We hired Ruffle Effect for florals and our month of coordination and we couldn’t have chosen a better team! Their attention to detail and expertise to bring our vision to life was amazing. We had unique asks and they made everything so perfect and left us at ease. We were not local to the area and they provided so much guidance and support in making sure everything ran smoothly. The day of timeline and organization was exceptional! In addition to the wonderful planning and service, they were also so kind and lovely! We loved working with them and our guests enjoyed interacting with them. This team made our special day the best day of our lives. From planning to executing, we would recommend them to anyone! -

We couldn't be more thrilled with the amazing job Ruffle Effects did for our wedding! I was initially drawn to them as a vendor as they did both planning and florals! From start to finish, they truly brought our colorful and romantic wedding vision to life. The floral arrangements and candles were absolutely stunning and exceeded our expectations! Throughout the entire planning process, Ruffle Effects team was incredibly organized, patient, and attentive to every detail. Their communication was top-notch, especially through email, and they always made sure we felt heard and supported every step of the way. They also helped with communicating with vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page prior the wedding. On the big day, everything went so smoothly, thanks to the perfect timeline they created for us. They did an amazing job with setting up our personal decor such as pictures and polaroid photo station as well as the florals and center pieces. The entire event flowed effortlessly, and we truly felt that we were able to enjoy every moment without a hitch. We’re so grateful for their hard work and dedication, and we would highly recommend Ruffle Effects to anyone looking for a wedding planner and florist who is not only talented but also incredibly kind and professional! -

I don't have enough words to express my gratitude and appreciation for Ruffle Effect; I hired Ruffle Effect for month of coordination and florals. But they went above and beyond that. From the moment we started working together, they checked in with me monthly and always answered my questions. They participated in tastings and walk throughs. And then they took over all things wedding planning and I never had to worry about a thing. On the day of my wedding, I didn't have a single stress and that was all because I knew the Ruffle Effect team was in control. I don't have photos back yet, but I will be sure to add them so you can see how stunning my florals were. Casey understood my vision perfectly and was very understanding when I made changes. Hiring Ruffle Effect was the best decision I made and I will recommend to all future brides to do the same! -

Ethereal Floral Wedding
Ruffle Effect was such a pleasure to work with! I sort of had a vision in mind for the wedding, but they really made it come to life. They are experts in their field and extremely professional. They communicated effectively throughout the entire process, and were so kind when I went back and forth about a few things and wanted to make changes to the proposal. They also paired BEAUTIFULLY with the Franciscan Gardens venue in San Juan Capistrano, which is like an empty canvas begging to have gorgeous florals attached to it. I received SO many compliments on my wedding. Everyone said it was like ethereal and like a dream with the highlights being the full arch and the hanging wisteria from the pergola. They made my wedding day so magical! -

I honestly don’t know how to envision my daughter’s wedding experience without Ruffle Effect. Our decision to bring them on as planners/florists and invest in the full-service package was the smartest wedding move we made. Working with Casey & Ally was so EASY. Never did they add any pressure or unnecessary stress to the process….always working to facilitate OUR vision, quietly & diligently behind the scenes, so we could rest-easy knowing everything was on track. Not only did they deliver on bringing into fruition the wedding our daughter & her fiancé dreamed of, but they were the most gracious, calming force from Day 1 of planning, to the Big Day itself. How did they do it? For starters, they really listened to our ideas & matched us with the perfect vendors that I’m pretty certain we would never have found, left to our own devices. Then these ladies worked SO very hard. Our daughter’s wedding ended up being on the weekend of a record heatwave, and the Ruffle Effect team brought their can-do attitude, creating a fairtytale floralscape all while anticipating countless little unexpected things: constantly solving little mini-issues in an unflappable way, coming to the aid of anyone that seemed the least bit anxious or panicked about something….ALWAYS with kindness & a smile. Planning the wedding with them for over a year had been so fun with them, but on the day-of was when they REALLY shined, showing us their value when it mattered most. We feel immeasurably grateful to Ruffle Effect for bringing together a day our family will cherish for a lifetime! -

Casey is an absolute gem to work with! From helping us decide which package was best for us to designing and implementing our wedding vision, she was always kind, gracious and responsive. We had the 90 Day Planning + Design package while also using their floral offering, and it was the best combo. It meant that all of our design happened in one place and all elements were congruent. They even did florals for our rehearsal dinner/welcome party with a completely different vibe and they were perfect. Ally managed more of the detailed planning and was all over it, gathering insurance from vendors and ensuring they had the timeline. We didn't have to think twice about load-in/load-out type details on the day of, and that was such a win! The whole team at Ruffle Effect are so lovely to work with, you definitely want them to help make your wedding vision come to life! -

I can't say enough wonderful things about Casey, the incredible wedding florist who made our special day an absolute dream come true. From the moment we first met with her to discuss our vision, I knew we were in the hands of true professionals who genuinely cared about creating a magical atmosphere for our wedding.
The attention to detail and creativity that Casey brought to the table was truly remarkable. She took the time to understand our style, preferences, and the overall theme of the wedding. The Dream Team! Seamless and Calm Wedding Planning & Stunning Florals
Hiring Ruffle Effect for planning, styling, and florals was by far the best decision we made for our wedding! Ally and Casey are an absolute dream team, and they made the wedding planning process smooth and easy, and made our wedding day seamless, special, and a huge success!
Casey was our lead florist and her eye for florals and design is unmatched. We got so many compliments on our flowers! A friend recommended her to me when I asked who did her florals, because I was obsessed with the flowers at her wedding. I was delighted when she told me Ruffle Effect also was her coordinator! Working with them on the planning and styling side as well helped the whole aesthetic of our wedding feel cohesive (and made planning so much simpler!).
Ally was our lead planner, and went truly above and beyond. She talked to our vendors so we didn't have to worry about anything on the day, answered all of my annoying questions, and gave thoughtful and thorough recommendations. On our wedding day, she ran a tight ship but made it feel loose and breezy. Ally helped pack everything up at the end of the night to make sure we got everything safely and didn't have to think about it at the end of a long day. She even ran out to get our reception's late night snack of 100 small fries from McDonalds! She was like our fairy godmother who made all our wedding dreams come true. She had an amazing ability to keep calm, even while managing so much and keeping an eye on time and details in the thick of our reception. More impressively, she was able to keep me calm! Throughout planning and the wedding day, she made us feel so safe in her hands.
From our initial phone consultation to the last moments of our wedding, I was put at ease by Ally and Casey. They made what is often considered to be a stressful time feel easy, fun, and full of possibility. They took care of more than we expected for our wedding, providing everything from our photo backgrounds to welcome signs to frames to menus, and more. We felt so taken care of throughout the planning process and especially on the day. I am endlessly grateful for these ladies and cannot recommend them enough!! -

We cannot thank the team at the Ruffle Effect more for giving us day we will never forget! We worked with both Casey for florals and Ally for coordination/planning and both ladies were so wonderful to work with. We really felt cared for!
Casey made my floral dreams come true! She listened to what I was envisioning for our wedding day and made it come to life. I walked into our ceremony and reception space, and was completely blown away to how beautiful it was! She was very transparent every step of the way and provided mock ups to help us better visualize the space. She also was able to make it to both our wedding rehearsal and on our wedding day in which she definitely helped me calm my nerves!
Ally was our point person for everything! Even though we had only booked a day of coordination which started a month before our wedding, Ally was there every month from the moment we started working with her by reaching out to us if we needed anything, providing recommendations, and just asking if we were okay. She was there for our meetings with other vendors, and the month before she checked in with everyone to make sure our day ran smoothly, and it did! During our wedding day, she made sure that we ate, drank, and even just had time for me and my husband to just breathe!
We also got to meet Lauren, a bridal assistant, on the day of our wedding, who was also so amazing! She made sure we were on time with everything and was such a delight to have helping us on such a hectic day.
We would wholeheartedly recommend the Ruffle Effect! They are some of the sweetest people to work with. We could not have been blessed with a better team! Thank you all so much again! -

Casey, Ally and Liz were absolutely amazing. From the very beginning, they were instrumental in making our vision come to life for both our wedding day and our welcome party. It was very beneficial to have our coordinators handling our florals too, which turned out beautiful! Our wedding arch was stunning!!! Leading up to the wedding Casey & Ally were in constant contact. Answered all of our questions and were just extremely helpful in planning. We had a destination wedding, so not being able to be nearby could have been difficult, but Ruffle Effect literally took care of everything and calmed all the nerves. On the day of the wedding, Liz was such a great hype girl and helpful with all the last minute items! I can't recommend them enough! If you have the opportunity to work with them, DO IT!! -

Ruffle effect was the best decision we made for the wedding. I’m a very Type A person, so I knew I wanted to hire someone to relieve me from doing anything on the wedding day or even before. I do not have enough words to accurately convey what a positive impact Casey and the ruffle effect team had on my wedding day, and the entire planning process. Casey single handedly coordinated all of my vendors, and completely rescheduled my wedding when the Pandemic forced us to change venues, guest lists, every detail, really. My wedding wouldn't have happened without our coordinator- Casey handled every challenge that popped up, even down to the smallest aspects like broken decorations or difficult vendors. She truly allowed my husband and I to just enjoy our day, even in the craziest circumstances. The day of the wedding the entire team was incredible- anything and everything we needed, food or drinks or a changed timeline, was handled effortlessly by Ruffle Effect. They made my wedding more beautiful and well organized than any event I pinned on my Pinterest board. You'd be a fool not to hire them! -

We had the most wonderful wedding day thanks to Casey and her team! From every moment during the year planning and the wedding day, we did not have any bumps or hiccups. Ruffle effect was able to bring my vision to life and they did it so efficiently and gracefully. I felt so cared for on the wedding day. The florals were AMAZING and so incredibly beautiful and every detail was absolutely perfect. They worked around coordinating a very busy wedding day timeline and they made sure all the DIY and personal decor elements were perfectly placed throughout the venue.
