    Lauren is amazing!

    I don't know what we would have done without Lauren from Rosetree. She killed it as our day-of coordinator! Lauren coordinated seamlessly with our vendors and made sure our wedding day went off without a hitch. She put in so much work behind the scenes. I didn't even think about the logistics that day ... which is a huge win for any bride. I knew that Lauren had everything handled and that I didn’t have to worry. It was especially wonderful that she made sure that all of our decor was packed up and ready to go at the end of the night. She made sure that our wedding completely exceeded all of our expectations. We truly can’t thank her enough! I highly, highly recommend Rosetree!

    Day of coordinator

    Words cannot express how grateful we are to have had Jess from Rosetree Events by our side on our wedding day.

    Jess was our day-of-coordinator. She reached out to us three months before the event. Right off the bat she was friendly and helpful. She was quick to respond to all of my questions from three months out all the way to the day of our wedding. She comes with a lot of experience and I could tell at the start. That was super helpful for someone that has never been married before!

    Jess created our day-of timeline and communicated with all vendors. It was so nice to have her to take on such big tasks.

    She attended our rehearsal at the church where there was an additional coordinator. It was the church’s policy to use their coordinator for the ceremony. Jess was polite and stepped aside but offered additional suggestions when I turned to her during a rather confusing conversation rehearsal. Upon reflection after the wedding, my family agreed that we wish Jess could have taken the reigns on the ceremony portion because she is so organized, clear, and helpful.

    Jess arrived the day of ready and excited to be a part of this big event. She and her assistant, whom we also loved, greeted vendors and got the whole venue set up for us. That was an incredible task that my family and I didn’t need to worry about. They had it all done in the blink of an eye. They also cleaned up at the end of the night and insisted that the groom and I go enjoy our wedding night. She hugged me, said she’ll miss us, then sent us on our way. So thoughtful!

    Overall, I have to say that using Rosetree was amongst the best investments I have ever made. Having Jess help with all of the nitty gritty was an immense help and a huge weight lifted off of our shoulders on a big day. We were able to enjoy our day to the fullest. Jess was the calming presence that a bride needs on her big day. She even knows how to find a tissue when you need it so quickly!

    I cannot thank you enough, Jess, for all of your time and dedication for making our day so special and seamless. My whole family can tell that you enjoy your job because it shows. You are incredible.

    So helpful!

    Addie from Rosetree was a huge help, both on the day of our wedding and in the weeks leading up to it! She was so organized, worked well with our venue and vendors, and made everything run smoothly on the day of. She was a great communicator, kind, and calming. Highly recommend!

    Bre is the BEST!

    Bre from Rosetree Weddings & Events was professional, full of energy, always willing to help, kept everything organized and on schedule, and completely brought our wedding vision to life! She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect – and always with a smile on her face! My mom, who was overjoyed and overwhelmed on our wedding day, said Bre took everything off her shoulders and made it the perfect day. She exceeded our expectations and we cannot stress enough how much we would recommend Bre to anyone.

    The perfect wedding coordinators

    Jessica Schoen and her assistant, Jenna, worked with us to coordinate my son's wedding. From the venue walk-thru until the end of the wedding festivities, Jess was there to ensure everything went according to plan. It was a perfect wedding and thanks to Jess and Jenna, there was nothing to do except enjoy the day and revel in the happiness of the bride and groom. The attention to detail and professionalism shown by Jess and Jenna made this Wedding so easy. We could not have done it without them.

    Rosetree is the best

    Working with Rosetree was an absolute dream. We are especially thankful for Jess Schoen, the lead planner who was assigned to us as part of our full wedding planning package. From using Rosetree's organized system for keeping track of deadlines, vendor payments, and to-do items to communicating with vendors to find the best value for our budget, Jess helped us ensure that our wedding events ran smoothly and looked beautiful. The one thing I loved the most about working with Jess/Rosetree is that Jess immediately understood the aesthetic we were going for, so much so that I felt as though she was almost an extension of me because of how well she had understood my tastes. I could fully trust her to carry out our vision and even make decisions on our behalf. On top of all of the amazing work Jess did for us in the earlier stages of wedding-planning, we were also so impressed with her organized and detailed day-of coordination. Everything went off without a hitch, and even if something unexpected happened, Jess resolved it promptly and effectively. I honestly do not know how we could have pulled off the wedding without Jess and Rosetree. We are so thankful and cannot recommend them enough.

    Highly recommend!

    RoseTree was exactly what we were looking for when we started to plan our wedding. They were patient with all our questions during the planning process and during the days just prior to our wedding. We couldn’t have asked for a better team of professionals to make our day the most amazing day ever. Jessica was our onsite coordinator and she made our wedding beautiful beyond what we even dreamed! Highly recommend!

    Amazing!!!

    We hired Rosetree for our wedding at Solar Arts Building on 9/25/21, and I highly recommend! Jess Schoen was the absolute best wedding planner we could have had to help us make the day flawless. She had a calming presence that made everyone feel relaxed and ready to go. Best day ever!

    Kelly Houlehan - Amazing!!

    My wife and I used Kelly Houlehan from Rosetree Weddings as our planner for our wedding and we could not have been happier! She was very professional but also brought her fun personality to each meeting and the event. You can tell she has a lot of experience doing this because she was able to help with all of the little details we would have never thought of. The best part is, her and her partner executed all of those details during the wedding. Everything went so smoothly, she did an amazing job keeping us on track and we could not have been happier with how the night turned out. She made things so easy for my wife and I, and our families. We would recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding planner! Thanks again, Kelly!

    Phenomenal planners

    Jenn & her team at Rosetree are amazing. I would highly recommend them for any step of the planning process. Jenn helped us find & coordinate vendor selection at every level. Because of COVID-19, Jenn helped us make all of the necessary changes to adjust our original vision to a smaller, more intimate gathering that still felt beautiful, magical, and safe. I had every confidence that we would be safe with Jenn and her team helping us coordinate every detail large and small. In addition, when it came to bringing our design vision to life, I was blown away by the way Jenn helped to capture our dreams at every detail - it was beyond my wildest dreams. I had an amazing day, and I never could have done it without Jenn and her team

    Completely Amazing

    Rosetree was really helpful during the covid 19 this summer. I received multiple emails and updates with what was happening and ensuring safety for my event. I felt taken care of and aware of everything with this vendor. My coordinator, Paige, and her assistant, Shay, were completely amazing!! Paige went above and beyond to help me plan and on the day of. I didn’t have to lift a finger on the day of, which was so helpful! She was really great at bossing people around at the rehearsal, too, which I appreciated. The day could not have been as great without their help!

    So glad we had Kelly to help us!

    Kelly was an excellent day of coordinator! She helped guide and support us through a tough process when we decided to change from a large wedding venue to a small back yard wedding due to COVID restrictions. When challenges arose, she presented us with multiple solutions. We felt very supported by Kelly through the process of replanning and replanning again. On the day of, she and her assistant (Jillian) helped set up our entire ceremony and reception tables, chairs, decorations, etc... The setup was beautiful and worked out perfectly. We are so glad we had Kelly to help us navigate the complicated lead up to our wedding and help the day itself be so wonderful!

    Laura Was Amazing!

    After my initial coordinator that I hired backed out on me three months prior to my wedding day, I was lucky enough to find Rosetree Weddings and Events. We were assigned Laura and her assistant and they were nothing short of phenomenal. I felt like I was too organized and didn’t leave much for her, but Laura was the perfect person to ask questions and remind me of little things I hadn’t thought of. She didn’t even bat an eye at my crazy organized wedding decorations and notes! She was the perfect person to help wrangle our rowdy bridal party and be a go between with our not so favorite church coordinator. If anything went wrong on our wedding day, we had no idea. Laura and Rosetree were one of the best wedding vendors we spent money on, and I cannot say enough positive things about them.

    Would definitely hire again

    I work in events and knew that I needed to hire a day of coordinator in order to have someone handle all the details while my husband and I enjoyed the day. It was one of the best hires that I made through the wedding process.

    Kelly Houlehan was fantastic and I would work with her again in a heartbeat. I was a little nervous about handing off all of the details of the wedding that I had been immersed in for so long, but Kelly asked all the right questions and put us at ease from the get go. Kelly's attention to detail, calmness, optimism mixed with a dose of reality, and knowledge of all things wedding made us rest assured that she was going to nail every element of the wedding -- and she did so with pose and efficiency. Various members of our families and friends also complimented Kelly's work (from leading us through an efficient yet really fun rehearsal to keeping us all on track at the wedding).

    Our wedding would not have been as wonderful as it was without Kelly.

    Seamless Wedding Coordination

    Planning a wedding from overseas is not easy, but Rosetree was there to keep us on track. We consulted with our coordinator in the lead up to our wedding and relied on her to execute the event on the big day. Our wedding coordinator Paige and her assistant Megan were invaluable. Paige is available, responsive, and full of great suggestions. She has even helped me out quickly since the wedding! I would highly recommend Rosetree to other busy brides and grooms who are planning long distance.

    Super helpful!

    The Rosetree team did a fantastic job! They diligently answered all of our (many, many, many) questions and had wonderful suggestions for how to make our day truly special. My now-husband and I were living out-of-state, and Rosetree was incredibly helpful in helping us plan. We worked with Anne Blum, and she was so incredibly organized and seemed to really understand the vision we had for our big day. For me, the day was effortless and went off without a hitch, which means Anne was working her butt off to take care of everything!

    Sam is the bomb!

    Sam, our wedding coordinator, did an amazing job! She communicated promptly throughout the entire process, helping us figure things out whenever things came up! And my, did she ever step up to the plate and deliver on wedding day! She lowered stress that day by her calm demeanor, her perfectionist attention to detail, and being willing to help us in whatever way she could. Whenever we had questions or details to cover, she delivered right to the end! Amazing experience!!!

    We used Rosetree Weddings & Events Holly package for two daughters’ weddings. It was the best thing we did to make the day perfect for our family. Jenn was easy to work with--very sweet, professional and responsive. Both day-of planners have been awesome.

    If you are considering filling the day-of planner role with friends or family, I would recommend otherwise. Our Rosetree planner did more work than I could have possibly delegated to several others. They helped us throughout the process whenever we had questions. Their fees were more than covered by the discounts we received from the caterer and the equipment rental company.

    Jamie who was the planner for our most recent wedding was excited for our plans and carried them out with amazing energy and organizational skills. She gave great advice when we needed it during the planning process. She made sure we had all our details figured out. We gave her a list of things we wanted her to do the day of the wedding and she far exceeded our expectations. She came ready to work and never stopped moving until every last thing was taken care of. We could relax and enjoy the wedding and reception without worrying about managing details and vendors. She even sent us home at the end of the evening while she stayed to make sure the venue was cleaned to their satisfaction. Most importantly, she made sure my daughter’s dreams for the day came true.

    I knew stepping into my wedding planning journey that I needed to have at least a day-of coordinator to help with the rehearsal and ensure that all the details on the day of were handled so that my husband and I could just enjoy the day. To me, this was a non-negotiable, but my mom and mother in law weren't so convinced...that is, until I hired Rosetree and they met Paloma! We all walked out of our first consultation with Paloma, me feeling sure that I had made the right choice to go with Rosetree, and that Paloma was going to be a fantastic match for us. And the moms, well, they were blown away! They even said, "I have to say, you were right! Paloma's awesome and I had no idea how much we didn't know." Paloma certainly did not disappoint-she was very responsive to any questions I had as I was planning, and her advice and suggestions helped me sort out details I didn't even know I had to think about. When it got to several weeks before the wedding, she took the reins and made sure that everyone knew where they needed to be and when. On the day of the wedding, Paloma was just amazing. She set up all of our ceremony decor, table settings, centerpieces, dessert bar, greeted and directed all of the vendors, and rallied the wedding party to ensure that we were all ready to go on time. She made sure that I had everything I needed and nothing that I didn't, and I can't even express how grateful I am for that because it kept so much stress and anxiety out of the day, not only for me and my husband, but for our families as well! Everything ran so incredibly smoothly and looked more beautiful than I could have imagined, she truly did a wonderful job making my vision come to life and I couldn't be happier that we trusted Paloma and Rosetree with our day-of coordination. I highly recommend them for all of your event planning needs. You'll be so glad you chose them!

    While planning my wedding which was on 6/23/18, it became obvious that I needed a wedding planning. I was a "mature bride" and am very organized and detailed. Thus, I didn't need a planner to organize and plan it as I had no difficulty with that aspect. However, what I did need was a planner tor the day of my wedding. There are simply to many details to coordinate on one's wedding day that there is no way the bride or the bridal couple can do it themselves. I looked at 3 companies. I chose Rosetree because they were the only company that offered wedding day only services and for a reasonable price. I was paired with Anne who did a wonderful job. I did pay an extra fee, which was reasonable, for her to be at our ceremony rehearsal so that she could coordinate everything so it would all go off perfectly on my BIG DAY! It did! My wedding day went perfectly. Anne handled everything perfectly on my wedding day. She did approach me discreetly and professionally when needed. I would definitely recommend Rosetree Events to anyone looking for assistance in planning any event-wedding, anniversary, birthday or corporate.

    I totally thought I could do it all but knew I needed someone to help out. I was very nervous about being positioned with a planner and Rosetree made it super easy by learning more about me and then selecting Samantha for us. It wasn't until a few months before our wedding did I realize that this was the best decision. Over an Open bar, flowers heck even the perfect Dress. Samantha was our Charm and might I say knight in shining armor!

    Rehearsal night the officiant and venue coordinator were all over the place changing things and asking me millions of questions. She pulled me aside and was like you feel overwhelmed don't you. Then proceeded to make sure I was not overwhelmed the rest of the day.

    I put a lot of confidence in Sam because after getting to know her I realized how detail oriented she was and how she just got me and my fiancé. We trusted her with arranging everything on our decor tables. Leading up to the wedding she answered so many questions that were probably outside of her "duties".

    She just got everything! like 15 out of a 10. Then her side kick for the day Jamie was just as great. They were great partners and really tag teamed the whole duties.

    All in all I can't imagine doing this without these girls. So much that I sat them next to my boss because I felt like they gave their 150% and maybe if they ever wanted to they could come work with us. (sorry Rosetree! You're lucky to have them!)

    I am sad I won't have frequent emails back and forth. I felt like Sam became my best friend through the process. Our mother's weren't super involved and our venue coordinator was all over the place. She filled this, never giving me a minute to worry about anything and making our night so perfect. Everything we dreamed it would be. It wouldn't have been this way without Sam and Jamie and the Rosetree team.

    Working with Rosetree was a dream. Janea was a consummate professional every step of the way, carefully planning our wedding weekend with impeccable detail. I wanted to be quite involved with the planning and details, but knew I needed someone who could think of all the little things I never would, but most of all help me execute our dream day, and Rosetree was a great fit for that. Their partnership and Janea's expertise are top notch.

    I am so thankful to my Rosetree planners for helping ensure that my big day ran smoothly and was special. I planned the wedding from out of state so it was so helpful to have boots on the ground in MN. I also booked several of the vendors that they recommended. They vendor list was so helpful in making decisions from across the country. The venue I selected was beautiful, but the managing staff was a nightmare to work with. I really relied on my Rosetree planners as allies and go-between when dealing with the venue. My planners really did a lot of work behind the scenes to ensure a smooth and beautiful event. Booking Rosetree was the best wedding decisions that I made. I would not have been able to enjoy my day without them.

    We worked with Christine for day-of coordination, and it was a great experience! I didn't worry about anything on the day knowing it was all in Christine's capable hands. Our day went flawlessly because of her preparation, guidance, and help!

    The whole team at Rosetree is amazing. Every single girl has a passion for what they do so no matter who you get as your planner, know that you are in good hands! Hiring a wedding planner/coordinator is worth every single penny. Having someone there on the wedding day to take care of all the details is amazing. I didn't want anyone in my family or wedding party to have to do work on the wedding day. It was the most relaxed day and it couldn't of gone any better.     Jenn Rosen was a delight to work with. As my fiance and I planned our wedding in only 5 months, having her on our side was priceless. She guided us each step of the way, and we genuinely enjoyed her company. She helped us to plan an event that celebrated our love, our family/friends and our faith in ways that beautifully suited us. Come wedding day, there was nothing to do but enjoy making memories with one another and all our loved ones. Our day was virtually stress-free, and that was such a gift. I cannot recommend Rosetree highly enough. We were thrilled to have worked with them!

    We got so lucky to have Paloma help us plan and guide our wedding. She is the best! We even had guests come up to us during the wedding to tell us how awesome Paloma is and how amazing she is at her job - some of our friends sought her out during the reception to give her a high-five and tell her how she absolutely killed it. :)

    Seriously though, she listened to what we wanted and helped us understand our options for the parts of the wedding we hadn't thought about. Paloma made sure we were happy, had appropriate vendors to choose from based on what we wanted, and did I mention that she prioritized that we had the perfect day? Yes, she really did make sure we were happy and that everything flowed smoothly on the day-of.

    Like any wedding planning experience there were a few road bumps with a few of our vendors - Paloma dealt with them all in-stride and made sure everything was sorted.

    And to top it all off Rosetree works with vendors so often that we got a "preferred vendor discount" (usually 5% off) with many of the vendors. So in the end we at least broke even (if not saved money - wait, what?!) having Paloma guide us through our wedding planning & wedding weekend. You won't be disappointed - she will make your wedding the best day ever and even more. :)

    I am so thankful for Anne, my Rosetree wedding planner. She was amazing. I selected a very difficult to work with, yet beautiful venue. I am so thankful for her help negotiating with my venue and helping to keep the venue on track and honest. My planner worked very heard both prepping for the wedding and on the day of my wedding to ensure that both my husband and I and our guests had a special day. I appreciated having a go to person so that I could try to enjoy my day. The ceremony and reception were beautiful and I appreciated all the work Anne and her assistant did putting out and taking down decor. Thank you for all of your hard work, Anne.     Paloma at Rosetree Events was amazing to work with for our wedding!! We hired her as a full service-day of planner (that's the day of plus vendor coordination the month before, plus several other meetings months out). Her personality was fantastic: she was warm and kind and supportive. She even came to my defense multiple times when dealing with a difficult vendor. I was completely at ease on my wedding day, thanks to her; I completely trusted her to get everything accomplished on the day and make sure everything went according to plan. She checked in on me multiple times throughout the night to make sure that I was doing okay and asked me if there as anything I needed. She also followed up after the wedding, asking to stay in touch and to see the photos. What a wonderful day it was, thanks to her and Rosetree Events!

    If you're on the fence about hiring a coordinator or planner, DO IT. Rosetree Weddings and Events was hands down the best money we spent on our whole day and the time leading up to the wedding. We were assigned Paloma, and she was a life saver. We are an out-of-town couple, and having Paloma as our coordinator took a lot of stress off of our shoulders. She was fabulous from day one. Both Paloma and Jenn (the owner) were very responsive to emails and calls and took care of things that were heading south. A few months from our wedding day, our hair/makeup artist stopped responding. We asked Paloma if she had any recommendations and she procured a list of about 8 people for us to contact within 24 hours. A few months prior, she found some rental items out of the blue on a website that fit our theme, which showed how much she cared about us, our wedding, and our theme. She is seriously amazing. Her and her assistant set up our venue day-of better than we could have ever imagined it, and they made sure that we had enough food and drink, and most importantly, kept us on schedule! She took our vision and made it better! She definitely went above and beyond what we expected. THANK YOU PALOMA!!

    I hired Rosetree to help advise me through the process of planning my wedding. Jenn was so attentive and informative, I just don't know what I would have done without her! I have planned my whole wedding from overseas and she made it such a smooth process.

    We planned our Minneapolis wedding from out of state and are so, so grateful to have had Paloma as our coordinator. Never having planned a wedding before, there were so many small things that had not occurred to us, which became apparent when we got together for our consultation a few weeks before the wedding. Paloma put us in touch with (amazing!) vendors for a few last-minute details that we had overlooked in our own planning. When we walked through our ceremony venue, she made a brilliant suggestion about setting up the space that allowed us to take advantage of it in a way we hadn’t considered. At our rehearsal and on our wedding day, she is the person who made sure that our families and everyone else participating in the ceremony knew what was happening and when. (Don’t underestimate what a huge help it is to have a third party to line everyone up and send them down the aisle...) She also made sure that my husband and I had a chance to enjoy the food and drinks once we arrived at the reception in the midst of all of the activity, which we really appreciated!

    It is so clear that Paloma cares about her clients and wants them to have the celebration that makes them happiest, whatever that might be. She was lightning-fast in her responses to e-mails and phone calls (which we made extra-challenging by being a few time zones away). She went way above and beyond to make sure that everything was ready to go before and on our wedding day, and I can’t imagine pulling it all off without her help. I have been telling my friends who are planning their own weddings that it was the best investment that we made during the planning process! Thank you, Paloma!

    We booked Rosetree for the small wedding coordination plan. Marissa was our coordinator, and she was beyond amazing. I'm a bit of a perfectionist so I had detailed instructions for everything, and Marissa executed it perfectly. On the day of our wedding, I was oblivious to all the work that was going on and I just enjoyed the day. At the end, it seemed like I turned around and suddenly everything was taken down. Every single one of our family members who helped commented that Marissa was amazing at keeping everything going, and was super calm and professional. She even asked me ahead of time what I'd like to drink, and put a glass of wine in my hand as soon as I got to the reception. Money well spent! The only memories I have of the wedding are of the fun of it, none of the set up or logistics. We were trying to keep our budget low, but I'm really glad we prioritized money for a day of coordinator.

    When we started wedding planning, I didn't think a wedding planner would be necessary - I'm an overly organized and detailed person and was pretty confident I'd have it all under control. After solidifying all of our vendors and having most of the plans in place, we realized it was going to be very difficult to ensure everything ran smoothly on the day of, and still be able to fully enjoy our day. We didn't want any of our family members to be responsible for the detailed setup/clean up/etc. so we looked into the "day of" coordinator option.

    One of my coworkers referred me to Rosetree and we connected with our planner, Krystel Calubayan - instant connection! Krystel was just as organized and on top of it as I could have hoped and we couldn't have been happier. She was extremely responsive (I had a tendency to send multiple emails at night, and she would always respond to ALL of them right away the next morning), always there to give advice/insight from her experience during planning and executed our big day flawlessly. There was never a moment that I didn't fully trust that Krystel had everything under control. She was calm, organized, and we knew we were in good hands.

    I can honestly say, and my now husband will attest, there is no way we would have been able to celebrate our wedding day like we did, without Krystel's support. We 100% believe the cost of a wedding planner is money well-spent and would recommend Rosetree and Krystel to anyone who wants to listen!

    We hired Krystel Calayuban from Rosetree for our Day-Of Wedding Planner (The Holly Package). I highly recommend a day-of planner for your wedding day to ensure a smooth execution, and I can't imagine there being anyone better than Rosetree for that job. Our entire experience was wonderful. I gave Krystel everything she needed when she arrived and she executed everything I had planned for the day. She made sure our venue was set up correctly, that our family was ready and taken care of and that we had everything we needed. She answered all of the last minute questions for me that I didn't want to deal with and made sure my husband and I were comfortable and relaxed during our day. We didn't have to worry about anything, she took care of it all. The decision to hire Rosetree was by far the best one I made during our wedding planning process!

My new husband and I were completely clueless about all things wedding, so we recruited Janea at Rosetree to help us out - and we're so glad that we did!! Janea is an absolute rock star.     The service Rosetree provided was fantastic! Everything was organized and helpful. Janea kept us on track without making us feel pressure of making a decision or finishing a task. She was intuitive with what we needed more guidance and 'push' on.     Before my big day, I had never been to a wedding. I was embarrassingly clueless with all the formalities, meetings, quotes, and decision making. I was in dire need of a planner. I am so lucky to have found Jenn from Rosetree. With only a couple summer months in Minnesota, followed by planning from across the country, I was worried. However, Jenn's calm demure made the process easy, organized, and dare I say it, fun! She also has the expertise to help me make the important decisions and remain on track with timelines. Her help during the big day was priceless. I could not imagine trying to enjoy your day, your family, your guest, and your champagne without an A+ planner.     We primarily made the decision to hire a planner because we lived out of state and both had pretty hectic schedules. I cannot imagine our wedding without the love and attention Jenn and Paloma put into it.

    There were two major curveballs throughout the year and half planning process, and Rosetree handled both of them amazingly. The first was when we made a huge cross-country move. The second was that Jenn told us that she would be having a baby just two weeks before our wedding day! While initially thrilled for Jenn and her family, we couldn’t help but feel sad she may not be there on the big day that we had all been working on together, not to mention the trust that we had built over the months of planning. Well before Jenn’s maternity leave, she brought in her senior planner, Paloma, who would take over the reigns. We were grateful that Jenn put so much planning into ensuring our experience was still perfect, and it was. The team was incredibly accommodating and patient during these transitions while also keeping us on task, aware of the budget and excited about the big day.

    Jenn and I talked like long lost friends throughout the process. To be honest, there were times when my husband was not as excited to dig into the details as I was, so Jenn and I happily dove in together. That partnership between us kept everyone happy and us headed down a great path toward the wedding day.

    The day of was exceptional - Paloma was the first one at the venue and the last to leave. She kept everyone on schedule and kept a watchful eye on all the activities. Her effort allowed us to relax and be truly present. I'm so thankful for that opportunity.

    Having a wedding planner is a huge investment and it was well worth it thanks to the team at Rosetree. They will help make the experience incredible and become wonderful friends in the process.

    I cannot say enough good things about Rosetree. Other than the groom, Jenn was probably the best wedding decision I made. She gets things done! My wedding planning process was literally completely stress free thanks to her. She organized and coordinated all our vendors and sent us the most detailed schedule the weeks before. Everyone knew exactly where they had to be and when. She made sure everything was running smoothly during the wedding day and always one step ahead of everything. If you are on the fence about whether or not you need a wedding planner, there are not enough words to describe how invaluable Jenn was to the big day.     We worked with Jenn at Rosetree Events for our wedding, and we had a wonderful experience! Our wedding totally exceeded our expectations, and that was in large part due to Jenn. At the beginning of our planning, she sent us several recommendations for vendors, and attended meetings with us. The most significant part of the service Rosetree provided for us, was the coordination of our actual event. Once our wedding weekend arrived, I didn't have to worry about anything. Jenn was in touch with all of our vendors, ensuring that everyone knew when they needed to be where on the day of the wedding. At our ceremony, Jenn was the point person for telling us when each person needed to walk down the aisle, or be in certain places. At the reception, Jenn was such a calm presence. She would quietly whisk us away when it was time for my husband and I to cut the cake, or have our first dance. Having Jenn there allowed us to not have to think about the timeline at all. We just enjoyed every moment and let our coordinator worry about the logistics. My entire family has come to really value the services provided by Rosetree. Highly recommended!

    The Rosetree team, Janea in particular, helped my husband and I in planning our stateside wedding after eloping in Malawi. I'd always known I'd wanted a planner to help out the day of, but after engaging them to find us a venue, we decided to have them help out with other things before the big day, too.

    First, they were super flexible, meeting with us over skype while we were in Africa a few times just chat and get to know us. Also, their tools - like the initial questionnaire - were very helpful in keeping us organized and thoughtful throughout the whole process. It was nice to "outsource" that kind of organization so it didn't fall on either of us to buckle down.

    When we had our first in-person meeting, it was clear we had no idea what we were doing. It felt so nice to have an expert to ask, that was both objective but also knew the biz. She gave us sound advice on caterers, photographers and even scored us a discount on our invites. I wasn't quite sure where the line was one what I could and couldn't ask for help on based on our contract, so I erred on over asking. Janea was polite and professional in drawing the line.

    During the day, Janea was very professional and diplomatic. She was positive and upbeat every time I saw her, and only came up to me about one issue, which had something to do with the floral centerpiece being on the fireplace. My mom wanted it one way but we'd planned it another. She phrased it in such a way that laid out clearly what the decision should be according to the decor plan we'd laid out, but that it was ultimately up to me. With Janea, I could still stick to my plan without having to be the bad guy to my mom. There were likely other little dramas along the way, but two months out, I'm yet to hear about them.

    If that wasn't enough, my husband, who was initially skeptical, told me later that day it was the best decision we made about the whole wedding process. Thank you, Rosetree!

    My husband and I worked with Janea at Rosetree for our June 2015 wedding. Since we were living in Washington State and planning our wedding in MN, it would have been a nightmare without local help. Janea helped every step of the way! For all of the vendors on our checklist, she gave us her top three recommendations. Getting a list of trusted vendors, rather than just ones that were high on a search engine, totally made us feel at ease. Her biggest help was finding us a venue. Just about everything was booked for our weekend, even 10 months in advance, but she totally came through and found a venue better than we could dream of, and would never have found on our own. The price was fantastic, the food was great, and the people we worked with there were incredibly helpful (Olson Campus Center at Luther Seminary, if you're wondering). When it came to the day of the rehearsal I felt huge relief when she arrived. I had been doing so much work setting up at the reception during the day that I was still in work-mode organizing people for the rehearsal, and the first words out of her mouth were "Why are you doing things? Could somebody else be doing this? What can I do?" From then on it was a breeze. The day of the wedding went off without a hitch, if there were problems we didn't hear about them. She even stayed later to take the pollen out of our flowers so they would stay nice (never would have thought of that either). We would highly recommend Janea and the rest of the Rosetree wedding planners!

    We had a fantastic experience working with Rosetree. We were planning out wedding from out of town, and Jenn did an amazing job of accommodating our crazy schedule. She kept us on track throughout the planning process without ever being pushy. She let us run with our own ideas and provided thoughtful advise and suggestions along the way.     I would definitely recommend Rosetree and especially Janea to anyone planning an event! She helped us wrap up our planning for the last few months before the wedding and coordinate our big day. Having her make those final confirmations with our vendors, create the schedule for the wedding day and run the rehearsal took away so much of the stress the couple weeks before! It allowed me to go into our wedding day knowing that everything would run smoothly and even if it didn’t, I knew she would take care of it. I am a worrier, so that was priceless! And by the way, if anything did go wrong at my wedding, I definitely didn’t know about it!

    Janea went above and beyond to help answer our questions along the way, give us advice where we asked for it and she always responded quickly when we reached out.     Paloma was our wedding planner for our magical day and she was the perfect person to help make our day happen. She went above and beyond to make our wedding perfect and has a wonderful and kind spirit. She is straight to the point and very organized but also creative and will share her ideas with you.
    If you want to take the pressure off of wondering if everything will go as planned and just enjoy your day, I would strongly suggest hiring Rosetree to plan your wedding. The money we spent on our venue and wedding planner was the best money we spent- well worth every penny.

    We hired Paloma Mohler from Rosetree Weddings and Events as a Day-of Coordinator with their "Christine Package". It was the best decision we made throughout our wedding planning! Our wedding day went incredibly smooth. We can't get over how present and relaxed we were on the wedding day and we owe it completely to Paloma. All we had to think about was following our timeline she organized for us and enjoying our time with our family and guests. Some people told us it would be a whirlwind and blur, but when you have a day-of coordinator, it allows you to enjoy the day that you've been planning for (in our case) a year! We highly recommend Rosetree and specifically Paloma. She is professional, organized, flexible, experienced and efficient. She was easy to work with and very supportive of our vision for the wedding. All the while, she kept us on track and excited about our wedding.

    Rosetree offers their "Christine Package," for those who need a day-of coordinator as well as some extra help in the three busy months prior. We really benefited from Paloma's event planning experience. There were innumerable things that we would have NEVER thought about that Paloma helped us planned for. During the weeks prior, she confirmed time and services with vendors, made these great timelines for the wedding day and facilitated our rehearsal. I really don't think I could have handled the week before without her (at least without turning into a stressed out bridezilla). There were so many benefits to this package that pleasantly surprised us and saved us a lot of time and money.

    AND Paloma calmly helped us get through a sudden venue change when our first venue fell through 2 months before the wedding.

    From the very beginning, it's been a real pleasure working with the folks at Rosetree Planning and Events and we don't have a word to say against them.

    From start to finish, working with Jenn, Rachel and vendors couldn't have been a more positive, pleasant experience! Jenn is very professional AND a she has a fabulous eye for style and design. All of the vendors that she brought in to the design process had the same design intention and esthetic. I knew, early on, that everyone involved was going to produce the quality that Jenn and I had planned. I consider myself to be a very particular client, as my profession in the past was working on weddings and corporate parties. I would not choose anyone else to help me with my events now. In fact, I will consider using Rosetree for any destination events in the future; they are that good!!!!

    Jenn and Briana were a dream team! We had our wedding at my dad's house in Bayfield, WI which was a challenge to plan since my husband and I live in Utah and my family does not live in Bayfield full time. Bayfield is a remote location so arranging rentals and vendors was extra difficult as many of them do not advertise online. Jenn guided me through the entirely overwhelming process of planning a wedding from afar. I think the most impressive aspect was Jenn's carefully outlined timeline and her communication with all of the vendors (caterer, flowers, photographer, rentals ect) so that the drop off and set up of various things went without a hitch. Jenn also helped me design our ceremony which as a HUGE help as I didn't know where to begin. Jenn and Briana set up our entire wedding from ceremony to reception, arranged the tables/bar/dance floor and also the flowers which turned out beautifully. Hiring a wedding planner is a big investment especially since we are on the frugal side but it was worth every penny and certainly was one of the best decisions I made regarding our wedding planning. My husband and I were able to sit back and enjoy our friends and family rather than worrying about the details and Jenn and Briana made my Dad's home look far better than anyone in my family could have! Thank you Jenn and Briana for coordinating such an amazing day!

    Rosetree was absolutely fantastic! Paloma Mohler was our main coordinator, and she was the best!!! She was a real treasure. I very highly recommend her to anyone looking for a day of coordinator/wedding planner. Paloma went above and beyond- always making sure things were getting done according to plan. She gave my husband and I a lot of time prior to the wedding to discuss the details of our event, so she could be prepared for our big day. On the wedding day, she came to our venue with an extra helper to make sure everything would get done. Paloma was regularly checking in with us and ensuring that our wedding was going according to plan. She was on top of everything and did amazing work. She and her team worked very hard to make our plans become a reality. The wedding was incredibly beautiful, and we are so grateful to her and Rosetree for the top notch service they provided!

    I am the honored recipient of the 2015 Fairy Godmother Project MN wedding, a project that provides a wedding to 1 military couple a year. Rosetree volunteered as planners. From day 1, I felt connected to Jenn & Janea. Their kind, nurturing and loving energies emanate from their pours and fills up any room with goodness. It is impossible to feel anxious while in the presence of these two gems. I came into this project humbled and without expectations. This was a donated wedding after all and I was grateful. As planning progressed, I realized my dream was in the hands of the BEST. Each chat/email with them brought more fulfillment of my dreams that I never verbally shared. It was their instinct. They learned who we are and what brought us joy, and they built off that. They took my heart and soul and nurtured it like a baby, and I trusted them with it. They managed every detail. Including “situations” with opinionated family. If I felt pressured by someone, they handled it, staying true to our vision and without hurting feelings or sacrificing family roles. They supported me and celebrated with me. They eased my mind at the slightest arousal of worry. This alone is worth gold. My wedding day was amazing! Jenn & Janea ensured everything and everyone was in place. If I needed water, they handed it to me before I asked. They moved us through all the motions…lip gloss refreshers, bathroom breaks, alone moments, take your seats here, outside for this, handling over stimulated guests, bridesmaids who maxed out on wine and the attempted crashers. We had the time of our lives and were oblivious to any mishaps. Every detail shined with that Rosetree “stamp” on it as their creativity touched everything. Jenn & Janea have touched my world in ways I can’t express. Today, I find myself missing them. They became family. I can’t imagine going through this sacred journey with anyone but them. They are incredible human beings and have true passion and joy in delivering dreams.

    First things first: Rosetree is AMAZING! I can’t begin to imagine what my wedding day would have been like without Jenn’s help. As a Chicago bride planning a Minneapolis wedding, it was important to me to hire a day-of coordinator who would sort through all the details and make sure our day went smoothly. Jenn and her team did that and so much more.

    Throughout the planning process, Jenn was always quick to respond to our phone calls or emails, and was a sounding board for us to ask questions. I could always count on her for an honest, professional opinion. As we got closer to the wedding, Jenn met us for site visits with our officiant and contacts at both our ceremony and reception venues. These meetings were extremely helpful for us, as she went over every single detail and asked questions we never in a million years would have thought of. She took detailed notes and followed up with our vendors to create a meticulous 12-page timeline of our wedding weekend. My husband and I had no idea how to schedule the day and make sure all of our vendors were on the same page, so her timeline was a lifesaver. She also made versions tailored for our wedding party and family so they all knew where to be and at what time. In the weeks ahead of the wedding, Jenn reached out to every vendor to confirm times, locations, and any missing details. This was the last thing that I would have wanted to do that week, and I was so grateful to have her take over this process.

    We've now been married for almost six months. In that time, we’ve received lots of feedback from our wedding party, parents and guests about how pleasant and professional Jenn and her team were. Looking back, we agree that hiring Rosetree was the BEST decision we made in planning our wedding!

    There is no way I could have pulled off this wedding without Jenn and her staff. We had a very large decor plan with floral and decor items with our wedding and with the help of their staff (I believe Sarah did a lot of it) my wedding would have not been even half as beautiful. Sarah was in charge of all the decor we had to do and she did everything exactly how I would have done it had I had the time to be there! She was perfect! Jenn, who was our main planner and stuck with us most of the day, literally saved my life probably several times throughout the day. From reminding us what we need to do and where/when we need be/go, to handling vendors, to handling family, to handling practically everything! I cannot rave about her enough. We were a destination wedding so a lot of our stuff we had brought with us and her staff packed all of our stuff up for us at the end of the night, put everything away, they handled everything. We did a large room reveal (which brought me to tears with their hard work), they coordinated our ceremony (which we had some eccentric staff at our venue for that), she handled a lot of the rehearsal as well, and planning everything out with her made everything so easy...I could not have imagined trying to tackle this without her. The proposal process and the meeting/planning process was super great and very easy to get in touch with them as we are from Central WI and are not easily in the cities. They were fairly priced and were absolutely on point with recommendations, tips, and advice for making our day go so smooth, which it absolutely did. Even my parents had said that they were so great in handling the wide array of strange requests and odd family mishaps/confusions...easily one of the top reasons our wedding was such a success. These ladies will treat you so well and make sure that everything goes the way you want it to; I'm just bummed they aren't closer to us so we could use them for more family events!

    I never could have found a better match for me than Rosetree! Most amazing, hardworking women ever!

    I was so worried with my busy schedule going into planning my wedding, but Janea really set me at ease, setting up all appointments, checking with vendors, ensuring I wasn't stressed, and reassuring every choice I made was the right one. I couldn't have asked for a better assistant - she saved my sanity over the year.

    We reached out to Rosetree Events to help us organize our wedding ceremony and reception. Since she is based in the Twin Cities and we currently live in Austin, TX, it was invaluable to have an experienced wedding coordinator who could guide us through the process. We used Rosetree Events for vendor recommendations, organization, and most importantly coordinating everything in the week leading up to the wedding. Rosetree was completely in charge on the day of our wedding, which made it stress-free and very enjoyable for us. We worked with Jenn Rosen who was incredibly helpful and creative. We had a relatively un-traditional wedding, so Jenn's flexibility was a great benefit. We were able to have skype conversations with her regularly leading up to the final weeks before the wedding. Jenn also helped us to stay on track with our to-do list so that no details got left unaddressed. Jenn and her crew made it possible for us to pull off the wedding we had envisioned. It was a great experience and I highly recommend this company.

    From the wedding walk through, to countless discussions via phone and email, to the rehearsal and day of... Jenn was ALWAYS there and with such a great, calming attitude.     Brittany was wonderful to work with and made our wedding so enjoyable. We didn't have to worry about anything on the Big Day.     When faced with the fact our venue doesn't facilitate the ceremony (i.e. cuing musicians, cuing wedding party when to walk, etc.) we panicked and sought out the services of Rosetree to help with our rehearsal and our ceremony along with miscellaneous other items the day-of. My (new) husband and I have said repeatedly, we just don't know what we would've done without the help of Rosetree, specifically Brittany. She handled everything with ease and professionalism. She was prepared and took the initiative on many items; lighting candles, assisting with the room flip, moving card boxes/gifts to a secure area and many other items outside of our ceremony. To me, everything went off without a hitch...how many people can say that?!? Everything was beautiful, groom and I were calm - it was our perfect day! THANK YOU!

    Everything went incredibly well at our wedding and Rosetree played a huge part in that! I would not recommend getting married without a wedding coordinator. There are too many moving parts that, as a bride, you do not want to worry about on your wedding day!

    Excellent staff! and very knowledgable! My wedding with over 250 guests that was large and complicated with many different vendors, went off superbly with the help of Jenn and Amy from Rosetree! Absolutely fabulous and you will definitely sleep well knowing that they are there to help and assist!

    Jenn and her team were fabulous!!! My husband I and were married over Memorial Day Weekend and had a medium/large wedding at Nicollet Island Pavilion. Jenn made the day run absolutely smoothly - we concentrated on getting ready, playing lawn games, and taking photos while she and her team set up the reception site, communicated with vendors, and made sure everything was running on-time. We didn't need a full time coordinator, since we did the planning and decoration prep all ourselves. However, I couldn't recommend a day-of-coordinator more!! I just enjoyed the wedding without any worry that things were moving along as they should. She was my go-to person that night if I needed anything, and we coordinated with her throughout the week before to make sure she had everything she needed ahead of time. Thanks Jenn and Jenea!!

    Jenn and Janea with Rosetree were absolutely amazing! I used their day-of coordinating services because as I worked through planning, I realized there was a lot more to align at the last minute than I originally anticipated. These ladies, along with their intern Ryann, pulled everything together for me and made sure that my family, friends, wedding party AND my husband and I were very well taken care of on our wedding day. My wedding day came out more beautiful than I had even imagined and was completely stress free thanks to this lovely team. We had rain, they had umbrellas. We needed help with our dessert table, they gladly took over. I took one step toward the drink table, there was Janea with a fresh glass of water. Rosetree does a phenomenal job at making you feel calm and relaxed and makes sure that you don't miss out or get left needing a single thing, I would recommend them a million times to anyone who asked! They have beautiful ideas, excellent attitudes, and are a blast to be around.

    Big thanks to Jenn, Janea and Ryann for helping to make my wedding my best day ever! :)

    Jess from Rosetree

    We couldn't be more lucky to have worked with Jess, who was there for us from our very first planning meeting all the way through the wedding day itself. We were in touch with Jess almost every other week for 9+ months, and she was more than willing to work around both of our busy work schedules, a cross-country move to start new jobs, and more. Our Zoom calls with Jess felt like just a usual catch-up with another one of our family members, and she went above and beyond to help communicate effectively with both of our respective parents & all our vendors while maintaining our vision as a couple for our dream wedding. We held an Indian Sangeet, wedding ceremony, and reception, which can be a huge task and challenge for any wedding planner, but Jess again went above and beyond in seeking to understand and represent each moment of cultural and familial significance that we wanted to highlight throughout the wedding. Jess has been a friend and confidant throughout the entire journey, always fielding questions and ensuring we were comfortable during what can be a busy and stressful planning process. Working with Jess means you will have a relationship that goes far beyond that of a wedding planner, as she truly seeks to understand what is important to you, what values you hold, and how you want to have those represented in each special moment of your wedding weekend.     On the fence? Ask for Bre!

    My now-spouse and I reached out to Rosetree pretty last minute for support with getting the last few details of our COVID-postponed wedding nailed down, and we are so glad we did! We selected the Christine package and were teamed up with Bre, who brought the perfect combination of enthusiasm and organizational skills to both the last few months of planning and our wedding weekend. She also connected with our family members and wedding party very well -- they all loved her!

    We especially appreciated Bre's hard work on our wedding weekend timeline, and her taking the lead on ordering and picking up lunch for our wedding party day, as well as helping us figure out tipping. If anything went wrong, my spouse and I did not hear a thing about it because Bre and her colleague Carolynne, who was also a joy to work with, took care of it.

    The only thing I'd change is us reaching out to Rosetree sooner so we could have spent less time stressing on wedding details, and could have made better use of Bre and Rosetree's tools and connections with other vendors. In summary, reaching out to Rosetree and getting to work with Bre and Carolynne was a delight and a huge anxiety reliever, and more than worth the money. If you are on the fence about getting a planner or day of coordinator, DO IT -- and request Bre and Carolynne!

From our initial review of our timeline and meeting with our venue to the actual day of the wedding, I felt like Janea provided expertise and support throughout the entire wedding planning process. Even though we hired her as a day-of coordinator, Janea helped us start preparing a month ahead of time.

    She was invaluable the week before our wedding, handling vendor communications. I thought I would be so much more stressed the week beforehand, but Janea really took a lot of that stress away. She also helped run the ceremony rehearsal, which was so great as our officiant had never conducted a wedding ceremony before.

    The day of our wedding, I had so much confidence that Janea would help make sure everything was in place, and she truly did. At one point, a guest spilled wine on my dress, and Janea was right on it, helping me remove the stain. My fiance commented that just for that it was worth hiring her! That was just one clear instance where Janea really helped us the day of the wedding, but she was helpful in so many other ways, coordinating all our vendors, keeping us on track, and generally taking care of myself and my fiance throughout the day.     Jenn (part owner of Rosetree) helped make our vision of our wedding day turn to a reality since day one. We worked with Jenn for 11 months and my husband and I created our own package, which was awesome! She gave many vendor suggestions, who we ended up using in the end and were extremely satisfied. Jenn was injured about a month before our wedding, but she planned ahead and found additional people to help her make our day flow smoothly, which it did. Jenn gave us really good advise when working with vendors, too that helped us along the way. I would highly recommend Rosetree, and just like any vendor, be sure to communicate often and be on the same page to make sure your day is beautiful and amazing! Thank you Jenn and your team <3

    I selected to have a day-of coordinator, because although I believe myself to be organized, I wanted someone there on our wedding day to keep things running smoothly. I wanted myself, friends, family, and bridesmaids to relax and have fun. This is exactly what happened. In all honesty, I’m not sure what fires Krystel put out, or any mishaps happened on my wedding day because they were taken care of before I could even find out. Providing the initial information to my coordinator helped me get organized and recognize what I was missing. When it came to our wedding day, Krystel made sure everything was going smoothly from vendor set-up at the reception location, to the timeline, tips, and grand march. The services provided were exactly what I was hoping to get from the Holly package. Even for the most organized bride, having a day-of coordinator made all the difference in the world. There are numerous tasks Krystel tackled, instead of my bridesmaids, which is exactly what I was looking for.

    Rosetree was very helpful as a day-of wedding planner. Jenn and Janea helped assemble centerpieces at the venue, run a rehearsal and kept my family on schedule. They were also great at answering questions on my behalf from the musicians and other vendors and distributing final payments.

    If you're a do-it-yourself bride, Rosetree has a package for you. I hired them to do my day-of wedding coordination and they came through with flying colors. When you do it yourself, there are always lots of little details that have to be done the day of - laying out the programs, moving the flowers, lighting the candles, assembling centerpieces that can't be transported pre-assembled. That's what these women are for! They took care of the details while I enjoyed my day. They also helped keep my family on track and organized the rehearsal, processional, and speeches. It was great to have vendors checking in with them so I didn't have to answer questions all day from musicians, bakers and lighting people. And, at the end of the night when you're exhausted, the pack up the car and handle clean up so you can just call it a night. At first my fiancee was skeptical that we needed their services, but in the end, he agreed that they were money well spent!
