Sloan is a wonderful coordinator!! She helped us map out the fine details of our wedding and find other vendors prior to the event. She kept us on track to ensure that we were all set before the big day. Sloan is attentive to detail and timely, everything that I was not which immensely helped. We hired Sloan for the day of coordination, and it went off without a hitch! My mother and several other family members remarked about how glad they were that I found such a great coordinator. She was very professional, quickly responsive to questions, communicative with other vendors, and incredibly helpful with the set up of our wedding. Highly recommend S.A.S. events and Sloan to anyone looking for a coordinator! -

Sloane was our full wedding coordinator and she did an excellent job! She planned several planning meetings with her throughout the process. Whenever we had any questions we would text her and she responded quickly. She helped us find most of our vendors which were all lovely! And she was just very sweet throughout the whole process. She also took so many pictures and videos throughout our wedding day!!! I can’t recommend S.A.S. wedding planning enough!! -

We truly could not have asked for a better wedding planner! From start to finish, she went above and beyond to make our wedding day absolutely perfect.
Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, but she made the entire process feel organized, calm, and genuinely enjoyable. She thought of every detail before we even had to ask, communicated clearly throughout the entire planning process, and handled every challenge with professionalism and grace. She handled all communication and planning with all of our vendors including the site, even when we performed a site walkthrough Sloane handled all of the logistics allowing us to foster our excitement for the coming day.
On the wedding day, everything ran so seamlessly that we were actually able to be fully present and enjoy every moment. She coordinated vendors, kept everyone on schedule, solved problems behind the scenes without us ever knowing, and made us feel completely taken care of. We felt so supported from beginning to end.
Beyond her incredible organization and expertise, she is simply a wonderful person. She is kind, reassuring, and truly passionate about creating the best experience possible for her couples. You can tell she genuinely cares, and it shows in every interaction.
If you're looking for a wedding planner who will exceed your expectations, reduce your stress, and help create the wedding of your dreams, stop looking—you've found her. We are endlessly grateful for everything she did and cannot recommend her highly enough. She was worth every penny and was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! -

We had were lucky enough to find Sloane after having to cut ties with our previous coordinator, and we are so thankful for how it worked out! Sloane worked with us beforehand to make sure that we had everything we needed planned out, worked with the venue coordinator the day of to set up everything, made sure the day ran smoothly, etc. She even took pictures and videos throughout the night to share with us, which was an extra fun surprise to relive the day after!
I truly cannot imagine the day without here there! If you are looking for someone to be involved with the wedding that is going to live up to being your "wedding bff" talk to Sloane! -

We worked with Sloane as wedding photographers at a recent wedding where the ceremony was at the couple’s church and the reception was at Aurora Vineyards. Sloane and her entire SAS event planning team were such a joy to work with. Every time we spoke to the bride and groom leading up to the wedding day they would comment about how much hiring Sloane was taking all the stress out of the planning process and how thankful they were to have her expert guidance.
Sloane was super organized and gave clear and helpful information leading up to the wedding day to all us vendors, making the day-of incredibly smooth.
Sloane and her team were also exceptionally friendly and kept the whole day running on schedule- not an easy thing to do with a location change in the middle of the day!
It was easy to tell how much Sloane cares about the people she works with. She went out of her way several times to check in with us to ensure we were getting everything we needed to execute a great service for the bride and groom. She also was so caring to the couple, the entire bridal party and the guests!
I would highly recommend choosing SAS event planning for your wedding day! -

I don’t usually leave reviews as a DJ, but today that changes. I worked a wedding with Sloane on one of the hottest days of my life—and of the year—around 100°F with 77% humidity, and she never slowed down once. Even in that heat, she carried this calm, focused energy that made every moment count.
In this industry, you meet all kinds of people—but every now and then, you come across someone who’s in it for the love of the couples, the real reason we do what we do. You can feel it instantly, and you just know it’s going to be a good day. That’s Sloane. Her resilience, grace under pressure, and heart for the people she serves are something rare. She didn’t just make that wedding run smoothly—she reminded everyone there what love looks like.

I was planning a small group event and S.A.S. Events was recommended.
I connected with Sloane; she took the heavy lifting of event planning and handled it very professionally. I was able to put full confidence in knowing she would handle the planning and I could relax and enjoy my event. Her communication skills during the whole process were fantastic and she is extremely easy to work with.
