  I wish I had read the reviews about this place before I went with them. I will never use this vendor again. They do have low prices but you will pay for it in the end. I paid to have them bring a dance floor, draping, and uprights. Long story short on the day of my reception, they did not bring the up-lights and caused my reception to start an hour late because they came late. I called Laura after the event and she only offered to refund me for the up-lights, she did not try to contact me or apologize for messing up my big day, it was like she didn't care. I currently have the hardest time getting in contact with her.

  I wish I had read the reviews about this place before I went with them. I will never use this vendor again. They do have low prices but you will pay for it in the end.   AVOID AT ALL COST!!!! Do not try and save yourself $1/chair because you will lose that and much more! They did not deliver the chairs on my wedding day and I was forced to pay more to get ugly blue banquet chairs. They strung my coordinator along for hours promising they were almost there and we waited to the very last possible minute. I had to let the hotel put out chairs and didn't even have time to put chair covers on. It also delayed my wedding 30 minutes.
  
  They have promised me a compensation for the chairs as well as my lost 30 minutes but I have yet to receive my payment. I have been in contact with them for 2 months since my wedding days. Countless emails, phone calls, and text messages have only resulted in excuses and empty promises. Their representative, Laura, is very unprofessional. She gave my husband a lot of attitude during the multiple calls. They will make you feel as if you were the thief! She even went as far as pretending to be a new employee names Rosa once on the phone, but we knew it was her. I read a review on Yelp where she said her son was in the hospital but we were told when we called that it was her mom. She will tell you lie after lie!
  
  No bride and groom should have to endure this stress and headache. Planning a wedding is hard enough, go with a company that you will be assured can deliver. Dealing with the after math is worse than the chairs not showing up. I get so upset I can't sleep. I will do everything in my power to raise awareness of their crooked business so no one else gets ripped off!

  This company completely destroyed my wedding. They came 4 hours after they were supposed to!! They lied and said they were stuck in traffic so we waited and waited and finally last minute had to go out and buy our own things. It was a complete disaster. Do not use this company! Too bad I didn't read the reviews first. It's so heartbreaking that they continue to destroy very special events.

  My wife and I always trust Yelp. For some reason though, we went against the grain this time and used Royal Chiavari for our wedding. NEVER AGAIN. \r\n\r\nI could go into the complete horror story, but put simply, half of things promised never arrived, and the half that did arrive were either incorrect or in such poor condition that I would be embarrassed to use them at a backyard bbq, let alone a wedding.\r\n\r\nAs many others have said, Laura is a complete crook and thief. After several promises to have my money refunded, 6 months later I have yet to receive a dime.\r\n\r\nI\'m actually in the process of filing a lawsuit against Laura and Royal Chiavari.
