  Super detailed and organized wedding planner!

  Sarah did an AMAZING job helping us before and during our wedding! She was super easy to work with and extremely detailed. She had great suggestions that we did not even think of! Her follow-up and follow-through were top notch. Our wedding was in Lincoln and she made sure that she was familiar with our event space and vendors. We could not imagine our wedding day going so perfectly and she made sure that is was the best day of our lives! Highly recommend if you are looking for a wedding planner!

  The best decision you can make for your wedding is hiring Sarah!

  I think the phrase, “What would we do without Sarah?” was said hundreds of times the week of the wedding and the weeks leading up to the wedding. Sarah is Superwoman! After our intro meeting with Sarah (before we’d even hired her), we knew she was perfect for us. She was coming up with solutions to our concerns with venues before we even hired her. Her calming presence and incredible personality make her so fun to work with, and I don’t think there is anything she can’t handle. Our venue had a lot of staff turnover in the year we were planning our wedding, and I truly don’t know how we would’ve handled all the changes at the venue without Sarah. She made sure each new person was brought up to speed, and I never had to worry because I knew Sarah was going to advocate for us and make sure nothing was lost during transitions. I have no idea how Sarah balances so much and does it so well. There were multiple times during the wedding day that I just couldn’t believe how calm she was and how she had backup plans for anything that could go wrong. My makeup artist was very late (not in Sarah’s control – Sarah had given her a timeline). The minute Sarah found out, she was attempting to contact the artist and find other artists to do my makeup in case the original makeup artist didn’t come. As you can imagine, I was a wreck that we were running behind schedule because of the makeup artist, and Sarah was incredible. Despite everything else Sarah was handling that morning, she even made me a sandwich before I put my dress on since we were in a hurry. Sarah was always very organized for meetings and made sure all the vendors understood the vision for the wedding. She had a website for me to use that made the planning process much easier and helped me know which decisions needed to be made next. She was always available to answer questions/ease nerves, and Sarah always had alternatives prepared. One of the most impressive things to me was the timeline Sarah created for the vendors and wedding party. No detail was missed! Every vendor Sarah recommended was great, and she was very helpful in helping me navigate where it might be important to spend more money and where we could spend less money. I never felt uncomfortable discussing budget with Sarah. Sarah allowed me to have as much control as I wanted leading up to the wedding, and it was so wonderful to feel confident that I didn’t need to worry about anything the weekend of the wedding because Sarah was with me every step of the way and understood my vision perfectly (and even made it much better)! I knew the reception would look beautiful, but it completely surpassed my expectations, which you can tell in the photo I uploaded of my husband and I seeing the reception space for the first time. I remember my husband and I sitting at our sweetheart table looking out at the reception and saying how we couldn’t believe this was OUR wedding. It was just so beyond what I even dreamt it could look like, which would’ve never been possible without Sarah! Not only that, I have no idea how we would’ve managed the weekend in general without Sarah. Sarah became a friend and was amazing at helping me balance family dynamics. One of the hardest parts about our wedding being over was that we wouldn’t get to work with Sarah anymore. Sarah is one-of-a-kind, and the best decision we made for our wedding!   Wedding Planning for Nebraska From Wisconsin

  Sarah with S.Lukas & Company made all of our wedding dreams come true and the planning process so simple. Our wedding day went more smoothly and was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. Planning a Nebraska wedding from Wisconsin wasn't easy, especially as a Physical Therapist, with no time for daytime phone calls, meetings, emails, etc., but Sarah stepped in and made the process seamless. I have recommended her to everyone I know who's in the process of planning a wedding - that's how good she is. Sarah is professional, a wonderful listener, very flexible, and fully understood our wedding day vision. I cannot say how thankful we were to have her as our planner!

  Our Dream Wedding

  Sarah was exactly what we were looking for when we started to plan our wedding. Sarah is not only an amazing talented professional, she’s also such a cool and kind person. She made the whole process of planning our wedding fun and took a lot of the stress from our shoulders. From every vendor she recommended to every small detail, Sarah was on top of it and everything was incredible. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better wedding planner to make our day special. We absolutely recommend her without hesitation!

  Expert in Her Field!

  Sarah is the BEST! As Father of the Bride, I recommend S. Lukas & Company without reservation. Sarah brings mindfulness, delivers on every commitment, and is an excellent communicator. When the reception venue manger left for another opportunity 6 weeks before my daughter’s wedding Sarah took charge to ensure the new venue manger was up to speed on every detail of the reception. No small task. Everything went flawlessly. On the day of the wedding Sarah and her assistant simultaneously managed all vendors overseeing the set up at the reception venue and church. By nights end Sarah had all non-vendor reception items belonging to the family packed up and secured in a locked room ready for pick up the following morning. Sarah’s most notable contribution was providing my daughter with the peace of mind that everything was being overseen and dealing with any last-minute surprises allowing my daughter to thoroughly enjoy her wedding day.

  Hiring Sarah was the smartest thing I did for my wedding

  After getting engaged and planning my wedding in 9 months during medical school, all my family agrees that having Sarah as my wedding planner is the best decision we ever made. It's hard to appreciate all that Sarah does during the planning process because you usually can't see what she is constantly working on in the background, but the amount of time and energy that she pours into each wedding is insurmountable. It becomes very evident on the actual wedding day when you are able to just enjoy the day and be present in the moment and Sarah has everything handled. You won't even know if something happened or not because Sarah has it handled before you ever find out about it.
  
  Being in medical school, especially during my busiest year and longest hours, Sarah was constantly available to me. And she is like that for all of her couples! She was extremely responsive to email and set up regular meetings. She was the one that kept me in check and grounded. She made sure everything got done. She helped research a list of venues for me that would be available around the time we were looking to get married, she called around to places on our behalf, she helped set up rentals, and she did this all with trying to WORK IN A BUDGET, which is HUGE.
  
  To top all of this off, Sarah is just a lovely stand up human to work with. I cannot recommend her enough. My wedding day was the best ever and I never worried about a single thing because I had Sarah.
  
  Even if you think you don't need a wedding planner, schedule a consultation with Sarah and you will be surprised by how much more enjoyable your wedding process can be if you have her in your corner.

  Perfect wedding planner, incredible attention to detail

  We hired S.Lukas & Company a few months into the planning process and Sarah jumped right in and took our wedding to the next level. Sarah and her team took our vision and turned it into our perfect day! They were an absolute joy to work with and were the perfect balance of professional and fun. We had a blast at each wedding planning meeting and knew that we were in the right hands. Sarah's attention to detail is top notch and it is clear in the events that she plans. We were so fortunate to work with S.Lukas & Company and we hope to be able to work with her to plan another event in the future.

  Stressed Fiance Turned Blissful Bride!

  I can't say enough good things about Sarah! I just wish I would have contacted her sooner in the planning process. When I first got engaged, I thought about hiring a wedding planner, but it seemed like a hefty chunk of my wedding budget so I was determined to do it on my own. Flash forward six months in the midst of a pandemic, I was stressed and overwhelmed by all of the details, many of which seemed to be ever changing due to the unknowns caused by Covid, and I knew I needed some wedding planning support.
  
  In my first conversation with Sarah, I felt a huge weight lift off my shoulders. She jumped right in and constantly reassured me that "we've got this"! She worked with vendors on my behalf, checked out rental options, provided suggestions and creative ideas, kept notes and lists, set up meetings and prepared agendas, developed detailed timelines for day-of, communicated with my wedding party, etc. I loved that she could be as involved as I wanted her to be, and her "a la carte" pricing reflects that, making it reasonable for any budget. Even my husband made several comments throughout the planning process that Sarah's help was 100% worth the investment!
  
  On the morning of my wedding, my sister asked how I was feeling, and I said "a little anxious, but I know Sarah's got it." For a very Type A personality like myself, it was HUGELY helpful to know that all of the details would be taken care of and I just needed to sit back and enjoy the moment. Hire Sarah! She will make sure that your engagement and wedding day is the best possible experience.

  Your guests will love this!

  We were guests at a recent wedding reception which Sarah assisted with. The mother of the bride gave much credit to Sarah. The details were wonderful...tablescape, flowers, seating cards, plated dinner with a children's buffet (inspired!), very touching audio-visual account of the couple's life journey. Wonderful food, great music. From the GLOWING bride and relaxed groom, to guests who felt really pampered, I'd say her services were invaluable.

  Sarah is the best wedding planner in Omaha

  We hired Sarah to plan our wedding and could not be happier we chose her to help us. She has a very calm and relaxed personality, and is so much fun to be around! She is also extremely detail-oriented and the most organized person I have ever met. I never worried about forgetting anything or not thinking of something we should have because I knew with Sarah's help there would be nothing she didn't think of. The day of the wedding was absolutely perfect. It was the most relaxing day and Sarah made it so easy for us to enjoy the day. She handled everything and did a wonderful job of keeping us on schedule. She reached out to every person involved in the day prior to the event (hair, makeup, floral) and made sure everyone knew exactly where to be and when. She does a great job of making everything perfect, and her personality makes it so that it is impossible not to have fun with the planning instead of having it be stressful. We can't thank her enough for her help and will always look back on our wedding day with such fond memories.

  We hired Sarah to plan our wedding and could not be happier we chose her to help us. She has a very calm and relaxed personality, and is so much fun to be around! She is also extremely detail-oriented and the most organized person I have ever met. I never worried about forgetting anything or not thinking of something we should have because I knew with Sarah's help there would be nothing she didn't think of. The day of the wedding was absolutely perfect. It was the most relaxing day and Sarah made it so easy for us to enjoy the day. She handled everything and did a wonderful job of keeping us on schedule. She reached out to every person involved in the day prior to the event (hair, makeup, floral) and made sure everyone knew exactly where to be and when.   attitude.
  Our first wedding was 7 years ago and this is the note she received from the KC All Star band. ( They also commented to us at the wedding about how easy Sarah made their job. This was the first time that she had ever worked with this band.

  Fast forward to our most recent wedding 2 weeks ago. We used the Diamond Empire band. Sarah had never worked with them either. Same message from the band. They could not believe the timeline she provided them and how detail oriented she was. Those comments speak for themselves.
  
  Now that was just from the band. I would encourage you to hire Sarah if she is available. She is easy to work with. She will send you updates on items to bring to the wedding. She keeps in touch with all of the
  vendors and gives you ample warning if a bill need to be paid.. She has planning sessions and closer to the wedding she has a mock set up of the table with linens and centerpieces.
  
  If you want a different idea for place cards, seating chart, arches, flowers or whatever it is, she gives multiple ideas and pictures for you to look through.
  
  All I can say is that I am sorry that we are out of kids to get married. I will miss working with Sarah.
  Both of our weddings were seamless because of her attention to detail.

Prior to hiring Sarah, I had reached out to and met with several other wedding planners, but they all seemed to come with fine print about things they would or wouldn't do.   Wow, just wow! Sarah was amazing! Came through on our rainy, outdoor ceremony. We had a last minute change of venue and she came through like a wedding super hero. With just one phone call you'll know she's the one for your wedding day planning. Great vendor recommendations, Great communicator, super organized, had great ideas that I had not even considered. My daughter was so happy with her wedding day! it did not go as planned but I will forever be thankful for all her amazing work. Thank Sarah!

  Brother in law of the Bride

  Sarah handled pretty much everything, from bringing us drinks before the wedding, to loading all the flowers up afterwards. She is on top of everything and will make your wedding completely stress free!

Being a 2020 wedding, we changed our minds several times with what we were planning because of the pandemic. Sarah was the one who helped keep us organized and sane throughout everything. Her help with day of coordination helped make sure everything went on without a hitch and her attention to detail made our wedding day feel absolutely perfect. I didn’t have to lift a finger or worry about anything knowing Sarah was there. Ultimately, our wedding was the most amazing day and we couldn’t have done it without her!!!

  I would consider myself to be a perfectionist with very high expectations for quality. Therefore, I was incredibly grateful to Sarah for planning and executing the perfect wedding weekend for me and my husband, Chris. We had a non-traditional wedding with several celebratory components and Sarah brought creativity, thoughtfulness, top-level industry resources and fun to the planning process! I was excited about our wedding but dreading the planning, as this is not one of my strengths. Thankfully, with Sarah at our side, the planning process was a breeze!
