The Best Experience I Could Have Imagined

Kelly at their Ardmore location is amazing. I went into my appointment having no idea what I wanted and Kelly helped me find exactly what I was looking for and gave me such a confidence boost in every dress I tried on. She really made the whole experience so enjoyable and fun! They have so many options there and at reasonable prices. I said yes to my dress there and I couldn’t be happier!

Gorgeous selection of dresses

I got my dress at Sabrina's in West Chester and Callie was the most amazing person to help me! She totally got what I was looking for and put me in a bunch of strong contenders. I will admit, I was TOTALLY overstimulated by the amount of dresses at this point, and she was patient and just absolutely lovely. I am in love with my dress and wish I could wear it every day. They made recommendations for alterations (shout out to Maridadi in Exton) and were just wonderful to work with.

Ask for Callee at Sabrina Ann Couture in West Chester!

I couldn't have asked for a better wedding dress shopping experience. I brought my sister, my future MIL, and one of my MOHs to the appointment, and we had the entire shop to ourselves for 90 minutes. As a plus-sized bride (street size 14/16, bridal size 18/20), I was nervous/anxious about dress shopping. Sabrina Ann Couture itself was welcoming, and I felt completely at ease within the first few minutes of meeting Callee. She was so friendly, super knowledgeable, and had already pulled a few dresses based on my intake info ... As I tried them on, we chatted about the venue, the wedding colors, and my vision for the day -- in addition to how I felt while wearing each dress. Callee continued to pull dresses as she got to know me, each one better than the last. When I (quite unexpectedly) felt like I'd found "my" dress, Callee answered all our questions and then gave me space to check-in with my friends/family. Ultimately, I felt confident saying "yes" to the dress and left the shop with it in-hand! ... My experience at Sabrina Ann Couture exceeded every expectation. And I can't thank Callee enough for her help and guidance.

Amazing Dress Shopping with Kelly

We had a great experience shopping for and ultimately purchasing my wedding dress with Kelly at Sabrina Ann in West Chester. I loved the selection of dresses to begin with, and Kelly was a master at listening, pulling dresses, taking feedback, and adjusting her next recommendations based on my thoughts. I felt really listened to and supported throughout the appointment. When we found my final dress, we all just knew, and that was it! Easy peasy. My mom and I both enjoyed the process and would recommend Kelly and Sabrina Ann highly.

Perfect place with an amazing price

The staff at Sabrina Ann was amazing with finding the right size for me as well as fitting my dress properly so I could get a good look at what it could look like after alterations. The staff were amazing with listening to what I wanted and picking out dresses accordingly.

Princess for sure!

the moment i stepped into Sabrina ann's i knew i was getting the best care, they had everything blocked out. no one else was coming into the store to be helped unless it was a pickup already paid for. they focused on you and you alone! their selection of dresses was perfect for this anxious and on a budget bride and what she was looking for! you are able to look at almost everything they have between their two stores online and their turn around for reaching back out to you if you have any questions is phenomenal!! I Felt like the princess for the day the entire time I was there. I DID NOT feel rushed, more anxious than i already was nor did i feel like i was just another sale to the team. They stayed with me the entire experience even recommending my beautiful hair piece that was a perfect match for my aesthetic! they made my day the most amazing day

Said yes to the dress!

This was the last stop on a day of dress shopping. There were so many unique and beautiful gowns, but I knew as soon as I tried mine on it was the one! It was also affordable. I got so many compliments on how beautiful my dress looked on my wedding day.

Wonderful dress shopping experience

My experience at Sabrina Ann was 10/10! The stylists there helped me pick a dress that I absolutely loved!!!! It was nothing I had ever anticipated wearing but it was absolutely perfect. Their recommendations for alterations were great and when I went back almost a year later to pick accessories, Jennarose even remembered the dress I picked and had great ideas for what would go with it!! 10/10 experience for sure!!!

Found my dream dress!

I had the most wonderful experience here finding my dress! My consultant Jennarose was SO NICE, made me feel like a queen and picked out so many beautiful dresses for me. Not once did I feel pressured to buy anything right away, but I was encouraged to enjoy the process and be honest with how I felt about different fits so she could pull others I might like. I was so nervous that I wouldn't like anything on me, but every dress was so beautiful and the whole process was so much fun. I ended up buying the very first dress I tried on, which was the style I wanted AND within my budget! The dress couldn't have looked more perfect on my wedding day. Highly recommend to any brides in the Philly area and beyond!

Gorgeous Gowns for an Amazing Price!

After going to 17 different Bridal Gown shops and trying on over 80 dressed, I finally found the dress of my dreams at Sabrina Ann where I didn't have to order my dress, but rather could take it all home that day! Not only was the customer experience amazing, but I was able to get my gorgeous designer gown below my budget. I couldn't be happier with my gown and experience and can't recommend them more!

Best Wedding Dress Shopping Experience

Sabrina Ann’s was my first stop to find a wedding dress. They are local for me, so I figured I would give them a chance. The experience was more than I ever dreamed of! We started off with me picking a few dresses I loved, my maid of honor picking a few, and the Sabrina Ann stylist picking a few that she felt would work with my style. As I tried dresses on, the stylist kept bringing more and more dresses back to the room based on what I thought of what I had tried on. I ended up falling in love with and crying (totally unexpected) over a dress! My wedding was pushed back and 2 years later it was still the perfect dress for me!

Adore them

I went to Sabrina Ann in West Chester after 6 months of admiring their positivity and welcoming nature on Instagram. My experience was amazing. Gabrielle was so sweet and encouraging when helping me find the perfect dress. She took what I liked in each dress to pull more dresses in my size for me to see. Everyone in the salon was encouraging and helpful during my time trying on dresses. I found my perfect dress there too!!

Amazing and wonderful experience!

If I could leave 10 stars, I would! I went to Sabrina Ann’s yesterday with my Mom and Mom-Mom. It was my first time gown shopping and it couldn’t have been a more wonderful experience! Kelly was my consultant and she was fabulous! I felt like it was my Mom helping me. She is very caring, has patience, and knows her job well. She found gowns for me to try on that were my taste and I did say yes to the dress! It was really nice because we were not rushed to make a decision. Found my perfect dress!

Sabrina Ann was wonderful to work with to find my perfect dress! I first went to the West Chester location, all of the attendants were focused and very helpful in helping me narrow down which styles I liked best. I then went to the Ardmore location, where I was also met with amazing attendants. I really enjoyed the atmosphere at both locations, all staff are very knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. Each location had a very large selection in many different sizes, and had new dresses coming in all the time! I scouted out their instagram to see when they had a dress I was interested in at the store.

I found my dress at SA Ardmore in August 2019 for my October 2020 wedding - and even on my wedding day over a year later I still LOVED my dress! This is the perfect boutique to get designer dresses at bargain prices.

Callee and the team were the most helpful, wonderful people - letting me try on as many dresses during as many appointments as I needed. When I finally found my dress, Callee gave me extended time to simply stare at my dress and envision my big day! I even went back to get my veil! Amazing Experience!

Highly recommend Sabrina Ann's to any bride! I came her to try on dresses after having second thoughts on the one I purchased elsewhere. Kelly was absolutely wonderful! She counseled me through the process of deciding whether or not to buy a new dress and helped me pick out a veil. I wish I had bought my original dress here! Hands down the best bridal dress appointment I've had. Kelly knew what my style was exactly and picked out a few beautiful dresses for me to try on. Great shop for wedding dresses - once worn and never worn

The Best Place to Buy "THE" Dress!

I worked with Rachel at the West Chester location to find my wedding dress and she was the best! I came in once with just my mom and myself, tried on a few dresses and found one I thought I was going to buy but wanted a few more opinions. I came back another day with my mom, grandmother, aunt and best friend so that they could weigh in as well. I thought I knew which dress I wanted, but when I got there Rachel told me that a dress had just come in that she thought I would like - and it ended up being the PERFECT dress for me! She was so helpful throughout the process, and the thing I liked the best about Sabrina Ann (after visiting several other shops in the area) is that no one there was pushy and I truly felt like they wanted me to wear what would look best on me, not what would make them the biggest commission. Love, love, love this shop and recommend it to all of my friends who are looking for dresses (wedding and otherwise)!

Fabulous experience

I loved my experience at Sabrina Ann! So nice, encouraging without being too salesy, and consultants don't go into the dressing room with you (a plus for me), they just help you zip/button up. They even called me a week later to thank me for coming in (again, not salesy/pushy)! I didn't find my dress there, but I totally recommend making an appointment and going (don't bring a lot of people, it's a teeny tiny shop).

Great shop on a budget!

I had a great experience at Sabrina Ann. The consultant was extremely helpful and really made the experience comfortable! I found a beautiful Maggie Sottero dress (needed some work done since it was previously a sample gown) at a good price.

I tried a couple different places before I came here but this is the only place I felt at ease. I actualy got the owner to be my consultant and she was wonderful!!! I went back the next day to buy my dress and all of her employees are great and make you feel so beautiful. I can’t wait to show them pictures of the big day.

I found the wedding dress of my dreams at Sabrina Ann - and for under $800! I would highly recommend shopping there. Most of their dresses seem to be one-of-a-kind, with a mix of gently worn and new dresses. Mine still had the tags on it! They were kind enough to accommodate a large group of friends that I brought with me (8 people) and we had room for everyone to sit and admire the different dresses as I came out of the dressing room. The staff does a great job of helping you in and out of dresses, offering advice when asked, and staying quiet when you need a moment to reflect before making a decision. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

The dress I got from Sabrina Ann is absolutely amazing. It was exactly as I was looking for. The price was less than what I wanted to spend but the dress was more than I could've asked for. The staff is so nice and attentive. I loved everything about this place.

I recommend Sabrina Ann Couture for any bride looking for the perfect dress for her wedding. This was my first and last stop for wedding dress shopping- and the experience was exactly what I was looking for. It was very easy to make an appointment a few weeks in advance. This store is extremely charming and intimate located in downtown West Chester - perfect for a private and memorable dress shopping experience. Ruth Ann was the ultimate dress specialist- choosing several beautiful gowns for me to try on from the large selection. Being my first time- I was unsure of what I wanted and every single dress she chose was absolutely stunning. I never once felt rushed or pressured to purchase anything. Ultimately I found the perfect dress and was shocked when I heard that the cost was in my price range, and much lower than anticipated. The best part was being able to walk out with my dream dress without breaking the bank. My advice for any bride is 100% go to Sabrina's for an intimate shopping experience with the best dress selection.

My mom and I went to Sabrina Ann to start what I thought was going to be a very difficult search for my perfect dress. I had no idea what I wanted. I only knew I wanted something a little different than the typical ball gown princess strapless dress. Sabrina, my mom, and I pulled around 20 dresses in the first 10 minutes of being in the store - I did not expect this as Sabrina's is a once worn/sample store. I was thrilled with my options and found my dream dress and veil for my big day. I cannot thank Sabrina enough for her brilliant eye and finding my perfect dress.

A seamstress recommended this shop to me. I found just what I was looking for thanks to a super helpful associate who challenged me to step outside my comfort zone color-wise. I purchased a sample dress that was in excellent condition, and the price was reasonable. I am in the process of using them for wedding dress preservation.

I would highly recommend Sabrina Ann Ardmore to any bride looking for a great dress on a budget. Sabrina's was the first boutique we visited while looking for wedding gowns and I bought a dress that day. They have a wide selection of resale and sample dresses of high quality, many for under $1,000. We had a private appointment that made the experience more intimate. And, the salesperson on duty while we were there was helpful but not intruding - we never felt pressured to buy anything that day or to search for dresses in higher price range, etc. They were very understanding of what we were looking for and how much we wanted to spend.

I also had an unfortunately hard time with a seamstress I took my dress to at Sabrina Ann's recommendation. When things became difficult I contacted the store and the owner (Sabrina) handled communicating with the seamstress for me, which significantly lowered my stress level. It was incredibly helpful to have Sabrina's support and help with those issues. In the end Sabrina recommended a new seamstress, and my dress alterations were perfect.

After trying on dresses at other places and feeling dissatisfied with the service or selection, Sabrina Ann's in Ardmore, PA was a breath of fresh air! The woman, Michelle, who helped me, was lovely, so sweet and supportive, allowing me time to try on the styles I picked out and suggested others (one of which I actually chose!) We had a really nice experience, very personal (so different from larger stores). I got an amazing sample dress and they even suggested a wonderful woman to alter the dress who was located close to where I live. I would highly recommend checking out Sabrina Ann's! Great prices and really beautiful dresses!!

Fantastic experience! I bought my wedding dress at Sabrina Ann this weekend with Mary Ann's help. I came in certain I wanted a lace dress. Mary Ann helped me pull dresses that fit my description of my ideal dress, but she also pulled a few dresses that she thought would look good on me. Ultimately, I decided lace wasn't working for me, and I fell in love with one of Mary Ann's picks. Mary Ann was warm and encouraging, but she also provided frank and helpful input while I was trying dresses on. She was also supportive and conscious of my budget.

The store had a great selection and great prices. I found about ten dresses I wanted to try on right off the bat, all within my budget. Dresses start at $500, and all of the dresses I tried on were gorgeous designer gowns that were selling for about 50% off the original price. I ended up purchasing a beautiful Maggie Sottero gown at a price I was thrilled with.

All in all, I'd recommend Sabrina Ann to any bride looking to find her dream dress, but especially to the budget- and eco-conscious ladies. This place is a dream come true!

P.S. For an optimal experience, I'd recommend making an appointment, especially if you go on a Saturday.

I had an idea of what I wanted for my wedding dress and what I definitely did not want. I had poured through several wedding magazines and went to various stores looking at dresses without finding what I wanted. I remembered that I had met Sabrina and Rachel at a bridal event so I went to Sabrina Ann Couture in West Chester and left that day with my wedding dress. It was a dress that I wouldn't have bought had Sabrina and Rachel not urged me to try it on. They thought it would look beautiful on me. I thought it would look horrible. I bought the dress, so obviously I agreed with them! I also ended up buying my jewelry and my bridesmaid's jewelry there. They definitely know what they're doing and they're so wonderful to work with! I pop in to say hi when I'm in the area because Rachel is so great and we have fun chatting. Great store. I highly recommend it!

Found a Maggie Sottero dress I could never dream of affording brand new. The dress I chose was just one of a dozen designer dresses I was able to consider because how incredible the prices are at Sabrina Ann. Beyond that, the service at this salon is incredible. Due to a whirlwind of circumstances surrounding my appointment, I had to go by myself, without the opinions of my sisters and maid of honor to rely on. I wish I could remember the name of the person who helped me (Ann? Alice? I feel like it started with A!), but she was incredibly helpful in the selection process. She gave her opinions honestly, even guiding me away from more expensive dresses because they didn't suit me as well as the one I purchased. I was able to put my dress on hold and consider if for a few days. I had to pick it up during the week, but live far from Ardmore – I called the salon and asked them what my options were to pick up the dress since I couldn't get there before they close for the evening, and Sabrina kept the store open for an hour longer to give me time to get there and pick up my dress!

Seriously, this doesn't even capture all of how pleased I was with this salon. 10/10!!

I worked with MaryAnn on a busy Saturday afternoon. The store was full of people and dresses, but rather than being overwhelming, it was oddly intimate. Maryann was very funny and helpful, and encouraged me to try on different types of dresses which ultimately resulted in me finding my dress there. My only issue was that they didn't ask me about my budget and I didn't offer it at the beginning (I was excited and not thinking), so I ended up looking at and falling in love with a sample dress that was more expensive than I was comfortable with. But obviously not that uncomfortable since I bought it anyway...
At any rate, it is a great shop that I definitely recommend. Their stock had lots of different and interesting dresses. Staff is very helpful, supportive, and not remotely pushy. They do not have seamstresses on site but give recommendations. They also have a cool selection of jewelry.

When I first walked into Sabrina Ann I felt very comfortable and noticed a huge selection of dresses to choose from off the rack. I worked with Mary Ann who was very patient with me and allowed me to try on several dresses. I found one I liked and put it on hold while I tried several other dresses at different bridal shops. I kept going back to the dress at Sabrina Ann's because it fit so well and I couldn't find a dress that was better quality anywhere else at such a great price. They are very selective with their dresses and mine was used as a sample so it had never been worn before. I love the dress I ended up buying at Sabrina Ann and am thankful for this bridal shop after I saw what else is out there!

My sister and I both got our wedding dresses here. FANTASTIC value & quality. I received so many compliments about my wedding dress... many thought it was much more expensive than what it cost me (given it was a sample dress, it was much less than the original cost). They had so many dresses to chose from, this store is a gem and a MUST for any future bride near or far.

Sabrina Ann made my dress shopping experience wonderful. I had the pleasure of working with 2 of the employees there, and I loved the first so much, I requested her again, but sadly she wasn't working the day I came back. My second experience not only met my expectation, but I loved it even more. They do such a good job asking you what you're looking for, and combining both their knowledge of the wedding dress industry with your personal preferences to make sure you find a dress you love in your budget. Doesn't feel like you are being pushed at all, and they are really there for you. I recommended them to my sister, who also found her dress here!

Sabrina Ann was my first stop when dress shopping. For such a small store, they had an amazing number of beautiful consignment and sample dresses! My consultant was great- knowledgeable and not pushy at all. I did not end up finding my dress here, but I would absolutely recommend brides on a budget to check them out.

I only to went one other big name store to look for dresses and one of my close friends recommended Sabrina Ann to me. I went with my sister and met my friend at the store. The dress that I bought was the second dress I had tried on. I just loved so many details about it. . .the ivory color, the satin material, the "bling", the ruching, etc. I felt like a bride and the dress gave me that "hour glass" shape.
Although I had tried on about 5 more dresses and each of those dresses were beautiful as well, I kept coming back to the one I bought. My sister and friend absolutely loved the dress on me. My seamstress did the alterations and made a french bustle for me.
On my wedding day, I felt so beautiful in that dress and was so thankful that I found my perfect wedding dress! My attendant at Sabrina Ann (I believe her name is either Rebecca or Rachel) was really sweet and so patient with me and she really took the time to help me get in and out of the dresses. I appreciated that a lot!

I went to Sabrina Ann after a high pressure, "It you don't buy tonight the dress won't be in in time for your wedding" experience at David's Bridal. I found out the next day that I could buy the same dress from David's Bridal's website and have it the following week. I found a beautiful dress at a very reasonable price from Sabrina Ann. I love the vibe of the shop, you are allowed to just look through and try on whatever you want. You don't have to wait to see what the sales person decides to pull for you. They also referred me to a great local seamstress for alterations. The Sales staff at Sabrina Ann is helpful but not pushy, offering honest advice. I highly recommend checking out their selection first. Plus, you get the take the dress home when you buy it. I found that very reassuring when other shops tell you that it will take months and months for your dress to arrive. Not everyone has the luxury of a two-year engagement. Some people just want to get married.

I went to Sabrina Ann, knowing that it could be a "hit or miss", so I didn't get my hopes up. However, I found the dress I was always dreaming of! It was a store sample, and it fit perfectly, and the price was awesome! I just needed to get it cleaned at the bottom, but other than that, I walked out with my dress that day!

If I could give 10 stars I would! Sabrina Ann and her team made my dress dreams come true! and I didn't even visit the store in person- I live in Hawaii and our wedding was 1/1/15 in Florida. I started searching for the perfect dress in Aug of 2014. I read magazines, I hunted on Pinterest and attended bridal shows-- and then I found it- Mori Lee 5108- I knew that it was meant to be my dress! I found a bridal shop here in Hawaii that had it and I thought Yay! I have my dream dress! But due to shipping and production time the dress wouldn't be ready until March 2015- a little too late! The sample was unalterable and I was dressless :( I started looking on the internet in hopes I could purchase a pre-loved gown and I came across Sabrina Ann's website. And low and behold- the Mori Lee 5108 had just been posted as a new arrival and it was my size. I called and explained my saga to the ladies working- within an hour the dress was officially mine. It was a new sample that had recently arrived- The team was so helpful making sure my measurements and the dress measurements were correct. They were so kind and a pleasure to work with. They packaged up my dress so carefully with paper and wrapped in plastic for it's long journey to Hawaii. It arrived a few days later with tags on and for only a 1/3 of the original price. I am so thankful to these ladies for taking the time to help me through the emails and phone calls. It was the perfect mermaid dress for our aquarium wedding. My only gripe is that I didn't get to visit the store in person and meet these wonderful women!

I loved the Sabrina Ann experience.
This was the second bridal shop that we visited. After looking and trying on size 6 dresses at a larger salon, Sabrina Ann's was amazing. Hearing "try to envision this in your size" was demoralizing. The women at SA's only tried on dresses that fit me. When I tried on my dress we all knew it was the one.

I am from Toronto, but my husband is from Pennsylvania. I never thought I'd be the bride who tried on 100 different dress, but I was. I went to various different stores in Toronto, and tried on dresses ranging from $200 to $3000. It wasn't until I went to Sabrina Ann that I found my dress (and for $450!).

I went to Sabrina Ann without an appointment on a weekday while I was visiting my then-fiance's family. We were accommodated easily. I was able to look and select dresses myself, and then my consultant picked other dresses she thought I would like. My consultant was so friendly and informative and helpful. Of all the different wedding dress stores I went to, Sabrina Ann's consultant was the friendliest and most knowledgeable (and I had great experiences at all stores but one).

There were at least four or five dresses I easily could have purchased. When there were two I both loved, one which was considerably more expensive than the one I chose, my consultant did not try to push me toward the more expensive dress. When I was leaning toward another dress because I had found a sash I loved in the store, my consultant showed me how the sash could work with my dress (which I didn't think was possible).

After choosing my dress, I was wandering the store, and I found a veil I loved that I didn't think would work with my dress, but my consultant showed me how it would work with my dress. She also showed me how we could turn the straight neckline of the dress in to a sweetheart neckline.

To top everything off, I found my wedding necklace (for $12) at Sabrina Ann.

It was an amazing experience and an amazing value. I ended up with a unique dress, and I was shown how to customize that dress to make it even more perfectly me!

They were very helpful there! I found my dream dress and it was about 70% of retail price!!!
The store is small, so if you are expecting an experience like TLCs "say yes to the dress" you won't get it here, but if you want a beautiful dress in your price range I 100% recommend this shop!! If you are not a common size you may have less options available but they do carry a lot of dresses in the store!!

Buy used!!! Sabrina Ann is PICKY about their selection, and it is beautiful. I thought that I was going to be stuck with one or two dresses to try on - but I tried on 20!!! Not at one point did I feel like I was getting anything less than the ultimate bridal salon experience - these ladies know their stuff. They were able to talk things out with me, about tweaks I could make in certain dresses and what wouldn't work. Not only did I buy my dress there, they recommended the perfect tailor to transform the dress into exactly what I wanted. Thank you!!!

Found my dress there and it was affordable and beautiful! Especially if you are the size of sample gown (street size 8-12) there are so many options. My dress was a never before worn sample gown. I was the first to try it on and it was perfect. If you don't find something one week go back again their selection is always changing

While I did not get my dress from Sabrina Ann, I did use them for Day Of Coordination services for my wedding. I cannot recommend Rachel highly enough! She made our wedding day feel seamless - filling in all of the blanks that would otherwise have been missed. When we unexpectedly had rain on our wedding day, Rachel worked with our caterer to move our ceremony and dinner plans from outside to inside. She had an emergency kit that was really helpful - sewing a button onto my husband's suit and providing heel pads and band aids to the wedding party when needed. Rachel also helped us stick to our timeline, making sure that the ceremony started on time, that the speeches were given, and that everything else we wanted was done.

Rachel was also great to work with before the wedding - she was always prompt and responsive to all of my questions, even when they seemed out of the realm of her job. She helped me to find a seamstress to press my dress as well as a cleaner for after the wedding, in addition to all of her assistance on the day of our wedding. The best part of working with Rachel was knowing that I didn't have to worry about any of the details on our wedding day - she just made sure everything happened when it was supposed to. It gave me great peace of mind. I would highly recommend working with Rachel or another Day of Coordinator from Sabrina Ann.

I went to Sabrina Ann after a friend raved about her experience there. I will note that the store is not large, but it is an intimate, inviting space that's great for a small group (if you want large dressing rooms with a runway and lots of couches for a large group, Sabrina Ann is not a good fit for you). The consultant who helped me, Mary Anne, was extremely professional and wonderful to work with. At the start of the appointment, she assured me that, yes, I really could pull as many dresses as I wanted (I pulled 10 and tried on 4) and that we wouldn't be rushed out after a certain amount of time. I found a beautiful dress (former sample) that I purchased for $1000 off original retail price, a belt, and the perfect birdcage veil. Mary Anne also recommended a seamstress in my area, Gloria, who was also great to work with.

I love the idea of consignment, but was skeptical when it came to my wedding dress being consignment. However, Sabrina Ann only carries high quality in style options. I went there alone and felt so comfortable and catered to. I thoroughly enjoyed my shopping experience. I did not like the belt my dress came with, but sabrina put together another beautiful sash and matching pearls on me and I melted! I felt crazy finding the dress so easily and fast. Decided to think about it, bought the dress, sash, and pearls within 24 hours. I wore my gorgeous and affordable Jim Hjelm last month to marry my prince, and I want to wear it everyday. Great service, lovely team to work with, and fair pricing. Plus they are connected to the sweetest and loveliest seamstress ever, Sarah Frack. Thank you all for a great shopping experience!

Can't say enough about this place. I'd been to three or four boutiques before coming here, and I must have tried on about 14 dresses without much luck (I have big hips, so most were a big snug on me.) They were getting ready to close and I was frustrated, and the lady that helped me said "We'll stay here as long as it takes for you to try on every dress if you want to. You shouldn't leave with any doubts because there was something you didn't try on that might have been the one." So I picked another four dresses and BAM, I put one on that zipped right up and made me cry. I knew it was the one. Thank you so much for going the extra mile, guys!

I would HIGHLY recommend this store. I wanted to spend under $1000 on a dress, and didn't have a preference for any specific designer. I also didn't like the snobbishness and formality of some of the bridal shops we visited. I wanted a beautiful dress for a destination wedding, at a reasonable price, and a fun shopping experience with my mom and maid of honor. I found all of this- along with a great selection and wonderful service from this shop.

Our salesperson Mary Ann was helpful, fun, and she completely added to the experience. We were happy to buy from her! Also I loved their selection of accessories- purses, hair pieces, shoes, veils, jewelry, etc. I bought my dress, veil, hair piece all for under $800. Definitely recommend Sabrina Ann!

I know it seems like I'm being generous with the scores here, but let me tell you, I'm just being honest! Sabrina Ann is a magical place! My wedding date is June 21, 2014 and I went dress shopping 5 times from March-September 2013 prior to finding out about Sabrina Ann. I had gone to all different bridal shops and just couldn't find one that I loved enough to pay thousands of dollars for. Eventually I decided that I didn't want to spend a ton of $$ on a dress so I started researching shops that sold sample dresses- that's when I found Sabrina Ann.

The shop is very clean, bright, and has a great selection. The shop only offers dresses that are samples or were worn once, so the prices are ridiculously reasonable compared to regular shops. Many dresses were never worn!

I am not a big girl, but I do have some curves, so it was comforting that they had all different sizes, designers, and styles of dresses. I tried on a TON! The dresses were in good condition - clean, not torn, and all of the beading/lace/trains were in tact. The shop also offers a wide selection of veils, accessories, jackets, and little removable lace cap-sleeve things that you can wear into the Church if you buy a strapless dress but take off for your reception.

The saleswoman was very helpful and patient with me throughout the whole process. I think no matter where you shop your goal should be to relax, be respectful and appreciative of the sales people, and not be a diva. You will find your dress and at a good price with Sabrina Ann, just be patient and open minded!

I finally settled on a Maggie Sottero strapless dress with a really long train. It has beading and lace, so I purchased one of the cap-sleeve lace things to wear at the Church too. I also bought a tulle slip for added volume for only $20! For the dress, jacket, slip and tax, we spent only $935.00. The dress alone would've been $820. There were dresses there for much less, though!

I absolutely LOVED the David Tutera dress I was able to purchase from Sabrina Ann's. I had been to several dress shops in the area - chains and boutiques alike and could not seem to find the perfect dress for me. Although the shop is small and there are probably less than 100 dresses per size, the selection is amazing and the prices are all reasonable. I probably tried on 3-4 dresses prior to finding the perfect fit - I was elated! The staff is extremely helpful - in both selecting options, trying dresses on and providing honest feedback. They are willing to do anything they can to ensure the experience for the bride and her family/entourage wonderful! They provide the most wonderful customer service and it is no wonder why they are so highly rated considering their attention to detail, organization and vibrant personalities. I highly recommend visiting this shop if searching for the perfect dress - you will not be disappointed in the selection or the service and will most likely walk away with a stellar gown that is extremely well priced :)

I had a great experience at Sabrina Ann. I worked with Sabrina and she listened to what I was looking for in a dress. She pulled the dresses I had picked out from the website and also ones that she thought i might like. She gave great suggestions regarding alterations so that the dress would fit me perfectly. Sabrina was not pushy and understood that I wanted to sleep on it before making a final decision. I would definitely recommend checking this store out! Sabrina Ann's was a god sent!!! After going to numberous locations and starting to feel I would have to pay thousands of dollars on a dress to be happy, I came here and fell in love with my dress and veil. The employees were very nice, responsive and helpful. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

The perfect place to find a beautiful, reasonably priced, wedding gown! I purchased mine here last July for my wedding last May. My dress was a Priscilla of Boston dress with the tags still on and for nearly half the price it would have sold in stores! The entire experience was wonderful, the staff was so kind and helpful. There is a great selection of dresses as well as other wedding accessories. Definitely worth checking out!

Awesome. I have champagne taste and a beer budget - story of my life. Naturally, I wanted a designer gown but I really couldn't imagine spending anything close to retail for a wedding gown. Enter Sabrina Ann, a bridal consignment store that sells once and never worn gowns and all I'm fabulous condition. Sabrina Ann is located in the heart of the mainline, so the selection is excellent. Think Vera Wang, Jim Hejlm, Matthew Christopher, Melissa Sweet, and more. Sabrina is often there in person and is eager to help but not pushy like in other salons.

I loved my gown and beaded sash, which no one could tell were consigned. Even so, I was so proud of saving so much money that I told everyone I bought them at Sabrina Ann.

Definitely check this place out.

Thank God for Sabrina and Rachel! I couldn't have had my wedding without them. Not only did they help me find my perfect, stunning, and unique dress at a great price at the store, but Sabrina also referred me to my seamstress (the MacGyver of seamstresses), my make-up artist, and my bridal gown dry cleaner, all of whom are top-notch. She did this all out of the kindness of her heart, to help a clueless bride have a fantastic wedding day. For that, I'm truly grateful.

Although I'm from New York, I heard of Sabrina Ann from relatives who live in Ardmore. I made a last-minute appointment to drop in when I was in town and found my dress that same day. It was the first place I looked, so I was very lucky. They have a great selection of dresses, their prices are fantastic and the woman who assisted me could not have been nicer or more patient. The dress I bought was by Modern Trousseau, and had been a sample, so it had never been worn before, but was essentially brand new and in great condition. It looked exquisite and I was saved the guilt and expense of ordering a costly dress from a bridal salon. I can't imagine why anyone would go anywhere else!

I went to Sabrina Ann's on a whim, and so glad I did! Its a small shop, but they have a lot of options. I was able to afford the perfect wedding dress, a dress I never could have afforded at a full price salon....

I found Sabrina Ann through a recommendation from our photographer (FYI: brides it does pay to at least checkout recommended vendors from one or two you have all ready selected). I scheduled an appointment for a Saturday afternoon, not anticipating that I would find anything. The boutique provides once worn or never worn dresses (and lots of other items too). I needed my dress to be at least a 12/14 to allow for any fluctuations in size. On that particular day, there was a small selection for these sizes, and I pulled a total of 2 dresses. One looked ok in the bag, nothing spectacular. However, once I put the dress on I knew it was THE one...no need to try on option number two :). The ladies were great to work with and quite knowledgable about alteration possibilities. Come to find out, the dress I tried on had just arrived two days prior to my appointment. I would definitely recommend Sabrina Ann when searching for the perfect dress.

Before going to Sabrina Ann's I think I visited every bridal salon in the tri-state area. I could never find anything that was "unique enough" that I was willing to pay for. Once visiting the store I was able to shop and pick out exactly what I wanted to try on and didn't have to worry about a sales person following me around. Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed going to the other salons just to say I had that experience but it just wasn't my style. The people that did work there were very willing to help me if I needed it and gave me all the time I needed to make my decision (keeping in mind that if I left the store someone else could buy the dress).

I was able to find a fabulous dress that was EXACTLY what I wanted. The price was almost $4000 LESS than the original price and it was a sample dress in great condition. The bottom was a little dingy but it needed to be hemmed anyway so it didn't matter. Since the dress was from 2009 (my wedding was in 2011) I knew the chances of my friends having the same dress was practically zero. I also found a veil that ended up matching all in one place.

Overall, Sabrina Ann's was a great place to find a deal on a dress that would have been way out of my price range normally.

You wouldn't think a consignment shop would have such a good selection, but Sabrina had lots of dresses, and most of them were beautiful. They had a chair for my grandmother, so she could sit down while she critiqued my dress. They were very helpful in helping me find a dress that turned out to be not at all what I thought I wanted, but was gorgeous and totally me. i have no idea how much it was originally, but I got it for $475, plus $390 in alterations. I think the best recommendation was at the wedding, when everyone told me how "stunning" I looked, and then they asked where I got it. Everyone who asked was shocked when I told them I got my dress on consignment, at Sabrina Ann's in Ardmore - go there!

I had tried on about 40 wedding dresses, many of them very lovely, without getting the "wow" my married friends assured me I would experience when I found "my" dress, the perfect one for me. Finally, I found the dress, the *perfect* dress for me...but, the price was considerably out of budget. Luckily, my sister-in-law is a master of online research, and she found the same exact dress, in the same size and ivory color, at Sabrina Ann for less than half the price!

I was very nervous about buying a dress online. To be honest, Sabrina was just as serious about *not* selling me a dress that I would not be happy with. She measured the dress in Pennsylvania while I borrowed a tape measure and took my measurements at my office in Texas. Sabrina gave me time to go back to the store to try on the dress again with my mom and to consult with a tailor about the possibility of making alterations. When we were both satisfied that everything would be right, I was able to complete the payment process online. I was relieved to see that I had 48 hours to decide to keep the dress or return it (minus shipping costs and return), which I thought was very fair.

Sabrina had assured me that the dress was in perfect condition, and when it arrived (nicely packaged *with* a garment bag!), her assurances were confirmed completely. The dress is gorgeous and there's not a stain or tear anywhere on it. And, since another bride wore it once, it has already had the bustling added, saving me even more money.

I found my experience with Sabrina Ann to be really wonderful; I am so happy to have the dress of my dreams at price I can afford, and Sabrina was really great! I would recommend her shop to anyone looking for a wedding dress at a more reasonable price.

I love the ladies that work at Sabrina Ann. I was looking for a dress that I saw at a trunk show and did a search for it and Sabrina Ann had it!!! I know some of you are thinking that you don't want a used wedding dress but some are from samples(as mines was). The dressed I purchased wasn't bad at cost. The sales associates were honest about how the dress looks on you from a person that doesn't know you. Try it you may find your dream dress.

I recently purchased a gown at Sabrina Ann. The whole experience was wonderful. I worked with the owner, who I found to be very nice and very informed. She knew her inventory and gave great suggestions. While yes there are some rules, like taking your shoes off in the fitting room, and not dragging the gowns, I completely understood. She was very nice about it, and her rules kept the gown that I ended up purchasing in flawless shape. Her entire staff made the experience enjoyable. My family and I had a blast and did not even think of going to look at anymore gowns after visiting Sabrina's. I cannot understand how anyone would have a bad experience! I have told all my friends and would recommend her to anyone needing a beautiful gown, prom dress, flower girls, mother of the bride, veils, or accessories. She has everything!! You have to go to Sabrina Ann if you want a designer gown without the designer price tag! Best Experience!

I would recommend Sabrina Ann to any bride-to-be without hesitation. I purchased my Lazaro wedding dress and later purchased a veil at Sabrina Ann.

The shop is immaculately kept and provides a wide variety of options for brides. The staff is extremely helpful without applying any pressure. I lucked into finding a Lazaro gown at Sabrina Ann that another bride had purchased but never wore and paid 1/2 the original price. And the extra bonus? Since it was never worn, the dress was in pristine condition.

Sabrina Ann is definitely worth a stop. Even if you have a dress already, the shop has plenty of hair accessories, veils, bridal shoes and bags for the bride who wants quality and style on her wedding day but doesn't want to pay top dollar for something she will only wear once.

I tried on dresses here but ended up purchasing my gown elsewhere. I enjoyed working with Sabrina so much that I returned to purchase my shoes and beautiful freshwater pearl and crystal comb to use with my veil. She has a great selection of dresses and accessories and knows how to help you choose the right dress for what you are looking for.

Sabrina Ann's was really a great place...but something I was afraid to do at first. Originally I did not want to go to a consignment shop - I didn't want to wear something on my wedding day that had been worn before. However, when I really thought about it, it made so much sense. I bought my veil there for $99. I thought - why spend an arm and a leg on something that I'll only wear for 30 mins? I also got my flower girl dresses there - they would only be wearing those dresses for 1 occasion before they grew out of it. It saved money and their inventory is really stunning. Plus, a lot of the items are NEW and never worn.

I LOVED my experience. It was small and personal and not overwhelmingly at all. I got an amazing value on my dress -- easy saved $700+ on a never-worn sample and they were running a promotion so I also got a veil for free.

There was no pressure, and the best part was I left with the dress that day, no hoping and praying it fits when it arrives 1 month before the wedding. The service was excellent and though the West Chester location was brand new (they made their first dress sale to us), they brought years and years of expertise from their Ardmore location. I can't say enough about what a special experience I had.

Wedding dress shopping can be VERY overwhelming since there are so many stores out there pushing you to "order today!" and looking to upsell.

However, Michelle at Sabrina Ann made me so comfortable and happy with my experience. Despite my lack of decisiveness, she was patient and made great suggestions for me- knowing just which dresses to suggest (while being considerate of our budget).

This is a great place to look for anyone who wants to get away from the standard "David's Bridal" experience. A+++

This is the best place to find a dress!!! The section they had online was in the store and the sale associate was so helpful! ! I found the dress I wanted that fit me perfectly in under and hour!!! I so would recommend this place first before going to other bridal stores! !!

Sabrina Ann has a wonderful selection of wedding dresses. They were even kind enough to open early for me because I live out of town. The great part is that because they are sample dresses, you get to take it home that day. The prices are also great!

I had the most amazing experience at Sabrina Ann. I has visited some high end Bridal salons but no one gave me the attention and listened to what I wanted like Sabrina herself. She was not pushy, but really helped me to find my dream dress. It was also nice to leave the store with the same dress that I will be walking down the isle in so there is no second guessing and I can check that off the todo list.

I was a bride on a budget and knew I was going to buy my dress on consignment. I was impressed with the quality and the variety that Sabrina Ann's had to offer. The sales associates were very nice and helpful, and I ended up with the perfect dress. It was consigned, but I'm pretty sure it was never worn, so that was an added bonus! My mom came with me, and when I picked my dress, my associate took our picture to remember the day. Something I never would have thought to do, and it really meant a lot to us. For brides on a budget, I highly recommend Sabrina Ann.

Sabrina Ann was my first visit out to try on wedding dresses and it didn't take more than three or four gowns to find the most perfect dress! It was perfect for me and the girls at Sabrina Ann were so helpful in negotiating a price, setting me up with a seamstress and finding accessories. I highly recommend checking this place out. The dresses are in great condition, the staff is friendly and helpful without being overbearing, and the value is beyond compare. Definitely check them out!

At Sabrina Ann, you can get a great designer dress at half the original price or less. My dress was a beautifully embellished ivory and champagne Melissa Sweet dress for which I paid 1/4 the price. The boutique carries a wide range of selections, designers, sizes, and styles. I loved trying on dresses in my own size instead of floor samples that were many sizes too big. In fact, my dress fit me so perfectly that I didn't need to have it altered at all, which also helped with the costs. The service was great too. Employees were nice, helpful, and not at all pushy. Overall, it was a great experience. One word of caution, be prepared to buy a dress on the spot because if you fall in love with one it may not be available when you go back.

Liked the selection and the prices at Sabrina Ann. Really enjoyed working with Rachel, who was very laid back. I am someone who doesn't like bridal consultants breathing down my neck or doing everything for me, and the environment here was not like that at all. She let me browse on my own and after seeing which dresses I liked and didn't like, was able to pull some others I had passed over. She was patient and didn't pressure me for a sale, although I ended up finding a beautiful dress and purchasing it. Would definitely recommend.

I bought my wedding dress at Sabrina Ann's this week and couldn't be happier with the experience. I live in New York City and went to RK Bridal, Bridal Garden and the Kleinfeld's sample sale, and out of all of them, the best customer experience I had was at Sabrina Ann's in Ardmore. I also went to the Sample Rack in Philadelphia.

Sabrina, the owner, is very accommodating. I called at 10:30 AM and made an appointment for 11:30 AM. Sabrina let me browse the racks without pressure, but also made suggestions for me. She even suggested the dress in the window, which I ultimately bought. There are dresses at a variety of price points. Although it's a small shop, Sabrina has a great selection, everything from Alfred Angelo to Vera Wang.

I only give the value rating less then 5.0 because for my dress I paid $650, but the original price was only $900. I wasn't blow away with the discount on my particular dress, but the higher price dresses had marked discounts of 50% or more (based on the retail price listed on the tags). I was, however, very happy with my cathedral length veil that I purchased for $65. I saw similar veils for $150+ at other stores (including David's Bridal and online).

A few points to note for potential shoppers: 1) all sales are final, 2) alterations are not done at the store, but Sabrina gave me a recommendation, and 3) since you purchase and carry out on the spot, I would suggest you having an idea of what you like (or not like) because the dress may not be there the next time you come.

I should also note that a family member bought her dress there last year and was really happy with her experience as well. After trying on no less that 20+ dresses in other stores, I finally found THEE Dress at Sabrina's, and I would definitely recommend the shop to all brides!

He selection was amazing. There were so many great dresses to choose from and I was able to buy a designer dress there that I never would have been able to afford otherwise. It is possible to dream when you pay a discounted price. Also, when I put the dress on it already fit like a glove so that helped envision the dress too. So the cost of alterations was also minimal. She also has all the jewelry, purses, pins etc to go with the dresses. Veils and all. I strongly recommend Sabrina Annes and the owner is wonderful. She gives you as much advice as you want. Not too much and not too little.

Lovely experience

This place has great attentive staff. They truly listen to what you’re looking for and take it from there. Even when i had a hard time trying to describe the vision, they helped me get to my dream dress I hadn’t even known I wanted until I tried it on!!

I made an appointment to visit Sabrina Ann's one weekend in January. Sabrina and her team were very accommodating, and I ended up finding my wedding dress that day! They were patient as I tried on many dresses, and the entire store clapped as I said "Yes" to my dress. Every time I went back to discuss alteration referrals, shop for earrings, or ask questions, everyone I spoke with was very helpful and listened to my questions/feedback. Highly recommend!

This was the second store I shopped at for my wedding gown and I was lucky enough to have the store owner herself as my bridal consultant. The experience was incredibly heartfelt and personalized. Even with a few other brides there simultaneously, she still made me feel like the only girl in the world. As my consultant, Sabrina was very adamant about having me try different styles just so I’d be sure about “the one,” and I’m so glad she was because it paid off. So many unique and beautiful gowns and I did SAY YES TO THE DRESS at Sabrina’s! And the discounted price was great, too, for the high quality of the dress.
