Great team

Sergiu documented our wedding day so beautifully! His professional and organized approach, easy-going attitude, and artistic eye made his great to work with.

Sergiu was professional and organized throughout our time working together, making sure that we knew that our day was his priority. He put us at easy during our calls, and always communicated clearly about what he needed from us and what we could expect from him. He met us at our wedding venue to scout out good photo locations and to familiarize herself with the space. The day of, he made sure we got all of the photos we wanted (and more!), all while being on top of timing and directing us and our families in a pleasant way so we were on track and having fun.

Sergio is a joy to work with because he is a good conversationalist, and has an easy-going and positive attitude. We felt like we got to know him at our engagement shoot and then at our wedding , and that was great because we enjoyed spending time with him and made us so much more comfortable for our photos. He had a way of making us laugh, and making us feel at easy in front of the camera. We loved how he showed us a few photos as he was going, just so we could be assured that they were coming out beautifully!

Finally, Sergiu brings creativity and an artistic eye to his work. We loved working with Sergio .

Great moments

The Royall Photography team is very professional and pleasant to work with. Sergiu and Valentina were my wedding photographers. They were very friendly and easy to work with. Their pictures came out so beautiful and captured all our special moments. Sergiu is the main shutter he is truly amazing at what he does and Valetina also worked close to capture all unique moments.
Sergiu and Valentina helped me through out the album design process. They were very patient and took care of all the changes that I wanted to make. The album is very beautiful and high quality from Italy.
They were the best vendor I hired for my wedding. I can't thank them enough for what they have done.

Amazing quality

We love our wedding pictures Sergio did for us. All of our family friends loved them as well. We are on our honeymoon right now but i had to take the time to write a review. My Dad commented on how Sergiu took the time to talk to him and get to know him. He really cares and is very passionate about capturing all the special moments in life and is a gifted photographer. I would recommend him for any of your photography needs!
He had great ideas for pictures and we were very happy with the way our pictures turned out, he always was taking care of every small detail .
Great quality. His albums are by far the best I've seen, at pre-wedding consultation he brought a wedding album as a sample , and they look amazing very high quality handcrafted in Italy. Can't wait to get mine!
I'm very sure that you will not be disappointed!

Excellent photorographer

We couldn’t have asked for a better photographer. From our love story photos to the wedding day, everything was perfection. The photos he took of both ourselves and our family will always be our most treasured because he were there to make us feel at ease, and translate what was important to us into pictures. They go above and beyond what wedding photos should be, we can look at each one and remember the exact moment, perfectly captured.

Such a great photographer

There are not enough positive words for RoyallPhotography and for Sergiu.
We are so incredibly satisfied with our wedding photos. He did our engagement photos so far and we are so exited about our beautiful photos.
Our wedding is soon , so after so beautiful engagement photos I’m very excited, I cannot wait for the biggest day which I’m sure Sergiu will do a great job.

Stunning photos

Outstanding and way beyond my expectations , on the wedding day they did an amazing job , came on time , and after event they offered us an extra hour for a free of charge , that’s was nice because our wedding planner was a little behind the schedule.
So after 2 months we got our wedding photos and I thank To Royall Photography for how great our photos are !

Spectacular

Spectacular! Such an easy Team to work with! Everyone we worked with was extremely well-informed and professional! Our photographer, Sergio, was absolutely amazing! He spent a full 12 hours with us and captured some truly wonderful memories of our day. He stayed longer than his contracted time and captured so many fun moments from the day! Great photography skills

I can't say enough good things about Royall Photography, especially Sergiu who is the main photographer !
We met with Sergiu and he was friendly, organized, and on the ball. He shared with us initial quotes, asked questions about things we hadn't thought about yet, and he talked us through what to expect. Once we selected him, he sent us a contract.
We met with him in person about 4 weeks later at my mom's place. He was on time, we went through everything, and came away with a solid plan for the day. We talked about rain briefly, but decided we'd cross that bridge if we came to it.
One week before the wedding... rain in the forecast.
Sergiu came up with several rain plan options for us to choose from, and we were set.
Day of the wedding- Sergiu was on time, began shooting the details, and took pics of me getting ready. He has a wonderful, friendly demeanor about him that puts everyone at ease- our older parents, my young nieces, my dog, and specifically Me , I am photo shy and do not like to be center of attention. As the day went on, he directed us subtly or not so subtly, but never in our face intrusively. We took pics with our dog after the first look, at Wrigley, at Salvage One, by some murals, by the El, and at our venue. During the ceremony and reception, he was everywhere but not intrusive.
Right away after our wedding, he posted some pics to Instagram and Facebook. We were so excited to be on our honeymoon and start to see a flavor of our pics. He shared a sneak peek album of about 65 pictures a week after our wedding and they are just amazing. We can't wait for more!
As we planned the wedding more, we realized we'd need him for longer. He worked with us to help meet our needs.
Sergiu is talented and very PROFESSIONAL. And he was just fun to spend our wedding day with. He captured the most magical day of our lives!

Priceless memories by Royall Photography

Sergiu photographed me while dancing. I am one of the members of a dance groups in Chicago. He always made sure I have the pictures with our group very fast. So kind of him that he reminded me about many wonderful moments we had on stage or back stage. Love his work and professionalism. So many precious seconds are captured in his pictures.

Worth Every Penny and More

10/10 Best experience hands down. If you check out Sergiu's website, I am Kim from the wedding section "Dan and Kim". To clarify, my husband and I are probably two of the most awkward, dorky, camera-shy people, yet Sergiu made us look amazing. We actually weren't even planning on hiring a photographer since we knew were going to look terrible (shocking I know). Literally the week of, we changed our minds and stumbled upon Sergiu. I cannot fully explain how happy I was with him. He was a huge help. He was incredibly professional, showed up to our event early, and walked Dan and I through the picture taking process. Dan and I had a religious ceremony (a sealing). Even though he isnt of our faith, he did everything he could to help. We have hundreds of edited photos and we honestly love every single one. If you're a stressed out bride like I was, do yourself a favor and hire him. I promise you he is worth it.

Sergiu (an associate @ Royall Photography) was our photographer and we really couldn't have picked a better one! He was very nice and willing to take whatever shots we wanted. I don't think I could recommend Royall Photography (or Sergiu) enough! More than worth the money!

Best decision!

Sergiu was easily one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day. Not only was he super responsive and helpful leading up to the wedding, the time we spent taking photos flew by. He captured all the shots we wanted and the photos were actually fun to take instead of a chore. We were even able to attend our entire cocktail hour which Sergiu made sure was a priority! He was very professional and helpful during the entire planning process. To top it all off - the photos are absolutely beautiful and more than we could have ever asked for very hight quality! Best decision!

Gorgeous pictures

I had Sergiu, part of the RoyallPhotography team, photograph our engagement photos and our wedding. He was AMAZING! First the engagement pictures. He was so easy to work with. We felt very comfortable with Sergiu. He even held onto our dogs leash and took pictures! He knew we needed the pictures sort of fast and had them done within a week and they were GORGEOUS! We used them in our wedding a lot.
The wedding: now I haven’t seen the pictures yet (we got married a week ago). But if they are anything like our engagement pictures, they will be awesome. Sergiu and his assistant were very patient with us, made sure we stayed on time and when I was hot they even used my skirt to fan me off and cool me down. Awesome photos

We had the pleasure of working with Sergiu during our trip to Chicago. We had hired him to take pictures of us and document our vows/wedding. He was very accommodating and punctual. Our original plan was to spend the day going to different locations and taking photos. He arrived well before our agreed time which was great. We spent the morning going to a few locations. Sergiu really knows the area and we got some great shots without having to deal with a bunch of tourists. The sky was somewhat overcast, but hey, what can you do about that? Well, Sergiu offered to come back a 2nd day to take more shots with better weather. He didn't ask for any extra money. He basically said, "I want you guys to have really nice pictures."

Two days later we were out again with Sergiu and he took us to a beautiful location, amazing view. This was way above and beyond what we would expect from a photographer hired for a day.

My wife and I can't give a high enough recommendation. A 5-star rating does not do Sergiu justice as offering to take photos for a 2nd day is simply amazing. He is very talented, professional and you won't be disappointed.

Outstanding work......

Sometimes you read comments on reviews and feel skeptical. You wonder if it’s real or if someone from their staff wrote the comments. Well, I’m not employed by them but if I were I’d be a part of a fantastic team! Their quality of work is amazing and their photographers are geniuses! If he was stressed or overwhelmed, I would have never known!
Sergiu came in as if he was part of my family. I knew he was going to capture every moment of my once in a life time dream wedding!

We booked RoyallPhotography. Sergiu was fantastic and we absolutely love his photography style. We booked him for our engagement photos and the day of our wedding. Our engagement photos turned out AMAZING! We did our photoshoot around Milenium Park downtown Chicago. During our photoshoot Sergiu gave great direction, he’s very light-hearted and his professional attitude created a comfortable and natural atmosphere. As for the day of the wedding, him and his wife (who is also a photographer) captured every moment of our big day, from getting ready to unwinding at the end of the night with friends and family. Sergiu has a unique and creative style, he has a knack for seeing a shot that most people would miss and also the ability to capture people in the moment.
The staff across the board seemed exceptional, but definitely try to get Sergiu – him and his wife made our day one to remember!!
We would highly recommend Royall Photography, to any of our friends for an event or for a special occasion!!!

Very experienced and professional !

There are not enough positive words for Royall Photography . We are so incredibly satisfied with our wedding photos from reflections. Sergiu could not have been more helpful and professional. Our photos are creative, crisp and clear, and truly memorialize our special day. They went above and beyond in every way possible to make our pictures and wedding day perfect. We would use reflections again in a heartbeat – in fact, we will never use another photographer in the greater Chicago area. An amazing experience all around!

Sergiu is amazing. He took our engagement and wedding photos and everyone loves them. The shots he takes are very unique.He knows how to use his environment and surroundings well.
