Our experience working with Sandy was wonderful. She truly captured our spirit and goals in our stationary designs. I was not the most organized type A bride. Sandy kept on top of us to meet our deadlines and she did a fantastic job of liaising with our planning team to make sure the stationary designs were reflected throughout the events for a cohesive look. I can't say enough good things about her. She is warm, kind, and goes the extra mile to ensure the couple is perfectly reflected in her designs. -

I would highly recommend Roseville Designs for all things wedding stationery and signage! I had a vision for what I wanted my wedding stationery to look like but I couldn't quite get envision it enough to bring it to life. I knew Sandy was the right fit from our first consultation call. She knew exactly what I meant when I was describing things to her, and brought the most creative and unique ideas to the table that were exactly what I was going for. Throughout the entire process, we had a great partnership where we worked together to create the perfect suite. I couldn't have done it without her intuitive ability to know exactly what I was looking for, and when I was stumped on trying to figure out what I wanted, she always had a solution. Everything she created turned out even better than I could've imagined. A dream vendor to work with!
For my wedding, the vibe that I was trying to achieve was one that was classic, elegant, timeless and clean. From meeting #1, Sandy understood my vision and began putting forth designs that far surpassed my expectations for V1s. Sandy was always receptive to my feedback/edit requests and turned around each new version beyond quickly, despite servicing multiple brides at a time.
I appreciated that with every stationery request, she provided several options so that I could see how different designs/styles/fonts could be mixed and matched to achieve my "perfect." Unlike other vendors, Sandy also was not shy to provide her own two cents/offer recommendations around paper type, colors, etc. (in other words, she didn't just say 'It's your wedding, up to you!").
I used Sandy for my invitation suite + day-of stationery but originally planned to handle some of the day-of stationery myself. However, after seeing how wonderful my invitations turned out (and the number of compliments I received), I knew I had to move forward with Sandy designing everything and I am so glad I did. From the welcome sign, to the menus, to the seating chart, to the place cards, to the signature cocktail signs, everything was perfect and made my wedding design very cohesive.
Sandy was a real dream vendor to work with and I would recommend her to anyone! -

I’m so grateful that I connected with Sandy to produce my wedding stationery! After a frustrating experience producing my Save-The-Dates with another vendor, I reached out to Sandy with hopes that she could provide a less stressful experience producing my wedding invitations and wedding day papers. We got on the phone for an initial consultation and within minutes I knew I had found a gem -- not only does Sandy do gorgeous work, but she is a lovely human being who managed to put a very anxious bride totally at ease (not an easy feat!).
When it came to my wedding stationery, I was looking for someone who could not only bring my vision for a classic, timeless, black-tie wedding to life while staying within my budget, but also someone who could handle a very type-A bride like myself. I am very particular but also very indecisive, and I needed someone patient who would be willing to educate me while working collaboratively with me to produce my wedding stationery from start to finish. Sandy did all of that and more.
Admittedly, I was hesitant at first to work with a stationer based in California (I am in New York City/Connecticut) -- I’m a very visual person and couldn’t imagine how the process would work if everything was done electronically. That said, I often forgot that Sandy was on the West Coast…she has developed a process that works seamlessly regardless of location, and actually saved me a lot of time in the long run -- I had enough “in-person” wedding-related appointments to attend to that it was nice to be able to handle the stationery from the comfort of my own home! She used a video platform called Loom to walk me through my wedding invitation designs which made it incredibly easy to review and share feedback. She was also incredibly responsive via email and text, which I appreciated, especially when we were up against print deadlines. When it came time to select envelope liners and wax seals, she knew I was hesitant to make a decision without seeing the options in person, so she promptly sent me the options via mail from California to New York so I could make a confident choice. Not only was she a wealth of information when it came to things like best practices for envelope addressing and navigating the post office when sending out oversized mail, she was also able to provide cost-effective sources for things like Welcome Bag tags, matchbooks, custom cocktail napkins, and other “specialty” papers. Above all, Sandy invited me to be involved in every step of the process, which I appreciated tremendously. I came to her with my custom stamps already sourced, my wedding monogram already created, and my fonts already selected, and she worked with me to incorporate everything in a way that I ultimately LOVED while also providing invaluable guidance. From day one I felt like Sandy was truly invested in helping me bring my vision to life, which is all anyone can ask for in a wedding vendor!
In the end, my wedding stationery exceeded my expectations in every aspect and so many people complimented everything from the invitation to the menus to the escort cards. I won’t hesitate to return to Sandy in the future for my future stationery needs and I recommend her to anyone looking for a pleasant, stress-free experience. -

I would give Sandy 100 stars if I could…
Wow, wow wow… How can I describe Sandy and her amazing work in such few words? I went into the wedding planning process, knowing only one thing for certain, that I had no idea what I wanted! Through the help of both my wedding planner and Sandy, they gave me the most exquisite choices, that made the decision process so much less overwhelming, yet so difficult, because each choice was better than the next! Roseville designs as a whole is more than I could have ever asked for. Sandy was extremely prompt in returning all of my emails, and took my feedback and made it into a beautiful story that all of my guests were in awe of. Although I am not necessarily a creative person, Sandy took my jumbled ideas, and transformed them into a reality. Months later, I’m still receiving compliments from my guests on all of the little details that were made into a reality because of her! I know that all of the pieces that she created are timeless, elegant, and something that I can look back on with only the fondest memories. I cannot recommend Sandy enough, she’ll be my go-to for all of my events going forward! -

Sandy was such a delight to work with for our wedding. She incorporated many elements of our unusual color palette, the architectural details of our venue, and the theme of trees and plants into her designs. We had elegant invitations, beautiful menus and placecards, poems on the table, and more. All were beautifully integrated. She was extremely professional and responsive and we feel very lucky to have had such personalized attention and care! -

Working with Sandy at Roseville Designs was wonderful. As a same-sex couple, it was important to us that our vendors were queer-affirming. It’s also important to us to spend our money with small businesses, and the fact that Roseville Designs is a small, woman-owned business meant we were aligning our spending with our values.
We didn’t have a specific vision of what our stationery should look like and knew we’d want help creatively brainstorming our options. We didn’t want our invites to look like anyone else’s and we wanted them to really feel like us, while going with the theme of our wedding.
During our first meeting, Sandy described herself as our “Wedding Paper Planner,” meaning she would not only provide us with the design and physical product, but she would also help us stay on track with our timeline and provide thoughtful guidance about wording, instructions to guests, etc. We were surprised at how many factors there were to consider when doing things like addressing people using the correct titles, ways to word dress code or other expectations, even down to the instructions you give to the post office when mailing the invitations. It’s a relief to not always feel the pressure of getting those things right or having to Google the information when we had Sandy as the expert to guide us.
Sandy persistently kept us on track while patiently navigating our requests for revisions and new ideas, and was very transparent about cost-related decisions, so we always felt like we were making informed choices. We knew we wanted the stationery to be something that people actually wanted to put on their fridge, and we knew that it set the tone for the celebration for our guests, but we didn’t want to feel like we had to go overboard with spending in order to set that tone. In helping us make the most impactful decisions for our budget, we were still able to make responsible choices while always including a wow-factor for our guests. Our Save-the-Dates arrived in a purple glitter envelope that everyone could not stop talking about, which was so fun for us! Feeling the guests’ excitement added to our excitement. Even though our wedding is over, we’ve noticed both our Save-the-Date and invitation are still on a lot of our friends’ fridges!
When you’re planning a wedding, it’s easy to fall into the trap of assuming that you’ll be able to do it yourself or that online cheaper tools might be easier or faster, but there’s so much to think about. When you think about each choice on its own, they may seem DIY-able, but when you start putting everything together, it can get overwhelming without support. No amount of internet stationery checklists and tools can replace the talent and support of a professional like Sandy. We are so happy we worked with her for our wedding! -

Great Experience with Roseville Designs!
I had a great experience working with Sandy at Roseville Designs. Heading into planning, I knew that stationary was important to me as I love how it sets the tone for a wedding. This is why I was so happy when Sandy took the time to learn about our day and listen to my ideas and thoughts. She made a suite that really reflected our style and depicted our wedding well. My favorite parts of our suite included our custom stamps that Sandy sourced, our calligraphy that Sandy coordinated, and our gorgeous custom watercolor that Sandy had done by an artist. Sandy went back and forth with me on even the tiniest details until I was 100% confident and happy with our designs. She came up with designs that I would have never thought of and that I had not seen anything similar to online before at all. She also was very communicative. I even asked for some signage super last minute – and she was able to bring that to life for me! I would recommend picking Sandy for a customized, seamless experience!! -

Roseville Designs is Wedding Stationary Perfection!
When I first started planning my wedding, the second thing I booked after the venue was Roseville Designs. I had seen another wedding they had done the stationary for at the same venue and fell in love! Working with Sandy was so easy, she guided me through the whole process, listened to every crazy idea and brought my coastal hydrangea dream stationary to life.
Everything was able to be customized and truly made it that much more special. Knowing that what she was creating was just for me is something I can't even put a price tag on. Sandy was so helpful and flexible, even in a time crunch when I realized I had misspelled a name, she was always available to help and guide me in the right direction.
Now that my wedding has passed, I am framing all my stationary because it deserves to be immortalized! Will be forever referring Roseville Designs!!!!! -

Beyond Pleased!
Sandy did the stationary for my sister’s wedding in 2019, and ever since then I always knew I wanted Sandy to create the stationary for my big day as well! Everything my sister said about her is true. She is very prompt, super sweet, and has a beautiful vision. Going into the wedding process, I didn’t have all the details in mind of how I wanted my stationary to look- in fact, I was a little bit lost, but I knew I was in the best hands with Sandy. She took my vision of simple and neautral and made suggestions like adding little touches of soft pink here and there, and I’m so pleased with how it turned out. Her timeline was on point and she was very quick to respond to emails. It made the entire process much more seamless and I am so grateful she was a part of my team! -

Sandy at Roseville Designs is absolutely incredible!!!!!!! I truly cannot say enough good things about her. Everything she did was absolutely perfect – not only in design, but also in the UNBELIEVABLE quality of service she provides. We are so grateful to Sandy for making our vision come to life, and so many of our guests commented on how gorgeous our paper suite was, from the invitations to the day-of stationary.
-Timing/Responsiveness: If you’re looking at this review, you probably already know how stunning her quality of design is, but you may not know how dedicated she is to her quality of service. If I could give 50 stars for this, I would. Sandy was easily the most responsive vendor we worked with. Responsive doesn’t even seem like the right word, since in almost all cases she was the one reaching out to us! Sandy’s commitment to keeping production on track was a godsend – she sends you a timeline at the beginning of your partnership and she sticks to it. With all of the balls we juggled for this wedding, it was a huge relief to be able to lean on her and know that our paper needs (a major part of the wedding!!) were taken care of. We are so, so grateful to Sandy for keeping us on track.
-Initial Convo: Sandy was warm, open-minded and unbelievably helpful from the onset. We were immediately struck by how much she cared about bringing our ideas to life. You can tell that this is a real passion of hers and it really set her apart from other vendors. We chose to book initially because of that passion, the beautiful designs we had already seen, and also because she operates as a one-stop shop, with options for her to address envelopes and assemble the invitation suites.
-Invitation Design: Just wow. We had some general ideas of what we wanted, and Sandy brought them to life effortlessly. She was perfectly collaborative, offering expert suggestions while keeping in mind the theme we were trying to achieve. Sandy even sourced an artist to create a custom watercolor of our venue! She sent a few design options with every round, which made it really easy for us to compare designs and align on the styles we wanted. When we had follow up questions, she happily provided alternatives until we found our perfect design. It goes without saying, but… our invites were beautiful!!!!
-Day-of-Stationary: We were not initially planning on utilizing Roseville for our day-of-stationary. That flew right out the window once we realized just how beautiful everything Sandy created was. It was so, so worth it to use her for our day-of paper – not only because she made it SO easy operationally, but because everything she touches is gorgeous. Seriously, everything. She sent us two designs for a welcome sign and we were so obsessed with both that we turned one of them into a sticker for our hotel welcome bags.
-Flexibility: We had a few changes to our guest list the week before the wedding and reached out to Sandy for a last minute tweak to our place cards. She made the new cards same day and overnighted them to us to make sure they got to us in time.
-Quality for $: Roseville Designs is worth every single penny. For the amount of customization, hands-on ideating, flexibility, commitment to making your vision come to life, etc., it is a fantastic price. We did not get this level of service from any of our other vendors – Roseville truly provides white glove, five star service.
To anybody on the fence about booking… don’t think twice, just do it! It will be the best $ you spend on your entire wedding. To Sandy… THANK YOU for creating such beautiful art for us. We have a number of pieces framed in our home and are so grateful to you for everything you did to make our wedding so special. -

When we started, we didn't really know what we wanted for stationary but my wife new she DIDN'T want cursive because to her, it looked like a "Hogwarts invitation" lol. So when we came to Sandy, we mostly had a venue and "no cursive" rule and that was it. Sandy took that and gave us options and we eventually came up with a GORGEOUS invitation suite." One friend said he had someone over and that person was like "Whoa! That's the most beautiful invitation." That's how striking Sandy's work is! Sandy makes the whole process stress free through her printing connects and all our wedding planner had to do was pick it up. OH! And not to mention we had a dream for CUSTOMIZED WHOOPEE CUSHION PARTY FAVORS and Sandy did not bat an eye and figured out a way to GET. IT. DONE. Truly she is a magic maker. I would tell every friend to hire Sandy ASAP! -

Sandy was truly a dream come true for us! Initially we weren’t exactly sure what we were looking for in terms of paper design for our wedding… we just knew we wanted a vibe that was playful, unique and colorful. When our planner Margaux Fraise hooked us up with Sandy, she really helped us bring our once-vague idea to life and narrow in on a vision that was perfect for our day. We loved the custom stationary suite Sandy put together for us and it was a joy to work with her from our first meeting to our last! Sandy responded to every idea or note I had with warmth and promptness and her designs added such a wonderful, cohesive feeling of joy to our day that we never would have been able to achieve without her. When we first started planning our wedding we had it in our minds we were going to use minted for stationary and do other paper goods ourselves. I am so happy we decided otherwise!! From helping us with wording our invitations (who knew this was actually a thing), guest place cards, post stamps (highly recommend vintage & paying for the full service), and everything in between Sandy helped and saved us time and many headaches (and paper cuts). She was easy, respectful, and timely with all orders from save the dates to all day of paper goods/stationary. Last minute we had to reprint some items due to COVID and again she was so easy to work with during those extremely stressful times. The quality of work of her work far exceeded our expectations. If you are on the fence and unsure to hire if you want someone to do your stationary and/or custom stationary, do it, you will not regret the outcome! We found planning a wedding is stressful and many unexpected things come up. Having someone handle all stationary items was a wedding saver. Thank you Sandy!! -

Most Valuable Vendor
Looking back on the planning of my wedding, I had no idea that Sandy would become my most valuable vendor, or that I would spend as much time communicating with her as my wedding planner. In the end I was so grateful that my planner had sent Sandy my way, because I couldn’t have imaged working with anyone else on my invitations. Something else I learned in the process of working with Sandy is that not only is she crazy talented at creating custom wedding save the dates and invitations, but also ALL of your day of paper needs. I was not a bride with a super specific vision of what I wanted, but I discussed with Sandy a general vibe I was going for. She went above and beyond to create exactly what I didn’t even know I wanted or needed. Especially in these Covid days, working with someone 100% virtually can be scary, but Sandy made that process seamless by always staying in contact and answering every single question I had throughout the entire process. Some of the coolest aspects and details of my wedding came to be because of Sandy and her vision, and for that I will always be grateful I got to work with her. The only negative is now that my wedding is over I don’t get to keep working with her! -

I would highly recommend Sandy and Roseville Designs for your wedding stationary needs! Initially I looked online for wedding stationary but nothing I saw felt very unique or original. I expressed this to my wedding planner who recommended Sandy! From our first meeting, Sandy was very sweet and understanding in integrating my requests. Our wedding invitation suite turned out beautiful and included an intricate watercolor of our venue - a villa in Northern CA. She also helped with our day-of-stationary which was particularly unique because my husband and I are big animal lovers so our table card numbers included adorable watercolor designs of woodland animals! All our guests were so in awe of these details and as a bride, her assistance and creativity are much appreciated during wedding planning. Sandy truly streamlines the invitation and stationary process which is helpful to make sure things are done in a timely and efficient manner. I loved working with Sandy and would absolutely do it again! Hiring a custom stationary service was a bit of a splurge for us, but I knew I wanted our paper goods to be unique and personalized and that it would bring me joy, so I went for it -- and there were benefits I didn't even expect!
Sandy kept us organized and on-schedule the entire time (through two date changes!) and was truly full-service. She walked us through the process, knew all the best practices for what to put on invitations, what else to include in the suite, the best way to display a seating chart, etc. She brought our loose vision to life in a beautiful way (even helping us source a custom illustration of our venue) and we were SO happy with the final product. We also got a LOT of compliments from guests on our invitations and signage.
While DIYing invites or ordering online is a bit cheaper (though honestly, Sandy's rates were very reasonable), it was worth it given how special the paper turned out and how much stress Sandy saved us! -

I was referred to her by our wedding planner after I couldn’t find exactly what I was looking for from online print shops and I couldn’t be happier with the final results. I was very pleased with the process from start to finish, Sandy was always available to answer questions, make changes, and customize our suite to create the perfect design for us. Roseville Designs was recommended to us by our wedding planner for our stationery needs and we had a great experience working with Sandy. After the stress of postponing due to COVID and feeling overwhelmed with the many options of stationery designs at online retailers, it was nice to have a personalized stationer guide us towards a suite we loved. We loved the personal touches we received by working with Sandy, like the custom monogram she created and the cohesive theme she carried through from the invitation suite to our day of stationery. Everything she created for us was beautiful and we received many compliments from our guests on all the little details that didn’t go unnoticed. Some of our favorite details she helped us bring to life were our champagne wall escort cards, our cat watercolor signature cocktail sign, and our “It’s about shucking time” oyster sign. She was helpful with suggestions for language and wording where we needed it and was very responsive to the many changes we asked for throughout the whole design process. She provided our photographer with the invitation suite to photograph on the day of which was a nice touch! We also ended up using Sandy for our Rehearsal Dinner day of stationery needs and loved the way those details turned out as well. Overall, we highly recommend Roseville Designs for all your wedding stationery needs! -

Sandy was recommended to me by my sister-in-law and it was one of the best wedding decisions I made hiring Roseville Designs! Sandy was very easy to work with - we had a phonecall early on to discuss my vision and she captured it SO perfectly for my paper story!! She also accomodated all of my silly requests/tiny edits quickly, easily and without any hesitation. She was also extremely understanding with the whole wedding postponement due to covid - we made the decision to postpone after we had our original invitations finalized, right before they went to print. It was a seamless transition with Sandy - she made me a new digital save the date, which I emailed out to everyone via paperless post, basically free of charge! Everything was so stress free with Sandy. I loved everything about our invitation suite, wedding programs, menus and signage - it really tied the whole wedding together in my opinion. Definitely hire Sandy for your paper story! -

Sandy was a dream come true!
Sandy from Roseville was amazing throughout our entire wedding invitation process. I would choose to work with her over and over again. My husband and I had to postpone our wedding a total of three times and Sandy was there for us through every single postponement. She checked in on me and made sure that I knew she was there to help anyway she can. Planning, canceling and replanning everything was a nightmare but Sandy really helped make me feel at ease. I was initially thinking I would be able to create my wedding stationary myself, but I got more flustered the more I looked around. I had a specific vision when it came to our wedding stationary, but I could not find anything I loved on any websites. I sent Sandy a few ideas, explained what I had in mind, and she blew me away. That is when I decided to use Sandy and I am so glad I did because she kept the process so much more organized for me. Less headaches, less stress. I cannot recommend her enough. Not only is she great at making the stationary of your dreams but she is such a wonderful person to work with. If you are on the fence about hiring her, hop over that fence and do it. You will not regret it! -

Amazing Wedding Stationery
I got engaged in October 2019 and always knew that my wedding stationery would be very important to me, I am a paper junky as it is. I reached out to a few companies whose aesthetic I liked and they were WAY out of our budget. We were only inviting about 50 people so spending over $1,000 on invitations was just not something I could convince myself to do. I requested samples from the larger wedding sites (minted, etc.) but they just weren't special enough for me. I don't quite remember how I found Sandy but once I did we jumped on a phone call and she assured me she understood my vision. Well, then the pandemic hit and we were kind of scrambling with what we were going to do. This put everything on hold, including stationery. Over the summer we decided to still have our wedding since it was going to be small anyway and Sandy quickly jumped into action. Being a Covid bride was stressful at times but even when we were running a little behind schedule Sandy was always assuring me that everything would be ok and everything would get done in time. What I loved about our experience with Roseville Designs is that Sandy was able to build a brand for our day, a brand we never even knew we wanted or needed. She took our vision and made it even better than we had imagined. Once our invitation suite was done we also chose to do day of paper which turned out just as beautiful and tied everything together. We could not have been happier with our beautiful invitations and the brand that she built for our special day. I loved the whole experience with her and would definitely recommend her to any future brides. Her style encompasses all different tastes and she is able to listen to what you like and deliver something you will love. -

We were married on 4/27/2019. Most days I receive my mail and all correspondence by email or electronically—how boring that seems now!!
With so many online options with Minted and do-it-yourself websites, as soon as we became engaged I was inundated with options. I was referred to Sandy of Roseville Designs by my wedding planner and I am so very grateful. After perusing the websites that all have very beautiful options—I never got the feeling that any of those options really fit my vision. After connecting with Sandy, she promptly set up a call with me and I was hooked!! Roseville Designs offers packages to couples on every budget. We went with the custom package and were not disappointed. Our vision was romantic mediterranean and Sandy is so talented, she designed perfect save-the-dates, our invitation suite with a custom crest, day-of-paper, and last minute favor tags to absolute perfection.
Sandy spent countless hours proofing and reproofing. Sandy was there to give us advice on wording and timelines. You would absolutely not get that with other vendors. Sandy made it such an enjoyable process without the stress. Sandy made us feel so special with a wonderful welcome/congratulatory package when we became clients. Many of our guests commented that our invitations were the most beautiful that had ever received.
For me, the most special part of the whole process was not only did we love every final product of our paper story, Sandy didn’t forget us after everything was finalized and ready for the big day! Sandy took the extra step of sending all of our paper details to our photographer (she thinks of everything & cannot wait to see those photos!!!). We also had a wonderful surprise waiting for us when returned from our honeymoon that means so much to us and was just the post wedding pick-me-up we needed!

I had such a great experience working with Sandy! From the beginning, I knew I wanted a watercolor look with a crest and Sandy saw my vision and brought it to life. Budget was important to me and Sandy was able to design a semi-custom crest to save me some money. Every step of the way, Sandy gave me lots of options, and with any feedback, she made the changes and offered her advice! I can’t say enough how much I loved my paper story and I would highly recommend anyone using her services - you will not be disappointed! -

From our first conversation she completely understood my vision and every proof she sent me was better than the last. She was not only professional but also a joy to work with as she kept me calm and steered me in the right direction when my ideas became a little too out there (i.e black invitation liners do scream funeral not wedding). She also was very much on top of things given that I was planning my wedding in 5 months so time was of the essence. Her ideas, execution, clear understanding of what I was looking for in every piece of my wedding and timeliness were more than I ever could have dreamed of. From our save-the-date to our day of paper everything turned out perfectly and I got so many compliments! (not to mention she helped me find my photographer). I would recommend her to anyone looking for a true professional who will help you with a very important part of your big day and I truly hope to work with her in the future.

I was impressed not only with her beautiful portfolio but her genuine kindness and sweet personality! We were married on a farm, and were going for a rustic-chic vibe and she captured that idea perfectly! I loved all of the ideas and options she presented to us, it was hard to choose which we liked best! She was extremely communicative as well as organized- she kept a timeline of when we needed to finalize each item, which made the process go extremely smooth and worry free! I would highly recommend Sandy for all your wedding paper needs. Not only is she highly talented she was such a pleasure to work with!

We used Roseville Designs for our wedding invitations, and we were thrilled with the final design! Sandy offers several packages where you can get something COMPLETELY customary, or she has a standard-design collection but she ensures it also feels just as custom! She was so helpful in giving us ideas to envision how they could look, and ultimately, got us to the exact design we wanted. Sandy is so professional and genuinely happy for her couples, so it's nice to work with someone who is so invested in YOU. Would definitely recommend!
