We feel incredibly grateful to have had Rabbi Jessica Marshall officiate our wedding. From the very beginning, she took the time to truly get to know us as a couple, meeting with us six times before the ceremony and guiding us through deeply thoughtful, spiritual, and meaningful conversations. Every meeting felt special -- whether in person or over Zoom -- and left us feeling more connected to each other and to the process of building our ceremony.
Her attention to detail, care, and intention were evident in every part of the ceremony. She crafted something that felt profoundly personal, heartfelt, and reflective of who we are as a couple. The warmth, presence, and love she brought to our wedding made the experience unforgettable. We cannot recommend her highly enough and will always cherish the role she played in such a monumental moment in our lives. -

Rabbi Jessica Marshall truly brought our vision to life. Ben and I had a unique idea for our ceremony—having everyone stand in a circle around the chuppah—and she embraced it fully, helping create a service that felt incredibly warm, inviting, and loving. We are both Jewish, and throughout the months leading up to our wedding, Rabbi Jessica met with us thoughtfully and intentionally. She took the time to match our level of spirituality and guided us in meaningful ways we could continue to bring Judaism into our home beyond the wedding day. She was always so warm, supportive, and available as a sounding board, while also being deeply intentional and reflective. One of our most important goals was for the service to feel personal and for everyone attending to truly feel like they got to know us as a couple. We chose to read our vows privately, but shared them with Rabbi Jessica beforehand, and she beautifully incorporated their essence into the ceremony. It was clear how much time and care she took to truly get to know us! The ketubah ceremony before the wedding was also incredibly special and unique, and it made our family and closest friends feel so included in such a meaningful way. Our service ended up being one of our favorite parts of the entire wedding day, and we are so incredibly grateful to have been recommended to Rabbi Jessica Marshall. We couldn’t have imagined a more meaningful or heartfelt ceremony! -

Working with Rabbi Jessica was one of the greatest blessings of our wedding journey. From the very beginning, she brought a sense of calm to the planning process, offering resources, guidance, and heartfelt support that made us both feel truly seen and heard.
As an interfaith couple, we were deeply grateful for the way she honored both of our traditions. She never made the Christian side feel “less than,” but instead wove together our faiths in a way that felt seamless, loving, and deeply personal. Through our premarital sessions, she helped us connect not only with her but with each other, creating space for meaningful conversations and shared growth.

Working with Rabbi Marshall was one of the absolute highlights of our entire wedding journey. Over the course of seven preparation sessions, she took the time to truly get to know us—our story, our families, our values, and the future we want to build together.
Those sessions quickly became something we genuinely looked forward to. In the middle of all the logistics and minutia of planning a wedding, they were an opportunity to talk about our relationship and reflect on where we’ve been and what comes next. Rabbi Marshall led every conversation with warmth, poise, and sensitivity, creating a trust that allowed us to show up authentically and be fully present, both in these sessions and on our wedding weekend.
She was also incredibly thoughtful, organized, and flexible as we crafted the ceremony itself. She walked us through every element, explained the meaning and tradeoffs behind different choices, offered thoughtful guidance, and incorporated our preferences at every step. We always felt supported, heard, and guided by someone who truly cared about us.
On the day itself, she was exceptional. Many of our guests went out of their way to tell us how beautifully she led the ceremony—how she wove together tradition, storytelling, and a modern sensibility in a way that felt intimate, moving, and full of heart. She struck exactly the tone we had hoped for.

Rabbi Marshall was everything we could have ever dreamed of and more for our wedding officiant. We were nervous about finding an officiant who would fit our exact needs as an interfaith couple. Rabbi Marshall exceeded our expectations and we could not feel more lucky to have found her. She was extremely open and honest and gave great insight during our sessions and always listened intently. She allowed us to make our ceremony exactly how we wanted it to be and never made us feel pressured to include jewish elements that we didn't want. She was open to helping us with anything we needed during the process and provided the most warm and safe space to open up to her to discuss whatever we wanted. She had great communication throughout our entire process and was always flexible when we needed to switch up meeting times. Rabbi Marshall is truly a special person and we feel so lucky to have had her as such an important part of our wedding. -

Rabbi Marshall truly made our wedding planning journey and ceremony so incredibly special. It is with such great pleasure that we are writing this review for Rabbi Marshall. Coming from different backgrounds (Jewish and Christian/Secular), it was really important for us to have a ceremony that could honor and include all of our loved ones. We were absolutely blown away by the result. When we began the series of meetings, we never could have imagined the impact that the process would have on us, the wedding, and even our guests. It is hard to put into words just how meaningful and sacred our ceremony was. We will cherish our time under the chuppah for the rest of our lives. Even now, 6 months after our wedding, we still are continuously hearing from our family and friends how touched they were by our ceremony. We also loved our premarital counseling meetings- it become a ritual we looked forward to. Each meeting brought us closer together and challenged us to see each other more clearly than before. Rabbi Marshall got to know us and what we needed to ground us in our love for each other during the sometimes stressful process of planning a wedding. We could not recommend Rabbi Marshall enough to anyone who wants to pursue a loving, personal, and spiritually restorative path to their wedding. -

There's not much to say about Rabbi Marshall other than that she is the best. We loved the sessions leading up to the wedding. She asked thought provoking questions that my wife and I really enjoyed working through, but more importantly this time gave us the chance to really get to know Rabbi Marshall which made her standing up there with us on our wedding day even more special. It became very clear to us very early on that she was really invested in developing an actual relationship with us and wasn't just going to be someone who showed up on the day of and conducted the ceremony.
She was always flexible and responsive for scheduling get togethers and made the planning of the actual ceremony as easy as possible! She was also flexible with the actual ceremony and gave us plenty of leeway in terms of the length of the ceremony and what aspects were the most important to us.
Rabbi Marshall was also incredibly accommodating. One of the big draws for my wife and I was the high number of inter-faith weddings Rabbi Marshall had officiated in the past. I am not Jewish, and from the get go one of the most important aspects of the wedding to me was making sure all of my southern Christian guests knew what was going on, understood the importance of every Jewish tradition and that everything in Hebrew was also recited in English. For many of my guests this was their first experience with any Jewish traditions, and we continue to hear from guests telling us how much they loved the ceremony and Rabbi Marshall specifically!
Rabbi Marshall, you were so amazing, and Melinda and I couldn't think of anyone better to help us start this chapter of our lives together. You rock!
