We booked them for our reception and what stood out was how organized they were. They had everything packed and set up quickly, and the hall looked completely different within just a couple hours. Reception Decor by Royal elite

Royal Elite Events by Vishal and his team did an absolutely stunning job for my cousin’s wedding! The stage setup was elegant, luxurious, and filled with such beautiful floral arrangements and lighting. Big Promises Before Payment, No Accountability After

I am writing this because I would never want another couple to experience what we did with this decor team on their wedding day.

Our experience started with Roy, who was extremely responsive and accommodating while discussing the contract and collecting payment. Once we signed and sent the money, the communication completely changed. Even getting a receipt took days. Calls went unanswered, responses became one-word answers, and suddenly there was no clear person responsible for our wedding.

They constantly said they work as a "team," which in reality meant chasing Roy, Rohith, AJ, and others, while everyone pointed us toward someone else. There was absolutely no accountability.

We personally went to their warehouse, where AJ walked us through the design, promised specific elements, and was literally "taking notes" on everything we discussed. We also did a venue walkthrough with Rohith, physically showing him exactly where the reception stage should go, which direction it should face, and the height we wanted. We paid extra for this setup.

They also promised a final PDF documenting everything that would be executed on the wedding day. We followed up for almost 30 days trying to get it. Delay after delay, and we never received it.

Then came the wedding day, and it became very clear why that lack of documentation and accountability mattered.

Our contract specified a luxury 12 ft x 12 ft ROUND mandap with a 12-inch-high stage, and we specifically paid extra for the stage. What we received was roughly a 5 ft x 5 ft SQUARE mandap with NO stage, literally placed on the ground. The size, shape, height, and overall quality were nothing like what was agreed upon.

On top of that, their storage items and supplies were left right beside the mandap, completely spoiling the ceremony setup.

Imagine paying for wedding decor, only to have their storage clutter sitting next to one of the most important and photographed spaces of your entire wedding.

The reception setup was just as disappointing. Despite doing an actual venue walkthrough with Rohith and showing him exactly where and how the stage needed to be positioned, they installed it on the opposite side, facing the bar instead of the audience. How does that happen after a venue walkthrough, detailed instructions, and an additional payment specifically for that setup?

Other agreed elements were simply missing, including our welcome sign. Imagine guests arriving at your wedding without even basic signage telling them where to go or whose wedding they are attending.

Some of our family reached the venue around 4 AM and could already see that things were not being set up as discussed. We repeatedly called and messaged Roy, Rohith, and AJ while the incorrect setup was actively happening.

Not one of them responded. They completely ghosted us on our wedding day.

We were not calling weeks before the wedding with another design question. We were physically at the venue, on our wedding day, watching things we had paid for being executed incorrectly. That was when we needed them most, and no one took responsibility.

We visited their warehouse, walked the venue with their team, explained everything in detail, paid extra for specific upgrades, and spent weeks following up for their promised documentation. We did everything possible on our end.

The difference between how attentive this company was before receiving our money and how unavailable they became afterward was shocking.

And one more warning to other couples: they may try to sell you a "full package" where you book decor, DJ, photography, and other wedding services through them. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THAT MISTAKE. After seeing how our wedding was handled, I would never put multiple important parts of such a once-in-a-lifetime event in the hands of one company that operates this way.

Please do not choose this company just because they give you a lower quote or show you beautiful pictures of what they say they can deliver. Our experience was that what was promised and what was actually delivered were two completely different things. I would rather pay another company more and have basic professionalism, accountability, and confidence that what I paid for will actually be there on my wedding day.

You cannot redo your wedding day. We learned that lesson in the worst possible way.

Cermony and reception - scammer vishal

We hired Royal Elite Events to plan our wedding and had a terrible experience from start to finish. After paying our first deposit, owner Vishal and his team became unresponsive for weeks leading up to our wedding day. When they finally showed up, the decorations were nothing like what was promised in our contract or shown in their pictures. The setup did not match what we had discussed and paid for, which really hurt the look and feel of our event. Their lack of communication and failure to deliver what they promised made our special day stressful and disappointing. I cannot recommend Royal Elite Events to other couples looking for a wedding planner.

Unprofessional Scammers DO NOT RECOMMEND

This is by far the most unprofessional vendor I have ever hired. We used them for our event and they are liars and scammers. We were promised to receive a copy of our photos and videos upon job completion. It has been almost 5 months and we are still waiting on this. The owner himself Vishal is a liar and will not keep his promises. The process of getting them to complete the job correctly was very stressful for my Fiance and I. There was so much miscommunication throughout their team that it ended up being more work for us than we expected. We should not have to get on multiple calls to correct your mistakes. We are still going back and forth with them on getting copies of our photo/video which we had signed a contract for. I highly recommend you go with another company.

Do not hire! They are con artists

TL;DR:
Royal Elite failed to show up on time (or at all), delivered the wrong décor, left events completely undecorated, created unsafe ceremony conditions, ruined once-in-a-lifetime moments, violated their contract, and still owe us money. This company should not be trusted with any event, let alone a wedding.

If I could give zero stars, I would.

Royal Elite was hired to provide décor for our wedding weekend, covering four events across two days. What we received instead was chaos, negligence, and outright breach of contract. Nearly 70% of the contracted items were missing, incorrect, broken, or unusable, and multiple events were either severely delayed or left completely undecorated.

Haldi Ceremony

Royal Elite arrived one hour before the event, despite contractually agreeing to set up the night before. Setup took over three hours, forcing a delay of more than two hours. Essential items for our religious ceremony—including lotus seating, draping, and lighting—were completely missing. We were forced to improvise sacred rituals using dining chairs.

Their team left trash, tags, and packaging scattered in our driveway. One staff member admitted he had been hired the day before and was given an incomplete inventory list. That alone tells you everything you need to know about how this company operates.

Welcome Dinner

This was the breaking point. When we arrived hours before the event, Royal Elite staff were outside spray-painting décor in the driveway—decor that should have already been set up inside. They were painting it the wrong color. After being called out, they said they would “go get the right paint” and then completely disappeared.

They never returned.
They did not decorate the welcome dinner at all.
No backdrop. No centerpieces. Nothing.
They ignored all our calls, texts, and emails.

As a bride, I cried for hours and did not sleep for even one second the night. before my wedding, as I did not know if they were going to show up to decorate my wedding day. A once-in-a-lifetime evening was destroyed due to pure negligence.

Wedding Ceremony

Royal Elite again failed to complete setup as promised. Critical items like stage risers were forgotten entirely, resulting in an unstable, unsafe altar setup. Our parents were forced to sit off to the side during sacred rituals—something that is deeply disrespectful in our culture.

We were placed dangerously close to the ceremonial fire because of their poor planning. My outfit nearly caught fire. Flowers fell on us during the ceremony due to shoddy installation. What should have been a sacred, joyful moment was filled with fear and frustration.

Reception

Wrong backdrop. Broken and cheap battery-operated candles instead of real ones (explicitly stated in the contract). Missing table linens. Torn green wall. Malfunctioning LED dance floor that didn’t work for half the night. Missing platforms. Incomplete centerpieces. Sloppy, careless execution everywhere you looked.

Contract Violations & Money Owed

Royal Elite violated their contract repeatedly and failed to deliver a majority of paid-for items. To this day, Royal Elite still owes us money and has failed to make things right.

Save yourself and dont go with them

They did a horrible job with the decorations, they lied to me multiple times. The communication was horrible except for when they needed their money. They didnt abide by our contract. They didn’t give us the correct color scheme. I asked for flowers on the stairs and it was stated in our contract (up to 10ft of flowers) we discussed white flowers they put a pink flower bouquet on the stairs and drapes, we did not discuss any drapes ever. They were supposed to put flowers on my mirror and they didn’t. The back drop was horrible quality as well. The backdrop had a bunch of brown scratches all over it looked like Home Depot wood that they just threw up there
