  The best rabbi ever!

  Our wedding day was truly a magical experience, and a significant part of that magic was woven by Rabbi Jessica Marshall. From the very beginning of our wedding planning journey to the moment we said our vows, Rabbi Marshall's personalized touch and unwavering support made all the difference.
  
  Throughout the year of planning, our sessions with Rabbi Marshall felt like more than just wedding preparations; they were akin to therapeutic conversations filled with love and guidance. Her genuine care and thoughtful insights helped us navigate not only the logistics of our big day but also the deeper emotional aspects of our journey towards marriage.
  
  On the day of our wedding, despite unexpected wind issues and occasional interruptions, Rabbi Marshall remained an epitome of professionalism, grace, and love.   Rabbi Marshall truly made our wedding planning journey and ceremony so incredibly special. She is so easy to connect with and helped us to dig deeper into ourselves as individuals and as a couple to enrich our relationship. Our ceremony was so personal and deeply routed in who we are as a couple. This translated and was felt whole heartedly throughout our ceremony. Rabbi Marshall went above and beyond to create a personalized ceremony that was unique to us. We can't wait to continue our relationship with her as we embark on this next chapter.

  Non-Traditional, Personalized Jewish Elopement

  Rabbi Marshall helped us plan a unique Jewish elopement that was perfect for and personalized to us. We are from Boston, MA and eloped in Boulder, CO; she came to visit us in person in Boston prior to our ceremony, which we really appreciate. Our Zoom classes were very meaningful and spiritual. We feel a strong connection with Rabbi Marshall and highly recommend her!

  A fantastic experience

  We feel so fortunate to have found Rabbi Marshall for our wedding. Every part of the process was incredibly thoughtful and she went above and beyond to accommodate our preferences and make the sessions before, the ketubah signing, and the ceremony feel unique and special to us. We heard from so many of our guests how wonderful they thought she was in leading the ceremony. She is responsive, instantly familiar, and a joy to work with. Any couple would be lucky to have her be part of their special day and lives.

  Rabbi Jessica is the secret ingredient to a perfect wedding!

  Having Jessica as the officiant of our wedding was the detail I didn't know I needed to make the day perfect. She not only was a calming and loving presence on the day of the wedding, but took the time to create a ceremony that was unique to us in every way. She offered structure, ideas, and feedback when we needed, and took every idea or priority we had and included it with seamless flow. Jessica brought a spirituality to our nonreligious ceremony that emphasized our love for each other, our families, our friends, and the land itself.

  Transformative spiritual guidance for our special day

  It is with such great pleasure that we are writing this review for Rabbi Marshall. Coming from different backgrounds (Jewish and Christian/Secular), it was really important for us to have a ceremony that could honor and include all of our loved ones. We were absolutely blown away by the result. When we began the series of meetings, we never could have imagined the impact that the process would have on us, the wedding, and even our guests. It is hard to put into words just how meaningful and sacred our ceremony was. We will cherish our time under the chuppah for the rest of our lives. Even now, 6 months after our wedding, we still are continuously hearing from our family and friends how touched they were by our ceremony. We also loved our premarital counseling meetings- it become a ritual we looked forward to. Each meeting brought us closer together and challenged us to see each other more clearly than before. Rabbi Marshall got to know us and what we needed to ground us in our love for each other during the sometimes stressful process of planning a wedding. We could not recommend Rabbi Marshall enough to anyone who wants to pursue a loving, personal, and spiritually restorative path to their wedding.

  She's the best - look no further!

  There's not much to say about Rabbi Marshall other than that she is the best. We loved the sessions leading up to the wedding. She asked thought provoking questions that my wife and I really enjoyed working through, but more importantly this time gave us the chance to really get to know Rabbi Marshall which made her standing up there with us on our wedding day even more special. It became very clear to us very early on that she was really invested in developing an actual relationship with us and wasn't just going to be someone who showed up on the day of and conducted the ceremony.
  
  She was always flexible and responsive for scheduling get togethers and made the planning of the actual ceremony as easy as possible! She was also flexible with the actual ceremony and gave us plenty of leeway in terms of the length of the ceremony and what aspects were the most important to us.
  
  Rabbi Marshall was also incredibly accommodating. One of the big draws for my wife and I was the high number of inter-faith weddings Rabbi Marshall had officiated in the past. I am not Jewish, and from the get go one of the most important aspects of the wedding to me was making sure all of my southern Christian guests knew what was going on, understood the importance of every Jewish tradition and that everything in Hebrew was also recited in English. For many of my guests this was their first experience with any Jewish traditions, and we continue to hear from guests telling us how much they loved the ceremony and Rabbi Marshall specifically!
  
  Rabbi Marshall, you were so amazing, and Melinda and I couldn't think of anyone better to help us start this chapter of our lives together. You rock!

  Incredible Wedding Officiant!

  We cannot rave enough about Rabbi Jessica Marshall’s skill and finesse as a wedding officiant. In fact, even now two months later, whenever we see guests from our wedding, each person remarks about the beauty and sincerity of the ceremony. We know from working with Jessica over the course of a half year leading up to the wedding why the ceremony was so perfect.
  
  Jessica has deep knowledge of how weddings can go and was able to be flexible and responsive to our needs. She listened closely, made suggestions, and then ultimately crafted a creative and personalized ceremony just for us. She took the time to understand what was important to us and who we are as a couple, sharing options and advice, but ultimately listening to what we wanted. She was fully willing to go with us on our journey, even when that meant changing our minds along the way a dozen times or so.
  
  Wedding planning can be stressful! We always looked forward to talking with Jessica across the months because she had a way of grounding us again. She suggested we create a list of “wedding values” and revisit them when things felt overwhelming. We found this very helpful. She also always got us laughing and reflecting on what really matters. On one occasion, she asked us to shut our eyes, hold hands, and just talk about the feeling we wanted to have the day of the wedding. Jessica was always patient, positive, and empathic along the journey of planning and developing our big day.
  
  So, it is no surprise that our guests remember the wedding ceremony as vividly as we do. Jessica was a calming presence the day of the wedding and throughout the ceremony. She brings her whole self to her work – her art really – and her authenticity during the ceremony helped us feel relaxed and authentic, too. She was able to manage some last-minute logistics (too hot to have the ceremony in the original location! no mic stand! line up at the bathroom!) with grace and humor – and then transition easily into leading a heart-felt ceremony. We remember the joy of standing there and celebrating our love with her – and the delight we felt in hearing her kind, dynamic, and witty words of wisdom throughout.

  Amazing Personalized Wedding Ceremony and Preparation Rituals

  "When we were shopping for a rabbi to officiate at our wedding, Judaism Your Way put us in touch with Rabbi Marshall, and we were so lucky for this fortuitous connection. Immediately from our first meeting, we could tell that Rabbi Marshall understood our spirituality, and that she was the right officiant to work with us to create a personalized and meaningful wedding ceremony.
  
  We were fortunate to have our brother/brother-in law as the lead officiant but having a strong Jewish element both in the run-up to the ceremony as well as the ceremony itself was very important to us. During one of our prep meetings, Rabbi Marshall suggested a unique opportunity to do a Mikvah ritual in the mountains a couple weeks before the wedding. This ritual turned out to be AMAZING. We met Rabbi Marshall at Gore Creek outside of Vail and Rabbi Marshall led us in a simple ceremony to connect with our Judaism and with each other. It was not only beautiful, but truly meaningful, and a wonderful preface to our wedding. Rabbi Marshall had a unique way of bringing her creativity to our work together in a way that made us feel understood and provided a spiritual and romantic experience that we never would have thought to pursue.
  
  Rabbi Marshall really listened to us when she asked us what Judaism meant to us, what we valued in each other, and what we wanted the wedding ceremony to be like. She helped us create a wedding ceremony that was personal and innovative in some parts, and traditional in others, just like we wanted.   “We were very happy with our experience with Rabbi Marshall. My husband is Jewish (though not connected to a synagogue) and I am not. I wasn’t sure what to expect and was not exactly the most willing to explore this option. But after meeting with her, I was totally put at ease.
  
  I really appreciated her young, feminine energy. And we actually enjoyed the counseling sessions leading up to our wedding. They gave us a set time for a bit of reflection during a stressful period and confirmed that we were making the right choice It also gave her a chance to get to know us, which made her remarks more personalized.
  
  I also was grateful that the ceremony and its components were not set in stone in her mind. We were able to pick and choose what we wanted to do and say and we actually ended up with a pretty traditional ceremony in the end (which was a bit surprising to the both of us)! She even let us pick how she said certain words and phrases, which I appreciated very much.
  I think all in all, our ceremony was 30 minutes, but it didn’t feel boring or drawn out. There are so many beautiful ceremonial things that happen and I’m glad we included them! We had many guests say they really loved the ceremony and we don’t come from very religious backgrounds so that was cool to hear. I’d definitely recommend the ketubah signing – I’d say that was the highlight for me. Having your family around you and them passing it over to you and your husband is pretty special! ”

  We feel so fortunate and grateful that Rabbi Marshall officiated our wedding. The ceremony was beautiful and her words and voice elevated the day beyond our expectations. As an interfaith couple, we felt she went above and beyond to help us understand Jewish wedding customs and traditions, as well as integrate interfaith pieces into our ceremony to make it inclusive and welcoming.
  
  In the months leading up to our wedding, Rabbi Marshall took the time to get to know us and our relationship. In these meetings we learned so much about ourselves, our family values, and Judaism. Rabbi Marshall beautifully incorporated these details into our ceremony which made our wedding feel wonderfully personal, spiritual, and full of love.
