Incredible care and Professionalism

My story with Ryan Film's Weddings goes back 10 years to March of 2015. My wife and I had our wedding in San Diego. I believe back then Ryan was just getting started with his company. He did an absolutely incredible job capturing many of the wonderful moments of our special day. Fast forward to today; our ten year anniversary is coming up in just one week, and I realized we had somehow lost the video file to our wedding videos. Well I reached out on Facebook, and within a short time Ryan replied back, and after all these years he provided us with the ENTIRE highlight video of out wedding. Ten years later and we are still being blessed by this man in his professionalism, dedication to hard work, and personal care towards his customers. Absolutely Amazing

Ryan Widjaja from Ryan films is a wonderful videographer, and captured our wedding beautifully and thoroughly, and is someone I would trust again to video our precious once in a lifetime celebration. We did not have to worry about whether he would capture the right clips because he and his team put in the work to make everything look good! He provided us with a short snippet video to post on social media, a 5-10 minute video, and a long form video with all the major moments of the day. His videos are SPECTACULAR with his editing, music, and EPICness, and these videos will be an amazing capsule to share with our family and family. He is very professional, on time, efficient, organized, and knows what shots to capture to get the job done. His communication was very good via email, day of our event, and even post-wedding communications. He is also very accommodating to get any shots you want specifically, worked well with our photographer. The perfect person for the job

After seeing the videos Ryan has created, I knew he was the perfect person for the job. However, he even exceeded my expectations! We had a really wild idea for our elopement and he was enthusiastic about it from the beginning. His second photographer/videographer, Ynico, was also an absolute joy to have around. My husband could not stop talking about how he kept hyping him up and making him feel amazing all day (which made the shots even better). We were both very nervous about being in front of cameras all day but they made it such a comfortable experience. I could not recommend Ryan enough. We would’ve paid double if it meant having him as our videographer again. It was truly the best experience!

Book them!!

YOU NEED THIS TEAM FOR YOUR WEDDING. I wish I could have more than 5 stars because they were far beyond our expectation. We had Zac as our day of videographer and I truly cannot say enough amazing things about Zac!!!! Please request him for your day of event. You will not regret it!!! Not only is he so professional, knows how to pose us and make everything natural but he truly cares and listens to what the couple is wants! He was so much more than our videographer he helped me stay on my timeline with our shots because I wanted to make sure I attended cocktail hour. He bustled my dress countless times! He has such a bright positive personality that truly just adds so much light to your special day! He made me and my now husband feel special and just truly helped us get the best possible shots! He also helped our photographer in so many ways and truly he is the greatest!!! Make sure to request him because he is the best! to Zac we truly can't thank you enough for creating such a happy, festive, and beautiful wedding experience! 10/10 Highly recommend!

Choosing RyanFilms as our wedding videographer was the best decision. They were one of the first vendors we booked as soon as we secured our venue. Our wedding was in Vegas, so we were so stoked to find out that Ryan had relocated there and was running a special promo. Our videographer, Zack, was not only the coolest guy but also collaborated seamlessly with our photographer, creating an easy and comfortable atmosphere for us throughout the day. The end product exceeded expectations, with a surprisingly quick delivery, perfect song choice, and editing. Throughout the process, Ryan was so accommodating and responsive. The BEST Videographer Team!

After we secured our wedding date and venue, Ryan Films was the very first vendor that we secured and it was the BEST decision we made in the wedding planning process! After seeing their awesome videos on Instagram, we knew we needed to have them film our wedding. Beyond having amazing reviews that highlighted Ryan’s great communication and super professional team, we really liked how Ryan used innovative techniques like flying a drone over the ceremony site to capture a different perspective. When we reached out to Ryan, we got an immediate response and a list of his pricing. Ryan let us know that he worked a lot at our venue, Green Gables Wedding Estate, and knew the staff and how they operated really well. This was awesome news for us since it meant less to coordinate on our end! It was super easy to find the best video package for us and there were even video extras like a “best wishes video” from our guests which was a fun addition. Throughout the process, Ryan’s communication was superb and helped keep us on track. A few weeks before the wedding, Ryan sent us a reminder email with items he needed from us for the big day so we didn’t overlook anything. On the day of, Ryan and Zack (his second shooter) were super personable and friendly which made the video experience fun and not awkward like you might assume it would be. Even though it was the first time they worked with our photography team, they did a great job of looking for opportunities to get video while we were posed for photos so we didn’t have to duplicate poses. We both felt like rockstars with the prompts they gave us and are so excited to see the final video. We would definitely recommend anyone looking for an awesome videographer to use Ryan. The main regret we hear from other married couples is that they did not get a videographer for their wedding day. DON’T BE THAT COUPLE! Look no further and go with Ryan and his team and I promise you will not be disappointed. They are so fun and easy to work with and I am so glad that we went with them. Ryan and his team definitely know how to capture the magic

I'm really glad I didn't have to look for long when I decided to go with RyanFilms for our wedding videographer. Both my close friend and cousin-in-law had hired him for their weddings previously in the last couple years and when starting to do the vendor research, it was a no brainer to go with Ryan's company too. Although we ended up deciding on the package that works with his associates, the quality is still top tier and reflective of the company that Ryan has built up.

Communication with Ryan was super easy, payment/contract details also seamless and easy on his website.

Alec and Faisal (the associates) worked really well with our photographers for the day. Although our photographers took the main lead in where the location of the shots were going to be, Alec and Faisal worked with it and added their own directions for shots.

I cannot stress how much I value having an amazing team for videographers and photographers at our wedding because it flew by so fast, I hardly remember everything that happened. Knowing I'll be able to relive it through these videos gives me so much happiness and relief. We're loving the sneak peak so far and we're so excited to see the full video!

Amazing Video Team!

We are so grateful to have found Ryan Films in our search for a video team for our wedding. We had the pleasure of sharing our day with Zack. We had a pretty long wedding day (two ceremonies and a reception) but Zack was a trooper and was so kind, easygoing, and fun to hang out with. He worked seamlessly with our photographer to make sure we didn't have to miss more of our reception/cocktail hour than we wanted to. When we got our sneak peek 1 minute teaser video back, I cried. Zack captured so many amazing moments from different aspects of our day and wove them together so beautifully to create perfect retelling of our day in just one minute. We cannot wait to see the final product. If you're looking for a video team, we cannot recommend RyanFilms enough. Not only is their work incredible, but we had the best time hanging out with them all day.

Exceeded Our Expectations!

The team at Ryan Films was absolutely fantastic! We paid for the Luxe package which included 2 videographers and 8 hours of coverage. Ryan was very responsive from my initial inquiry right until my wedding day. Both gentleman who came out were flexible when there was confusion about our hotel location and super accommodating and kind as they captured footage throughout the day. Everything with the team felt seamless and we are pleased with the initial footage that we received for our social media teaser. We can't wait to see the full length cinematic video!

Ryan Films is 10/10

TLDR: Hire Ryan, he’s worth every penny!

I had roughly an 18 month engagement and I interviewed several videographers in the valley and I couldn’t find a good fit. I just stopped looking for like a year when I saw there was a new player in town: Ryan Films was at the bridal convention and his style was impeccable for what I was looking for. I reached out immediately and he was so responsive and nice. I already loved his style but his organization and communication were just godsends during our busy season. He sent us the proposed contracts and everything was done through a handy portal and he was great at reminding us for important dates or to dos and I feel like he really wanted to get a sense of what we were like as a couple. I loved his detailed emails because he mentioned things to do that I would have never thought about! And of course, day of, Ryan and his assistant were extremely friendly and great to work with. They worked well with my photographer and had great energy. The team together was amazing, I feel like I could have not chosen better vendors for our special day. Now the product itself (delivered very promptly after the wedding with expedited delivery) was immaculate. He has an amazing eye at capturing all the little things I’ve missed because the day flew by. When I saw people’s videos on their cellphone of the night, you can literally see Ryan and his assistant flying through the room catching the best views but it’s crazy because during the day of, I didn’t feel like his presence was distracting, he just seamlessly existed in the background while capturing magic! Overall, if you are in the market looking for a videographer, I highly suggest Ryan Films. I’m so happy I procrastinated for a videographer because the right one just wasn’t here yet!

Incredible videography

Ryan was so easy to work with for our wedding. My husband and I took forever to do everything for our wedding because we both hate planning but Ryan was extremely patient and accommodating. He was really professional and offered a lot of options for packages for us within our budget. He made sure to ask us questions to get a feel of what we liked and wanted to ensure our needs were met. His team was so fun to work with the entire day and we ended up getting our sneak peek just a few days after the wedding. It was incredibly fast and we absolutely loved our video. so fun to work with!

Zack and Brenda were part of the team on our wedding day and we are eternally grateful for how great they were on our day! Aside from the outstanding professionalism and expertise they had, they were so fun to work with! We booked RyanFilm's Sugar Rush style so it was really cool to see that even Zack and Brenda emulated the lighthearted, spunky, fun that the sugar rush style has.

What really stood out to us and many of our guests was how hardworking they both were throughout the day. They took every opportunity to capture all the fun moments, all the crying moments, and everything in between. Additionally, it really meant a lot to my husband and I how thoughtful they were in making sure we had water and replenishments throughout the day. They didn't have to, but they did and we will always remember that.

Ryan & Kelsey Made. Magic.

My wife and I hired Ryan through a mutual friend to film our ceremony and it was the highest quality service we paid for our whole wedding.

Ryan and his teammate Kelsey were extremely professional, kind, and were great at getting candid beautiful moments on camera without us even noticing. They let us be ourselves even on the directed shots to make OUR experience come to life.

The end results are nothing short of legit film/music video quality. Everything from the shots, editing, and music selection came out better than anything I could imagine.

My wedding day was without exaggeration the best day ever. If you want a service that will live up to the hype of that memory, you have to hire Ryan!

Outstanding Videographer

Ryan and his team were exceptional to work with! From booking to the wedding day and to receiving our wedding videos, they went above and beyond! We absolutely LOVE our wedding video and we are so grateful for the additional documentary footage of the entire day. We will cherish these forever and we can't thank them enough for all of their excellent work.
On the wedding day, of course you have so many nerves and everything starts moving fast. They were so helpful and stealth, capturing all of the moments that are flying by in emotions. Best videographer in San Diego!

What an amazing experience! Ryan and his second shooter Victoria made our wedding day such a breeze and really allowed us to enjoy ourselves. Ryan had such a great calmness about him that made us feel so comfortable throughout the day.

My husband and I were very specific in the style we wanted for the video and Ryan was amazing at taking our vision and allowing us to share exactly what we wanted and feedback to make sure it was perfect! From the beginning, he told us he wanted this video to be what we wanted and for us to love it forever. We can tell by the effort that he put in that he meant it and we are so appreciative of that!

Love and highly recommend

At the beginning, I wasn’t sure if I wanted to hire a videographer but my sister convinced me that I should and oh boy I’m so glad that I did. Ryan is extremely responsive. He answered all my questions and concerns. We had Zack and Brenda as our shooters. They arrived at the hotel on time and quickly got to work. They are polite, sweet and easy to work with. I learned about Ryan Films through my wonderful photographer, Stephy Wong. When I saw their work on Instagram I was instantly hooked. The videography I saw was absolutely beautiful, so I reached out for a quote. The communication was great and Ryan kept us informed up until the day of my husband and I’s wedding. Fantastic Experience - highly recommend!!

If you're wondering if you should get Ryan Films for your wedding videography, DEFINITELY GO FOR IT!!

His website was incredibly easy to use and transparent about packages and pricing. He was very easy to contact and get quick responses from. There's no back and forth with consultation and pricing, it was all very clear and straight forward which I definitely appreciate after having worked with so many vendors that had a 10 step process to even get to a contract. When we told Ryan up front that we'd need a custom package to work with our budget, he was happy to oblige, worked with us on services that most fit our needs, and came to a happy agreement.
On the day of the wedding, his team consisting of Hector and Alec were fantastic to work with, very professional and punctual people. They presented themselves as very knowledgable in cinematography and we even talked a bit of shop about the tools used in editing etc.
After the wedding, Ryan was very punctual and delivered our video and raw footage in a hard drive in a timely manner and was incredibly communicative and responsive then as well.
The video was breathtaking!!! We relived that day all over again and it made us tear up as well as our parents tear up all over again.

Best ever, no complaints! You can rest easy knowing you will have a great experience working with Ryan Films!!!

Hector & Kris were the most delightful people to work with!! Almost like video ninjas. You can’t see them, but they’re there 😂 They also worked really well with our photographer. Ryan himself was incredibly responsive any time I had a question or shared updates.

We got our sneak peek and are already in love. They are such a blessing and a curse. Just leaves us wanting more!! 😭 I will say the wait time to receive our fully edited videos are on the longer side, but I’m sure it’ll be worth the wait. So excited to see the other videos!

A pleasure to work with and a perfect video!

Working with Ryan Films for our wedding was one of the best decisions I could've made. From the get go, Ryan was very thorough in his communication with us and was very patient in answering all of our questions. For our wedding we went with the Junior Videographer package but let me tell you, there's nothing Junior about our video. Hector and Petey were professional, reassuring, funny, and made us feel comfortable on camera. The teaser video has been a great treat to share with friends.

We also added the photo booth to our package and it was worth it. Once it was set up, guests were using it non stop and it made the night that much better. Going through Ryan Films for the booth was really easy and it helped to minimize the amount of vendors we worked with. Highly recommend. You can't go wrong with Ryan Films. Though I hope to only do this the one time, if I were to do it again, they would be one of my first calls.

If you want to relive your wedding day, get a videographer!

We're so happy we got a videographer for our wedding, and specifically that we had Zack and Mia from Ryan Films!

During wedding planning, Ryan was super responsive and handled the logistics with ease. On our wedding day, we had Zack and Mia as our shooters, and I can't put into words how amazing they were! I echo others' comments that they make you feel so comfortable that you forget you're being filmed. Throughout the day, Zack made sure that we soaked in those special moments. Before our first look, he reminded us how intimate it would be and gave us the time and space to enjoy it, and we forgot that anyone else was even there with us - it was such a beautiful moment for us and I can't emphasize enough how thankful we are to have had that. He also reminded us to breathe through the emotional moments of our reception (partly so we weren't so red for pictures during cake-cutting ) and gave us that time to step back and take it in before moving to the next part of the program.

We opted for the Complete Package, and we're so happy we did! We got our sneak peek video about a week after the wedding. The music overlay was the perfect choice and the footage brought us right back to our wedding day! We're so excited to get the rest so can keep reliving that day!

Ryan was excellent to worth with throughout the planning process. He was timely, organized and professional. My shooters the day of were Cat and Petey and both were a delight to work with. I did not have a planner or day of coordinator and they helped to keep us on track throughout the day without us feeling rushed. The most amazing videographer!

Ryan and his crew are absolutely amazing! Ryan was recommended to us by our photographer and from the moment we connected I knew he was the perfect match for us! He was really invested in getting to know us and what we wanted. After chatting he suggested we take a look at his newer film company called Sugar Rush which focused more on the fun of the day but still incorporated all the special moments. Stunning Video We'll Cherish Forever

It's been a week since our wedding and we're already getting to swoon over the sneak peek teaser we just received from Ryan Films! Zack and Mia did SUCH an incredible job capturing our day.

Zack and Mia were so great. I think what really stands out about them is how seamless everything was. We never felt like we were "on camera". They worked hand in hand with our photographer to capture moments from our day in such a non-intrusive way that left us feeling calm and kept things looking so natural. I've already watched our video what feels like a thousand times and can't stop smiling over the raw emotions and candid energy they were able to capture.

One moment that stands out to me is that right before our first look, Zack stopped me and reminded me that this would be one of our only moments for just us so to embrace it and take as long as we wanted to soak in that moment. Everything he said was so true and it was one of the most special moments of our day. Throughout our day, that was a testament for how Zack and Mia interacted with us. They felt like old friends and always made us feel comfortable and were just so fun to be around. At one point, Zack even handed the camera to my husband for him to take footage of me. We laughed and truly enjoyed having them capture such special memories for us.

If you're at all on the fence about hiring a videographer, do it. There's something that video captures that is so unique. What a beautiful way to get to re-live such a special moment in time.

We specifically went with Ryan Films because we wanted the option to also get all of the raw footage, which they provide as an add on. In addition, we also wanted the ability for our videographers to capture drone footage. The drone footage included in our video is so incredible! The quality of the video we were provided is more than we could have imagined and truly out of this world! Zack and Mia did a phenomenal job and we are so appreciative of them!

Amazing Team to work with!

Ryan and his team were a pleasure to work with. Ryan communicates every detail prior to the day of the wedding which I appreciated. We worked with Mia and Zach on the day of our wedding. They were such a pleasure to work with. They made us feel at ease, both had great personality, and made the entire process enjoyable. Book this wedding videographer!

Book this team for your wedding video! All of my expectations were completely blown away. Throughout the planning process, Ryan was super responsive and worked with us when we had a change of locations. Day of our wedding, Zak and Petey were our video team. They were hands down THE BEST. They were super friendly, very easy to talk to, and made it feel like they weren’t even there when filming (which was great because I was worried about feeling awkward in video!) Zak was great about helping us relax and just reminding us to smile if we didn’t know what else to do. Zak even went as far as heading into our reception before us so he could get us drinks ordered. So attentive and made us feel so special! We just got our sneak peek video, two days after our wedding, and it’s just perfect. I have watched it so many times already. Amazing wedding videographer!!

Due to the pandemic, we decided to hire a videographer last minute to film our wedding. My wedding coordinator recommended RyanFilms and thankfully, he was available.

Ryan was so patient and understanding with us as we just wanted him to record our ceremony.

My husband and I were so moved when he sent us the wedding video. It is a beautiful video that we will treasure for the rest of our lives.

He was also kind to send us a shareable link so we can share it with my husband's extended family in Ireland.

Excellent on all fronts

With every wedding vendor, there’s always at least two periods of interactions that you want to make sure goes smoothly: the pre-wedding planning and the day of the wedding. With videography vendors, there’s the added post-wedding communication/production that you want to make sure goes well too. We’re happy to report that Ryan Films did an excellent job on all fronts for our wedding.

During the planning portion of our wedding, Ryan was very accommodating and would always try to respond to our questions as quickly and thoroughly as he can via email or text. Having a responsive vendor is essential when you pick who to include in your wedding team because planning weddings, while fun, is stressful and you don’t want the added stress of having to wait a whole week before hearing back on something or worse, being ignored altogether. Ryan was always very patient and sincere when answering questions, and I had many! He made sure to address all my concerns and would never express any hint of annoyance from my constant stream of questions.

On our wedding day, Ryan Films was one of our favorite vendors to work with. Right as he arrived, he brought a ton of positive energy and enthusiasm. He acts like your personal cheerleader to help you feel confident and comfortable as you’re being filmed.

Lastly, when we finally received our wedding video (which did take awhile, about 15 weeks or so), we were very happy with the result. The music and clips he chose to put together really highlighted the best parts of the wedding. There were a couple small areas that I wanted to have edited and he responded within days to make those edits and was again, very accommodating. All in all, I really recommend Ryan Films for your wedding videographer if you want someone who’s responsive, who brings a lot of excitement and enthusiasm, and who is committed to your satisfaction in producing a video that you’ll love.

Video is worth a million words

We had such a lovely experience with Ryan Films SD. Our videographers were Zack and Hector, and each was friendly and professional. They worked in concert with our photographer to get the shots they needed efficiently so we could spend more time enjoying our wedding. They were super nice and made everything feel natural. Ryan Films SD sent us a 2-minute "teaser" a few days after our wedding, and my wife watched it at least 10 times the week we received it. Such a hit. I wasn't sure it was worth hiring a videographer since we had a photographer but - while we loved our wedding photos - there are some things that just lend themselves better to video and I'm so grateful we have them on film. We loved working with Zack and Hector and we would work with them and Ryan Films again without hesitation.

Look no further!!!

Not enough good things can be said about Ryan Films! To start, Ryan was SO communicative and prompt. From the time I first inquired until the wedding day, he answered my emails quickly and never made me feel like I was asking too many questions. Fast forward to the wedding day; Sunny and Kris were AWESOME. Most of the time, we barely knew they were there. The footage we've received is incredible and really captured our day perfectly. I teared up watching it, and am so thankful to Ryan, Sunny and Kris for giving my husband and I (and our future family) something beautiful we can look back on for years to come. Plus, if you're looking for some great dancers to really get the party going, Sunny and Kris really have the moves. We had so much fun with them at our reception! The BEST wedding Videographer!

Cat and Kris were absolutely amazing to work with on our wedding day! They were fun and didn't make anything awkward. We had 2 photographers along with Cat and Kris and I was a bit worried that 4 extra bodies could be a bit much, but we honestly hardly even noticed that they were there! They were so graceful and still captured the most incredible footage. We have already received our sneak peak video and it is absolutely perfect. Wedding Videographer

AMAZING TEAM! Before our wedding day Ryan was super responsive via email whenever we had a question. He was organized and made everything very easy for us. On the actual day of our wedding (back in August) we had Zack and Kris. My husband and I didn't even notice them (in the nicest way possible ha!) Ryan & Zack - The Dynamic Duo

These guys really made our day feel so easy! I wasn’t sure how I’d feel being filmed as I get really really shy and awkward but they made me feel comfortable right away! We unfortunately had to change our original date and venue due to COVID and I was a nervous wreck to tell them! I heard and read countless horror stories! But this was not the case with Ryan films! They made that change process completely easy and incredibly seamless!! They really care about their couples and want to make sure your planning process is a breeze! Perfect wedding videographer!

Ryan was an incredible wedding photographer. (He also did our rehearsal dinner!) Loved chatting on the phone to talk about our vision. He arrived super early day-of and was so easy to work with. Ryan and his team were awesome to work with!! Leading up to the wedding, they were so professional and efficient in communicating, which made the booking process so easy. Ryan also had a great network of photographers he had worked with before. So, when we needed to hire a new one ASAP, he sent us a list of some excellent choices. The best of the best

One of the best choices I made for my wedding was to choose Ryan Films to be part of our big day (April 2021)! I was really hesitant to hire a videographer because we were almost over the budget but we just went with it anyways. Ryan is professional, down-to-earth, and a friendly guy! His pricing is extremely reasonable and his style of videography is on point! You can tell he keeps up with trends and his videography just keeps getting better. Amazing experience

Perfectly Captured Cliffside Wedding! Would book again!

Planning a wedding in a state different than the one I lived in was stressful, and met with so many changes. Ryan was SO flexible with me in having to change dates and really took so much stress off my plate. He and his partner Emily perfectly captured our day from start to finish. Absolutely Amazing!

We were on the fence about hiring a videographer for our wedding because after everything we were spending it seemed like something that would be nice but wasn’t a necessity. I did a ton of research on videographers and watched endless wedding videos - Ryan’s work is amazing and a great value for what he is offering. I couldn’t find another company that even came close to the quality and price he was offering. His website has upfront pricing so it’s no mystery when you have your phone consultation. When we spoke to him on the phone he was so kind and friendly we just knew we wanted to book him. On the day of he was prompt and knew exactly what he was doing. He is organized, professional, a true artist and just an overall nice and kind person. You can tell he has a passion for what he does and it shines through in his work. We got our sneak peak video within a few days when we were still on our honeymoon. The full video was delivered on time and he communicated with us that he was finishing up and would be sending it shortly. He was easily my favorite wedding vendor we worked with - I HIGHLY recommend Ryan Films - you will not be disappointed.

Incredible videographer!

Wow! I cannot recommend Ryan and his team enough. They are incredibly talented, responsive, and professional. Ryan’s team, Zack and Cat, worked seamlessly with my photographer. You hardly noticed they were there (in a good way!). Ryan sent the sneak peak of our video almost immediately after then event and we had the full video just a few short weeks afterwards. The music selection and drone footage were perfect. Zack and Cat were so kind and helpful in instructing us to make sure they could capture the perfect shot. We had a handful of wedding guests who were unable to travel so Ryan set up a live stream of our ceremony so that those folks could be a part of our special day. It truly made all the difference. Incredible!!

Ryan is absolutely AMAZING! He was quick to communicate and was supportive throughout the entire process of having to push our wedding date four times. Not only that but his work is INCREDIBLE!!! I watched our teaser video he sent the next morning after our wedding probably a hundred times AND the same if not more with our actual video. I’ve cried every time because Ryan and his team were able to capture our day in a way that was just so wonderful. Some of it I either didn’t remember or didn't get to see, which made it even more special. If you are looking for a videographer Ryan and his team are worth EVERY dollar spent! While searching for a videographer for our upcoming wedding, I came across Ryan’s work and really liked his style. We set up a time to talk and he was informative, easy going and friendly...I knew I wanted him to capture the day.
Our wedding day was such a blur! But like Ryan mentioned to me, he likes to stay out of the way so we barely notice him but he will be getting all the good footage and he truly did! I loved getting our sneak peek video and when we received our highlight and ceremony footage it just solidified what a great decision it was to get a videographer, we got to relive it all over and his editing was great! I say, if you are on the fence about getting a videographer - just do it! Pay the extra money because the ability to look back and replay it...is priceless. Ryan has been an absolute pleasure to work with! From the initial consultation to even after the wedding, I only have positive things to say. Ryan was so very accommodating working with my husband and me changing our venue last minute before our wedding date. Amazing Videographer!

Intimate wedding videography

Ryan was a fantastic videographer for my wedding! He was very professional, with a cheerful yet calm demeanor which I greatly appreciated since I was a nervous wreck! It helped that he provided easy directions for us to follow which made our videos look natural. He captured some great candid shots and drone footage of our venue as well. We even received a 1 minute teaser video right away so we could share it on our social medias. We opted for the intimate wedding package, since we had to cancel our full-sized wedding, which was well worth the value. Ryan’s second shooter, Nick, was amazing too! With 2 shooters we were able to capture the simultaneous “getting ready” videos prior to the ceremony. I highly recommend RyanFilms if you’re looking for high quality for an affordable price :)

Ryan is amazing! First off, anyone who is on the fence about getting a wedding video, think again. We just received our "wedding sneak" aka a 1 minute highlight video and we are SOOOO IMPRESSED. Fantastic!

Our wedding plans changed multiple times due to the pandemic and Ryan and his crew did an amazing job. Because of the pandemic there have been a few date changes, etc and they have been so flexible and responsive. The day of our mini-mony they were punctual, wore masks, flexible, made us feel comfortable, and provided a beautiful video. We are so thankful that they were able to document our mini-money and we have such a gorgeous video to share with all our friends and family who were unable to attend. We also have them booked for our larger reception later next year and I’m so excited to continue to work with them. They did a phenomenal job!

Ps for any wedding parties that are unsure if they want a videography, do it. You won’t regret it. My fiancé and I were unsure if we wanted it and so far it’s been one of my favorite ways to share our day.

Blown Away!

Hands down, the best add to our wedding celebration. Ryan and Zach have amazing talent and such a good eye for taking bits and pieces and stringing them all together into the most beautiful and creative way to recreate your special day for you to enjoy forever! After many cancelled versions of our wedding due to the pandemic, we were able to pull off a micro-wedding dinner and downsized our original 185 person wedding to less than 40. We did not initially intend to have a videographer, but my sister insisted and hired them last minute, and it was for sure the best decision ever! Like most, due to all that has happened in 2020, we felt a little robbed of our special day and the opportunity to have the wedding that we originally had planned, but having this little video makes up for it (you would never have guessed it was during a pandemic) as it allows us to relive the best day of 2020 for us, share it with our family and friends that we could not invite, and watching it, even if just for a few minutes, gives us a little sense of normalcy!

We very much enjoyed working with Ryan and his team as they were very professional, responsive leading up to the event (and accommodating, hired them literally weeks before the wedding), and very fast, they literally sent us out teaser videos 2 days after our wedding! You won't regret getting a videographer and you will not regret hiring Ryan! So worth it!

Highly Recommend!

Ryan and his team were nothing short of amazing. My husband and I got married during COVID-19 in July 2020 and we had to make major changes in our timeline scheduling, guest count, and details. Ryan was so accommodating and worked great with our wedding coordinator.

He and his assistant showed up professionally, we were warm, and so approachable. They worked well with our other vendors, and even checked in with me, my bridal party, and family to make sure we were okay and safe. Also, we had made mandatory that masks be worn and they were more than happy to comply!

During wedding and reception time they were respectful of us and our guests. It was such a joy to see them also have fun at the wedding reception and bust out a dance move or two!

We had such a pleasure with working with them. We received our videos in a timely and professional manner and is a hit with everyone! Thank you again Ryan and your team for everything. We highly recommend them to anyone considering hiring a videographer for their wedding.

Working with Ryan and his team was seamless. I initially spoke with Ryan over the phone and based off of our conversation I knew it would be a great fit. He was straightforward and to the point, which is what you're looking for after interviewing multiple vendors. Zach was our lead shooter and was an absolute gem! He was so calm, kind, and easy to work with. He did an exceptional job working alongside our photographers, and made sure he respected their space. Great Videographer

We are so happy we chose this vendor for our wedding! Stunning Videography

Ryan is phenomenal! We feel so lucky that we found him and that he was available to film our wedding this past September. The price he offers for the quality of work he provides is incredible. We were absolutely stunned when less than 12 hours after our wedding we already had a sneak peak video that brought both my husband and I to tears all over again :) Ryan is friendly, professional, and seriously talented. I was a little nervous that we'd feel like we were part of a cheesy reality show with cameras on us all day but he fit seamlessly into every part of the day and he made us and our bridal party feel super comfortable! He had our full length (~8 minutes) video ready so much quicker than we expected and my husband and I are speechless each time we watch it. As much as we adore our photos, having a video this beautifully made allows us to cherish that day in an even more powerful way.

And if you're still not convinced that Ryan is the best there is, I had a small "bridezilla" moment to share. The first version of our video was incredible but he had selected dialogue from the ceremony where our officiant references a passage from the bible. We only asked our officiant to include that for our parents but since my husband and I aren't religious I asked Ryan if he could swap out that dialogue for a different portion of the ceremony. He seemed happy to help and had a new video sent to us in less than a day! We cannot recommend Ryan more highly! :)

An Amazing Wedding Videographer

Hiring Ryan to film our wedding video was the best decision ever! I found him from researching on the knot and on yelp. I really enjoyed how I could watch wedding videos on his Vimeo channel to get a feel for what the style would be like. Over the phone Ryan was so friendly and asked all the best questions. We were so excited to work with him. On the big day Ryan showed up early with a film assistant. From that moment it was flawless and so fun to have him there. All the guests said it felt like paparazzi with the video crew there! He made us and the wedding party feel so comfortable and at ease that you hardly noticed they were there capturing everything. I loved how literally only 1 week later we got a 1 min sneak peak of our wedding. It was so amazing to relive it just one week later. When the final video arrived we were so happy with the final result! Ryan captured our special day perfectly. Our family and friends loved the video as well. If you are on the fence about getting a videographer for your wedding--you definitely should, and you should definitely go with Ryan Films. Ryan and his team are so professional and friendly, made everyone feel comfortable, and were thorough in getting all of their shots throughout the day. They are very reasonably priced, and absolutely delivered on creating a video that captured all of the special moments from that day. Your wedding day goes by so fast, and we loved that we were able to relive it through Ryan's work.

Matundan/Lace Wedding

Ryan's team, Zach and Sunny, did a wonderful job of capturing our wedding day! The video was so amazing and watching the 1-min sneak peak video made my husband cry! It was awesome to see all the things that my husband and I couldn't see like the wedding party walking the aisle and their grand entrances into the wedding reception. Ryan Films is simply Amazing!

I was on the fence about getting a videographer. Wedding costs add up so quickly that getting a wedding video seems like such a luxury item. But let me tell you, you will not regret going with Ryan Films. For the price point and the quality it is unmatched. I cried when I watched my video the first time. The drone captures a whole other view of the venue that your photographer is not going to be able to capture. I feel I can truly relive that day with my video. It is so special to me, thank you Ryan Films!

AMAZING videographers!

The Ryan Films crew was AWESOME! They were so easy to work with before and during the wedding. Their videos are very high quality for a great value. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Once our wedding was over, we received our short social media video within a couple of days, which we appreciated very much. Even though it rained and was freezing at our wedding, they still captured our wedding perfectly and created an amazing video for us.

Would hire over and over again!

Before getting engaged, I had stumbled upon Ryan Films SD videos on facebook and immediately fell in love with his work. For probably 2 years I would sit and watch his videos dreaming (and crying) of what mine would look like someday! When my now husband and I got engaged, I knew I had to have Ryan Films SD be our videographer, and they did not disappoint!

From the very beginning, Ryan and his team were very professional, easy to communicate with and friendly! The day of the wedding was so natural with us and didn't make anything feel awkward or forced.

TWO DAYS after our wedding Ryan sent us a sneakpeak video! This was so special because the wedding day goes by in a blink of an eye and we were able to see so many highlights of the day! Now that we have received our fully edited video I am in awe of the work that Ryan and his team did. I have watched the video at least 20 times already and am so happy with the way that it turned out. This is something that we will cherish forever and be able to show our kids some day!

Hands down, would recommend using Ryan Films SD 10/10!

One of the best!

We were referred to Ryan by a couples of our close friends and we are SO thankful we followed through with booking him! My husband and I booked Ryan about 15 months out from our wedding date. He was one of the very first vendors to be booked! Ryan and his second shooter arrived early and ready to scope out locations to shoot. He made us feel extremely comfortable and gave us all of the direction that we needed. He worked so well with our photographer, who he had never worked with before! Everything turned out better than we could have expected and we are so glad we booked him. We received our 1 minute sneak peek THE NEXT DAY! What a special surprise for us to find in our email inbox. Highly Recommended Videography Team!! Choosing Ryan and his team for our wedding videography needs was the best decision. He and his team are very professional, timely and fantastic to work with! I appreciated his attention to detail and customer service.

Zack and Sun were our wedding day videographers and they were so kind and I just gave them the pieces they asked for and they handled the rest. I couldn’t even tell they were there capturing EVERY SINGLE moment!

Ryan’s editing turnaround time was phenomenal. He provided us a 1-min sneak peek video and we couldn’t stop watching or sharing with anyone who would spare a minute. The video quality, video style and use of the drone footage, ah, I just can’t put into words how happy we are with the final products!

Amazing! Need to have them for your wedding!

Zach was our main videographer the day of the wedding and the team went above and beyond to make our time together as comfortable as can be. Zach even had wonderful tips to share with me while I was getting ready to calm my nerves. The team did an amazing job and were wonderful to work with. I highly recommend them

Truly Wonderful Wedding Videography!

Ryan Films SD is amazing!!! My husband and I got married in La Jolla in August 2018, and we planned our wedding remotely from NYC where we live. I first reached out to Ryan based off the incredible reviews and when we met in La Jolla, him and his partner Zack were both incredibly professional and on their game. On our wedding day, we had Zack and Sonny as our videographers and they were great to work with. They worked well with our photographers and blended in nicely. We ordered the full package with them, and we LOVE the films ryan and his team created! They beautifully capture the emotions of the day and all the little parts we will want to relive in the future.
