  Wonderful Officiant

  Ron was an absolute gem when he was referred to us, and we couldn’t be happier to have him celebrate our special day with us. After checking out Ron’s reviews, we contacted Ron to inquire about his service. Ron quickly responded to us, immediately answered all of our questions, and we scheduled our initial meeting. During our initial meeting, he immediately made us feel very comfortable and provided insight into what marriage is, his background, his years of experience with wedding couples. We quickly realized he had a very genuine soul and after years of service working with people, it truly shines. He provides 3 complimentary pre-marital counseling sessions, which aren’t necessarily counseling sessions, but more opportunities to get pre-marital advice, which was great insight for the future to come. Ron was a wonderful officiant and mentor for us, and he will be the same for you.

  We could not have asked for a better officiant for our wedding!!! He was amazing and so easy to work with. He leaves nothing up to question which was a relief. There are a thousand things to worry about when it comes to the day of your wedding, but Ron is definitely not one of them. You can trust he knows what he is doing and is so nice and accommodating!

  We are so happy that we found Reverend Ron! He was extremely responsive and worked with us to develop a ceremony that represented us. Reverend Ron was there for the rehearsal and worked with us and our wedding planner to make sure that we were all on the same page. After the ceremony, he took care of everything for us so that we didn’t need to do anything but enjoy our reception. Reverend Ron is beyond professional and experienced! We highly recommend!

  We were referred to Pastor Ron when the original officiant for my daughter's wedding was not able to perform the ceremony. Pastor Ron came through on very short notice and did a great job! He was very patient, kind and professional during the rehearsal and ceremony. Thank you very much!

  Ron was very professional, organized and friendly. He also submits all the paperwork for you, which was a huge help! We would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for an officiant for their wedding.

  Ron was great to work with. He was extremely helpful with putting the entire ceremony together and was very open to incorporating our ideas into it as well. We wanted to incorporate both our Irish and Puerto Rican heritages into the ceremony and Ron delivered a prayer in Spanish along with an Irish blessing as well as a few Catholic characteristics which which made both sides of the family happy since we chose not to have a traditional Catholic wedding. He made the ceremony one to remember for everyone in attendance.

  Pastor Reaves was absolutely incredible. He was professional, flexible, warm and truly cared about designing and executing a ceremony that met our needs and fit our vision. We received many compliments about the service and how great he was! We cannot thank him enough for being a part of our day!

It was raining on our wedding day and the rain stopped in enough time to have our ceremony outside, while we were saying our vows we felt rain drops, Ron was able to professionally speed up our ceremony without guests or myself and husband getting wet. I would highly recommend Ron!

  Pastor Ron Reaves was a pleasure to work with! He new exactly what we wanted and tailored our entire ceremony to my husband and I...and included my daughter! We wouldn't have chosen anyone other than Pastor Reaves!

  My venue recommended Rev Reeves as an officiant and we could not have been more pleased. He responded to my emails and calls quickly and addressed all of my concerns and questions. We met once to discuss the ceremony and I felt immediately at ease and in good hands. He offered great advice and ideas and we used most of them. He is very flexible and can tailor your ceremony to whatever you envision. It can be as formal or informal as you would like. He offers a selection of readings for you to choose from or you can pick your own. He will also go over the ceremony line by line with you until it's exactly what you want. Rev Reeves showed up early to the ceremony, was dressed professionally, and officiated over a great ceremony. My guests thought he sounded very compassionate and offered words you actually wanted to listen to. He signs and processes the marriage certificate immediately afterwards and leaves you a marriage certificate and copy of your ceremony for preservation purposes. He is a kind man and a great officiant. His fee is reasonable and will travel to any location. We highly recommend him and are happy we had him officiate over our ceremony.

  We used Rev Ronald Reaves for our wedding in May 2011 and were very satisfied with how things went.
  First a little background, we didn't have anyone we were familiar enough with to officiate our wedding. So we had to search online to find someone we were comfortable with that was available for our date. After some searching, we found Ron who is out of Frederick, MD. We found him easy to talk to and very willing to accommodate us. His point of view was that it was our wedding and he was there to help officiate it in whatever way we wished.
  
  Our wedding had some religious tones but was pretty neutral overall when it comes to religion. He provides great services including the option to have three free counseling sessions (which we didn't end up doing). And he made a point at the wedding rehearsal that he was basically working for us, so any "ideas" from family members on how to "improve" things should go through the bride and groom. We didn't have any issues with that but it was great to know where he stood should they have come up... I guess people have issues with family members chiming in to "help" so it was nice that he wasn't even going to think about any modifications without our consent.
  
  The only issue that happened was he had a slightly older copy of our ceremony that left out a couple of recently passed relatives. We had sent him a couple of versions of the ceremony and I'm sure it was just a mix up. In the end, we made sure everyone knew we had thought of them. Our wedding was outside in a courtyard and Ron had a mic. He spoke very well and clear and was great in guiding us through the ceremony.
  
  We are very happy with our choice and would choose him again even if we could go back in time and change things. We certainly recommend Rev. Ron to anyone and everyone. Thank you!
