Amazing experience!!

Obsessed with this place! Vera is seriously the best!! She is very knowledgeable and truly cares about her job and customers! I was so nervous going dress shopping and thought I would never find a dress. The first dress I tried on, I fell in love with! Alterations were perfect and she made sure everything was exactly how I wanted my dress. I would recommend this place over and over again! Thank you Vera!!😊

I am so glad that I got my wedding dress from Royal Bridal! I found a GORGEOUS dress at an incredible price. What I was most impressed with about this shop was the customer service and the quality of the dresses in stock. Vera was so kind and helpful, picking out my dress was such a great experience. She altered my dress beautifully to make it my dream dress! I visited a few other larger shops before coming here and many of the dresses felt cheap and itchy. At Royal Bridal they have an amazing selection of stunning dresses and each one felt luxurious and worth every penny, I was so excited to try them on. I would recommend Royal Bridal to anyone looking for a wedding dress, I can't imagine anyone not loving this shop!

The selection at this bridal salon is amazing! I loved every dress they carried which made it harder to decide on one for my wedding day! They carry a great quality of dresses and for the price I thought I got a great deal! I ended up loving this one Kenneth Winston dress I tried on but it had straps and I wanted a strapless dress and the designer was able to accommodate my vision! Another thing I was very pleased about was that no matter how many or what kind of alterations you need done they only charge a flat rate of $300. Now ladies every dress is made out of different material and alterating a dress is time consuming and can get very expensive but at Royal Bridal you get a hem, bustle, sewn in bra, etc. for one affordable price of $300. I would take anyone I know getting married to this salon, the staff is so sweet and the selection of dresses are breathtaking!

I got married in August 2016 and purchased my dress here in August 2015. They are AMAZING. I actually found my dress at a different store in a different state, so I can’t talk much about the dress shopping experience, but overall, the store is very clean, and has a great atmosphere.
Vera is so friendly and helpful, and gets things done. They are quick to respond to emails and were very accommodating with setting up fittings. Alterations for my gown went smoothly and perfectly. I had two fittings overall, and all I can say is that you are in good hands! She talks you through everything and has you walk around/spend all the time you want in the dress to make sure you are comfortable and understand what alterations will be done. I had to get the length shortened, and even though it was an all lace dress, the trim on the bottom still was beautiful and you couldn’t even tell anything was changed. The also had to take in the bust and hips area, and add in cups. All beautifully done. I wore my mom’s veil and had it steamed here, and they also did a great job with that. Overall, GREAT job. I would recommend them to anyone needing wedding alterations.

After trying on 20 wedding dresses, I found the one at Royal Bridal and Tuxedo. When I made the appointment, I spoke to Vera over the phone and explained that I was a plus size bride and wondering if they carried plus size samples dresses. Vera assured me that they did and she was right. They carry many plus size samples and after trying on 2 dresses I found my dress. It fit me perfectly and I felt beautiful and it was under budget. Best part was the dress was my favorite wedding designer (Maggie Sottero) and not every bridal store carries it. Vera took my measurements and showed me the designers sizing guide. She suggested I go one size up from the sample and I could tell that she was trying to make the fit comfortable. I also had them complete alterations on the dress. They did a wonderful job and alterations max out at $300 was the cheapest I found in my area. I would recommend Royal Bridal and Tuxedo & Vera for any special occasion dresses, tux, and of course wedding dresses. Thank you Vera!

I worked with Vera to find my wedding dress, she is so nice and helpful. She also had the largest selection of dresses that I actually liked. She is the owner and was very attentive. She is very professional and the fit of my dress was amazing.

Vera is amazing! I went out of my way to work with her based on a friend's recommendation. Her store is bright and spacious. She has a nice selection of plus size gowns that are stylish and form fitting. They don't look like a big white tablecloth. She was able to alter the dress so very well that people commented about the fit and asked where I got the dress. I believe I got an amazing dress for my money. Everything went so great.

Vera is absolutely amazing! I found my dress the first time I came in. I tried on different styles but knew my dress was the one when I got to it (just like Vera said). Every time I came in to try on my dress, I saw the passion she has for what she does! She is super kind and always gave great suggestions. Vera always made me feel like I was the only bride there. She also altered my dress beautifully and it looked stunning on my wedding day! I would recommend Vera to anyone!!! She is great!

To start with, if I could give 100 stars I would. Vera is absolutely one of the most wonderful people to work with and the dresses she carries are all gorgeous. One of the main reasons I picked her boutique is because she carries Maggie Sottero and even though I didn't specifically ask for her designs pretty much every dress I tried on was a Sottero and so was the one I bought.

When I walked in Vera was incredibly nice. She made me feel welcome and was very respectful when asking me about my budget. My budget was on the lower side of average and I was afraid that by going to a really nice boutique that I would have a hard time finding a dress or that I may be looked down upon. That was definitely not the case. Vera was very respectful, but honest. She told me that , yes, my choices might be limited but if I was ok with sale dresses we could start there. Well I'm not sure what she meant by limited choices because she must have pulled down like 7 or 8 dresses for me to try on and every single one of them was stunning. Not all of the dresses were even sales dresses, but almost every single one of them was a Sottero which really excited me. Vera was also really patient because I had no idea what style of dress I wanted. I had tried on a few dresses the day before at a David's and all of them looked somewhat terrible. Honestly, I was a little downtrodden because I thought nothing was going to look good on me.

Anyway, Vera told me we were going to try on all of the dresses and start making a yes and no pile so we could narrow down my style. Sadly, I pretty much loved everything but she was very patient and I ended up getting a beautiful fit and flare type gown. The dress is absolutely beautiful, was not a sale dress, and was well within my budget. It could not have been better. Vera also found the perfect veil in the shop that matched the dress almost perfectly. Needless to say I will be back for bridesmaids dresses in the near future.

LOVE LOVE LOVE VERA!

I went in to have my bridesmaids try on dresses for the wedding. The dress I chose for them would dictate flower, decor, etc. It was too early to get my dress so I was not prepared for this!

My girls whipped through 20 styles and didn't find anything gaudy enough for what I wanted so Vera said, let's try some dresses on for you- your appt. has 30min left.

Her and her associate picked out dresses for me while I waited.

IT WAS THIS FIRST DRESS. I LOVED IT! but decided I wasn't prepared, I wanted to go to other places.

But why? I fell in love, couldn't stop thinking about my dress. Royal Bridal has a flat rate for all alterations- CAN'T BEAT THAT! the customer service was bar none. I went in with my daughter (4) which she was super nice too and even told me to order my dress 4 sizes bigger so we'd have more fabric to play with later (I was pregnant when I ordered and didn't know what size I'd be.)

My first fitting went fabulous. (baby was born at this point' ) she took in lots of fabric which made me happy but scared because she basically had to remake the dress so much was coming off. Inches, like 12", not just a nip and tuck here and there.

My second fitting was perfect. Fit great but she's a perfectionist and wanted to do a couple more things and have me try it on with my custom wrap/veil. She even gave me a swatch of my dress to take to the Veil maker for a perfect match.

My third and final fitting- she gave suggestions to take to my veil maker, the dress was perfect, my experience was everything a bride could hope for.

I will recommend Vera and her staff FOREVER! THANK YOU SO MUCH.

This store is amazing!!! Never wait to get an apmt, Vera always has time for you!!!! She is soo amazing! I came in with a budget and she perfectly found so many dresses for me to try on in my budget! She has a variety of dresses for any style of bride! I wanted the whole princess look and that's what I got! I can't wait for my dress ti arrive in January! Vera not only helped me find my dress but went way and beyond and answered any questions about other wedding details! She gave me great advice that now my wedding is going to be amazing!!! I also came in and got the bridesmaid dresses from her and they look gorgeous! We are also renting the tuxes for the groom and also the groomsmen. Vera was an absolute pleasure to work with and I can't wait for my big day!!! Feb 21st!

I loved this shop! Vera was super helpful. I had been to 2 other shops in the area and had either not found what I was looking for or was not comfortable with the service, came to Royal Bridal and found my dress! The dress is beyond beautiful and tailored perfectly. Even after trying the dress on, Vera still let me try on other gowns to make sure the one, was really the one. Loved my experience. The dress I chose was a strapless layered lace dress that was fitted and gorgeous! Would recommend this store to any one needing a beautiful wedding gown and wanting personalized service.

From the first time I went to Royal Bridal to look at dresses until my final fitting, Vera was amazing and my experience was amazing. Vera was so patient when we first came to look at dresses and had no real idea what we were looking for. One of the best things about Vera's store is she lets you look through all the dresses and pick out what you like (or what your friends/family like!), as opposed to having a consultant pick out dresses they think you would like. I narrowed it down to two dresses on my first visit and Vera patiently worked with me to help me figure out what dress was my "dream dress." After picking it out she patiently worked with me throughout the fittings to make sure the dress looked exactly how I wanted. Vera had an answer to every thing and ways to improve my dress to meet my taste to perfection. My dress could not have ended more perfect, all thanks to Vera!

Vera not only made my dress perfect for my wedding day but she customized my dress to make it exactly how I wanted! From rearranging the top of the dress from sweetheart cut to straight across, and adding a beautiful rhinestone belt, my dress was perfect. Most recently she just transformed the dress into a cocktail dress so I can wear it to my second reception in a few months! I would definitely recommend Royal Bridal to any girl who wants a unique and amazing experience for her special day! Anything can be done the way you want! Have your wedding cake and eat it too!

Vera and her staff were amazing in every way!!! The boutique is beautiful and charming and you feel as if you are at home when you're there. I ended up getting my wedding dress, veil, jewelry and hair accessories there and I received compliments on everything. I had all my alterations done there and my dress fit like a glove. Vera and her husband actually drove to the hotel the day of my wedding because we forgot the belt to my dress at the boutique!!! I would highly recommend Royal Bridal to anyone looking for a dress, etc. for any special occasion but especially weddings!!!!

My eternal gratitude to Vera and Royal Bridal for making me feel like a princess on the most important day of my life!!!!!

Vera was AMAZING! From the time I walked in the door, she knew exactly what I was looking for. She was able to bring in several gowns that matched my style perfectly, and I ended up choosing one that she picked out that she thought I would love. She was so responsive and accommodating throughout the entire process, and my dress and alterations turned out beautifully! I went to Royal Bridal and Tuxedo because it was a smaller business and I had already been to David's Bridal and wasn't too happy with what I found. Royal Bridal has a nice selection of wedding dresses. I found my dream dress Maggie Sotterro Miri! Vera was super easy to work with and very friendly. I didn't have bridesmaids or I would have shopped there for those too because I was happy with the service. We did however get the Groom's tuxedo and his father's and my brother's (they walked me down the Aisle) there.

Vera was absolutely awesome. She was very flexible with my alteration appointments and everything was done as planned at each of those appointments. She did a fantastic job on my alterations for both my dress and my veil. She was also very pleasant to work with. I was concerned from the beginning about the delivery date of my dress and having my alterations done on time but Vera assured me she would have it done 2 weeks prior to my wedding no matter hat. In the end my dress came in early and the alterations were done in plenty of time.

Thanks to Vera for an absolutely wonderful experience!!!

I could not be happier that I came here for my wedding dress! I never felt rushed and every fitting was personal, like visiting with friends. I wanted to make some changes to my dress and was a bit nervous if it could be done. Vera said she could do it and she did! My dress was altered perfectly, it is everything I wanted!! Beautiful store, excellent service, phenomenal alterations skills! I have a 33 year old wedding dress (my mom's) that was 3" too small around the ribs, and 1" too small on my arms and a little long. Vera didn't even have to measure me, she just took a look at the dress on me and used her special powers to have it altered. I thought my next appointment was to get measurements, imagine my surprise when she said my dress was ready! It fit perfectly and I got tears in my eyes seeing how nice it looked when it actually fit.

This was the first and only bridal shop that I walked into and after my first visit I knew that my dress was there to be found! I have a wonderful experience working with Vera. She made me feel comfortable and beautiful in every dress I tried on. Although I only actually tried on a handful, I knew which one was "my" dress from the start! The Maggie Sottero Lacey was it! I could not have imagined working with anyone else and would recommend Royal Bridal & Tuxedo to all future brides!

Like many brides, I had gone to several bridal salons to look for my dress. A neighbor referred me to Royal Bridal, and I'm so thrilled that they did. The selection at this store, is wonderful and the prices are better than other stores I had been too. I tried on 10 dresses here and would have bought at least 3 of them for myself. The owner, Vera, is a delight to work with! Very patient, helpful and sweet :)

After buying my gown there, I sent my friend there, and she too found her dress there and had great things to say.

I'd highly recommend visiting this store for your dream gown.

I went to double digits in Bridal shops and you really get the personal treatment from Vera. Another shop had the dress I wanted, but were playing games with the price. I called Royal and they gave me the price over the phone which saved me an extra trip. We added a special train on the back to make it unique and it looked great. I did not have a bridal party, but Vera made me feel just as important as if I was buying ten dresses there. You can shop the rest, but Royal Bridal is by far the best!

I had a wonderful experience at Royal Bridal and Tuxedo. I was an out of town bride and thought it was going to be difficult to get things done right and on time. However, that wasn't the case, Vera made things very easy for me. She helped me pick out the perfect dress for me including ALL the accessories. Would I recommend this vendor to a friend? ABSOLUTELY! What a fantastic place to purchase your wedding gown and bridesmaid dresses! Vera was an absolute delight to work with and made the whole process stress free and fun. All the dresses arrived on time and the alterations were done quickly and beautifully. Vera had excellent advice on everything, from the gown my daughter chose for her December 8, 2012 wedding, to the flower girl's ribbon color on her little white dress. Vera helped us with accessories and advice on everything. The best part was how attentive and patient Vera was and how calm she kept us all. I would highly recommend Royal Bridal.

I was an out of state, military bride on a budget and working with Vera at Royal Bridal & Tuxedo made everything so much easier! Although I did go over my dress budget, that was my choice because I just fell in love with my dress. She allowed me to do everything around my schedule, and made all my appointments for when I would be in Illinois visiting. My bridesmaids were also very pleased with their dresses, not only did they all look stunning, but the prices were great! The only complaint on that one was one of my bridesmaid's bust seemed to not have been altered one bit, it literally flapped right down, we fixed it up with some pins but I can not put that fault on Vera. My bridesmaid had gone extremely last minute for her alterations and there were 2 of them with the same name, I can totally understand the confusion. I would definitely recommend this place to other brides! I purchased my bridal gown & bridesmaid dresses from here as well as rented my tuxedos (which matched PERFECTLY to the dresses) I have also purchased bridesmaid dresses for several weddings I've been in and have never had an issue!

I just got married on 10/5/12. I absolutely LOVED my dress!! I'm just so sad I can't wear it again haha! I don't understand how any girl would want to change to a second dress for their reception....I didn't want to take mine off!

Working with Vera was fantastic! I loved the place. It's smaller, cozy and comfortable with couches and plenty of mirrors. Vera is just such a nice person to work with. By the time my fittings were done, my dress fit like a glove and bustled beautifully ;-) She took the time to show my mom how to lace and tie my dress and how to bustle it, not just once, but a couple times.

If you can go shopping for your dress during the week, it's probably better, because like most places, it's busier on the weekends. It was a bit of a drive coming from Chicago, but it was so totally worth it! I would definitely recommend going to Royal Bridal and Tuxedo when shopping for your dress!

This is the only bridal shop I went to and I felt I didn't need to go anywhere else. They have many dresses in a variety of styles and price ranges. I told Yana my price range and what I was looking for and she was a huge help. When I went to pick something that was out of my price range, not knowingly, she right away informed so that I wouldn't be surprised later. She was very sweet and professional and made me feel very comfortable! I am going back with my bridesmaids so that they can pick out their dresses there as well!

I saw my dress at another store and described it to her and she found it on line and ordered it. It had to be altered twice because of a postponed wedding. She did an awesome job both times. The dress is beautiful and the service was impeccable. Greatg personal service.

Vera is the woman that will work with you from Royal Bridal & Tuxedo and she is absolutely fabulous!! She is the complete opposite of the sterotypical saleswoman trying to make a buck. She is patient, easy going truely does her very best to make the dress you choose fit you to a T. I was able to keep my dress at her store up until the day before my wedding which was so helpful. It was also great having a person do alterations on a dress they KNOW. There are a lot of very beautiful dresses at this strore, I highly recommend you taking a look.

I picked this bridal salon for my wedding gown and bridesmaids dresses. I coulnd't have picked a better place for this once in a life time experience. Vera is so wonderful and talented. My dress was very unique as it had ruffles all over and strap shoulder. I wanted to complement it with modern 2 piece french net veil with Swarovski crystals. I had something in mind that I couldn't find anywhere and Vera designed it for me and created a masterpiece! I had so many people to complement the veil and her work I can assure you'll be in good hands. She also hand sawn a Swarovski crystals to my dress for more bling. I am so thankful to Vera for all the work she has done. I also ordered my bridesmaids dresses there and Vera offered me the best deal once I compared it to price quotes from other stores. I would highly recommend it to all brides. This place is very classy and you really feel like a bride there. I can't believe how many ugly dirty bridal salons are out there and since you have to go back so many times for trials to the place you picked I was happy to enjoy it every time at Vera's salon.

My experience with Royal Bridal and Tuxedo was very positive. Vera provides excellent service, and her alterations on my dress were perfect. She is very pleasant to work with and incredibly patient and accommodating. We also ordered our tuxedos through her shop and were very pleased with the service. She even shortened pants on one of the tuxedos while we waited. Knowing that my wedding dress was going to be perfect was a huge weight off my shoulders, and I highly recommend Royal Bridal.

I love Royal Bridal and Tuxedo! I went to a lot of stores and tried on many dresses and did not fall in love with anything. My mom and I went in to Royal Bridal specifically to purchase a Maggie Sottero dress. I had no idea what I wanted, but Vera the store owner was incredibly kind and patient letting me try on half her stock of Maggie dresses. I finally chose my dress Divina and I am so glad I did! Throughout all the bridesmaids dress shopping and fittings Vera remained as nice and patient as she had been the first day. She even does all the pinning for the alterations herself so you know everything is going to be perfect. For my last fitting she allowed my MOH and my mom to put their dresses on to see how we will look together! I can't say enough nice things about this store and about Vera. One last thing I forgot to mention is the dresses are all so clean and kept very nice. No dirty trains or missing beading on any of her dresses. Thank you for everything Vera!!!!

Great experience! I bought my dress here and also a belt that had to be ordered separately for my wedding dress. They have a great quality selection of gorgeous dresses. I also had them do the alterations here and they did a fabulous job. I felt like the cost of the dress and alterations were reasonable (of course the most expensive dress you will ever wear!). They worked with me on alterations as I wanted the belt attached a certain way where I could take it off and keep it for future generations after my big day. I felt like they really treated me and every customer with respect and took their time with each one of us. I was so pleased with my dress and royal bridal. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a special experience from the initial stages until trying it on your last time before your big day.

Vera, the owner, is a very helpful, kind and fun to work with. She is an expert seamstress and gives very generous discounts to brides for bridesmaid dresses, tuxedos and invitations. The variety of dresses is impressive and current, and brides are able to browse through the dresses themselves or Vera can help you if you have specific ideas. I'm so glad I bought my dress from Royal Bridal & Tuxedo! I had 3 dress appointments, the first being Royal Bridal in one day. I found "the dress" at Royal Bridal, but was not ready to say yes knowing I would be visiting 2 other places. I tried on THE SAME dress at another salon, but Vera's service and dedication to both me and my guests brought me back to Royal Bridal later that day. I called on my way over and Vera stayed open for me to try on my dream dress one last time!

I had my perfect dress picked out, it was by Maggie Sottero, and now I only had to find it to try it on. I called several bridal salons and only Royal Bridal & Tuxedo had it in their showroom! I was so excited I was able to schedule an appointment the same day and try it on. It was everything I imagined and wanted so I ordered it right away. It was a little late, only 5 months till the wedding but they ensured me the dress would get there in May, right in time for any alternations. I also decided to get my bridesmaids dresses from there since they had quite a large selection to pick from. Vera called me as soon as my dress came in and I scheduled my alternations with her. There were only a few changes that had to be made at the first fitting. At the second fitting everything fit perfect! I loved the dress even more once it fit me the right way. I decided to leave it there and pick it up during the week of the wedding. When I came to pick up the dress I tried it on the last time and Vera showed us how to tie it in the back the right was and hide the strings as well as how to pick up and attach the train. I never felt rushed, as I did at other larger salons, and Vera was always very nice and patient. It was a very pleasant, stress free experience.

I have nothing but great things to say about Vera and Royal Bridal & Tuxedo. I got my wedding dress, birdcage veil and flower headpiece here and love, love, love them all. Vera was a pleasure to work with, was very professional and required minimal number of visits from the city to the suburbs. The alterations were perfect the first time around. I wish I could wear my dress over and over again.

The staff was really really supportive and they had great suggestions for my body type, pear shape. The deals were also too good to be true, I got my dress (and it almost fit perfectly), for 799 :) And I heard when they do alterations they can do more than your average David's Bridal, they can take layers out and beading etc! I fell in love, def try them out!

Vera has such great knowledge and style and really listens to exactly what your vision is. She takes that vision and provides options that meet or exceed your wish. She pulls it together so quickly and doesn't push anything that isn't exactly what your dream is.

My first experience with Vera went really well. I felt that because I was the bride she gave me the royal treatment. She was kind to my family and myself. I purchased my gown because I knew that was the one I wanted and this was the closest boutique to carry it.
However, I do feel she is a little pricey with alterations and all the extras. I purchases my veil from here because it was the one I wanted and could not find it anywhere else.
Also, my bridesmaids also purchased their dresses from here because she matched another store's price.
But, sometimes my bridesmaids said she had a little attitude towards them.
She should be happy we are giving her business.
