    I used Ross Simons online for both of our wedding bands as well as pearl earrings for our bridesmaids. Talk about value! They offered 30% off, free shipping, and adjustments to any prices that went lower in 30 days. We shopped a few jewelry stores and for the same items Ross Simons was like 60% less! Staff over the phone is very helpful and polite. Best prices - tell your friends!

    We order my fiance's ring from here, and it is wonderful. Very nicely made and such a great value. Also, they are very fast with shipping!

    All of our rings came from Ross Simons. Angela in the Warwick store helped my husband with my engagement ring which they special ordered and helped us again with the wedding bands. We love our jewelry and know it will last a lifetime!

    We bought our rings and my husband bought my wedding gift from Angela at Warwick Ross Simons. She is one of the nicest people and was very accomodating to our schedule and responsive to phone calls. She also cleaned my engagement ring every time she saw us. Ross Simons overall is very clean, the staff is always nicely dressed and presentable, and you just feel from the second you walk in that your in an upper tier jeweler. However, the staff never makes you feel inferior to them like other places. Also there is a great financing program and the way they box your rings is an extra special touch. Definitely check them out for your wedding rings!

    We bought my husband's ring here, and the lady instructed us that it would not scratch. It scratched right away. :(

    I purchased my pearl necklace through Ross Simons and they made the transaction seamless and the pearls were stunning in person and in my photographs. I highly recommend their pearl selection.

    Ross Simons is where I bought my wife's engagement ring. THe value was phenomenal and they were quick to get what we needed. I would do business with them again.

    We bought plain, white gold wedding bands to match my solitaire engagement ring. I love our rings!

    The only thing I didn't like were the snooty salespeople. Especially the woman who put my husband's ring on his finger after it had been sized. Isn't that my job?

    It was only $70.00 for my band, but $200.00 for my groom's ring. They charged me $25 to size my engagement ring (which they polished so it was really sparkly!), but other people told me they should've sized it for free since I was a paying customer. The worst part was when I gave the lady my ring to size, and she told me it wouldn't be ready for TWO WEEKS! They never called to tell me it was ready, but when we went to make a payment on my groom's ring, I asked and it was ready.

    Engagement Ring Disappointment

    This past summer I took my engagement ring to Ross Simons (where it was bought) to be inspected. I was told I needed a new prong, which would take approximately 2 weeks, and the ring would be sent back to my home. When the ring arrived back to me, a diamond was missing in the halo. I quickly called customer service and was told the ring would be fixed at no cost to me. So, I sent the ring back with the information I received from customer service. A couple of weeks pass, and I contact customer service again to see what exactly is going on. They confirm that they received the ring and it should be worked on soon. Then, a couple of weeks later, my husband gets a call from staff at Ross Simons asking us to pay for the new diamond, that they lost during the original repair (of the prong). When we state that we will not be paying for their mistake, they let us know that if we do not pay, we will never be able to use them for services again (mind you, the ring was bought from Ross Simons initially). At this point, we are told the ring will be sent out the following day and we should receive it in a few days. About one week passes, and I call customer service again to see what has happened. I can’t get any straight answers, so I ask to speak with management. The manager I speak with apologizes and states that he will check on what is going on with the ring, but has to get the information from the repairs department (which apparently takes a significant amount of time, despite the department being internal). He also lets me know that the staff member was incorrect and that we could use Ross Simons for repairs in the future, but we would have to pay for all repairs (even if it was THEIR fault). Another week passes with no ring, I call customer service again and the lady on the phone tells me they almost sent the ring back to me without repairing the diamond at all (apparently there is no inspection after a “repair” at this company). At this point, they have had the ring for the second time for over one month and I am livid. I call the manager again, and he doesn’t even know WHERE THE RING IS LOCATED at this point. Following this, I called every other day, and could not get a straight answer from management or customer service. I would estimate that I made over 10 calls to this company over an almost two-month period trying to figure out what was going on. I ended up having a family member who lives in the state drive to the store and pick up the ring for me, because this whole saga was so shady and my thousands upon thousands of dollar ring could not be located by anyone. To further aggravate me, the prong was never actually fixed and catches on just about everything I touch, so now I need to pay for that to be fixed again (not from Ross Simons, of course). I used to buy all my jewelry from this company, as did my family members. I will NEVER buy another item from them or use them for repairs again. This company is unorganized, rude, and (in my opinion) shady. Go elsewhere for your jewelry if you want to ensure it is taken care of and you get it back.
