would love to do it all over again. -

My husband and I got married here last month. We toured several venues before Saddlewood,and immediately knew this was where we wanted to say “I do”. The venue is so beautiful it needed little decorating. The beauty of the barn and its surrounding areas makes for fantastic wedding photos (especially their horses!). We got ours back recently and I am absolutely blown away. Jayne and Morgan, as well as the rest of their staff, know exactly how to make a wedding run smoothly and were extremely helpful through the whole process. The bridal suite was perfect to hang with my girls and get ready. We are so happy we got married there. I can’t say enough about the Saddle Wood Farms staff for helping to make the best day of our lives. -

Nothing less than 5 stars
Saddle Woods Farm was absolutely a dream come true for our November wedding! The owners and staff were so helpful, kind, informative, and went above and beyond to make our day special. The drive up to the barn is easily accessible, the grounds are beautiful, the inside of the barn has HVAC so not matter what time of the year the venue is perfect. The barn also has large doors that open on the side so you can have the feel of an outdoor venue if you don't want to use their outdoor space. I would recommend this venue a thousand times over. -

We truly couldn't imagine getting married somewhere else. I don't think our wedding would have ever even come close to what it was, had we chosen a different Venue. From the beautiful barn, to the rolling landscape, it was perfect. The owners Jayne, Gary, & their daughter Morgan, were hands on from the beginning, and made it feel like we were getting married on our family's property. There's not enough kind things we could say about them, or their venue. If you are looking to get married in Nashville, it would be a waste of time to look elsewhere. Happy venue hunting, and congratulations! -

Jayne, Morgan, and their team were absolutely amazing!! They made our wedding day even better than I ever imagined! I honestly have no clue if anything went wrong on my wedding day, because Morgan just handled it. She’s the best planner you could ever ask for! They let me take pictures with the goats and horses which were dressed to match my wedding colors! I would 10/10 recommend them for a venue. They are very responsive and answered any concerns we may have had, even during covid! Beautiful place for an indoor or outdoor wedding! -

Dream Wedding Venue
I truly cannot say enough amazing things about Saddle Woods Farm and their staff. They treated us like family from day one, they were so accommodating, and they made sure every detail came together better than we could have ever imagined. They made our day so unique and special and we will be forever grateful for them. The venue is beautiful. The owners care about the bride and groom and want their day to be stress free and joyful. Our alcohol supplier almost messed up the day but we used Morgan from Saddlewood as our day of coordinator and she pulled out all the stops to make sure it didn't upset us and resolved the issue with the vendor while we went about our day. I can't thank her enough for keeping us all sane and happy! This is a barn venue that you can personalize with draping, lighting, florals, linens and such to get the look that YOU want! We will always treasure our memories from our beautiful wedding at Sadelewood!
Oh! Did I mention there are Clydesdales?!?!? -

I have planned not only my own 3 children’s weddings, but many other weddings as well. Wether the budget is huge or tight one, I always recommend this venue over all the rest. Jayne the owner and Morgan her daughter, go so far above and beyond what everyone else does. They are so hands on and detail oriented . From set up to communicating with the vendors to make sure there are no problems. They just do what everyone else does not, which makes the day and experience so much better. You are able to choose your vendors , instead of selecting from the venues few choices. This being the case, they work with everyone and they are able to tell you who is the best and most professional for the money, and also what to watch out for. They are truly just kind people that will do anything to help make it the most that it can be. The value of having that means that you actually get more than you are paying for, which I haven’t seen at other venues. -

The most perfect venue for the most perfect day!
Saddle Woods Farm was the most beautiful venue and made for an absolute perfect day. Me, my husband, and our wedding party loved getting ready in the bridal suite and grooms quarters, the the LeGate’s were super accommodating and helpful when it rained and we had to move the ceremony indoors, and we even got to take pictures with the Clydesdale’s! The day could not have been more perfect and I will remember it forever. I would highly recommend Saddle Woods Farm as your wedding venue and Morgan LeGate as your day-of-coordinator! -

Viewing the property was lovely, Mrs Legayte took plenty of time to let me dream and visualize my day there. The barn is amazing and the whole property is gorgeous and great for taking photos. Morgan was a huge help and the family is just so caring. I've been back since my wedding for a friends and it was as beautiful as my own day in a completely different way. -

Highly recommend
My husband and I knew we wanted to have our wedding at Saddle Woods from the first wedding we attended there while dating. When we got engaged, we visited and booked Saddle Woods within a week of our engagement! They were patient, kind, professional, and made our special day absolutely perfect. I highly recommend hiring Morgan to coordinate. Her attention to detail, positive attitude, and friendly demeanor made us feel so comfortable and at ease throughout the wedding day. I can't say enough great things about Saddle Woods Farm. It is the perfect combination of elegant and rustic, and the staff is beyond incredible. We highly recommend Saddle Woods Farm! -

I was so excited when we were able to book this amazing venue! If you're looking for rustic glam then look no further! Absolutely beautiful scenery with gorgeous horses abound. We got several pictures with them and they're my absolute favorite! The space to get ready is awesome with a HUGE bridal cottage that has a full kitchen and table, bathroom and shower, couches and nice vanity areas for your girls to get ready. The separate groom's cottage is also enormous with a pool table, bar area, 2 big screens, leather couches and two bathrooms. Our bridal party of 16 people were very comfortable and many family members were in and out of the cottages all throughout the day. The barn itself is quite new and is adorned with gorgeous chandeliers that go down the center. There are posts with lights along the sides, luxury bathrooms, a full catering kitchen and it comes with all your tables and chairs. (Many venues charge extra for that!). The ceremony site can be inside or outside but we chose outside at the pavilion. It's a cute little covered area with a hanging cross and surrounded by beautiful trees. Not only is the venue amazing but so are the owners! You do have to have a wedding coordinator at this venue like many others and let's be honest, you need one. If you go with their onsite coordinator, Morgan, you won't be disappointed. She helped me so much throughout the entire day and truly made it so that I could just enjoy my groom, family and friends. I wish I could just re-live the whole thing all over again and I wouldn't have changed a thing! So many guests said it was the nicest, most glamorous wedding they'd ever been to :) -

Saddlewood farms was absolutely incredible! Miss Jane was a total sweetheart and made sure my bride and even myself got exactly what we wanted. The groomsman cottage was a total hit! I only had about 10 people in the cottage and still had plenty of space to get ready, eat, move around, watch the games, play pool, and even room for me to sit by myself and write my vows down and make sure they were perfect without being intrupted much at all. The venue was just amazing Jane was there for the whole thing making sure everyone was going where we needed to including the guests with parking and even myself and my bride with her golf cart to make sure we weren’t tyiring out walking around the extremely spacious venue grounds. My wife and miss Jane even surprised me with coordinating a fire engine departure from the local county fire department since I’m a fireman this was the best surprise ever! Miss Jane you were absolutely amazing and I never imagined my wedding to be what it was! It was everything and more. It was more than perfect! -

We looked at other venues but the minute we toured this one, I felt emotional. It has such a warm presence to it. One of the most beautiful barns in Tennessee that you can truly transform into whatever day you envision for yourself. So beautiful and wonderfully managed
I was referred to Saddle Woods by my planner and never actually got to see the venue until the wedding day (being a bride who lived cross country), but boy did it live up to my expectations. The venue space is beautiful and the cottages are so perfectly set up for photos and getting ready. The venue staff is so friendly and helped coordinate everything from arrives to helped us get around on golf carts. They worked hard to get us some beautiful pictures with the clydesdales as well even though we interrupted their dinner. Absolutely all of my guests complimented the beauty of the venue, and the whole day felt like a smooth breeze, no problems that I was aware of. For those looking for a beautiful rustic venue in or around Nashvillle, I cannot recommend Saddle Woods Farm enough. -

If you want your day to go FLAWLESSLY book with Saddle Woods and make Morgan your day of coordinator. Hands down the best decision ever. From the beginning to the end we felt well taken care of from their help with vendors, attention to detail, knowledge of the wedding business, and overall professionalism. This family is a gem to work with and will go above and beyond to make sure your day is perfect! Wedding planning is stressful and you hope and pray that by the time you make it to that day that it all comes together as you imagined, well let me tell you I NEVER felt nervous or stressed the day of because they ran things SO smoothly. To anyone looking for the perfect the perfect barn venue with southern hospitality, book Saddle Woods!
