I cant say how much i appreciate and grateful that i did my wedding at ruthe jackson. From the staffing to the food. Everything was perfect. They treated me and my family with the utmost respect and care for my event. I cant thank them enough for creating a ever lasting experience and memory. Definitely recommend people to do there special events here. They are the best PERIOD. Our Wedding at RJC

Awesome venue
Ruthe Jackson was truly a dream venue. I enjoyed working with this facility from the beginning of my search until the event was done. The ambience and the space was truly amazing. My guests keep talking about how much they enjoyed the venue. Dhara the venue coordinator was exceptional, she was always on hand to answer questions and helped to make sure things went smoothly. Our day couldn’t have been better!
We chose the Ruthe Jackson center for our wedding venue and we could not be happier! Not only is the venue beautiful & spacious, the food catering company they work with has delicious food. Our cocktail hour food & champagne wall were a huge hit.
Cheryl, the venue coordinator was beyond helpful, she was on top of everything. We were truly able to enjoy the entire day knowing she was on top of everything. We couldn’t be happier with how our special day turned out.

Where to start my daughters quince was beautiful more than we could of asked for. thanks to the Ruth jackson center they made it happen for my daughter our coordinator was Cheryl she walked us every step of the way she was amazing from the get go I told her my vision for my daughters 15th and she made it happen if you are looking for a luxurious venue that provides all Ruth jackson is the way to go you will have no regret.😊

A Seamless, Stunning, and Unforgettable Wedding Day at Ruthe Jackson Center
We absolutely loved hosting our wedding at the Ruthe Jackson Center! The venue is stunning and spacious—it easily accommodated our 250+ guests without ever feeling crowded. From the very beginning, the entire process was seamless. Rebecca was a dream to work with—she answered every question and helped us navigate so many little details leading up to the big day.
On the wedding day, everything ran smoothly thanks to the incredible Ruthe Jackson team. From management to the serving staff, everyone went above and beyond. We handed off our party favors and welcome/thank-you cards ahead of time, and they had everything beautifully set up for us. They also coordinated with our vendors and assisted with setup, which made everything that much easier. It was such a relief not having to worry about a single thing that day.
Even thoughtful touches—like helping bustle my dress—made a huge difference. And the food? Absolutely delicious—our guests are still raving about it!
We can’t recommend this venue enough—it truly helped make our wedding day unforgettable.

Beautiful, affordable venue
This venue is so beautiful. It was the first venue we toured and nothing compared to it. We immediately fell in love. It’s affordable, the staff especially Rebecca is amazing. We got so many compliments from friends and family about how beautiful the venue is. It was the perfect location because it’s close to us and family. Everything was held there so we didn’t have to drive. We had the ceremony in the garden, the Vietnamese tea ceremony in the conference room, cocktail house in the lobby, reception in the ballroom and there’s a suite for the bride and groom. I 100% recommend.

Beautiful Venue
Our Daughter & Son in Law were married here at Ruthe Jackson Center in October of 2024. Rebecca was very helpful from start to finish with the planning. When we had a question, she would answer our emails promptly. Everything was absolutely perfect. The venue is very spacious, & our guests gave lots of compliments. The bridal suite is beautiful and has lots of room for the bride & bridesmaids to get ready. Overall, it was a great experience & I highly recommend this venue.

From the very first walk-in to the wedding departure, the RJC was top-notch in everything, from welcoming, to listening to our vision for our wedding, to making sure we were happy with all the services and coordination with our other vendors. Cheryl and Rebecca are very gracious, patient, and the utmost professionals, yet very personable and fun as well. Our guests absolutely loved being at this beautiful venue, experiencing the great dinner menu options we selected, to the genuine “warmth” of the atmosphere. We are still receiving glowing comments about our wedding and questions of how we found such a beautiful place for our wedding and reception. Amazing, perfect day
RJC was amazing! The venue is gorgeous and the coordinator did everything to make sure the day went smoothly. They even went above and beyond making sure our decor looked as gorgeous as possible. This was the best choice venue for us. Rebecca was the best and food choice we had our guest still talking about it. The facility was gorgeous and we had full access all day. The host were great all my guest had the best time.

From the first time I toured RJC for our wedding, I knew that is where we wanted to celebrate our special day. The garden and entire facility was beautiful! RJC only holds one event at a time, so you have access to the entire facility.
Rebecca was extremely helpful and accommodating. I lost my job during the planning of our wedding, so I had to make a lot of cutbacks…BUT Rebecca was so gracious to still help us plan a beautiful wedding!
There were some hiccups that happened on our wedding day, but because of the professionalism and dedication of the RJC staff, everything still turned out beautifully.
I would definitely return to RJC for any other event I plan on having.

Beautiful venue, excellent wedding
We had our wedding here Oct 1st 2022. The wedding planning process with RJC was great, anytime we had questions or adjustments that needed to be made Rebecca did a great job to ensure that what we need was done. The venue is beautiful, we did an outdoor ceremony and then followed up with all the reception activities inside. The food options are abundant (Classic Buffet Meal) for all your guests, we got a lot of positive feedback on the fruit display and passed Hors d'oeuvres
during cocktail hour.
The indoor venue is spacious, we had a pianist playing during the cocktail hour and had a photo booth in the lobby as as well while comfortably seating 325+ guests in the reception area.
For the ladies, the bridal suite is everything! Lots of mirrors, space, and very modern. For the men, the suite isn't as fancy, but it's still very spacious with space to do a lot hanging out and lounging prior to the festivities. If weather permits, take advantage of the garden to take pictures, your guests will love it too.
Overall we highly recommend RJC as the place to host your special day!

Amazing Experience
Wow, where do I begin?! I was initially referred to a few other venues but after speaking with them, not only were they out of my budget but they did not offer any other services except for renting the building. I found the Ruthe Jackson Center on google. I set an appointment to visit their venue. It was absolutely elegant and classy. Exactly what I wanted. I was assisted by Rebecca. Rebecca was very patient, a great listener and she was able to assist us in making our dream wedding come true. The Ruthe Jackson Center was a one stop shop for me. I refused to be a stressed out bride and they helped me accomplish that. Not only did they offer a beautiful venue, but I was able to get my catering with them (my now husband and I went in for a dinner tasting and it was amazing). We had our guests served by the staff, I am so glad that we chose this option. The venue also has a list of vendors that they work with frequently. This was a life saver! I chose our photographer (Avant Multimedia) and our entertainment (The Leonardo Group) from the list, oh yea and we chose the a bakery from their list to create our wedding and groom cake (CakeAholics). It really only took me about a month to complete all of the details. We also had the venue do our decorations. The ballroom is perfect the way it is and we didn't have to do much to it. Sometimes simple is better. I kept having people ask me if I was excited, well sometimes its hard to get excited when you are still busy getting all of the details together but all of that changed the day of my wedding. I walked into the venue and my mouth literally dropped! To see all of the small details come together and now I am witnessing the big picture, I literally could not contain myself. I was overjoyed! Everyone that we used did an amazing job. Rebecca was so attentive (I also used them as my coordinator) and responsive to our needs. The entire wedding from the day we signed our contract to the moment the reception was over was top notch. Everyone was professional, we could tell that they love what they do, and my guest are still raving about our wedding. What is really is exciting is that my now husband was more excited than I was. He knew some of the details but not all of them, so to see his face light up when he saw the ballroom was priceless. My husband had a great time dancing, laughing and just enjoying the moment. We definitely enjoyed our wedding day and we did not have to break the bank! Thank you Rebecca and Ruthe Jackson Center for making our day memorable.

It was a beautiful wedding with a beautiful venue. I got so many compliments on the venue. We had Cheryl Allgood as our planner and she was the BEST. This was the last wedding that Cheryl was going to work and she did an amazing job. She answered all my questions and stayed very well organized. Rebecca was so amazing, kind and helpful! She exceeded all of our expectations and made this experience smooth for us! Dream wedding come true
Rebecca made this process so easy. The package we chose provided the linens, charger plates, food, finger dessert, cocktail hour food, drinks, alcohol and sparklers and bubbles!!!! Rebecca made the day of seamless. She met with all the vendors and we did not have to worry about anything!! We just enjoyed the day and the wedding went fanstatic!! Everything was beautiful and the food was great!! I would recommend to any couple looking to have their dream wedding without all the worry!!

Magical night
The Ruthe Jackson Center put my dream into reality. I didn’t have to worry about a thing because they were 5 steps ahead of everything. The facility is beautiful, especially the garden. I was originally not going to do an outside wedding but couldn’t resist. The bridal suite is amazing and very spacious. You won’t regret choosing them for you wedding at all!

My Fiancé and I had planned to wed in Nov of 2020, however with covid we were unsure if we would have to cancel those plans when we heard about RJC providing complimentary weddings in their garden. Their garden is absolutely beautiful. The RJC staff was such a pleasure to work with, and answered any questions I had. Also, their response time was impeccable. A Dream Come True
I was a bride who’s wedding was affected by Covid! I had to postpone my wedding with my other venue for 2021. My fiancé and I still wanted to get married despite of it all. Luckily my mom found out that the Ruthe Jackson Center was offering their garden for free to couples who’s weddings were postponed/cancelled due to Covid. My ceremony was so beautiful and perfect! I had nothing to worry about just show up! Due to social distancing we could have only so many people there but I wouldn’t have it any other way! Thank you again Ruthe Jackson Center for offering your beautiful venue to us and made our day even more special!

They Rescued Us
My husband and I were supposed to get married in April, due to COVID-19 we cancelled. A friend recommended we reach out to Ruthe Jackson Center and OMG we were not disappointed. Amazing Venue and Staff
They turned a stressful situation into a wonderful experience. They opened up their beautiful gazebo and garden area up to those affected by COVID so that we could keep from postponing our wedding. The garden was absolutely beautiful and our guests couldn't say enough about how wonderful it was. The staff was wonderful and went above and beyond to help us. I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone and everyone! What was a stressful time became an enjoyable and wonderful day! We are so blessed to have found this venue.

Such a blessing
Cheryl and the staff at the Ruthe Jackson Center are incredibly gracious and welcoming. After having to cancel our original wedding plans, we were able to keep our date to celebrate with our immediate families at the RJC. From the minute we stepped out of our vehicles, Cheryl was asking us how she could help. The garden ceremony space is immaculate and well cared for and I can only imagine how beautiful our photos will be. Thank you for opening your doors for us and helping us keep our original date for a small elopement with our families. We had the BEST experience with the Ruthe Jackson Center. We had to reschedule our reception due to COVID but still planned to get married on our original date in a public park or courthouse. The Ruthe Jackson Center opened up their beautiful garden to us and let us have our special day in a stunning location. It was the biggest blessing! They were so kind and checked in on us throughout the week to make sure we had no questions and were as prepared as possible! I can not recommend this venue more. They turned a really stressful situation for us into a huge blessing and a lifelong memory.

We had a wonderful experience at the Ruthe Jackson Center for our engagement ceremony. I would highly recommend this venue for any event. Karr Stewart and her staff were simply amazing! Karr was easy to work with throughout our planning process and always available to answer any questions I had before and at the event. Our guests at our engagement ceremony were amazed at the quality of the food, the excellent service of the staff, and the ambiance of the venue itself. Our photographer and videographer were raving about the garden which was perfect for photos! I’m so glad that we were able to have our engagement ceremony at RJC!!

I truly believe my wedding day was even more amazing because of my venue The Ruthe Jackson Center and the grand staff of professionals that assisted with planning as well as the day of the event. Mrs Cheryl is amazing and was not able to be there the day of but I truly do not think I even noticed because everyone else on staff assisted and had everything in place. From the set up, beautiful Fall outdoor ceremony to the reception it was nothing but truly a party and event to remember, a family affair, Thank you all for being there for me, my husband, our family and friends, we truly appreciate it from the bottom of our hearts. I pray that I can be a guest at another grand event at the Ruthe Jackson Center and enjoy another great event!
From the initial planning stages, payment of venue and needs, staff, rehearsal, day of and days after, this staff is truly great to work with and as a wedding coordinator myself it was hard to let go and allow them to do their work but I must say I am so glad that I did, it was truly a day to remember and celebration of love, family and fun! We got married here April 2, 2016 and Cheryl Allgood was an awesome & friendly event planner to work with. She is very professional, articulate and always responded to my emails quickly. The venue is beautiful and my husband and I just loved the garden area. That's what drew us to pick RJC for our wedding as well as the large cocktail and ballroom area. The food is delicious as well which is hard to find with wedding venues. I am absolutely thankful that I picked this place to have my ceremony and reception. It's such a nice and beautiful place. My ceremony was held outdoors in the garden and the reception was held inside.
The food was amazing! All of my guests raved about the food and drinks. The staff members were very timely and prompt.
I have to give a special thanks to Cheryl Allgood. She was amazing from beginning to end. I appreciate her creating a timeline and making sure we stick to that. She is extremely organized and prompt. She insured that the wedding ran smoothly from start to finish. I can't thank her enough!

Having my wedding and reception at the same place was a really big deal to me, let alone have an outside wedding. The day of my wedding, it rained cats and dogs but at the time of my wedding all the rain stopped and God worked his magic. The RJC was only the third wedding venue that we looked at, but I knew the moment I saw the garden outside that I wouldn't want to get married anywhere else. Having Cheryl as the coordinator was just the perfect cherry on top! Cheryl was absolutely incredible to work with. She responded to emails quickly, was always available to answer questions and even recommended ideas that she thought I would like. She made the process of planning the wedding so much easier! The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous. The food options are incredible (we chose barbecue and are still getting compliments on how good it was) and there are so many options to make the venue work for every person with every type of budget. I highly recommend the RJC!!!

I had the wedding of my dreams thanks to Cheryl Allgood and her staff at the Ruthe Jackson Center. This venue is such a gem hidden in Grand Prairie, we probably had two dozen people ask us where we found this flawless venue.
My husband and I didn't want it to be too extravagant and we wanted to funnel our money into making sure things were fun for our guests. Unfortunately, I am the least girly girl and can't tell you the first thing about wedding planning, so I hired Cheryl as my wedding planner. (Her services come cheaper than the many other places I looked in the DFW area.)
From the beginning, Cheryl was conscious of my budget as well as what I truly wanted. She had suggestions and ideas for anything I could think of to ask her. Because of her, I had the best photographer that my friends still comment on to this day, my flowers were quickly stolen after the wedding by my mother in law so she could display them at home, and my decorations were simply breathtaking YET on a budget. We had a casino at the wedding, and it was a big hit. All my guests have been saying it was the "best wedding ever", one even said it in front of his wife (I avoided looking at her after he said that, lol).
The venue is gorgeous. At the last minute, I added an outdoor ceremony. The garden is perfect in the fall and they do a great job maintaining the flowers and the greenery. After the sun went down, the lights came out and it was magical. We released lanterns in the sky amongst the gorgeous backdrop of all the lights and lace in the garden.
Most country clubs and other places I went to gave me set hours for my wedding from 6 pm to 10 pm (Then charge you extra for extra hours). This place gave you the venue from 1p to 1 am so you can take your time in setting up.
This place doesn't push for a reason - they know that they are the best at what they do, and their work shows. I would recommend this place to anyone at anytime.

I chose RJC as a venue for my wedding. They made things so easy for me. I didn't have to do much of anything. Cheryl, our planner, was incredible!!! I don't know what we would have done without her. She was on point, kept EVERYONE calm and was VERY professional at it. She made sure everything was on point. I would recommend RJC and Cheryl's services to all my friends!!

My daughter and I visited Ruthe Jackson Center for her wedding/reception venue. After seeing the beautiful outdoor garden and ballrooms our decision was made. We had visited other venues in the metroplex and none compared to the beauty and value of Ruthe Jackson. The wedding coordinator was extremely helpful and turned the wedding into a fairy tale event. You won't be disappointed!!!

I thank The Ruthe Jackson Center for making my dream wedding come true... in fact they made it even better and far more beautiful than I could of ever Imagined. My wedding planner, Cheryl, and her team did a FABULOUS job. It has already been a month after my wedding and my guests still talk about how beautiful it was and how well they were treated. I would recommend this place to EVERY bride. I promise you will not be disappoint. Every dollar you spend is well worth it!!! Especially if you already have a busy life the Ruthe Jackson Center is the place to go. The best comment that I got was the day before my wedding.. "You are getting married tomorrow?? but you don't seem stressed!"... my response was, "I have an amazing team at the Ruthe Jackson Center that is Very well organized and they took a huge load off my back." This is definitely a 5/5 star. If I could give more stars I would!!

Cheryl Allgood and the staff at the Ruthe Jackson were great from the planning of my wedding until the last guest left the venue on the night of my wedding. We loved the location of the venue, the options for decorations, the dressing spaces as well as the food served at the reception. I was very pleased with my experience and would recommend them to family and friends.

We had our ceremony and reception at the Ruthe Jackson Center. Our ceremony was held in the garden outside and it was just stunning. The trees have lights in them, there is a large fireplace with a mantle, a pond, stream and lots of seasonal flowers. With the garden ceremony, you dont need much decoration, which is a huge money saver. we did a few candles on the fireplace and down the aisle, but anything more would take away from the natural beauty of the propery. The minister wears a microphone, and their are speakers placed throughout so that everyone can hear the ceremony. The grand ballroom is, well, GRAND! large space that can hold any amount of people, whether it is 500 or 50. we used both ballrooms for our reception of 200 people, but they are flexible with you, if you wish to just use one ballroom. Cheryl Allgood is the coordinator at Ruthe Jackson, and she is such a huge help. She is professional, detail oriented and has your best interest at heart throughout the entire process. She is available to meet however many times you need and is prompt on returning emails/phonecalls. The facility is very up to date and neutral toned, which makes it easy to have your ideal wedding colors. They use black chairs for ceremony and reception, which goes with any wedding color scheme. The facility is very reasonalbe in prices, and is competitive with other venues. I highly recomend this venue to brides, your wedding will be stunning.

Cheryl and her team are fantastic! Cheryl coordinates everything and is a valuable resource in wedding planning. She can recommend several vendors and options to make your wedding exactly what you want. There's no way I could have had everything I wanted without Cheryl's experience and insight. Her entire team is so nice and they really care about making your wedding a success. The entire venue is beautiful, but the garden itself is particularly gorgeous!

Cheryl and the RJC staff will always hold a very dear place in my heart. I remember when my mom first told me about the venue, all I could think about is that it was so close to my high school and I swore it was a grocery store back then. She eventually convinced me to go see the venue, and from the moment I stepped inside, I knew it was right. First of all, the ballrooms are great. You can use the large ballroom with
Cheryl immediately made me feel welcome and has become one of my favorite people through this process. She helped me define my vision, brought me to vendors who could help finalize that vision, and was there for me every step of the way.
The garden was magnificently gorgeous this April, no doubt due to all of the staff's work at nuturing the florals after the brutal summer last year. The staff even went so far as to replace trees that had been killed over the summer with freshly blooming ones. The gazebo is perfectly lit to cast a pretty glow and doesn't need much decor. My favorite part of the venue was that all the chiavari chairs and tables were included in our cost (woohoo!)
For the reception, we utilized the full ballroom even though we only had 125 guests, and it worked beautifully. Not too sparse, not too cramped. The food was delicious, the bartender was generous, and at the end of the night, I knew Cheryl and her team had executed everythign I asked of them down to the smallest detail. I would recommend RJC to any bride, regardless of budget or style. It can transform into just about anything you want!

Ruth Jackson center provided me the opportunity to have the wedding of my dreams. The staff was very professional and caring. They made may day very special. The center is very clean and pretty. Everyone had good time at my wedding and reception.
Additionally, the pricing was very affordable and met my needs. If I ever have an special event, I would do it at the Ruth Jackson center!!

We had a friend that was going to do the DJ for us and Cheryl told us that it wasn’t a good idea it took several meeting with her to convince the holder of the purse strings that if you want a professional wedding the DJ is number one importance to the reception and you want a professional. I cannot express enough of how right she was. Between her and the DJ we had announcements, speeches everything went on like clockwork no one was scurrying around trying to get people here and there. We got to relax and enjoy the reception Cheryl and the DJ had warlike talkies and coordinated everything down to the bride and grooms exit. Cheryl even helped at the church when the bride had a last minute hissy about her flowers. I would not ever dream of having a wedding without Cheryl she gave us choices recommendation and did the coordinating with the different vendors found specialty items for us. It was a beautiful reception and I would not have changed a thing. I don't think it would have been possible for me to have been more pleased with the service and the venue at the Ruthe Jackson Center. I just LOVE Cheryl and her staff! I asked tons of questions, and they answered them all and gave me insights and directions on how to handle every aspect of my event. The facility is simply gorgous- the huge copper tumbling fountain in the entry area is simply fabulous. The gardens are unbelievable, and it's impossible to say without pictures what an incredible look we achieved in the ballroom with linens! The caterers were great, everything went so smoothly, and the few little "hinkeys" we had were handled immediately. LOVE LOVE LOVE this place and the staff. Thanks for making my day incredible!

I am so glad we chose the Ruthe Jackson Center for our wedding! I didn't want myself or my family to have to worry about anything the day of the wedding and Cheryl made sure all we had to do was enjoy the day. Cheryl was professional and responsive. She's been coordinating weddings for years and she had the answer to every question. You can tell she is a real wedding pro. Besides Cheryl, the venue itself was great. The garden was beautiful the day of our wedding in early June. The maintenance team takes such great care of the garden. You don't need any extra decor because the garden is beautiful enough on it's own! All of our guests were so impressed with both the facility and the flow of the evening. I was please with the service and experience we had with RJC.

The Ruthe Jackson came into the picture about three months before my wedding. I was a frantic bride who needed a change in reception venue due to gross miscommunication.
Not only did Chip handle my endless questions with patience and care; the speed in which he responded was greatly appreciated.
The staff did a great job on the execution of my day. In this case, no news was good news. There were no hitches or glitches to my knowledge.
My office used this center for many events, so initially I was put off by that. I was blinded to the beauty that others saw in the place. However on my wedding day, I saw the place with new eyes. The place was transformed. Our pictures are absolutely wonderful. This could not have been accomplished without a beautiful place.

If you are pursuing elegance and sophistication, this is a great venue to book a wedding &/or reception. Our guests were very impressed on how nice the event was. Lots of free parking, spacious, a relatively new facility, very well maintained. This is a city-owned facility so anticipate reasonable limitations when booking. Be prepared to select from their list of catering vendors. The meal plan we selected from was very good and plentiful. We contracted with the venue's linen vendor, which worked well. Ruthe Jackson Center staff is responsive and worked very well with our group.

The venue was beautiful, and service was incredible, as the staff knew what needed to happen before we did! Amazing event staff!!! The catering was tricky as we did need to check for gluten sensitivity and make sure that vegans/vegetarians were taken into consideration, but they did make allowances and created an entirely gluten-free buffet! (They did not allow us to take our leftovers, which was upsetting because we didn't want to waste anything and were going to give it away.) The coordinator worked with us and was very responsive. I'm not accustomed to spending that much money, and the cost was comparable to others, so the value rating should probably be higher....

We were sorry that we could not allow you to remove the left over food from the venue after your event....unfortunately, we are governed by regulations on the way food is handled and are required to discard any food that was prepared and held after 1.5 hours. It is sad to discard left overs and for years we were allowed to donate left over catering to area shelters but are not allowed to do so any longer. Our hands are tied....

Great experience working with Cheryl Allgood at RJC. This place is a diamond. You get your bang for your buck working with this venue. This place has many of the ammenities as standard vs. what other venues will upcharge you for (i.e. Chiavaire chairs) Had a night time garden wedding 11/9/13. The best night of my life!

The coordinator from the RJC wasn't the greatest when it came to communication, but all in all, our reception was still a big hit and we did have everything we wanted. Still don't understand why the prices are so high for this stuff though...this was the most expensive part of the wedding!

The garden at RJC was quite beautiful. There's so much you could do with it. Cheryl was very nice and informative. But there was this horrible carpet in the ballroom. The place looks brand new but the ballroom looks old and outdated. The garden has enough beauty to distract you from the ballroom.

I only had my ceremony here in the garden and it was beautiful! I took my portraits here as well, all the flowers were in bloom, and it is simply breathtaking! My ceremony was beautiful and my guests were impressed. However, I planned my wedding alone and paid extra to have a coordinator here expecting my day of coordinator (Cheryl) to get everything taken care of for me but it wasn't. perhaps because another wedding was going on and held their reception there as well (i.e. they paid more money), theirs were more important than mine, but I was the one telling people where to setup things and my maid of honor and a wedding guest who showed up early made sure boutonnieres and corsages were given to the appropriate people and my guestbook table was set up. Nevertheless, I'm married and my wedding party knew where to stand so my experience wasn’t horrible. But if you're looking for help, don’t look to Cheryl or her staff, hire a planner or plan to do it yourself!

We contacted Tahisha upon seeing this review to discuss her concerns. The review was the first indication that there were problems the day of Tahisha's garden wedding. After discussing Tahisha's concerns, we refunded her the fee charged for day of the event assistance.
Due to the issues that arose from this event we have changed our policy and no longer book concurrent wedding ceremonies.

I really enjoyed this venue! I am glad I picked it. However I will always look back at my wedding and realize that I should have hired an actual wedding planner. I was under the impression that the even coordinator, Cheryl, was the go to person and took care of everything for you. We'll they don't! I asked a million questions through the year of planning and e-mailed Cheryl a ton of times....I got responses like, Don't worry about it, we do this all of the time, etc. So if you are not an expert at events, don't try to start on your wedding, and don't expect this place to help, other than mapping out where people should stand during the ceremony. HIRE a wedding planner!

I had my reception here and they were flexible considering we live out of town. I would have like to have tasted food ahead of time. Overall, it turnout to be beautiful and I got lots of compliments on the facility and the food.
