Wonderful experience

Our wedding was on Saturday, September 12, 2020 and we hired Royalty Limousine for our transportation. We 100% would recommend this company for your next wedding, or any event. Jen & Mike were absolutely wonderful to work with and so accommodating. Even with battling trying to plan around Covid-19, and having to switch venues, they assured us that everything would go as planned. We booked a larger limo- the white expedition, which was extra roomy. Mike was on time and had champagne ready to toast after our ceremony. He drove us around a bit too before the reception. We would give you a 1000 star review if we could. Thank you again for being a part of our wedding !!!

The service is very professional then and Matt are very friendly they give you the red carpet treated next they make sure that they are on time has no good I recommend this and they work with you they make sure your special day is done and style and please selection for your next event.

Highly recommend!

We used Royalty Limousines for our wedding transportation and I highly recommend them! They were super easy to work with when we booked them. Our driver was on time and he was extremely kind and professional. The limo was beautiful and clean. So glad we used them!

Exceptional service

Royalty was friendly, polite, and prompt. The limo was top of the line and the driver was incredibly accommodating. I will always recommend Royalty to anyone needing transportation, oh and they do airport runs and party nights as well. Well worth the reasonable expense.

Very impressed with the Limo and the driver, think his name was Daniel. After our ceremony he stopped at Dunkin Donut's for us. It was no problem at all. His professionalism shows as a courteous and serving driver.

Amazing service and communication

We had our wedding in August 2020. From the beginning, the communication was wonderful. Jen is very easy to work with. Our driver was also awesome. He arrived early, was nice to everyone, knew where to go. We couldn’t have asked for better service. I highly recommend them.

Long review!

Royalty Limo provided exceptional service for our wedding day. Jen, our main point of contact, was both accommodating and professional. Mike, our driver, was punctual and very attentive to me. He had a red carpet ready for me getting into and out of the limo, he opened the door for me every time, he held the train of my dress so it wouldn’t get dirty from the side of the limo, and he even poured champagne for my fiancé and I after we made our exit from the church! The limo was also very nicely decorated with our wedding colors and a just-married sign! However, I do have one small complaint. Mike unfortunately got frustrated with my matron of honor and best man when they told him about a few changes to the drop-off locations (one was due to construction and the other was due to my videographer requesting to take pictures 2 blocks down from our original location). This was surprising to hear because of the outstanding service he provided all day but because it was upsetting to two very important people in my life, I wanted to make note of it so next time it could be avoided. Definitely still giving them 5 stars though because I am confident that the adjustment will be made. Thank you Royalty Limo!!! I will pass on your information to friends and family

Highly recommend Royalty Limousine! Booked the 14 person Limo for a bridal party of 8, it was perfectly spacious! The driver was on time and polite, ready with the champagne toast, which I forgot was part of the service, and a nice surprise! Front desk easy to get a hold of!

It was a wonderful experience

We had a beyond wonderful experience with Royalty limousines. Our driver (Matt) was extremely nice and helpful. He arrived on time, even earlier. He was professional, and assisted us in and getting out of the vehicle. Matt also tolerates our loud group of women. I would recommend them for any special occasion.

Wow! Totally recommend!

What an amazing experience! The champagne toast as we were leaving the church to head to pictures was photo perfect and we were so impressed by the kindness of our driver. We had control of the radio and the air conditioning, which made for a fun and comfortable ride!

Wonderful experience!

My husband and I got married this past weekend in a very small ceremony. We had a limo take the ladies to the ceremony and both families back to the reception. The service, right from the initial contact was superb. Jen was very prompt with her responses and thoroughly answered all our questions. We coordinated with Jen do that the day came off without a hitch. The driver took us to three different picture locations in the Arboretum, and had the schedule ahead of time. Mike was courteous and professional, and helped to make the day great!

My husband and I could not have asked for a better limo company to share in our special day. My wife and I used Royalty Limousines for our wedding, and we could not have been happier with the experience. I shopped around with several other limo companies before choosing Royalty, and Royalty was the only company that answered their phone in a friendly, welcoming, professional manner. Jen was always very pleasant to speak with, and she made the entire process very simple. I even had trouble receiving her e-mails, and she was incredibly patient waiting for my replies.
On the day of our wedding, the limo was on time to every single location, it was clean and comfortable, decorated with our wedding colors, and the champagne was cold and delicious! And most important of all, our driver, Mike, was incredibly kind and courteous. He even found my father-in-law’s ring that went missing at one point! He made us feel very relaxed and comfortable, and poured our first glasses of champagne for us. He was absolutely flawless in every aspect of his job.
And to top it all off, Royalty Limousines was also several hundred dollars less than any other company I spoke to. There is not one single thing I would change about their service, and I can not recommend them highly enough. You will not be disappointed!

Royalty Limousines made my last minute set up so easy! Jen was great to talk to and so kind on the telephone. The driver, Mike, was incredibly professional and kind. The limo looked very cute too, with a little marquee with our names, refreshments, and bows in a matching color scheme. Our photographer noted how kind it was that he pointed out the radio and AC controls and she said, "Most just put you in the car and drive on." Maybe I could have asked about this, but I would prefer if gratuity was included due to the natural craziness of a wedding day.

Royalty Limousines Inc. exceeded my expectations! Jen, the office manager, was very responsive and helpful. This company offers longer regular limousines so we did not have to rent a huge SUV. This saved us a lot of money. We were able to add on time at the last minute with no issue and Jen offered quick responses to any emails I sent. The actual limo driver and service were exceptional as well. The limo driver was early for both of our pick-ups. The driver helped us all in the limo and was very professional. I have nothing but positive things to say about this company. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a limo for their wedding!

The most AMAZING limo service! They showed up early but waited patiently as I continued to take the pictures that I wanted in my hotel. Our driver helped us with our bags, made sure we seated well, made sure we had plenty of beverages. He was in great services and easy to work with! The entire company is! When my wife and I went to check out Royalty Limo for our wedding, we met Mike and he was nothing but amazing with everything. Mike took his time talking to us and showing us the different limo options we had. He never rushed us and made sure we left with all our questions answered, and we knew this was the right company for us!

On the day of the wedding, Mike showed up on time and took care of all the little details, from waiting at the end of the ceremony with a bottle of water for the bride (Before the church pics), to having an umbrella since it was raining, to helping everyone out of the limo. Royalty Limo went above and beyond our expectations and we will use them again the next time we need a limo, I will never look anywhere else.

Excellent service, on time and professional. The limo itself was nicely decorated and stocked with tasty champagne for a toast after the ceremony. Our limo driver was the best. He was very attentive, had wonderful advice to offer throughout the day and you could just tell he had a lot of experience. He even had a very big umbrella handy when it started to drizzle upon our arrival at the church. The limo itself is the cleanest I have seen. Very nice inside and well kept with no limo funk smell you sometimes get with cars that are not routinely kept. This was spotless. We had a wonderful drive that accommodated our wedding party of 14. Will for sure use them again.

Mike, our driver, was extremely helpful, and patient, with getting us to the three downtown Chicago locations I chose for pictures. He was very friendly and genuinely wanted our day to be special. Jen, in the office, was always helpful and spoke to me as if we had known each other for years. They made the experience very enjoyable and stress-free!

This was one of my favorite vendors to work with, they were very prompt in answering questions through emails, very pleasant on the phone. On the day of our wedding they were early, the limo was beautiful and the driver was great!

Mike was awesome! These guys are a first class company. I remember when I first met Mike to check out the limos. I needed a limo for 12 people for my wedding, he knew exactly what I needed. It was the first limo company I had checked out but I knew I did not need to look any further. After having a nice conversation with Mike, I signed the contract and paid the limo in full! If you want, great service for any occasion at a great value Royalty Limo is it!

Everything with Royalty was great! From our initial meet and showing of the limos, throughout our planning the office (Jen) was amazing to work with I cannot thank her enough, all my changes she made everything so easy! Then on our wedding day our drivers Mike & Joe were the best! They arrived early, very polite and they knew all our stops and locations, so we had no worries. Royalty Limousine is a very professional service. They were very patient with the number of people per car changing constantly. Joe, the limo driver, was on time and very courteous. Overall, it was a very delightful and smooth evening because of Royalty Limousine.

We want to thank Mike and Jen, for making the transportation of our wedding the easiest part of the planning. The Limos are excellent and CLEAN, which was a major concern for me. Mike did not stop one min from helping us in and out of the limo, also personally took our belonging back and forth to the chapel (few flowers, Pictures etc.) I tip my hat to this company. Contact/Payment/Communications: No hiccups, no complaints!

Pre-Ceremony: Mike S, you're so professional and courteous! Our driver was on time (even a few minutes early if I remember correctly), packed ALL - and there was a lot of luggage- of mine and my bridesmaids, gave us helpful advice getting in and out the limo!

Post-Ceremony: He greeted me and my husband at the back of church, right after the ceremony, with a bottle of water! Nice touch! He then assured us that the limo will be ready after we were done with our photos. Yup! He literally rolled out the red carpet for us, popped a bottle of champagne and poured some glasses for us to take pictures before we entered the limo, and helped me in and out the limo. He also gave us some last minute directions how to control the lighting and music and we were on our way to the venue! It was smooth and efficient ride!

The Limo: The stretch limo accommodated our wedding party very nicely- 12 in total including me and my groom. The limo was very clean and was decorated with tissue paper in and outside the car with our wedding colors! Very classy. Plus, we never went dry and had plenty of drinks flowing during the transit!

Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better driver and service. Thanks Mike S and Royalty Limousine staff! You made our day very memorable!

Royalty Limousines, Inc. was such a perfect part of my prom experience. They did everything they could to make our experience enjoyable including letting us rent last minute limos and driving us to separate venues for photographs. They were extremely professional and made sure that we had a wonderful time. The price was perfect for my group's budget ($100 a couple which included tip). I would recommend them for any event and hope that I have an event in the future so I can use them again!

We used Royalty Limousines for our transportation provider for our March 9th wedding. We were very happy with using this company.

I dealt with the office manager, Jen, in order to coordinate everything. Jen was very professional and friendly in all of her communications. In addition, she was always very quick to respond if I needed to get a hold of her.

The pricing was very fair and affordable for their transportation. Also, the limousine was very clean and rather updated inside. They provided us with a red carpet roll out, a champagne toast, flowers that matched our wedding colors on the limo, and a Just Married sign on the limo.

The drivers were extremely professional and helpful. I was so worried about us all getting to the church on time. However, we had nothing to worry about at all. The drivers were actually early which was awesome. Also, I had quite a hard time getting in and out of the limo due to my dress. One of the drivers was so great about helping me to get in and out of the limo with ease.

Overall, we were very pleased with the services that Royalty Limousines provided us and we would highly recommend them to any bride and groom.

When searching for a limo company, the most important factor was finding a reputable company that we were certain would deliver. The last thing we wanted to deal with on our wedding day was limo issues. The driver arrived early, transported everyone on time, and made sure to keep us on schedule so that we finished all the photos with a few minutes to spare before the reception.

Further, Royalty was very easy to work with during the pre-event preparation and adjusted to slight tweaks in our schedule. Overall they did a great job, and we were very happy with the service.

We couldn't be more pleased with the service provided by Royalty Limousines! Jen was wonderful to work with over the phone to help finalize all details. Our driver was extremely courteous and helpful, and most importantly arrived early. While waiting for the bride and bridesmaids to finish pictures, the driver graciously volunteered to help family members load other cars with personal items! We will be using this company in the future whenever we need transportation.

Transportation was the easiest vendor to choose, because immediately after speaking with Jen, we knew we would be well taken care of and that we could trust this company to help our day go as smooth as possible.

EXCELLENT!!!! We booked our limo with Royalty approximately 10 days before our wedding, November 24, 2012, in downtown Chicago. Everything went so smoothly from the beginning with booking and scheduling to day of the wedding. Jen, Royalty's office manager, was very quick to get us all coordinated and set up. She gave us all the information we needed in one day. We were extremely fortunate to have Mike with us on the day of the wedding. He was prompt, patient, and knew his way around the city, which was was a great advantage in that he got us to our various location FAST!

When searching for a limo service, stop once you find Royalty Limousines. There is no need to research others. Jen is super with answering all your questions and getting you set. And if at all possible, request to have Mike for the day of your service. You will not be disappointed. Bottom line, if you want to be happy and satisfied with your limo service, contact Royalty Limousines!!!

I booked Royalty Limo well in advance. They were very responsive to everything that I had requested. We used them for the wedding and our honeymoon transportation. I dealt with Jen to make all of the plans and spoke with Mike to see the limo and fill out the contract. Both of them were wonderful to work with. As plans changed and moved, Jen worked around everything and made the whole process less stressful. As my wedding approached, I wanted to follow up and verify everything just to make sure, but Jen was so on top of things that she contacted me first with all of the details. She is the only vendor that contacted me. On our wedding day the limo driver (Bob) was 30 minutes early. He came to the door and said that he was there and said he would be waiting in the car until we were ready. The day after, the driver (Matt) was also early. When Matt came back to pick us up from the airport after our honeymoon, our flight came in early and he was there, ready and waiting. I would highly recommend Royalty Limo to anyone that wants a trusted company that truly understands the stress that a bride has to deal with. There are not enough nice things to say about this company!

I LOVED working with Royalty!!! They were the most helpful, kind, and responsive limo service I have ever dealt with. For our wedding, I worked with Jen from their office to arrange my transportation for my wedding. She was kind, prompt, and flexible since I wasn't sure if I needed 3 or 4 hours. She also tried to help me with a reasonable shuttle service when our hotel was being difficult. The driver was fantastic too, although I forgot his name. He did not rush us, clarified what we needed, was friendly, and arrived early. I am for sure using their service again!!

Jen worked hard to give us the service we wanted on our special day. She offered us a promotional price since the limo we wanted was not available. She convinced me that a larger limo would be a better experience and when I saw the limo she was right. Larger meant more roomy and comfortable. Michael was an excellent driver. He arrived twenty minutes early and was very courteous. After the ceremony Michael gave me a bottle of water - what a lifesaver! It was so hot outside and I was very thirsty during the ceremony. It was exactly what I needed. After pictures, Michael gave us champaign. Very classy service. Even though we went 8 minutes over our alotted time, they didn't charge us for overtime. Very professional limo service.

Our driver was everything and more. He was on time, dressed in a tux, and was very friendly and willing to roll with whatever we had asked.
The limo was perfectly clean, and decorated for our event. The office staff,Jen, was so helpful for setting up the entire day. We also used the services for our transportation to the airport for our honeymoon! I would highly recommend them for all your transportation needs.

Royalty Limo was very helpful from the beginning and answered all of our questions . Our limo driver, Mike, arrived 30 minutes early. He was very professional and courteous and assited each prom couple getting in and getting out of the vehicle. He made sure everyone was comfortable and had a great time. The limo was even decorated inside with the school colors and soft drinks were provided for the group to enjoy. Mike related to our prom group very well and group really enjoyed their conversations with him. They arrived promptly and safely to all their destinations that evening. We've used Royalty Limousines in my family for everything from proms to weddings to airport transportation. Every experience with them has been wonderful. For our wedding we didn't have to worry about a thing - everyone was on time, the limos were spotless, and the drivers were very accommodating. In the planning stage Royalty was easy to work with and went the extra mile - they referred us to a custom car rental company so we could ride away in a Bentley (awesome!). We used Royalty limo for my bachelorette party and for our wedding... I could not have asked for better service. Both of our drivers were outstanding and on time. The best part is they are very affordable. The drivers give you a champagne toast and come dressed in a tuxedo. I would recommend Royalty Limo to anyone!! We were extremely pleased with the service provided by Royalty Limousines. Our driver showed up early, knew exactly where he was going, and got us there in a timely fashion. Not only was the vehicle clean and well maintained, our driver seemed to anticipate all of our needs He came into the church at the end of our service and we were so lucky that he was there!! At the beginning of the service we had had a hiccup with our aisle runner so the cardboard tube was stuck at the end of the runner (at the back of the church). Our driver found a pair of scissors and cut off the cardboard tube so that no one would trip coming back down the aisle!! In fact, he genuinely appeard to be there for us (and anything we needed) throughout the day. I would definitely use them again!!!

I had Royalty Limousines Inc for my wedding and they were great! The limo driver showed up a little bit early, giving him a chance to go over the map of the picture site with my mom before taking all the ladies to the church. He played "Going to the chapel" over the speakers on the way, which was fun, and then had champagne ready for my new husband and I as we approached the limo after the ceremony. He was very professional and flexible as our photos took a little longer than expected. He always opened the doors and helped all the ladies out. Overall, a great experience!

Joe from Royalty Limousines was AMAZING!! He got to my house lil early and was ok to let me and the ladies finish our photo's and gathering our stuff for the big day! When we got to the church he continued his amazing service by checking to make sure my groom was in hiding so I could enter the church and helped relay messages between me and the groom before I exited the limo for the church! He definately made the day so much easier for me and lot less stressful! After the church the celebration outside the church was AWESOME!! Bottles of champagne popped, glasses available for everyone, and a red carpet!! Several of us took extra business cards so we can pass along the information!!!

My matron of honor also set up our transportation for my bachelorette party prior to the wedding, and was very happy with the service and the limo was amazing!!

The driver arrived early, waited for us to come out to the limo, had all the colors inside the limo done for us, and was great. He even worked with us when we decided to go to a nearby school playground for pictures. The best part was he took some of the photos for us! The cooler was well stocked although the bridal party did manage to drink all the champagne and beer by the time we got back to the reception hall by running back to the limo between pictures with the photographer. The driver stood by to help us out of the back door which was nice with my dress and shoes making it difficult to do so otherwise. Great company to work with!

They arrived early so there were absolutely no worries of arriving at the venue on time..the driver that picked up my daughter and her bridal party held all their bags and carried my daughter's train to make it easier. I met with Mike during the winter, and I knew he was the driver I wanted.
One week before the wedding, I received a call from the company telling me that I was going to have a different driver. When I requested Mike, I was able to get him!

At the end of the ceremony, Mike greeted us with a bottle of champagne! He was always next to me, helping me in and out of the limo.

On the way to a photography location, the weather changed and it started to downpour. Mike drove so well that we did not notice how bad it really got!
He was amazing!

We had a great experience and would definitely recommend to others in a heartbeat! We received our contract in the mail less than a day after we called the company for availability. They called us a week before the wedding to confirm which was very reassuring! On the day of the event, the limo driver called us to let us know that he was here waiting for us (20 minutes early! which was again, very reassuring). We had an art fair going on in our neighborhood and our street was closed off to traffic but he managed to make it work without making us walk in our dresses and heels! Our limo driver definitely made our wedding day go smoothly. We felt we were in great hands and were taken good care of! Thank you so much!!!

My wife Krystyna and I had our wedding on June 11th of 2011. Our driver Mike, surpassed our
expectations of what quality service should be. He was an extremely polite, down to earth gentleman, and I could tell he had a lot of experience in the business. We had about sixteen people in our wedding party, and the excursion stretch limousine accommodated us perfectly. They provided us with champagne, beer and non alcoholic beverages and everything was decorated beautifully. We not only used his services for the rides between the ceremony, pictures, and reception, but we also used him to take us to the hotel later that evening. He was very accommodating. This limo service is great. The broker was kind and helpful over the phone. Jen hooked us up with Mike who was our driver. Mike was very nice, very patient. Our wedding day was super chaotic because of the Black Hawks winning the Stanley Cup, so traffic was crazy. Mike knew his way around the city no problem and when the places we wanted to go for pictures didn't work out, he suggested others. He saved our wedding pictures!

I called around to many limo companies checking prices and asking questions. Royalty Limousine had the friendliest service, the best prices and some of the most honest business dealings. One of the perks above finally being treated nicely on the phone was that Royalty does not "require" a certain gratuity. This can be determined the day of service. This eased my decision because I did not want to provide a required 20% tip to someone that I had no idea what type of service I would get. On the day our driver, Marvin ended up being fantastic. He was on time, professional and took us to all the stops we wanted. The limo was clean and decorated for us. I would recommend Royalty Limousines to anyone looking for transportation for thier wedding or special event. I did a lot of research and this was the best value for the money and the service was much better than all of the places charging much more.

Great vendor! I would recommend to anyone. Jen (wedding sales dept) was great to work with, and she was very accommodating. I had to make a last minute change and she was flexible, responsive, and helped me with the scheduling. The limo arrived on time, the driver was so nice, very kind when he arrived and patient! He was there when we needed him without ever getting in the way. We had to travel from downtown Chicago to the suburbs for the reception and despite horrible construction and traffic, we arrived on time. The next day we had Royalty Limo drive us to the airport and the second driver brought some of the personalized decorations we unknowingly left in the limo the day before. NICE!! They were prompt and professional! Thank you!!

I would like to definently recommend using Royallty Limousines Inc. There service was excellent and the price was the lowest around. Mike our limo driver was very kind, professional and was early. The limo we had was updated and awesome inside. The best part of it all was our banner they put inside the limo. They had us feeling like we were millionaires. We picked royalty based on reviews I had seen on it from other sites and because they were able to offer us a large limo that could hold our entire wedding party. I am so glad we did. The limo was great, very clean and up to date. Our driver was extremely attentive and accommodating. We couldn’t have asked for more.

I am not sure what I expected out of a limo service for my wedding, but I was blown away! Our driver was prompt, curtious, knowledgable and professional. There were many small details that made our experience great... our driver brought me water while we were taking pictures in the church, he put a towel on my lap so my flowers wouldn't stain my dress and so much more. A friend of mine is a meeting planner and she took his card becuase she was so impressed with him as well. They really took care of us and I would recommend them to everyone...they are great!

This vendor was the best! From the very beginning when we booked the Limo, the customer service was great very professional and easy to deal with, the Limos were very clean and fresh inside. Our driver was very nice and professional new all our itinerary and directions, he decorated and the red carpet toast was amazing, whatever this vendor promised they delivered and much more. All I can say is they really do send a chauffeur/butler to your special day. WOW! He went way out of his way to assist us, even with the photography and my dress! And the stretch SUV was spacious and GORGEOUS! My colors happened to be brown and cream, and the leather seats in the limo matched merfectly. Very clean, very professional, stocked bar, matching decorations, red carpet champagne toast, and soooo worth it! Thanks Royalty!

I was very worried about the limo, as I had heard and experienced horror stories in the past of limos not showing up, showing up late, being dirty, not the right type of limo, driver not having directions to the ceremony, etc. We had none of that with Royalty. Jen was our customer service agent, and was a great help. She promptly and courteously answered emails and phone calls, and was extremely helpful working out payment and keeping us on track.

The day of the wedding our limo arrived 20 minutes early, and to our surprise, it was an upgrade from our Chrysler 14-passenger to a 16-passenger SUV. Apparently, there were electrical problems with the limo we had originally contracted, and they sent us an upgrade at no extra charge. Our chauffeur, Mike, was excellent. Very patient and courteous, and extremely helpful with all us girls in our fancy dresses with all our purses and wraps and bags and flowers.

We ran over our allotted time and were a little late getting to the reception (our fault, not Royalty's), and while there was an extra charge for the overtime, Mike was very polite about it and never appeared irritated that we were taking longer than planned. He returned at the end of the evening to take us to our hotel and was prompt (early again!) and very helpfully assisted with bags and luggage.

An excellent vendor that quickly put me at ease and relieved what could have been a very stressful vendor experience!

My wife and I booked the Princess Rolls Royce from Royalty Limousines for our transport to/from the church on our wedding day, and we could not have been happier.

While arranging things in advance, Jen was responsive to my questions and quick to send a simple but clear contract. She also offered helpful advice about additional limo options when I asked, without following any aggressive “sales tactics”.

On the day, Mike was at least 15 minutes early to pick up the bride and her father in the Rolls Royce. It's a beautifully maintained vehicle, and Mike was a careful driver who evidently knows how to handle a large, historic car. He was also receptive to taking suggestions on how best to avoid traffic during the journey.

There were some nice additional touches: Mike was waiting at the back of the church with a mini bottle of water straight after the service (for quick refreshment before we launched into church photos), and Royalty Limousines included more water and complimentary champagne in the vehicle (which Mike poured with white gloves before we set off to our reception, in a friendly but professional way).

Of all our vendors, this is probably the easiest 5* review we've written. Being early, helpful and professional are all we'd really ask from a transportation company, but Royalty Limousines went above and beyond that for us. We're very happy to recommend their service.
